I recently found a used Cooler Master Glacer 240L V2 in like new condition at a great price. It's in the box and everything is there except the (now detachable) power cable that plugs into the cpu pump block to power it. I contacted Cooler Master support and they told me that they do not support or sell parts for the Galcer 240L, and wouldn't tell me anything else. I assume it's because it's really a Swiftech cooler, but they wouldn't say. I posted on Swiftech's tech support but haven't received a reply yet. Would anyone know where I might be able to get this cable? Thanks!

With the new Dark Tower movie coming up this summer, based on the series by Stephen King, I got really excited. Excited enough to do a Dark Tower themed mod. But I found I still had some excitement left over...enough for maybe another mod...hmmm... And so starts the story of the Crimson King, or rather, my Crimson King mod. The Crimson King of the Dark Tower series is the main antagonist. Similar to our notion of Satan, the Crimson King is a shape-shifter and referred to as "the great scuttering spider-king". He embodies the ideas of chaos, anarchy, and evil. Though Roland, The Gunslinger, faces many different foes on his journey to the Dark Tower, the Crimson King is the orchestrator of it all. In fact, he is the cause for the decay of Roland's world, hoping to bring down the Dark Tower and bring about Discordia, or a state of chaos and anarchy. The same chaos and anarchy that Roland is trying to stop. The Crimson King is the evil to Roland's good, the black to Roland's white. In an interesting side note, a lot of characters from the Dark Tower series cross over to other King novels, like Father Callahan from King's Salem's Lot. The Crimson King first appeared in Insomnia, and shares the characteristic shape-shifting and final spider-like appearance of Pennywise, or It, from King's It. To capture the evil vs. good relationship of the Crimson King to the Gunslinger, I'm going to be using the same Cooler Master Mastercase5 Maker and basic design that my Gunslinger build is using, but tweaked a bit. Mirrored, to capture their opposite sides of the spectrum, but using similar hardware and themed to the Crimson King. This build will be the evil twin or, perhaps, the doppelganger of the Gunslinger. So, let's start off with a case...a Mastercase.

Sup nerds, So I'm planning on upgrading from my tower cooler to an AIO liquid cooler sometime soon and I think I just found my target. The Swiftech H320 x2. The only issue? My case front only supports up to 280mm of fans for intake so I'd need to mount this bad boy as exhaust on the top of my case. What I'm worried about though is whether or not these 3 fans as exhaust will overpower the two 140mm intake fans I have in the front and cause me to end up with negative pressure in my case. I know that they'll lose efficacy as they'll be pulling air through the radiator, not to mention they're probably static-pressure-optimized as opposed to airflow optimized, but I am still new to PC building and this will be my first step into the liquid cooling pool. Does anybody have any experience either with this AIO or with fussing over case pressure? I'd rather have positive over negative just because I'm generally lazy about cleaning dust and don't want to have to clean it out fairly often. Thanks in advance!

I am building a 3 way Titan XP build on a Rampage V Edition 10. I was going to use Bitspower blocks, but they are out of stock everywhere so it's either EK or Swiftech. I like Swiftech better because it looks better and has RGB leds. However I am leaning EK because I need to have a terminal connecting the cards. Is there any tripple terminal compatible with this block? http://www.performance-pcs.com/swiftech-komodo-nv-le-gtx-titan-x-pascal-vga-waterblock.html Thanks!

Sup Internet, So I'm thinking of upgrading my chassis to one of those fancy Thermaltake Core P3 open air guys, I just think they're rad as hell, but I'm concerned my AIO liquid cooler for my CPU might not be compatible. I'm using a swiftech H320x2 and, as some of you may know, it has a reservoir attached to it. Meaning, I can only attach my fans to the back of said radiator. My question then is, can I use this radiator with a Core P3 case? Whenever I see people using this case they just screw the rad directly to the case and attach fans to the top so they're visible; Fan|Rad|Case in that order. Would I be able to attach the fans directly to the case and then the rad to those fans so that they were between the rad and the case? I do have long screws that came with my current Phanteks case which can go through a radiator bracket, fans, and into a radiator, but I don't know if the threading on those is compatible with the Thermaltake case. If anyone has one of these fancy cases and could let me know I'd be much appreciated! Picture of the AIO for reference

So I recently got myself a 360mm AIO for my CPU, and I am VERY happy with it (pics to follow). I currently have it blowing air out of my case, and two front mounted 140mm fans as intake. My question now that I am wondering about, is am I doin it rite? I originally set it up in this fashion for two reasons. I didn't want to have to worry about getting dust underneath the fans on the radiator by using it as intake in push-configuration My case isn't big enough for a front mounted 360 rad I only had one other fan on the back as an exhaust Now I'm wondering if I should change the fans around so they too draw cooler air into the case, making it more effective at cooling my CPU, or keep it how it is because I've only got one open air GPU that doesn't seem to add too much heat to the case as a whole. Thoughts anyone? I'd appreciate anything you have to offer. Here's a few pictures as promised.

