I have a PC that runs valorant at 50avg fps on low with the specs down below. I would want to record my gameplay but when I tried using lowkey.gg, it was a total flop. Only certain frames were recorded and only the audio was complete. What parts should I get to solve this? I am looking for budget parts at this time, ranging from about 50 dollars or so. Hi all, Just bought a remanufactured Asrock Phantom Gaming 4 X570 motherboard to swap my old Asus Prime B450M-A for (so it can go in a second system). However, upon swapping all the components over, it will not post with that CPU installed. It has the CPU and Memory lights on on the board and just seems to power on for a minute or so then stop and immediatly power itself back on. There is no display output (off the GTX1060) during this. However, when I installed my old 3200G into it (took it out of the case and just test benched it with an old Enermax 400W PSU and stock cooler), it posts fine with the onboard graphics (even booted into windows). I checked with this CPU and the BIOS is running the latest version. I then put the 5600X and GPU back into the system (thinking maybe just needed reseating) and it continued to do the same thing. I then swapped the 2 sticks of Corsair RAM for a single 8gb stick of Crucial ram at 2666mhz, same issue. If I remove the GPU (try to post without a display at all, not sure if this is even allowed on a chip without an iGPU), the issue still persists in the same manner. I attempted to clear the CMOS with the 5600X installed by turning it off and holding a screwdriver to the CMOS clear jumpers for 3 seconds, however, it hasn't seemed to do anything either. The only thing I am changing from the previous system to this one is the motherboard. All other components were known working (not to say I haven't killed anything while swapping the boards, though I don't think so). Anyone got any ideas? Trying not to keep swapping the CPU in and out to prevent using a ton of thermal paste. Is it OK to boot a PC without attaching a CPU Cooler while trying to troubleshoot? I recently attempted my 2nd PC build. If I ever get it working right it will be a HTPC for my bedroom. After assembling it, I couldn't get it to post. It has a Gigabyte B450 DS3H WiFi Micro ATX motherboard and a Ryzen 3200G CPU. My troubleshooting was hampered because I had no other AMD CPUs or motherboards to use to isolate the problem component. That particular B450 mobo is only $90 and includes both integrated WiFi and an m.2 slot. I think I might like to build with it again, so I bought a 2nd one as well as an Athlon 3000G. My plan is to see if the Athlon CPU will work with the original board and whether the Ryzen will work with the new one and hopefully that will let me see if one of them is the problem. But I had a great deal of difficulty separating the cooler from the Ryzen CPU as the thermal compound seemed to like acting like an adhesive. What I would like to do is to install the CPUs and see if the system will post before I install the coolers. If they work, I will go ahead and install the coolers. If not I will try something else. I figure I should plug the cooler into the CPU fan header to keep the bios happy. But is there any danger in booting the system with a bare IHS? I figure to run the system like that for less than 5 minutes

Aight, so basically I had a PC that I built a few years ago, and recently I messed up while applying fresh new thermal paste to my processor, and I ruined it (It was an old fx series). So I decided to buy a new one, and since I already had some DDR4 that I had never used, I just had to buy a new processor and motherboard. I bought the Ryzen 3200g, and the motherboard which is a gigabyte a320, but it turns out that its bios wasn't up to date to be compatible with my third gen Ryzen, so I had AMD send me a bootkit (which is an athlon) so that I can use it to update the bios so it recognises my Ryzen 3. But when I press the power button my PC wouldn't turn a single light one, let alone boot, so I had Amazon send me a replacement for the motherboard, because I knew all my old oarts worked just fine, and it couldn't be the CPU since I tested two different ones from the first, and the third generation. The one they sent had a sticker saying it was ready for third gen Ryzen, but turns out that it didn't work with either my Ryzen or the Athlon boot kit, so I went out of my way and bought a brand new DDR4 memory stick just in case mine for some reason was malfunctioning, but that did not fix the problem, and I just can't figure out what the problem could be, they're supposedly compatible with one another, so there shouldn't be a problem. My system setup is Ryzen 3200G MSI B450M Pro M2 V2 Crucial SSD G.Skill Ripjaws V 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Since i finished my computer build i have had relentless issues after much digging through BSOD logs and such what i believe is happening is atikmdag.sys is intruding on the memory space of ntoskrnl.exe Where i am stuck is what would be causing this and what can be done

