Hey guys and gals, Yeah, so I am wondering, what the best known Raditor is for a "Open Loop", geared towards Silent PCs. People claim that this one, the Black Ice SR2 Xtreme+ 420mm, is the best. It has a low a FPI, Fins per Inch, at 9. For operation below 800 RPM fan all the way up to 2,000 RPM. However, this thing's been discontinued. Any ideas would be great. I am nooking for 420mm, if possible. Can go lower, but not higher. Thanks Guys

Budget (including currency): 3000 USD (but preferably under 2500) Country: US I don't have any preferences for hardware makers (AMD, Intel, Nvidia), I just want the build to be as quiet as possible. I'd prefer to not passively cool, as I don't want to have any thermal throttling. Coil whine should also be taken into account (though I have no clue how to, haha). Another thing is that I would like this pc to be future-proof for a long period of time, as it will most likely end up being my college pc. RGB and how the build looks doesn't really matter to me, I would honestly prefer a metal side panel over an acrylic/tempered glass one. I'm no stranger to handling electronics/building pc's so I am not against any modifications as long as they aren't destructive or too jank. (Though I can't talk as my current pc has the front glass panel ripped off and replaced with a house HVAC filter I cut to size and taped to the case over the fans). In terms of hardware/performance I'd like to do something along these lines https://pcpartpicker.com/user/eat_my_dst/saved/#view=cKzZcf Any info/contributions would be great!

I've been meaning to a do a little video on a project I started back at the very beginning of the pandemic: A full on wardrobe PC - with the PC on the other side of the wall from my desk and work space. It's kind of difficult to explain, so I just took some super wobbly cell-phone footage, rambled along about it and whacked the video on youtube for your viewing (dis-)pleasure. If you're curious about my components, check my profile page or just ask.

Hey guys, I'm gonna need some advice on my rig. I've been using this like 4 years from now for gaming and surfing. I did some improvements on the rig but I'm not sure if I'm using it right or if I did something wrong. I just want to get the "best" out of this build. Here are the specs of it and some issues that I want to mention, the whole system and some questions about it down there. What I'd like to have is your comments and some advice on it. (fyi, I can't spend any money for it since I am unemployed at this very moment and will be for 3-5 months more.) Specs Spoilers contain Spec lists of the components. And click on components to go the manufacturer's website for the product itself. (as much detail as possible cos why not.) Mobo: MSI 970 gaming socket AM3+ Cpu: AMD 8120 / 3.1 GHz Black Edition (couldn't find the official cpu page) Vga: Sapphire Tri-X R9 290X 4G GDDR5 Memory(s): Silicon Power Xpower 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2133 Ram Psu: Xilence XP700 700W 135MM Fan Gaming Series 80+ Power Supply Chasis: Zalman Z3 plus ATX mid tower Computer Case Ssd: 500gb Samsung ssd 750 evo -> contains my geniune win10 pro, and games and stuff. Cpu Cooler: Zalman LQ 310 Single fan with push-pull, installed. Chipset cooler: Xigmatek Porter Chipset Cooler (N881) interesting part here, I am using it but I don't know do I still need it, with a 8cm silent fan operated by motherboard. I'll be sharing HWmonitor temperatures because that was why I felt the need of using this "chipset cooler" because why not. Hdd1: 2tb WD green 7200rpm sata 3.0 (used to be external but it's "external adapter circut board(not sure it's the name for it)" stopped working, now it's internal), contains my steam games but it has bad sectors in it. Sometimes I have to copy what I can from the game backup with Jfile recovery and make steam redownload the broken data. Hdd2: 1tb WD blue 7200rpm sata 3.0 (empty) sometimes I install linux on it and be happy. Hdd3: 2tb WD my book external usb 3.0 -> contains all my data (photos, backups, etc) I don't always put both 2 internal hdd Sound card: I use Asus Xonar DG 5.1 PCI soundcard because the on board sound quality of this particular motherboard of MSI is absolutely disgusting. OK. It's not much right? But the performance I'm getting from it is not my issue and It's totally fine imo. But temperature levels and noise pollution totally are. Which is why I've decided to share all the details with my rig to you guys and hear you out. I don't overclock it. It runs everything on stock with latest build of win10 pro as OS and always updated, latest drivers from amd for r9 290x, latest drivers of everything on the setup. I'm using it for gaming, surfing, I do maintenance for once in 3 months; I change thermal paste, I remove dust and I believe the cable management is OK (not perfect but really enough to not to block the airflow if you check out some pics at the attachment part ) And I use this thermal paste (click to go the manufacturer website) maybe this is an issue? TX Thermal Paste 30g model TXCCT3OG Thermal conductivity ≥ 1.93 W/m-K Thermal impedance < 0.255°C-in²/W The airflow looks like this; (the weird heatsink at the middle is a chipset cooler which I stated on my specs) So what do you think? Is the airflow ok? Should I keep using that chipset cooler or not? There used to be the stock heatsink on the chipset which is that; But I've changed it with a custom, bigger heatsink works with a 8cm fan that I mentioned up here because my pc was running hot. But that didn't work. Yeah AMD systems runs hot I know. But still I wanted to do something about it. I wonder why it runs so hot and I don't know whether some Intel systems overheat that much too. Below there are temps. Here are my temperatures from HwMonitor after gaming (Dirt Rally on ultra 1080p) for an hour; When I was gaming, ambient temp was 15-20 celcius See the tmpin1 temp on hwmonitor? 91 celcius max. I mean what is that? It runs 80 - 90 celcius when I game. It's not the chipset in that case right? Because installing an aftermarket heatsink didn't help. I was getting the same temperature levels before installing it and now it still runs hot. About the noise issue, some might say it's silent when it's idle. But I can't stand even to that noise and while gaming, I use headphones to not to hear it. But I have a surround sound system and I'm not hearing it clearly when the volume is low enough to not to wake anyone up in the house. This is the best I could get with what I have.. I mean, would Noctua fans run more silent? Sorry I can't measure the sound of it and post it here somehow. But I can say it's loud for me. Maybe it's not loud for any other user out there but I don't know. How is your system running? For example if you have an intel system and an nvidia card, would that run more silent? how can I make this rig "dead silent"? or I can't? If I have a custom water cooled system with all the blocks and stuff, would it be silent? And of course what do you suggest me to do with what I have? If i spend a little on something you suggest, what can I achieve? Is something wrong with this rig? I need all of your suggestions and comments really. And I included some more photos of my setup at the attachments if you'd like to see the system from different angles. I guess that's it.. Had a lot of questions for you guys. Thank you for your time and please enlighten me if you have anything to say about this setup.

