Good day, I have found a problem and would want some help so I can se if I need to call warranty. My keyboard (gk-100 from HP) seems to have some defect, I assume is the keyboard for some reasonings, I have did the fn reset of the keyboard, nothing seem to change, I changed on the regedit, I restored to factory settings the regedit, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers update and such, and finally, I have restored to factory settings my computer and nothing seems to work. All the things I did listed above were things I saw on the internet, so then again I could have done some of that wrongly or I forgot to do something that you guys could find it useful for my case. And the keys I press that generate the wrong things are, for example, if I hold the left shift key it inputs uppercase B's, if I hold caps lock it inputs uppercase B's and so on and so forth. For more information, I'm on a windows 10 enterprise and my keyboard is a GK-100 with the Portuguese Brazilian abnt2. Sorry for my not over the top English, not my first language. And then again I'm already grateful for any kind of help.

Hi, I've run into an issue over the last several days that I think is related to some Asus software that I installed. After updating from Asus gpu tweak v2 to v3, I also installed the Asus armoury crate as well. Soon after I installed the Asus armoury crate software, I started having issues, including my PC soft locking up. After researching it a bit, I read that the armoury crate software installed rgb fusion which is known to cause issues. I've uninstalled the software through CCleaner and also using the Asus uninstaller. However, Once a day over the last 3 days I have had to restart my PC as it soft locks up for some reason. My Corsair fans go from the white I have set them to, to the default rainbow and all applications become unresponsive/very slow to do anything. None of these issues existed before updating to gpu tweak 3(which I don't think is the issue) and the armoury crate software. I'm open to all solutions of things to try. I just hope a reinstall of windows 10 is needed... Thank you.

So randomly, with no rhyme or reason, my cpu will slow down to 400 mhz, and my fans will ramp up really loudly, and it will stay like that until I restart my laptop ( not using the restart function in the start menu, but literally hard resetting it by holding down the power button, which I find really odd). I thought it was malware, but after hours of searching and using various anti malware programs, no dice. I thought it was a driver or update issue, so I reinstalled literally all my drivers. no dice. HP support has been no help either. Right now, all the info I know about this issue is that, when this starts, my integrated Radeon Graphics spike to like, 478k Volts of power usage (this is not an exaggeration, but there's obviously an incorrect reading) Has anybody else experienced this issue or know how to fix it? I've spent more hours of my life than I'd like to admit searching for a solution to this issue. I think it's also important to note that this only started occurring after uninstalling windows in favor of linux, then switching back to windows over compatibility issues. -
Hi LTT forums, I recently got my hands on an Optiplex 7010 (in Thailand) and I was removing bloatware, etc. when in a stroke of sheer brilliance I clicked an icon (KKD Multitool Customize Wizard) and it opened up a folder. I was at a loss as why it was there since I couldn't find the program anywhere on the computer and decided to launch "Leopard". Unwittingly I had launched a program which serves to change the style of the desktop, it ran a cmd script and left my desktop completely bare, no windows explorer or icons. I restarted the computer only to be greeted by a black screen, photo attached in this post. Now, I cant system restore since there was no restore point and launching in safe mode does not work. However, I did find this site, http://www.easyosteam.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=2112 I know most of you probably can't read Thai, neither can I particularly well, but it says that this is a bug that can happen and they provide a solution; "Launch the style you want to use, Press yes and wait for the window to restart, you will get beautiful icons to use. The problem found in the KKD customise wizard in this VIP version you've downloaded beforehand has one bug- is that when you changed the icon image into the original???? when you enter windows there will be a black screen therefore members of VIP that downloaded ?? will have to redownload again the file name has to be KKDWin7V0_x64new.adi to be a new file" I can't re download anything since I can't get past the login screen and I have no clue what I can do using cmd in regards to inserting a .adi file. If anyone has some advice please do let me know! TL;DR I unknowingly launched a program which changes icons and styles on a new computer and can't get past the win7 login screen.

