Hello, I initially built my system a couple of months ago and 2 days ago I upgraded the graphics card to a sapphire pulse rx 5600 xt and added a hard drive. Since the upgrade a strange sound comes from the direction of the gpu when the fans ramp up: This was recorded while running Unigine Heaven but it happens when the gpu is under load in games too. Specs can be found here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/qzwGTC (the extra fans haven't arrived yet) I'm running the latest radeon drivers, windows 10 64 bit. MSI Dragon Center says that the bios version is 2.50 The noise still happens if i hold the fans to stop them from spinning. I've tried removing the graphics card and putting it back in, and same with the pcie power cable. I've tried spinning the fans manually and the noise doesn't occur. Can anyone help?

The card is ASRock RX 5600 XT Phantom Gaming D3 . When the card is on low load it keeps turning on and off it's fans. What should I do? Like when the temp reach 54 the fans turn on and it cools the card and the fans turn off .... after that when the card heats up again this process repeats itself like 4-5 times (depends on how long the game goes ) ( playing League Of Legends, Football Manager and other low demanding games ) Can this break the fans or the motor of the fans ( THAT START STOP cycle ) or its just fine and i can play the games ? I have no other problems with the card its actually pretty good card it goes max 65 C playing DEMANDING games with only 1100 rpm ... so please if you have any advice or something .... :| PS: Tried everything from AMD software Adrenaline .... idk what to do anymore. PS 2: Im with the latest drivers I just want to know if this process can kill/break my fans or the motor of the fans or whatever its called ..... PLS HELP :|

Hi, I have got a little problem with my build. It was my first build in my life and I don't know what to do. My specs are: cpu- ryzen 5 2400g, gpu- radeon rx 5600 xt, ram- 16gb 2666 mhz, motherboard- asrock b450m pro4 My problem is that when I finally completed my build I started some games and I've got low fps at some titles. Assassin's Creed Odyssey is running at like 30-40 fps etc. And I really don't know what could be bottlenecking my build. Could it by ryzen 5 2400g? Or maybe gpu is bad/broken? Thank you for answers, you will really help me with this one. :)

Hello, Earlier today I built my first pc. Once all of the components were installed, I turned on my monitor hoping to access the BIOS page. However, pressing “delete” did not do anything and I was instead greeted with a blank screen that said “No signal detected” in the corner. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to get an actual display on my monitor. I’ve tried using a DVI-D connector instead of DisplayPort. I’ve reinstalled almost every component of my computer to make sure everything was correct. I’ve tried unplugging and plugging back in the DisplayPort and power cords a countless number of times. I’ve tried using a different monitor with the same DisplayPort and DVI-D cables (I only have one of each, but the DisplayPort cable is brand new and the DVI-D cable works when I plug my monitor into my laptop). I’m a little worried I damaged the CPU when installing the cooler due to how hard I was pressing down or damaged the GPU when installing it because of its size, but the motherboard has indicators that light up if there are any problems with components, and so far nothing has lit up. Thank you in advance. So I wanna build a 75Hz rig and I wanna keep it for next gen games. Here are my specs : PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sZgDV7 CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($172.39 @ Amazon) CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO CPU Cooler ($57.97 @ Amazon) Motherboard: MSI B450M MORTAR MAX Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($79.98 @ Amazon) Storage: Corsair MP510 240 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($53.99 @ Corsair) Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($58.98 @ Newegg) Case: Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 3.1 MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($50.88 @ Amazon) Power Supply: Cooler Master MWE White V2 230V 550 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OEM 64-bit ($142.88 @ Other World Computing) Monitor: LG 22MK430H-B 21.5" 1920x1080 75 Hz Monitor ($116.99 @ B&H) Total: $734.06 I'm hesitating between the Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super and the RX 5600 XT. The GTX 1660 Super costs 260€ and the RX 5600 XT 299€. My monitor has Freesync but only with HDMI, meaning that Nvidia can't support G-Sync. The RX 5600 XT outperforms the GTX 1660 Super, but the drivers of the RX 5600 XT are a hit or miss. The GTX 1660 Super, however, has stable drivers, but I'm afraid it can't keep up 75FPS on next gen games. AMD has not so good OpenGL support, which is still used on certain emulators, but Nvidia has good OpenGL and Vulkan support. So, which card should I get ?

