Hey guys, for a bit of context, I am a casual gamer who used to play 2 to 3 times per week casual egames and AAA on a Lenovo legion I5. Nowadays I play mainly on consoles so my laptop primary use is mainly for working (office, light programming, emailing) and light gaming on the go when traveling. It's a big and heavy laptop so I'm selling it in order to get something more optimize for traveling (my back would appreciate). Which options are available that are slim/light that also pack a punch for casual gaming (Ready or Not, The finals, forza motorsport). My budget is up to 2000$. I'm looking for that bang for the buck or price/value ratio. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

i actually have plan to replace my laptop which is had battery issue. im looking for laptop for Writer. i dont game but, if it equipped with decent gpu then i take it. i advise to suggest me one laptop without discrete GPu and the other with one inside . requirement - 600USD or around 10 Million IDR. - Good keyboard - Bright screen like my current laptop sit at maximum for 240nits. - Battery is important i want to be mobile. - Slim - * if possible at least MX150 equivalent gpu ( for indie gaming at 720P )

I have this keyboard I love from when I bought my first PC but it's a German keyboard and since I mostly write in English nowadays, I'd love to buy a similar keyboard that has an English key set. What I love about this keyboard: keys are slim but still tactile - there's a closeup in the pictures I uploaded (for example mac keyboard keys are too slim for my taste) key resistance exists but it's quite low keys are rounded off on each side, so it's rare that a finger hits a key in a way that the key or the finger would get stuck base is heavy enough and has rubber inlets, so that the keyboard doesn't scoot around The closest I have been able to find, is this keyboard for visually impaired people which seems to have other issues (too light, sticky keys, and the color is maybe not my favorite). So if anyone has any recommendations for such a keyboard with an English key set, you'd make me so very happy!

I'm looking for a slim case into which I can move my build. I'm trying to transport my computer and Dell S2719DGF in one suitcase with plenty of padding. Most ITX cases don't work for me as they're too thick to fit into a suitcase along with my monitor. I'm looking for a case similar to the Fractal Node 202, but just a few millimeters thicker to fit the NH-L9x65. The cooling performance of the NH-L9i doesn't seem good enough, and reviews warn of poor clearances and mounting hardware for the Silverstone Tek AR06. I'd like to keep my 10600K, Windforce 1660 Ti, and 3.5" HDD. Bonus if it fits an ATX PSU. I'm looking for a maximum total case thickness of 5". I don't want to spend more than $160 if it does fit an ATX PSU, but if there is nothing out there, recommendations would be welcome regardless. -
Im looking for something on the slim and portable side of things as this is for school. But i don't mind anything as long as it is in my budget. -
I just saw this video uploaded by DIY Perks today in which he makes a PS5 Slim, and I wanted to share it with you gamers because it's just amazing. In the video he shows the prosses of how he manufactures the case and custom water block as well as the temperatures he has recorded.

In today's LTT Video I saw an adapter like the one in the picture. I found it so cool, that I started thinking about, is there is something like this but with USB 3, the only thing I found was a USB 3 stick that's kinda slim, but not an type a port to type c adapter. So now the question, is there something like this?

I'm looking for any recommendations for a mini itx case that fits a single slot GPU and won't completely break the bank. I'm thinking of upgrading my 5(ish) year old PC later in the year, and am planning to repurpose some of the old parts to make a pc just for emulating my 360. I love my xbox but it makes an unholy amount of noise and is quite big and heavy so I'd really like to be able to play my 360 games without having to wear ear defenders. also I feel it would be a fun project and a good use of still working old parts. However I dont want to build it all into a massive case which is bigger and heavier than the 360 itself, I'd like something the same size or ideally smaller. Was wondering if anyone could recommend some cases - only specifications are that it can take a single slot expansion card, isn't 100s of pounds like some of the Streacom pcs and as mentioned already is ideally smaller than an Xbox 360 (the smaller the better). I'm in the UK so ideally it'd be available here as I'd rather not ship from the US but all reccomendations welcome! Cheers!