So, I reinstalled Windows 10 on my main computer to clean up clutter and after the reinstall, I can no longer record clips or screen record in general. I generally use the stock Game bar as it's convenient; when I tried recording on there, whether it's actually recording or the "Xbox, Record that" feature, it spits out "Recording isn't working, Error code 2147942405" As a troubleshooting step I also used Shadowplay and I was also running into the same issue. However, on Shadowplay, the instant replay feature works like nothing happened, but doesn't actually save my clips, even after resetting to the default folders and changing the folders. Pressing "Record" just pops up saying "recording saved" instantly, and no recording was saved. I tried re-installing Game bar via Powershell, as well as clearing any temp files. I also tried Microsoft's built-in app troubleshooter and didn't find anything wrong. I tried re-installing it twice after that and was met with the same results. No recordings. I also tried updating to Windows 10 1903 (I installed it using windows 1809) and even the update didn't do anything. My computer's Specs: Core i7-4790k MSI Z97 Gaming 7 Motherboard 16 GB Corsair Vengeance 2400 RAM MSI GTX 1070 Ti 256 GB M.2 SSD 4+1TB HDD I also have another computer that is near identical to my main one, except it is equipped with an i5-4690k and an MSI GTX 1060, yet I can record with Game DVR and Shadowplay flawlessly, same with my Dell Inspiron 15 7567, both of which's screen recording features are working 100% through 1809 and 1903. It may be the installation media I used (which was created with rufus and the ISO from Microsoft's website). Also, I would like to point out that this install of Windows is using the UEFI mode, not legacy mode, like on my i5 machine, which was upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and still I have screen recording working on that one. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I built a new PC that should be a new HTPC. I decided to go with a Ryzen 3 apu. The system works well enough: I downloaded windows, it boots, sees all the ram, fans are spinning and everything is fine except for the fact that tv's tend to wotk weirdly with PC's because of resolution and sizes or whatever. To make the image fit into the display I need the Radeon drivers. I downloaded the driver installer for the software and proceeded to install it. Nothing happened, the system doest see the drivers. I tried rebooting and re-installing time and again. I went into the driver manager thing and there it is, AMD vega 8 driver with a yellow error icon on it. I double click it and it says simething about insufficient resources. I have 16 GB of 2800mhz ddr 4 in that, and about 100gb of free storage. Why is that happening?

Hi everyone! I´m having some trouble with my coursair k95 platinum when I open the software as you can see on the following pictures when selecting the cooler it works flawlessly show me the option..... but when I select the keyboard, it should show a similar display as with the cooler so that I could do the configuration and address the macros but somehow it´s not showing it for me I have already deleted and downloaded from new the software 3 times updated... but I can´t get it around to work open to suggestions best regards

Hi guys, Posting here for lack of help elsewhere on the internet. My windows10 machine is having random and severe lag spikes that make it near unusable at times. This happens 1-5 times daily, it will occur randomly with no set actions leading up to the problem. Description: - Every single windows process will slow down to a fraction of its speed, almost like watching in stop motion. - File explorer, chrome, start window (ANYTHING) will play back at about 1fps and be nearly impossible to use - The only fix is to restart my PC, or to switch off, leave it for a while and then turn back on. (see video below for reference, this shows my file explorer, this is not a laggy video, that is the actual speed that my mouse moves at and it runs at) One other important point is this often results during editing in Premiere Pro. Not one particular action or amount of time triggers it, but it will randomly happen after I have been using PremierePro for an amount of time. Sometimes it comes off the back off a random premiere pro crash, but othertimes it happens while premiere is still running. Hey guys, So I installed a Intel AX200 chip into my Dell XPS 9570 computer quite a while back, after which the Dell Mobile Connect app started to not work. I initially used this app to make text messages and phone calls when using my computer. For the specifics, the app opens, but whenever I try to pair my phone, I get the following error: The exception unknown software exception (0x0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFC2057A839. I tried to ask Dell Support for help, but they basically told that since I put in a wifi card that does not come packaged with the system, they were unable to help me. I would really appreciate it if someone would be willing to assist me. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the Dell Mobile connect software and drivers without any success

Hi, I just built my new pc with specs : i7 8700k @ 4.5ghz on all cores corsair h115i pro rgb gtx 1080ti fe g skill ripjaws v 16gb(2x8) ddr4 3000mhz ram asrock z370 taichi samsung 860 evo 500gb ssd coolermaster v650 fully modular 80+ gold nzxt h700 windows 10 pro 64 bit So the problem here is sometimes my games crash to desktop without any error msg! I googled my problem and no matter what I tried games still crash! I thought it was my cpu so I oc to 4.5 from 4.7 and still this problem occurs. My temps seem fine. I don't know what I am doing wrong PLEASE HELP ME !!!!