Can anyone find a proper thunderbolt 3 dock available for purchase in Canada? It seems like there is 6 or 7 companies that say they have them but they are all "coming soon". Are there any actually available? I want to move my desktop into the room next to me (because noise) and running the cable for the dock through the wall is the best solution I can think of. What would you recommend as a solution for this? I'm also considering the following options: ~ Buying 10ft cables for all my peripherals (aux cable, displayport, 4 usb cables) and sleeving them all and running that though the wall. ~ Using an adapter to convert the thunderbolt 3 port on my desktop to thunderbolt 2 and using a thunderbolt 2 hub ~ Same thing as above, but instead of the adapter, buying a thunderbolt 2 expansion card. Also: I don't care much about cost, I've already spent 1000$ on trying to make the build quieter by using "silent" parts. I just don't want the solution to drastically degrade stuff like audio quality or mouse response time.

My GPU has minor coil whine and something from the mains causes my PSU to buzz sometimes (Eishkom). There's a sale on the P400S and it costs the same as an S340. My current case is rubbish (CM K380) and basically amplifies all sounds and fan vibrations. Which of the three cases will be the quietest? I have an i5 6600 and a 1060, so airflow shouldn't be too much of an issue. If you know any other good, quiet cases please suggest them. The H440 is already the max I'm willing to spend

