Okay, so I've an issue where I may just be using the wrong keywords, but I can't find any information on how to change the preview size for product listings. So places like https://www.lttstore.com/collections/all and https://alecsteeleshop.com/collections/all-shop-supply have 4 items per level, my store seems stuck at 3, but I want to cut the preview size in half roughly, try to get around 6 per level, and more levels on the screen at once. My store is https://www.furuyacreations.com/ for reference. Basically everything I've found takes me to basic "How to resize a JPEG" kinds of tutorials lol, so not helpful. Edit: For example, this is my etsy vs my square space, both leave a lot on the table (Especially for ultra wide). Squarespace at least adjust and just fills the space with bigger previews, but I feel like there's a lot of wasted potential on both, and squarespace has a lot of things I just am unaware of, so I figure there's something to work with somewhere.

Hi , so was going to make a website so I heard of squarespace from LTT vids but they keep sending me annoying emails and I dont even use the site so I want to delete my account. Whenever I log in it tells me immediately to create a website but I dont want to do that. I want to delete this account so they will stop sending me emails. Also, I cant even get into seeings in my account because it always sends me to a page to create a new website because I haven't created one yet. SO, please can someone help me and tell me how I can delete this account or get them to stop sending me emails without having to create a website with a domain name??? THANKS

ok so this is my situation I have a domain on Squarespace but I'm not using their service I only pay annually for my domain on Squarespace. i have a ecowebhosting account and i want to host my website on ecowebhosting but create on wordpress. when i try to transfer my domain to wordpress it gives me a dns and servername error. and when i go to ecowebhosting on hosting package then dns management everything is configured automatically but as i said wordpress gives me an error. do i need to configure manually if so how??

Looks like tech companies, not just Google are swinging their ban hammers on these alleged "extremists groups". It's basically two articles but instead of splitting them into two threads, I just merged them into one since both Spotify and Squarespace are swinging their trusty ban hammers. This is more of a supplement thread to this existing one by @Implosivetech Source: The Verge; Squarespace says it’s removing ‘a group of sites’ as internet cracks down on hate speech The Verge: Spotify pulls several ‘hate bands’ from its service Obviously this incident in Charlottesville has escalated way to quickly. I tried looking for that song on Spotify entitled "Money, Music and Hate" but it's now gone in both Spotify and iTunes. Well, just as I've said in the similar thread, both Spotify and Squarespace can do this because they are private corporations to begin so the US government can't ask them to pull out any songs or shutdown websites as per the 1st Amendment. I can't really comment on the song because I haven't heard it nor heard about the band. I think with Squarespace, I think they created a gray area on this issue. I have opinions about the SPLC but I'd rather not share it here as per CS but I think whenever SPLC demands to have something removed, it should be decided by a team of employees of diverse political opinions (both left, right and center) rather too hastily because an external group says so. I don't think censorship is the solution. If we look at history, a lot of notions and ideas flourished (both good and bad) because of censorship. I'm a believer in free speech. People are free to think whatever they want in the privacy of their own minds and people are free to believe and disbelieve at any given moment as long as it doesn't spill deleteriously on other people. If it does, I think it's right for tech companies like Google, Spotify, and Squarspace to not only swing their ban hammers but also alert local authorities to put these people behind bars. is there a script that can be used to publicly post youtube video links on squarespace?

Our Squarespace website is very nearly complete, and I am now in the testing phase. I have forms on the website so people can send emails to our agents as quickly and easily as possible, but I have found that the forms will not send through to our agents' custom Office365 email address - only to gmail addresses. Is there a way to get forms to send to email addresses that aren't gmail, or will I be stuck with changing all my forms to "mailto:" buttons? All help appreciated

So... The second post I made looking for help today... I feel wrong. This isn't how I'm supposed to work. I'm supposed to fix other people's problems!!! Anyways, here's what's going on: I have a server which I want to use for development, mainly. So I want ssh access to it from anywhere. I also may spin up a website on it, and some other tools on various ports. Setting that up on the server isn't hard. set those ports to listen, start the services, whatever. So i have done that, (at least for sshd) I set up a dynamic dns service for my router. I have had an account for a long time with noip, but my router integrates with dlinkddns, so i set that up so i don't have to run a program to update the dns provider at all when my IP changes. I have an address from them, and set that up in my router. I also forwarded the ports I need for the reserved IP of my server. I can ssh into that server from anywhere using the ddns as the hostname. So this works. The issue comes when I try to use my own domain that I purchased to do the same thing. I purchased a domain from squarespace (cause I wanted to give a certain content creator a little kickback or at least partner satisfaction), and I plan to use that domain as the domain to access my server. Now, I have tried a bunch of configuration options on there... but nothing has worked frankly. If someone is willing to help, i'll be glad to share what i've tried so far (to the best extent my memory will allow), but if anyone simply knows how to do this and can tell me, I would be the giddiest of posters Thanks, pre-emptively!

Back again to the LTT community for input. Business is coming together slowly. Location - check, company name - check, renovations - half check, website - insert wompy trumpet noise here. So the website has me checking around in regards for pricing. So far its either 3K+ for 6-7 pages and cheap monthly hosting (hostgator.com) or 1200 dollars and 40 dollars a month hosting. Just recently I came across one designer who uses only squarespace.com (of course I'm thinking well I got that linus 10% off) Still waiting for an approximate price of what the build would cost. Wondering what some of the benefits and draw backs are (the monthly business cost is $18 and $20 for the domain name). At this point the business will be opening to the clients May 1st so I'm not in a major rush but still want to give the designer sometime and reserve the domain. Cheers

I've been using Wordpress for many years now, but I keep running into bandwidth issues or issues with my hosts. I finally decided to switch to Squarespace about a week ago. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to transfer all my posts and images from Wordpress to Squarespace because it keeps telling me the import failed and the file isn't complete. I've contacted so many support people all over. The Squarespace live chat person left me with this: "If you increase the XML export size within WordPress, the "</rss>" tag at the very end of the file is present, and it's still not importing to your Squarespace site please attach the XML file in your response here so I can test and take a closer look."

Hey everyone, I am in the process of starting a new business renting out my own camera gear when I don't use it. The primary way I want to rent out my gear is online through a website. As this is probably not going to make much money from the start I am wanting to start out with a website building service like SquareSpace, Shopify or Wix which is affordable. From my research into those three services, none of them have features to do native equipment booking and rentals, only e-commerce (to my knowledge). I was wondering if anyone knew of a service like SquareSpace, Shopify or Wix which gives you a great looking website without having to pay a developer, as well as giving all the features I would need to get started, primarily item booking at checkout. Hello LTT forums, With the professional model, what happens if you sell over 20 products in a month. Also how does the selling service work? Would I have to ask Visa/Mastercard to be allowed to you their service on my website? How much commission does SquareSpace or other ask? I'm unsure of the traffic that I would get also so how does the scaling work? Would I have to be moved to the Business plan if I was getting thousands of hits? Thanks