So i am currently running 2 surveillance software on 1 windows 8 server. Geovision - analog Amcrest - IP Both software run simultaneously, and randomly at times the amcrest software 'does not respond' I fix the issue by simply end task in task manager, but i have to do this way too often. What information do i need to provide you guys to figure out what the problem is? Thanks -
Hey guys, so I bought two 4gb sticks of Tforce delta rgb for my build that I've completed but I cannot for the life of me get the blitz software for non aura sync mobos to work. It just doesn't open at all. I get the prompt asking for permission but beyond that nothing. I've tried uninstalling every program that could possibly conflict with it, I've emailed their support people and tried to talk to someone via their youtube channel but after an initial email I never hear back from them. Anyone else have experience using these RAM sticks? I just cant seem to get it working. My build is a ryzen 5 1600x, gigabyte aorus gaming K5, T force delta rgb (2x4gb @ 2600mhz) and a 1050ti. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I've got a Toshiba satellite L755 that has recently stopped showing the battery level accurately. it says it is 100 percent when I click on it but always claims it is unavailable when I hover over it. the icon is thus always hollow. It is running 64 bit windows 10 installed, not upgraded. HW Monitor shows the number of Milli Watt Hours in the battery, so I know it's not the hardware. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the battery and it's driver, discharging and recharging the battery, and googling how to uninstall and reinstall the battery icon (no relevant results), but it was all fruitless. If anyone has any ideas, please speak up, thanks in advance, -CJB

Clearly like the title says i've a micro second freezes 0.5 to 1 second in all video games no matter if game old or new (even old 2D games like tibia freezes).. and i mean by freeze is the whole pc stops for a millisecond and sometimes up to 1 second and continue like normal (this happens so random and frequently) even the pc is brand new, i noticed this freezes only in video games but in anything else i never noticed it, and it happens only in actual gameplay, like if i ran the game and playing with the menu and settings nothing would happen but only in actual gameplay and it happens much! I posted this on tomshardware and didn't get any responses. Hopefully Linus's grand army of loyal subject can help me out here Essentially my computer decides to randomly reboot without BSOD or anything, no warning, basically the same as me pressing the reset button. Things to note: []Occurs when playing DotA 2, I don't play anything else enough to notice. []Occurs randomly a few times a week []Does not seem to depend on the length of the gaming session, sometimes occurs within an hour and sometimes occurs within 8 hours. []Windows just reports a system power interruption []My hardware is nowhere near overheating from what I can tell. CPU hits a max of like 60C in prime95 and GPU hits 80C max in unigen valley benchmark. []Specs: CPU- FX-8320 w/ hyper 212 evo GPU- GTX 770 SC EVGA RAM- 8GB Ballistix ram MOBO- Asus M5A97 R2.0 board SSD- Some Kingston SSD 256GB HDD- WD Black 1TB Case- Corsair 200r (I think) case with stock fans PSU- Rosewill Captone 750W PSU (new one) (old one, gone) CX600m PSU OS - Windows 8.1 []My PC has froze twice on the desktop since this started. This never happened before. So far: Tried shutting down PC every night (no noticeable effect) Replaced old PSU with new one. Tested hardware as stated earlier. Reset BIOS to defaults. My new iPhone sometimes acts weird. Sometimes the command center is not working properly but worse is actually that I you stop listening to music and keep the headphones in you will always hear this noise click 20-40secobds after. I sound exactly like and apm turning of with the speakers still connected. It is this clicky sound thing. Also on edge can me pushed in a small part of a millimeter. It's the opposite side of the headphone jack on the front and it makes this click/bending sound. Has anyone got similar problems? I am just really curious as to WAHT THE ACTUAL FUCK Apple did with the iPhone 6. My iPod 3 was so much smoother back in the day Hardware felt like high quality and software went smooth other than performance issues caused by the power my processor in some cases was lacking.

I built a gaming PC back in November and installed + activated Windows 7 Ultimate on November 26th and it actiavted fine (I had to do it over the automated phone because it had been on another computer before). Now today, 6 months later, my computer says in the bottom of the screen: this copy of windows is not genuine build 7601. I don't know why this has happend as the activation has been fine for 6 months and I actuallty have got the OS legally. I've tried re-activating and doing to automated phone activation and none of them work. Is there a way I can fix this, because I don't want to buy another one when I have already bough a copy legit. Thanks you :)