Hi. I need some help!!! I have an old (but upgraded through the years) PC that I am looking to upgrade the CPU of, and therefore all the other related required components too. I have built PCs before, but that was many years ago and I am a bit out of things now so all help and suggestions are appreciated. The current specs are: Intel i5-3570K, on an Asus P8Z77 ATX motherboard with a beQuiet cooler (all obviously to be replaced) 32GB RAM (4x 8GB Crucial DDR3 1600, UDIMM240) MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X, 6Gb SoundBlaster Xi-Fi Xtreme Audio Card beQuiet 680W modular PSU, 80+Gold, model BQT E9-CM-680W Thermaltake Suppressor F51 no window case with 2 140mm case fans of unknown type (front and rear) 1 SATA 5.25" optical drive 1 SATA 2.5" SSD, OCZ Arc 100 120GB (used as boot drive) 3 SATA 3.5" HDDs used for game installations, and for file storage Monitor: Currently an old Samsung SyncMaster 1680x1500 panel, but looking to upgrade soon (separate budget) to something 1080p with a >100Hz refresh rate. Also outputs to my 1080p TV. The main uses of the PC are: 1) Playing games, both on this PC itself and using this PC as a Host for Steam Remote Play (with another lightweight PC on my home network as client (1080p 60Hz display)), games played are not AAA titles, mainly I play things like Cities Skylines, Anno 1800 or 1404, Europa Universalis 3 and 4, Crusader Kings 2, Two Point hospital, various Total War titles, plus a load of older games. The real driver to upgrade is Cities Skylines which is painfully slow at present on the PC, and at best 5fps via Steam Remote Play. 2) Watching movies, both streaming and locally stored, plus acting as a place to store video and music files that other devices connected to my home network can stream and/or download from it to play. 3) Generic internet use, word processing etc. 4) It needs to be very quiet as it is in the living room, and it should not really be noticed... The bottleneck seems to be the CPU on games such as Cities Skylines which has it pinned to 100% full-time, hence looking for a CPU upgrade and thus everything that goes with that. Budget is what it needs to be, anything from £200 to £500 or so (I am in the UK). I am looking at the Ryzen 5 3600 as probably the new CPU, and building around that, but retaining and reusing as much of the current system as possible. Questions: On the basis of going for the R5 3600, with I'm thinking a Noctua NH-U12S CPU Cooler, 1) What motherboard? I'm really confused here as the prices and the marketing claims seem so varied. Ultimately I want a reliable motherboard that will run the PC quietly and have expansion capacity (the main point here being SATA slots, as I will already use 5 and I want to have the ability to add at least another couple of HDDs at some future point if needed), it also needs to support 2 USB 3.1 and 2 USB 2 front IO, and Gigabit wired ethernet (WiFi not necessary). I don't care about flashy things for this machine like RGB (if anything I'd rather not have it) just the core performance. I also don't really plan on overclocking (except perhaps a simple auto over-clock in the BIOS it it would do anything on a 3600 or even exist). 2) Sound. I don't know what current sound on motherboards is like. The Soundblaster card works just fine, so will likely just put that in, unless someone tells me that modern motherboard on-board sound is now better than that. 3) RAM. I'm guessing I will need to buy DDR 4 RAM, as I don't see many (any?) motherboards available that would accept the DDR3 I have, but this obviously is expensive given I will want 32GB so if there is a good decent board that will accept DDR3, that might be money worth saving? 4) Boot drive. My old OCZ SSD works fine, but it is small and even a when new a few years ago it wasn't exactly the fastest on the market. Is it worth putting a new, larger SSD in (either SATA connector or M.2) to use as the boot drive and for game installs too? Will this add much performance compared to spending that money elsewhere? 5) Case fans: Will I be fine with the current 2 case fans, or do I need to put more in? There is space in the case for extra fans, front, top, base and side. 6) From the spec list above, do I need to replace other things to make this work? Finally, if anyone has any suggestions on a new monitor in the £200-£250 range with 1080p and >100Hz refresh rate that would be interesting but I am not looking at upgrading that until early next year, Thanks in advance for all help and guidance received!

Is there any mechanical key switch that feels great (Cherry MX Brown for example) and that sounds like rubber domes or is silent? I should point out that I never had any mechanical keyboard. The only one that I ever had my hands was some Razer keyboard with MX Browns that my friend has. It feels really good but I just really hate the sound it makes. From the little information I know is that I don't want clicky or linear switches. Tactile, silent is ideal. Any answer would be very much appreciated.