I'm looking for a slim "stealth" (as little bling such as window, lights, logos etc. as possible) case: Fits a mini-ITX board (or up to ATX if not compromising height/depth more than necessary). Fits a regular size ATX PSU (I have a Corsair HX1200i which I'm not interested in replacing). Fits large size graphics cards such as ASUS ROG STRIX 1080 (~15x30x4 cm). Accomodates decent airflow for low noise build. Has no drive bays. So far my best bet is BitFenix Pandora Core (16 cm wide). It's not perfect, but almost there: Not as stealth as I'd prefer (I'm a big fan of Fractal Design Define Nano S, but it's way too wide). A bit of wasted space for water cooling in the front. Hard to find a retailer that sells the windowless version at my location. Missing specs for graphics card width and PSU length. What are your recommendations?

So while I feel like the obvious answer should just straight up be the Pro, all the PS4 Pro's in my area seem to be sold out and I'm.... somewhat of an impatient person lol. There's tons of PS4 slims in stock in my area and they all come bundled with a game. Should I wait for the Pro's to come back in stock or just get a PS4 slim and save over 100 dollars? (I live in NY, taxes suck). Things to add: I don't have a 4K TV, I was mainly interested in the PS4 Pro's new "Boost Mode" option to gives games more FPS when they're just being played in 1080p. I AM currently for the most part a PC and Xbox Gamer but I am not biased towards any companies overall, so that'll most likely change and even out once I actually get the PS4. Point is, I don't actually care too much about graphics on my console games, but if I can make the FPS a little better then why not?

I'm planning to do an ITX build in a Lian Li PC-Q37, but I'm going to mod the case to add a vertical GPU mount, however I don't want to compromise on cooling. The top fan slots in the case will be populated by my AIO, and I also want to populate both the bottom fan slots. (I'll leave the ugly rear 80mm fan slots empty) I don't want my vertically mounted gpu to hang over the cpu socket area much so mounting it as low as possible is important. To that end I need to find good quality slim fans. I have no experience with slim fans so I thought I'd ask you guys for some recommendations. I saw that Noctua announced slim 120mm fans last summer and they would be perfect but it seems like there's still no ETA on them. Black Friday is here! And it's time I get a new case... For the longest time I've been using a Fractal Design Define Mini, and I love it. However, it is time to change. I am building a new desk and purchasing a 29" ultrawide monitor and now I need to slim down my computer. My goal is to have my computer sit on top of my desk horizontally with my monitor sitting on top of that. Something like this crude MS paint sketch I just made. If it's not obvious to you, the desk is the brown box, the computer is the dark grey box and the monitor is the blue box (including the light grey box, that's the stand). Also this is absolutely not to scale. So, I come to you all for help in finding a case because there's a few details that make the search a little bit difficult. Requirements 1) $120 limit. Just went Christmas shopping for the family so I'm kinda broke 2) Needs to fit an ATX power supply, don't want to buy another when this one works 3) Needs to fit a microATX motherboard, again I don't want to buy another when this one works Preferences 1) I really really would prefer if this thing looked nice and streamlined considering it's going to be in front of my face every day 2) No optical drive slot, don't need it and to me it hurts the streamlined concept 3) 4 usb ports, current case has 3 and I've made it work but more would be better 4) Shorter vertical height, I don't want this thing too tall, but it has to be tall enough to fit a 1080, specifically the Gigabyte G1 Gaming model I was looking at the Antec VSK2000-U3 just to give you a rough visual representation. Picture courtesy of Newegg. This is pretty close to what I want except for the optical drive. This is the same case but looking at the back. I'm pretty sure that's not a standard ATX power supply mounting hole but I don't know for sure, don't have too much experience with power supply sizes. Again, picture courtesy of Newegg. I'd honestly probably just use this case but I was hoping to find something a little nicer. EDIT: Just checked the Q&A section on the Newegg product page for this case, it is not a standard ATX power supply size and it will not support a card as tall as a 1080 unfortunately, so I can't use this case. I'm hoping more experienced people on here could point me in the right direction. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

So I have an Asus GTX 660 DirectCU II and I'm looking for used pc's like this one- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252610824144?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT and I basically want to remove my psu and gtx 660 to the case because the case I have is awkward and effectively comes with the rest of the pc (basically the heat sink and motherboard are impossible to remove). So is it possible to have a gtx 660 and a 750w psu in a slimline case? Or should I just find a pc setup with a bigger stock case or something (the more expensive option).