Trying to get this to output to my monitor. I have 8gb stick of ram in slot 2. I have tried flashing the BIOS twice. I am plugged into the dvi out on the mobo (I am using a dvi to vga cable). I have also tried my HDMI to DP cable. Neither send a signal to monitor. The EZ LED doesn't keep any of the LEDs on ( flashes cpu, vga, then boot but only shortly). I'm at a loss right now. If I do not get any recommendations soon I'm going to try to re-seat the CPU and try booting again. When flashing the BIOS, the first time was with nothing installed and the second was with everything installed. After the first flash, the boot LED would linger but not anymore. There is no video out whatsoever. Monitor goes into power saving. I am planning to build a Ryzen 3200g based computer as cheap as possible (The prices for components in my country are 20% higher than that of US). But I am not an expert in these things and do not want to have trouble with customer care. So I need major help in RAM selection as well as motherboard bios. 1)Bios update- I am planning to use a GIGABYTE GA-A320M-S2H AM4 Micro ATX motherboard. According to their product page, it supports third gen Ryzen with bios update but I am not sure if it will actually work. So if someone has tried using this configuration it would be a big help to know the result. The closest out of the box supported motherboard ( MSI B450 PRO-VDH MAX) is priced at $40 higher than the A320. 2) Memory- I have found various memory kit at cheap price but most of them only support Intel chipset (as provided by manufacturer of memory and motherboards ). I checked compatibility on ' pc parts picker' and they do list it as supported but I do not know for sure if they will work on the ryzen chipset and the memory kit supported by motherboard is $15 expensive. EDIT : Thank you for replying. 1) I have checked the QVL of motherboards. That is why I was asking help for Memory as Linus just says buy a high frequency cheapest RAM possible. 2) I am not going to play many games ( probably would play CS:GO, or older NFS titles like- The RUN & Most Wanted 2012, Grid Autosport ,etc.). So I don't need much graphics power and as a result I am not buying a GPU. I will be using the computer for programming purpose but I would prefer not to cheap out for previous gen processors.

So basically I am building a Ryzen APU PC and for now I've chosen •Ryzen 3 3200G •Asus prime B450-K / ASRock Micro ATX B450M - HDV / MSI B450M PRO-M2 / Gigabyte B450M DS3H (any one of them) a bit confused tho... Need some help to decide, which will be best for overclocking the APU and the 2600 among those motherboards!!! •8x2 Corsair vengence 3000mhz But for future upgradability, I have planned for a Ryzen 5 2600 or a 3600 (not a 2700/3700x because this is a cheap B450), a good AIO and a RX 580/590 or a 1660ti maximum. So my max doubt is what PSU should I get that wouldn't catch on fire and at least 80+ bronze (non-mod/semi-mod) ?? And how much power do I need for the future upgradability and with ram and CPU overclocking alongside?? I am confused about the watt?? How much wattage should I get?? And what motherboard would be best for overclocking among those?? Thanks in advance!!

I few weeks ago, I trued to assemble a build with a Ryzen 3200G, a Gigabyte B450 D3SH Wifi motherboard, 16 GB of Team T-Force RAM and a WD Blue NVME SSD. I also had Rosewill FBM-X2-400 case that came with a power supply. I would have preferred a different PSU, but the case (which I liked) was only available with a PSU so I rolled the dice. The problem is that it is very difficult to troubleshoot without other components to swap in. It becomes still more complicated when a pandemic drastically increases shipping times. I ordered a second D3SH WiFi motherboard, an Athlon 200GE CPU (in case I needed to update a bios, and a Thermaltake 500 Watt 80+ PSU. I figured I could just build a 2nd lower powered PC. I tried the 3200G with the new motherboard and it posted. I tried the 200GE with the original motherboard, but the same PSU, and RAM as in the 3200G system and it wouldn't post. The CPU fan wouldn't even spin. That leads me to believe the problem was the motherboard. I have a question though. I did not have any storage attached as I am still waiting for the SSD I ordered last week for this system. Could that be the problem? Otherwise I should try and start the RMA process with Gigabyte. Unless it could be something else I'm not thinking of? Thanks.

Just had a new PC, about 2-3 months ago. Recently, I had experiences when I have chrome, MS Teams, and MS whiteboard open, it just freezes. And when I move the mouse to click off the applications, it just beeps. My keyboard as well does not respond in this scenario. Could I please ask for assistance? Thanks! i wanted to get a graphics card to pair with my AMD Ryzen™ 3 3200G with Radeon™ Vega 8 and i have no clue where to start im new to computers and dont want to spend more than 300$ on a graphics card and dont know what would be my best option is. some help would be much appreciated.

Specs: A 320M-A PRO motherboard Ryzen 3 3200g 2x4 GB ram 240GB ssd 2TB HDD I've finished building my pc and I tried to access the bios menu with no success. There is no beeping thats apparently meant to be heard, and the bios itself doesnt show up whenever I press the delete key. In fact, I dont think the usb ports from the motherboard even work. My keyboard doesnt glow when connected to the motherboard usb port, which is weird. I've been told that i should try using an older gen amd cpu as it should be able to access the bios as it may not be updated to suit my ryzen 3200g Any help is appreciated