Hi all, I have recently been working on a 10 year old rig for a mate, I have upgraded the CPU to a Core i7-980X and the GPU to a MSI - Radeon R9 390, and will over clock both the card and chip (to about 80%). I have upgraded all the case fans to corsair silent edition fans and then thought I would add an AIO for the CPU to reduce the noise further and provide better cooling for the overclocked chip, the case (Corsair - 600T) supports 120mm fans so the Corsair - H60 made sense. This left me with the graphics card, the R9 390 is known for running hot a the fans a loud, so I did a bit of research and found this --> https://www.arctic.ac/uk_en/accelero-hybrid-ii-120.html The combined cost of the two is about £150, are they worth it or should I bite the bullet and build a custom loop? or are there other options that i've missed? I don't want to invest too much as the rig is only expected to last 2-3 years before it won't be able to keep up at 1080p. Hi everyone! =) So, I happen to have pretty bad coil whine on my KFA2 1070Ti and I was denied RMA. The sound really annoys me but I don't have the money to go and buy a new card. So I thought of maybe switching case to one with sound dampening materials to hopefully reduce the high pitch noise. Right now I have a Cooler Master Masterbox Lite 5 RGB which is pretty shitty to be honest, bad airflow and the stock fans were very loud (I swapped them out). When I was looking on the internet for sound dampening cases I really fell for the NZXT H440 New Edition because I really like its design. Then I saw that there were two version, one with a glass panel and one with just the sound dampening materials. I do have 4 RGB fans running in my system so it would be cool with a window side panel but I prioritize silence over aesthetics. But if there only is a small difference in noise level, I may consider the version with a window. What do you think about this idea and is it worth a try? Or do you have any other suggestions?

I have a Supermicro X11SSH-LN4F housed in a Fractal Design Define Mini C. The cases comes with two Dynamic X2 G-12 3-pin fans. I removed the front fan. I’d now like to replace the rear fan with a compatible PWM fan but I’m concerned the FAN-0124L4 may be too loud Are there other more quiet 120mm options?

Considerations: Silence, first and foremost. We don't want any part to be louder than 20 decibels. Of course, after that we want good performance and a price that's not unreasonable. CPU Cooler: Scythe Mugen 5? Case Fans: Noctua? Hard Drive: WD Caviar Green? Power Supply: Bitfenix Whisper? Case: Fractal Design Define series? Video Card: ??? 1060 for efficiency? 3 fans?

hey guys and galls , so i've been spending my free time and spare cash making my pc near silent , and all in all I've reached the point where my mechanical hard drives are the only thing bugging me sound wise, i was thinking to put my general storage drives ( 2x wd black 3TB and 2x seagate baracuda 2TB in a nas ) the bulk of the files are movies , images, an EXTENSIVE steam library,.... ( so nothing major --> most of the important stuff is on the ssd) can these drives be plugged into something like a Qnap TS-431 or Synology nas ? (yes i do know there are specific nas harddrives out there , and i plan on upgrading on the long term) If i redirect steam to the new network path it should be fine right ? and i guess gigabit speeds should be "OK" for the steam libraty so what do you guys think ? any major gaps in my reasoning ?

Hello, I am building a new PC and my final part is the GPU. I have it down to a 27db max and I was wondering if there are any good video cards that make such low noise. I am gaming at 1080p and would like ultra settings. Right now I am looking at the EVGA 1070 FTW but I was wondering if anyone knows of anything quieter. Thank you! Also, please be courteous to all and don't start any AMD/NVIDIA bs as I don't care about the brand, just silence and performance.

