✮ Budget: £2000 - £3500 ✮ Location: UK Based ✮ Use (gaming, rendering, etc): Gaming, Music Production and Graphic Design ✮ Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): 27 inch monitor thx ✮ Would love it to have RGB as much as possible but also working very smoothly for everything!! Hey you lot, I am thinking about this pc build that I put together I just would like to know if you think all these parts will work together and smoothly with what I request it for as a Graphic Designer and Gamer. First to start with my main job is as a graphic designer so an Ideal setup where my PC can run smoothly with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc would be so so so ideal Secondly, I love playing video games such as GTA RP, Red Dead Redemption and other high end games that need to go the extra mile without making the PC go into overdrive and having to work a-lot more power than it should do as I wouldn't want to have to replace any parts right away if there is any issues... CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 4.5 GHz 16-Core Processor CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB 48.8 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler Motherboard: Gigabyte X670 GAMING X AX V2 ATX AM5 Motherboard Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory Storage: KIOXIA EXCERIA PLUS G3 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive Storage: Western Digital Black SN850X 4 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive Video Card: Gigabyte WINDFORCE V2 GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16 GB Video Card Case: Deepcool CH510 MESH DIGITAL ATX Mid Tower Case Power Supply: Corsair RM1000e (2023) 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Home Retail - Download 64-bit Case Fan: ARCTIC P12 PST A-RGB 0dB 48.8 CFM 120 mm Fan Case Fan: ARCTIC P12 PST A-RGB 0dB 48.8 CFM 120 mm Fans 3-Pack Lastly, It would be so ideal for some recommendations of some 27inch monitors (can upload just one link) as I would love to have a triple setup where I can have my productivity on two screens and one for discord or something. I already have in mind what speakers, mouse, keyboard, audio interface etc sorted so I would just need the PC itself as I have already bought the other peripherals for it. P.S. I would need a-lot of storage and if the PC was RGB illuminated as I want it to look nice too lol

I'm planning to build a PC with a budget around $900, aiming for a balance between gaming and productivity. I'm considering the Intel Core i5-13500 due to its multiple cores but open to other suggestions within the $300 CPU budget that offer optimal performance. I'm seeking a decent motherboard with heatsink, RGB capabilities within a mid-range budget. Additionally, I'm looking for a good GPU and considering a full DDR5 system. Is this a suitable approach for my build?

I have a razor viper v2 pro and I got it about 6 months ago and just recently it's scroll wheel started jumping around, I went through all the steps to try and fix it and it was the mouse because it has this problem on multiple computers. My question is, is this common with Razor? because I have seen other people with this problem. And does this happen on other mice brands? I'm just thinking should I sell it to get a more reliable one or keep it.

Sorry if the question get repeated in this sub, i read several posts but still cant decide I have Iphone 7 plus, have been with me for 6 and half years (replaced the battery myself several times and screen), obviously its slow, but i am more pissed at the closed system more than anything, and planning to switch back to android My budget now is around ~ 600$ Should i buy a last year flagship like S22 ultra or Pixel 7 pro (are pixels worth it?, they cost the same as the S22 in my area) or should i wait another year, i can collect more money and buy a new flagship? your input would be much appreciated, and if you can recommend any other flagship (new/generation old) please do as i am only interested in Pixels and Samsung for the software and the support for them online (software & hardware)

Looking for an appropriate PSU for SFF pc build with 3800x, and 3080 FE. I have tried to contact Corsair India Sales/Service regarding availability, afraid haven't heard back from them. Found a seller on Amazon, however the prices are all jacked up and Corsair India Sales/Service is neither confirming if the seller is genuine nor saying otherwise. Am looking for 750w SFX PSU, what are my options?

Hey sorry if I got the terminology wrong. I still have the ISP WiFi router and it doesn't seem to work very good. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good introductory Wifi router I could pick up?

