Hello, I've just moved and don't have internet at my apartment yet. I've been getting by by using my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra - 5G through Sprint)'s Mobile Hotspot (WPA2/WPA3 - Private network on a 5G bandwidth) to get my PC (Alienware Aurora R11) back on the internet... At first, everything was okay. For the first few days, I was able to play Final Fantasy XIV, Genshin Impact, and run Discord's Voice, Video, and streaming options with minimal issues. After a few days, however, I started to have some problems. I was no longer able to load into Genshin Impact to play with friends. Discord on my PC would only give me a "No Route" error whenever I attempted to connect to a Voice Channel. The common thread I discovered was what seems to be a "network reflexivity" error, caused by something timing out. When I found a similar post on another thread, I found the command prompt suggestion below, and low and behold, attempts 3-30 timed out. Now, I'm neither a software engineer nor a network engineer, but I think this means my ISP is blocking me? I'm posting this here hoping that someone much smarter than me will be able to help me solve this problem. I just want to get back to PC gaming and chatting with my friends.

As of recently I've been having issues with my internet, where I will randomly disconnect from games such as Apex, Valorant, Halo MCC, and other online games. After trying to figure out what the issue was, I took to using a consistent ping to google on my command prompt to see what I could find. I found out that each time I got disconnected from a game or from a discord call, my command prompt was showing me the message, "Request timed out." I tested this with a ping to my router, and everything was fine, so I know that connection is fine. Interestingly enough, this will only affect my games and discord. YouTube, Google, and even going live on Twitch had absolutely no issues. I know its not an ISP issue because it only happens with my pc, testing on other ethernet connections in the house shows me that my computer is the only thing timing out. I've tried looking up this issue and have found nothing on it. I'll really try anything at this point, I feel like I've done everything. Thank you in advance.

Good day to you all, I have tried nearly everything from every different website I can find, none resolve my issue. I have the latest version of Sentora web-hosting control panel installed, I have created an email account and am able to receive mail through roundcube webmail. I however send mail and it shows as sent successfully and drops it into the sent box, but upon checking mail logs and it shows as timed out and not sent, no matter what email I send to. When I do this though, i try sending new mail and it still attempts to send it through port 25. no matter what i change it to, the log says :25 every time. Please help me get this cleared up. I will be glad to provide any other information necessary. ((TL;DR on bottom)) Hello, I have unlimited Internet Plan from my ISP. The other day, when i played CSGO, sometimes (about every 5 minutes), i got disconnected from the game. And then, i checked my Ping to Google using CMD, it appeared that the request has timed out. And then, it recover again after about 1 minute (25ms). And then, it happened again after several minutes, RTO. Bcs of that, from now, im always running my CMD pinging to Google everytime im playing Online games, to see if there's a problem with my internet. And it's true, when i played some online games, sometimes i got Disconnected, to see my CMD that indeed it's Timed Out. (Im also pinging to my own Router, and it has no problem at all, 2ms average, no timed out when that occur) From that, im wondering, if my internet is still working even if it's Timed Out when pinging to Google on my CMD. Then, i opened my browser, and go to YouTube. It works, even when i see my CMD is timed out. And then, i tried to browse Google.com. And again, i've managed to go to Google website with no problem. And i still see my CMD is timed out. From here, im guessing that it could be my ISP is randomly closing my Port to that specific Internet gateway, or something. I've also tried Restarting my Router, but the problem still there, every 5 minutes or so, it timed out itself. Of course, if you use it for normal Browsing like Watching videos, and other stuff, the problem is not really that irritating, since i can browse no problem. But when it comes to gaming, it becomes really annoying, especially when you play PUBG or other battle royale games. So, can anyone help me what could be the problem here? Thank you! TL;DR I got disconnected to my online Games every 5 minutes or so, seeing my ping to Google is Timed out (these last for 1 minutes or so).