SSo, since i am anoyed with my current Worksation / gaming pc, i have decided to split my system into 2 systems, a Gaming pc, and a Workstation. So, since it is a audio workstation, it will contain a bit of excentric hardware. More Prescisely, 2 DSP cards. One, a old PCI 32Bit DSP with a output to my main audio interface/console, and one a PCI-E 1X DSP, with no connectors to te outside. And, since i will be getting some new audio hardware using a thunderbold connector, that puts some special requirments on the motherboard. So, first off, this is the case i intend to put the workstation into: http://www.streacom.com/products/fc5-alpha-fanless-chassis/ The Eagle eyed uppon you may have noticed onely one expansion card slot. And you would be right about that. But, my thinking is, to put the older DSP in the expansion card slot (due to the I/O i need), and mount the newer (universal audio) DSP inside, on standoffs and connected with a long PCI-E Riser. So the requirments on the motherboard, are, that it can use a T series I7, preferable with ECC ram capability, and if posible with a raid controller (would be nice, but i have a nas backup as well, so its not absolutly necesery), also onboard Thunderbolt, and prefferably a Firewire 400 or greater connector (a 800 or greater would be nice though). The NIC should also be decent. Also the internal graphics card should be able to drive 3 displays (2 minimum), while having a Thunderbolt port free. The motherboard should ideally be Micro ATX (so i can fit the DSP into it). So, dose anyone have ideas for a motherboard that would fit those requirments? Also, i will probably use the ZF240 powersupply, due to the power requirments of running 2SSD's and 2 DSP's and a I7T. I hope that a board like this exists. Thanks in advance for the help. So a short summery of the systems outline: T series I7 (generation not yet chosen) Micro ATX motherboard (unknown type) 2 DSP cards, one PCI 32-bit one PCI-E 1X 2 Samsung 850Pro in Raid 1 (or just 1 if hte motherboard dose not have a Raid controller) 1TB capacity Streacom FC5 Alpha Fanless Chassis Streacom ZF240 powersupply Blueray Drive (unknown sofar) 16 or 32 BG ECC RAM OS will be Windows 7 Professionl, or Ultimate. My current (old) DSP is not all to compatible with windows 8, 8.1 and 10. Also, i need the thing to be fast, and not have flashy stuff, it just needs to work. Id go with linux if i could, but sadly some of my hardware and software dose not work in linux, at all. One more thing, the motherboard can not have wireless anything on it, i have enough RF energy bouncing around my Studio as is, i dont need more. Also sorry for posible spelling errors, my spellcheck decided to quite on me randomly, between the site randomly delieting what i have written here, and me retyping it.

so I was trying to find out what was making the most noise in my pc, and it's most definitely my gpu. I'm using the Asus GTX 970 Turbo which is a reference style cooler with a single funky fan, in a bitfenix phenom M case. are there anything I can do to make the pc more silent?

Hello guys , I am thinking of building my very first pc in December of this year.I need a computer that runs as silently as possible so that i can code in peace and play some games occasionally. I want to have a 240gb ssd for the OS and 2x 1 TB hdd in RAID 1 (i got my fair share of hdd failures).Of course i have external hdd for regular backup as well Specs : Parts List (Inspired by LinusTechTips ) Intel Core i7 4770K "Haswell" CPU (Could you give me the exact model so that i can buy the correct one from ebay) Samsung 840 pro 256GB ASUS Sabertooth Z87 motherboard Fractal Design Define R4 GeForce GTX 780 video card WD Green 2x2TB hard drive (RAID 1) Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 RAM (Could you please tell me the exact model with MHz etc... so that i can buy the correct ram off ebay ) Seasonic G Series 650W power supply bequiet! Dark Rock 2 CPU cooler (thinking to replace this with Corsair Hydro Series™ H55 Quiet CPU Cooler for less noise) ASUS DRW-24B1ST 24x SATA DVD Writer Budget : $2000 I have a couple of doubts regarding this build 1) Is replacing the bequiet! Dark Rock 2 CPU cooler with Corsair Hydro Series™ H55 Quiet CPU Cooler worth it ? 2) Will Corsair Hydro Series™ H55 Quiet CPU Cooler fit in my case ? 3) Will i need to add a fan if i use the Corsair Hydro Series™ H55 Quiet CPU Cooler to cool other components such as Video card ,ram, hdd and ssd ? 4)How can i connect the 2 WD green hdd in RAID 1 , does the motherboard has some provision for that ( a video would be awesome) Some questions may sound stupid but please bear with me as its going to be my first build What do you guys think

Hey, guys. So, I should be putting together my first build in a week or so but, somewhat last minute, I've started to think about my fans. As you should've put together from the title, my case is the 350D and I'm left a little unsure whether I should upgrade my fans or use the stock ones. This mostly comes down to how audible the stock ones are and, if they are relatively loud, then what should I get instead as a replacement? I'm perfectly aware there is more to fans than how loud they are so I've left a link to my planned build as well for insight in what kind of performance is needed, if that makes any sense. Though, as I've stressed, noise is my biggest priority. My build -----> http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/NuttyAvocado/saved/rd26Mp Thanks (Also, how quiet is the Hyper 212 evo? Or, at least, how quiet can it be, while still remaining functioning?)