So my current problem is computer shutting off when under load, mainly just after a game has loaded in. I have checked my RAM and run a diagnostic test all passed perfectly. I have done a stress test and diagnostic test on the CPU and passes easily. I have stressed tested the GPU and it runs fine. I have tested different power management options. Checking the event viewer after the system has shut off shows a Kernel-power 41 (63) error Only thing I can think of is my PSU can't supply enough power when CPU and GPU are hitting peaks at the same time. System Spec: OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit MB: ASUS TUF GAMING z490-PLUS CPU: Intel i9-10850k (no overclock) GPU: Gigabyte 1080ti Aorus Xtreme edition RAM: 32GB (4x8GB) Corsair Vengeance RBG PRO 3600MHz (XMP 2.0 enabled, system shutoff still happens when disabled) PSU: Corsair CS650M 650W (It is about 6-7 years old) Power supply I am thinking of getting is the ASUS ROG Platinum Modular 850W (high wattage for eventually upgrading GPU) Is this a good PSU to get? or do you have any other suggestions. (yes I know this one is high in price but I like the look of it)

I was watching the WAN Show tonight and when they were talking about white desk pads and the problem with being susceptible to coffee stains etc., I just remembered around a decade ago there was this big fuss regarding nano fabrics and their antibacterial and anti-stain properties and there were brands like Nanotex, but I don't remember ever seeing them being used in real world application. It might worth some research and if that solves the stain issue and of course if the price is not super crazy, and the safety is not an issue, then that'd be so cool! (I know! too many ifs!!!)

I am looking for a keyboard and mouse My budget is £50 and I want a 100% keyboard (I haven't tried a mechanical keyboard so I don't if I like the feeling of them) and any mouse (I was looking at the Logitech MX master but it cost too much.) I don't game and don't plan on gaming and they need to be black and ideally wireless.

I'm going for a "low budget" ITX build with the 5600x, and B550 ITXs are kinda hard to find below 200€. I sumbled upon the Biostar MB B550T-Silver, which goes for 174€. Is it any good? I never purchased anything from them. Consider that this build won't be doing any overclocking. Thank you in advance!

Hey! So this is my first post, so I hope I got all the bits right on what topic this is and formatting and all that good stuff I'm a computer noobie. I got my computer as a prebuild, and then modified it later. I had just switched out some parts for better VR capabilities, and then later added an what I remember to be an Elgato capture card (to put my Switch onto my computer white not using the entire monitor!). I am deciding to upgrade as looking into a PC to build for my partner, I've slowly realized I'd like one as well. My current PC is very function and not very pretty, and I used to not care for that. But now I do, I want the pretty PC. I also know the fans are giving out and I need more ram, and I just want it. Honestly that's it. I don't NEED it, but I'd like it. I'm located in California, USA! So any prices will be made in $USD. My goal is to spend not too much more than ~$2,700 on the PC ignoring monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. So that's 2,700 on the PC alone. I did get a free Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO ATX mid tower case, so thats not included in that PC price (though that also means any parts must fit in there!!) And before you read the rest, know it either needs to be mostly white or if not, it needs to be hidden or easily painted! I am big on gaming, and do a lil streaming on the side. I hard prefer Windows, and am more comfortable on Windows 10 as most software is still not converted and also Im a wimp. Speaking of being a wimp, I am NOT and FPS player. I do however play a lot of modded games! Mostly Sims 4 and some pretty heavy modded Minecraft, so I know I need a good ram. Other than that, Im not sure! I do was a 3080, I'm just not sure if I want a TI or not (and also not sure of the difference?) Also like I mentioned earlier, I'm from the US so any adaptor/power stuff needs to fit a NA power rig. I'd like the graphics card to have room for at least 2 HDMI ports, as I will be wanting a 2 monitor set up (one vertical for chat/discord, and one normal) with the chance of upgrading to a 3rd when I mode in 2/3 years and can round up some more space. I chose the Corsair Hydro X Series iCUE XH305i cooler very intentionally. There was a PC I saw on TikTok and chose to copy its cooling system. Its Boba themed and I very much so like it, while also recognizing its not the most practical to have glass marbles in my PC. But I guess thats the fun part in getting this. Other than the case, the cooler, and the color, I'm super open! This is what I got for that build, let me know what you would add/change! Note: PCPartPicker says I dont have a cooler, when I do! Its under the custom options https://pcpartpicker.com/list/R6xxMb

I plan to buy a new laptop for around 1500$ in the upcoming weeks, and I can't decide what should I get. My main uses are gaming and general student work, and I want the best laptop I can get at the price. I found this on Amazon and it seems perfect, but I don't know if I should just get an intel based laptop with a better screen (I heard it's not really good in the G15) and GPU. What are you suggesting?

