I have build my System 2 weeks ago these are the following specifications Ryzen 7 5800x Asus rog strix B550-E 8x2, 16gb F4-3600C18D-16GTZRX My question is that I want to add more ram in to my system so if I buy same ram that I'm using right now so I can get 32 gb ram in my system will this work and will I face any speed loss?

I finally got all my parts together and powered on my build for the first time. Here is a list of my parts: Asus crosshair hero x370 Ryzen r7 1700x intel 256GB NVME M.2 SSD 2x8GB TridentZ RGB 3200MHz RAM Corsair RM750X PSU GTX 1070 strix 2x 2TB HDD H100i v2 cooler I had a bit of trouble booting the first time but i figured it was because I needed to update the BIOS and be because my RAM speeds weren't supported yet. So i did that and this still were weird. It would take a very long time to boot into BIOS every time (default setting) and then always tell me that the overclocking failed (I didn't overclock) but I was able to get into windows. When in windows sometimes the computer would freeze and sometime the screen would go black for a bit before just acting like nothing happened. I finally got all my drivers downloaded and ran a few benchmarks ignoring these issues. I then enabled XMP for my ram and put it at the appropriate frequency, when booting after it would seem like ti would start booting the fail and then try again, did this a few times then I got into windows, I open CPUz and it says I have my old speeds still on my RAM. So I try to boot into BIOS but not I was getting error A9 and it would never boot. I tried clearing the CMOS and resetting but it didn't help. The error is now 0d and my computer won't even boot into BIOS. What should I do?

Heyo, I just got some confirmation that deepcool will be sending me their Fryzen cooler as RMA replacement for my damaged AIO. Will it have enough clearance on my ram sticks? I am using 4 trident z rgb sticks right now. If anyone has some experience with the Fryzen, it would be much appreciated if you can share the ram clearance on this thing. Edit 1: I have a Strix x370-F motherboard.

Hey guys, I was thinking about upgrade my RAM, currently I have the Tridentz RGB 16Gb 16-16-16-36 on my Ryzen 3700X. What do you think is more worth it? 1 - get another exact same kit? .... 190€ 2 - get 32Gb NEO 16-19-19-39..... 242€ 3 - get 32Gb NEO 16-16-16-36..... 344€ Whats the different between the 2 NEOs? The 2nd is not bdie and the 3rd is bdie? Should I leave it just as it is...

Hey guys! Never posted here before, but I felt like I had to share my Optiplex. I just finished it a couple days ago and wanted to see what you think of it. I don't think I've seen anyone actually swap the motherboard in one of these before so I had to try. Here's the specs: -MSI B450M bazooka v2 mobo -Ryzen 3 1300x -16gb G.Skill Trident Z rgb 3200mhz -EVGA gtx 1060 3gb -EVGA 450BT -Kingston A400 240gb ssd -250gb HDD that came with it originally -3d printed a cover for the wires because I'm bad at cable management -also 3d printed the latch for the drive bays and the HDD cage because they weren't black lol The only issues I had putting it together was with the proprietary connectors on the front panel i/o and the case fan. I just happened to have a spare jumper wire that allowed me to plug the power button in, and I had to rearrange the case fan wires in the connector for it to work as well. Otherwise it went relatively smooth!

Issue with F4-4000C19D-32GTRS Yesterday I finished my build, everything was buttery smooth except the RAM. The RAM sticks don’t light up when the system’s booting and the motherboard detects a DRAM error. I tried all of the slots and there’s a red light near all of them. Today I tried to reseat it and try each stick individually but it didn’t help. Motherboard: z390 meg godlike P.S And yes, it’s compatible on MSI’s website. SOS!

Hello, This is my first computer build and I am having some difficulty. I have a ryzen 7 3700x with a EVGA hybrid 2080 super ftw3 2 sticks of 16gb DDR4 3000mhz ram and a rog strix b 550 f gaming motherboard and a EVGA 600w bq PSU I have put everything in and I tried to use a static wrist band when dealing with my GPU and other big parts but ik I did handle it a little without the band on. My motherboard is running and all fans are running even the ones on the gpu. My motherboard however has a yellow boot light and a white vga light! My monitor outputs a no signal and I tried another monitor and it says the same. I know it's not the cable because I know it works with the HDMI from Xbox to monitor so I think it is with my pc. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks. I haven't been able to get to the bios in any way to update drivers or install windows

This is gonna be a long post and might uave some broken English in it, but please give me a hand! 2 weeks ago I found a super nice offer in Newegg for a dual channel set of TridentZ RGB DDR4 2x8Gb 3000 Mhz memories and decided to buy them. Now, I'm starting to regret it. The memories arrived today (i live in Colombia so had to have them shipped here from the US) and i was super excited about them. I carefully installed them, checked they were properly recognized by my PC and installed the G.Skill TridentZ RGB app (latest version of course) and everything seemed to be just fine at that moment. After having shut down the PC for a couple of hours, i turned it on again and, to my surprise, one of the modules' LEDs had went dark and the other modules' LEDs were displaying the default rainbow effect (which i changed for a static red one). I thought maybe i screwed up when configuring the effects so tried to set them back to what i wanted, bit the G.Skill app wouldn't open (it said there were no G.Skill memories detected, despite the task manager showing the 16 Gb). I rebooted the PC and tried again, but the problem persisted. Checking online, i found out it was a pretty common issue and found some possible solutions, which partially worked: the app actually launched but it recognized only 1 module, while the othee was displaying the default effect and couldn't be changed. I finally got to make the app work by reinstalling it and actually taking off and on again the memories, but when i tested turning the pc off and on again, it all started to happen again. I was very frustrated so i went for a different approach and installed the MSI gaming app (my board is an MSI H270 Gaming M3) and configuring the memories' LEDs woth it, which worked for a while but then the exact same issue than with the G.Skill app happened. I actually got scared and thought the memories were damaged and tried to reach G.Skill's tech support but there was no way to get immediate assistance, so i send them an email (and haven't gotten an answer yet) and went back to the forums. I found some people who had sved the problem by installing the ASUS Aura Sync app so i tried it and got the exact same momentarily reaults as with the other apps. I gotta say now that everytime i tried a new app, i got sure to have uninstalled completely the other apps. After all this, i gave another chance to the G.Skill app and so far it is working juat fine (despite having to actually install and reinstall it like 3 times before i could make it work), but I'm really worried that A) the memories are, in fact, broken or B) they are just rubbish and i spent around US$200 (including shipping to Colombia. Although still significantly cheaper than buying them in a local store) for a piece of sh*t. Do you guys know of a better way to maybe solve this issue definitely? Like a different program to run the RGB configuration or perhaps know of a previos, yet more stable, version of the G.skill app... Or even a way to make the ASUS Aura Syn app to work properly (not just until i have to shut down the pc)? Because Aura sync hays way mofe and better features than those G.Skill's of MSI's apps