Hello Tech Tips Forum I need some experienced advice. Ive been looking into watercooling off and on for a couple of years now and every time i hold off on dipping my toe into the water due to expense. Well I have been mulling over an idea in the back of my mind for a couple of month now on a next gen 4k + productivity PC build and i plan on designing and building the case myself. In any case this means im free to put as many radiators as required for a silent system. First off what am i trying to cool and what is my aim. The system i'm planning to build will be based on the upcoming CPU’s from intel codenamed Devils Canyon. Im going to be pairing this with the next generation of either AMD or NVIDIA high end single GPU offerings in 2x sli/crossfire. My aim is to achieve a modest overclock while still maintaining whisper quiet operation on both the CPU and GPU’s. Quietness is the priority in this case. I understand that thermal characteristics are unknown for the parts i want to cool so base all answers on current high end components. The questions i have are. 1. What is truly necessary for an overclocked high end intel CPU to run silently (900RPM)? 2. What is necessary for 2 current gen OC AMD (R9 290) cards to also run silently even while under load? 3. What fans will be reliable, quiet and push enough air at low RPM also is a low speed adapter recommended or should i use PWM? 4. What size radiators or how many. Would prefer one large over multiple small, what FPI and what thickness and should I bother with push pull? 5. What is a reliable and quiet pump and is it recomended to go for a pump/res combo? 6. What is the most reliable tubing and coolant or should i go distilled water with a silver cartridge? 8. Are full cover GPU water blocks necessary or could a use a universal solution (i don't care about looks only performance)? 7. Lastly I plan on installing sound deadening material, any recommendations keep in mind i'm designing my own case so ill be able to make this as thick as necessary..

I have recently upgraded my system quite a bit. New case, water cooling (most of it's new) Pump-Res-Tubing, fans, etc. But after all of the upgrades I am now at 9 fans, 5 of them are 140mm and the other 4 are 120mm. Now the case I have is the Phantek Enthoo Primo, which is amazing and the last case I'll be getting for a LONG time! But the noise from all the fans and the pump was a bit much even with headphones on. So I went on the search for a good fan controller. I ended up getting the GELID Solutions Speed Touch 6 which is a 6 Channel (30Watts per chnl.) fan controller with a Capacitive Touch Screen Panel. Now with 30 Watts per channel you can easily put multiple fans on a single channel. At this point I still have one channel I'm not using by doubling up the fans on each of the channels, and needless to say, my PC is SO much quieter now. And for $40.00 and the amount of power that this controller can handle it was a great buy. I'll link down below the video for the install along with the link from where I got. All in all I love this controller and would highly recommend it. Hope this is able to help guide some of you in the direction you wanted to go, thanks :-) Sincerely, Elegant Mess Install Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ALixnwTq_Y Purchase Link: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/22852/bus-373/Gelid_Solutions_Speed_Touch_Six_30W_6x_Channel_Touch_Screen_Fan_Controller_FC-LC-01.html

Now that looks interesting! http://www.kitguru.net/desktop-pc/matthew-wilson/silent-power-reveal-copper-foam-cooled-pc-prototype/ Following the Gigabyte Brix review video, I would love to see how something so innovative as this one performs when it is ready, mind you, it is not as small as the Brix nor the Zotac counterpart. However, this is still not much bigger than a man's hand it appears. Any thoughts?

Usually I pick the parts myself, but for some particular reasons which I can't explain, I don't have time for it, so I'm asking for your help. - I need specs for a gaming pc (no need to include the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals) for 1080p gaming. Only for 1080p gaming, not 2k, not 4k, not 5k, just 1920x1080 res. - No budget limit, but no need to spend money for something extremely overkill. Overkill might be good, but not too much (e.g. I will never get a 5960X and two-way SLI Titan X for this gaming PC). I am willing to shop from anywhere in the world, so let's just assume I live in USA just to get things easier. - I need it to be as silent as possible without sacrificing airflow too much, so still decent airflow. If fan replacements are mandatory to achieve that then so be it. - I need it to run any games currently available with max settings and maintain at the very least 40 fps at all times, just playing games, no recording, no rendering, no livestreaming. - Full black color theme with white LED inside (recommend me the LED solution if you don't mind). Window side panel is a must. - I need 8TB of storage capacity and SSD. The SSD is gonna be used for OS and some utility softwares. All games are gonna be stored in the HDD along with other stuff. - I will be doing a little overclocking on both the CPU and GPU - No need for ODD Thanks.