Hello to everyone,i've purchased a Corsair 400C with a pair of corsair vengeance pro gold(16GB even if it isn't relevant). Since i'd love to use a Swiftech H240-X2 to cool down my cpu(i7 2600) i was wandering if it will fit in the top of the case or at least in the front section of the case :c If not, please feel free to suggest me an AIO Cooler that will fit (which won't leak after a short amount of time(hopefully)) OR a nice Air Cooler. Thanks in advice ~

So I've got one of those fancy swiftech AIOs that we first saw at Computex '16 I believe it was. Great unit, huge fan of the look and the performance. But in the original video Linus made inside their booth at Computex, he mentioned that the two lighting zones, the reservoir and the waterblock, had addressable lighting zones and that "they're working on software for it". Year and a half later, I still can't seem to find any software that is compatible with the unit to allow me to control the lights, much less add any kind of effects. Has anyone else had success with playing around with the lights on this unit outside of the little button on the fan controller? Might be a pipe dream, but the bits I saw on swiftech's forums just had cryptic messages about "we can't talk about the software yet" or something along those lines. Here's the unit I'm talking about

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/KillSwitch87/saved/xWyJxr The parts are already bought and awaiting assembly, just as soon as I decide on a CPU cooler. I'm currently using a Corsair H-something (forgot but it's a small one fan unit) on my PC but need/want a new cooler for the new one. I've never had an issue with Corsair and they have an amazing warranty but heard they changed the pump design (due to some legalities)to a more failure prone one so I was wondering if there are any better, as in more reliable options I could choose from? It doesn't have to be 'worth it' I just like the look of liquid coolers and dislike air coolers but I do want good quality and reliability (as in don't flood or fry my system, I work from it and can't have it down for even days not to mention weeks) Any suggestions welcome, experiences, advice welcome. TIA P.S.: custom loops look amazing but I'm a slob and would mess it up so that's out

I purchased a swiftech h220 aio cooler about a year ago every couple months I take apart my computer to clean out the dust and this last time I noticed my cooler has some white material floating inside, the pump has also been louder recently. Is this normal? Should I get it replaced under warranty?

I was looking at 280mm AIOs for my new build and the Swiftech H240 X2 caught my eye. The only issue is there seems to be a lot of reviews on newegg saying that it leaked, which is not something I want to deal with the first time I buy an AIO. I also remember hearing somewhere (forget where it was) that you shouldn't mount them vertically (like front of the case), does anyone know if this is true? I want to mount whatever I end up getting frontally, so I hope not. With that being said, what are your thoughts on Swiftech AIOs? Should I get one? If not, what do you suggest I look into? (looking for 280mm, low pump noise)

Swiftech H320 X2 in Phanteks Enthoo Primo
LittleKid posted a topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
Hi everyone, Been a while on this forum but I need some help So basically I plan on buying a Swiftech H320 X2 for CPU cooling for now and then will be expanding that for my GPU and another radiator, but anyway, my question being will the H320 fit at the bottom of my case, reason I want to put it on the bottom rather than the top is so I can see the sexy reservoir as there is a cover on my case where the reservoir would be and will the pipes reach ? or will I have to buy longer pipes and change them myself? -
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows if the H 320 X2 (non prestige edition) supports adding new parts to the loop. Can't seem to find the prestige edition anywhere in aus but I want to eventually get a new gpu and throw it on it until I can go for a full custom. Cheers in advance techies!

Hello! Is there anyone going for the Swiftech H320 X2 on their NZXT H440? Because me too planning to used it for my NZXT H440 which I'm still considering. So my question is that does it fits on the top panel? And another thing I'm concern about is that after you assemble it on the top, will the side panel and HDD slots completely blocked off the cooler's RGB lighting and reservoir of the H320 X2? Because I've noticed that the side panel window does not show the whole side and stopped at the HDD slots. If any of you is using the H320 X2 on your H440 case, mind share up some pic of your build? I would like to see the result! Thanks!