So i want to populate my 5,25 inch bay with a usb hub with no more than 3 usb 3.0 plugs and atleast 1 quick charge usb port (4 in total), but i want to have a slim dvd reader above the 4 usb´s so the usb hub would sort of act like an adapter from regular 5,25 to a slim dvd drive (picture). I cant find any Products that would match my needs so im asking here if someone has a solution for that. Sort of like this but instead of the sd card read it would have that slim disc reader on the picture above, and it could have less usb ports

Hey guys, Which one do you think it's better? I am a fan of slim cases like the one from Silverstone, as they are more portable and can fit anywhere. However, I am worried about the cooling capabilities that their wider, "cubical" brothers might improve upon. What do you think? What's your idea of the best case? Thanks.

Wireless Slim Low Width Backlit keys Apple's iMac keyboard I find to be very heavy and a bit mushy to type on. Logitech K810 seems liek the best choice unless there's something else out there.

I am currently looking at a laptop that would be good for university. I wanted a laptop for a while and I had my eye on the Dell XPS since Linus made a video on a couple of years back for all it's benefits. I watched a few reviews, specifically on the 15 inch version and people often mentioned that the speakers were awful, obviously it's a deal breaker but for it's price you would expect something better. So I came to you my dear friends if you would be able to list some alternatives with mainly the features listed below, below £1,500 (or $2,000 US). I was also thinking of replacing let's say a HDD inside with an SSD too to reduce costs or making my options more flexible. In case you're wondering I am going on to study Product Design (edit) -Windows (not a fan of Apple's OS X and the keyboard labels) -14-15 inch screen -4 or more cores (i5, prefrably i7, or an AMD processor that's just as good) -slim/thin -good GPU -battery life 10+ hours -1080p (could be a bit lower or higher, I just don't want anything ridiculous like 4k as that will use more battery and power and I just don't need that) -8GB ram preferably: -space for 2 drives, doesn't matter what kind of connector -speakers better than the ones of a Dell XPS Thanks from top

Anybody know what the slimmest AIO cooler is? Not necessarily the slimmest rad + fan, because I can just buy a slim fan seperately. Thinnest AIO Radiator i guess is what im asking. Thoughts?

Currently been on a logitech ultra-x for over a decade... its dying a slow and agonizing death. its a slim "laptop-style" keyboard, and i enjoy the low profile. I HATE mechanical keys or long keystrokes; the clicking drives me nuts. Silence is golden... ductape is silver. I like how the low profile keyboard is right down there on the desk... and i doubt Im alone in this. Does anyone have some good leads on low profile keyboards that are not super expensive or part of that shitty Microsoft mouse/keyboard package? Wired please. I can't seem to find anything on amazon Canada; newegg; etc... halp? Hey Linus! can you do a low profile keyboard roundup?

Looking for some recommendations on cases and boards for a slim compact 6950X build that would sit on top of my desk and not take up too much space? Looking at a Micro ATX board, 1 PCIe slot for an NVidia or AMD Graphics slot, 2 other PCIe slots for M.2 NVME Drives on small boards, an onboard NVME Drive. Trying to identify the case / board / graphics card combo that is small enough to sit on a desk and not be a monster case. The build will only be editing videos/photos - not a gaming machine, will end up with 32GB of RAM. Looking for examples and thoughts and build examples from the community if anyone has done something similar with the high TDP of a 6950X.