For the price it looks like the Asus VG279Q is good monitor at 144hz. I'm thinking about picking this up, anyone have any experience with this monitor or suggestions for a good IPS monitor in the $250- $300 mark?

I got scammed I recently have started selling stuff on eBay, and I decided to sell my 2080ti. With 3000 coming out I wanted to sell it when it still held the price, and so I set up an auction. It sold!!! For 1125 I was very happy with the price. After the auction someone approached me and said that they had purchased the gpu, I was a little wary, but seeing as I had already been paid, I thought what could go wrong. They told me yo ship it to another location because of them moving to their parents house temporarily, and I did. <Removed> It shipped, and I was happy, until I realized that the buyer had not received the gpu. I was scammed. I thought about it, and decided to give the buyer a refund. What else could i do, it was only fair. I then contacted eBay, and they told me to get in touch with the online crimes division of the fbi, which I did. My parents said that they would pay for the gpu even if the fbi never recovers it. But they originally helped me pay for it, and I feel bad about taking money from them. Ltt forum any suggestions, anything would help, I am currently in a worst case scenario and I would appreciate any advice.

Hi there everyone I would like to ask if anyone could help me make a gaming/workstation grade pc build. My general price range for this build is between €10.000 Euro and €15.000 Euro so it's not that I'm on a low budget but I do also don't want to waste money if it's something I do not need. My main job is doing 3D rendering (offline and RealTime renderer) game development, video editing and encoding/decoding/packing and exporting, working with large graphic and video formats like 20 to 30GB PSB files for 16bit 1:1@600dpi projects like banners and so as well as webserver management, Web development and everything that has to do with it as well as a lot of other heavy resource required work loads. Besides work I obviously play a game here and there and recently also bought an oled gsync hdr Pro 4K TV so I also want to be able to play on it at the maximum settings of any triple A game on the market. For that I currently the following specs in mind but I like some suggestions: PCPartPicker Part List CPU: AMD Threadripper 3970X 3.7 GHz 32-Core Processor CPU Cooler: Gigabyte AORUS LIQUID COOLER 360 59.25 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler Motherboard: Gigabyte TRX40 AORUS XTREME XL ATX sTRX4 Motherboard ($1000.00) Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 256 GB (8 x 32 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory Storage: Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive Storage: Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive Storage: Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive Storage: Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive Storage: Seagate EXOS Enterprise 16 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Storage: Seagate EXOS Enterprise 16 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Storage: Seagate EXOS Enterprise 16 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Storage: Seagate EXOS Enterprise 16 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Storage: Seagate EXOS Enterprise 16 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Storage: Seagate EXOS Enterprise 16 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB AORUS XTREME Video Card Case: Anidees AI Crystal XL AR 3 ATX Full Tower Case Power Supply: Corsair 1600 W 80+ Titanium Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply Total: $1000.00 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-03-16 20:45 EDT-0400 A link to pc part picker: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/RafaelDeJongh/saved/Y7Pgt6 My main question is in which areas I could improve this? Is an AOI water cooler better or worse than an air cooler or what would be a good cooler for this threadripper or are different cpu suggested for my work? Is there anything else that I should take into account? In general I might perhaps want to do NVLink with the RTX2080ti AOI water cooled edition from Aorus. Or is it better To go for a single RTX Titan instead? Can I even properly use octane in this setting and can i expand my storage later on to even more harddrives? Should I use a dedicated Bluetooth card or raid card for my purposes as I might use the m.2 ssd in a raid 0 cluster and the HDD's in a raid 5. Would an Epyc cpu be better or a Xeon? I'm working with 4K black magic footage and do render a lot in Blender, Unreal Engine and so on so I need to have like both cpu and gpu performance to a really good stand. And with the ram, I currently always run into ram issues as I max it out with using Photoshop with the large files that Photoshop practically takes op 29 to even 30GB of my 32 GB ram memory so I also don't want to skip on my ram either, I first was going with 128 but in this case with my budget I'd prefer to fill it to the max or would this cause worse performance? When does too much ram become a bottleneck? So yea these are the questions I currently have a bit of everything especially on the cooling, speed and general usage of it. It would act as a half workstation and half personal/gaming computer. Any suggestions or feedback is very welcomed!