Hello. I recently bought used Corsair Hydro H110 (not H110i). Unfortunately, the seller didn't put LGA 2011 mounting screws in the package. I cannot wait another week to get new mounting kit from Corsair, but the friend of mine has "Swiftech LGA 2011 Mounting Kit" that he doesn't use. Can I use it for my Corsair Hydro H110? Thanks for your advice! Link to Swiftech's mounting kit: http://aerocooler.com/swiftech-socket-2011-kit-socket-lga-2011-mounting-kit/

How many rads and blocks can I run on the MCP30 pump on the Swiftech H220x?
-
A while back the pump for my swiftech H320 x2 cooling system began making obnoxious stuttering and clicking noises during operation. If I use a special loop testing switch for my 24pin cable the system runs with a soothing hum, however operating with the 24pin connected to the motherboard the pump makes the aforementioned obnoxious noises. Has anyone had an issue like this before, or perhaps offer some insight on what might be causing it.

Hello all! So I am looking to upgrade my water cooling loop and need some input before I buy the rest of my parts. I currently have a stock H220x from swiftech. I want to add a rad and this water block for my 980ti. I need to know if this block is compatible with the H220-x system. I have heard that copper (which the cpu block is made of) is not compatible with other metals in a single loop. I want to add this GPU block:https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc980-gtx-ti-tf5-acetal-nickel. Are these two blocks compatible? Or am I forced to buy a whole new loop. Thanks for your replies Cheers!

I purchased a Swiftech H240-X liquid cooler for my CPU in 2015, and apart from a few issues related to fan speed control it's been working pretty well. Starting a few months ago, however, every 1 computer start-up out of about 8-10 fails with a CPU fan error. This is because the coolant in the loop does not seem to be running. If i shake and turn my computer case for a few minutes, then it usually starts working again and the CPU is cooled properly. I can't tell for sure what causes the failure in the first place, whether it's the pump or the coolant. I didn't notice any spills or impurities in the liquid that might block its flow, so i'm not convinced it's time for a refill. When at rest, the liquid level - although a bit lower then it was at the beginning if i recall well - is still between the min and max markers on the chamber near the pump. Can you please advise on how i should fix this problem for good?

This weekend I was tweaking my overclock on my 4790k that's currently cooled by the Corsair H100i v1 with Noctua NF-F12s. I am at a serious thermal limit with that cooler, even at full RPM on the fans. I've come to the conclusion that this old cooler just can't keep up with my desire for anything over 4.6GHz. I have done my research and I am not sure whether to get the Swiftech H240x2 or the H320x2. On swiftech's website, the H320x2 performs marginally better than the H240x2. I wanted to reach out to the community to see what you guys think. Is the extra cost of the H320x2 worth the superbly low difference in actual performance? Is there another solution that I should consider? Keep in mind that I am more than willing to update another AIO cooler's fans to Noctua's to reduce noise as I want this cooler to be as quiet as possible. I've looked at the Kraken x61 but I hear that it is significantly louder. Is that just fan noise or the pump itself? So many questions. Damn you overclocking, I need MORE POWER.

My H100i has a really annoying pump noise, no particularly loud although at Idle it is the loudest thing in my system and the tone of it just really annoys me. Does anyone else have this issue. I'm thinking of moving to the H220x2 when more reviews become available. Anyone have the H220x2 and notice it has a loud pump with an annoying tone? Thanks guys.

I'm about to put together a loop with a 360mm and two 240mm rads. Cooling a CPU and two GPU's. I have my mind set on XSPC so far. I like their aesthetics and seem like a quality product, however I'm weary of their Photon reservoirs, I've read many good reviews on them as well as a few bad ones. I've heard great things about the other brands out there also. Though I would like to add that I'm personally not a fan of nickel plating which sort of leaves EK out of the picture. But I would still like to consider quality before I invest in something just because it looks cool. I'm also aware that performance-wise, the temperature difference between the brands is really not very big. I just want to know who to avoid and who to trust. So what is your personal opinion on the build quality of each brand? Who do you think does it best?

EKWB recently release a full gpu block for the Gigabyte GTX 980ti Xtreme Gaming, which is what i am currently using. Instead of going all out and spending on a custom loop, i was thinking of using a AIO to cool my gpu, since i'm already running a h100i v2 for my cpu in a Corsair 400c case. Question I would have to ask is will i be able to just hook the swiftech h220 x2 or maybe a swiftech h140 x2 to the ekwb gpu waterblock? Would i have to add more liquid etc? Will there be an issue with the difference in metals(if there is)?