Hello everyone, i am planning to buy an RX 5600 XT but am unsure if my cpu which is the i7 7700k will bottleneck the GPU. Ang insight on this?

Alright y'all I need some help. I recently decided to build an all AMD computer for gaming but now that the build is up and running with all the recent drivers installed, I find myself with low framerate in the games i least expected to encounter issues with. For example, I can run the Witcher 3 at max settings in 1080p at a consistent rate, but for some reason, lightly modded Minecraft with less powerful shaders brings my GPU to it's knees. I'm talking 30 mods MAX including optifine optimization. The same goes for other games. Some triple-A titles run at a fantastic framerate at 1080p with max settings, while other less demanding games bring my PC's performance to a grinding halt. Any recommendations? My specs are as follows: Ryzen 5 3600 RX 5600 XT 6gb 16 gb 3000mhz Ripjaws ram Gigabyte B450 DS3H 650w 80+ Bronze PSU HP 60hz 1080p display

Hey, I'm planning to build my first gaming pc (around 800-850€) and I'm not sure if the parts I wanna buy are future proof for the next gen games which will probably rely on multiple core performance... I thought about one of these options for my build: R3 3300X & RX 5600 XT R5 3600 & RX 5600 XT R3 3300X & RX 5700. (I can't afford R5 3600 with RX 5700 and I can't find a RTX 2060 right now that is cheaper than a RX 5700 so that's not an option.) So my question would be if any of these are future proof (for at least 3 years, I won't upgrade my pc for at least for this time because I can't afford it...) or would I need better components for a future proof gaming pc? I don't plan to play many AAA titles, just a few, but I'd like to play in 1080p with 60fps or more at mid to max settings. And I would prefer it to not overclock anything if possible for a future proof pc because I don't know exactly how it works, I don't wannt to break anything and I would like my pc to live for more than just a couple of years. I'm worried about the 4c/8t of the 3300X but also about the 6GB VRAM of the 5600 XT... but as I said, I can't get the 6c/12t with 8GB VRAM option.

Hello I'm in need of advice for a PC build. My budget is 1300€ with the monitor included. I would mainly use this PC for content creation, such as photo/video/audio editing and architectural rendering and some light gaming. For heavy gaming I gave a PS4... I want it to last and be reliable. Can you please help me decide on components and advise on certain areas? Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Elite - 190€ ASUS TUF Gaming Plus - 215€ CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X (around 300€ in my country) GPU: I am a bit torn between GTX 1660Ti and RX 5500XT and RX 5600XT I found a good deal for Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 5500XT 8Gb Nitro - 275€ that's a steal... RX 5600XT 6Gb is around 300-320€ PSU: Corsair TX650M/EVGA 650GQ (between 85-95€ in my country) RAM: DDR4 16GB Kit (2x8Gb) 3600MHz I was thinking about Corsair Vengeance LPX? SSD/M.2: Samsung 970 EVO 250-500Gb ( between 80-110€ in my country) Seagate Barracuda 1Tb SSD (around 120€ in my country) CASE: no clue, but I'd like a case that has a glass door and 2-3 fans. MONITOR: curved, adjustable stand, at least 27" and maximum 200€ Thanks a lot.

Hello Could you please check my build plan for a new PC for content creation, visualisation and light gaming? My budget is 1400€ for the PC+Monitor+Peripherals CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - around 300€ GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5600 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (I would like remain int the max. 350€ price category for GPU) PSU: I think a 650W 80+ Gold certified should be enough, right? RAM : DDR4 16Gb KIT (2x8) 3600MHz CL16 (In my country, there is not much to choose from in this 3600MHz category, so do you think a 3200MHz would be ok?) Memory: SSD Seagate Barracuda 1Tb M.2. NVMe Seagate Barracuda 250Gb/500Gb Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming X570 Plus (don't know if I need the WiFi or no WiFi version) ASRock Steel Legend Can you recommend me good case with glass side door? Also, if you think I should change something or if I can get a better performance/price part please feel free to comment. Thanks.

Im planning to upgrade my pc one by one and right now i have i3-4160, 2x4GB Ram and VS450w psu. I plan to upgrade my gpu to RX 5600 XT but will my psu handle the load just fine? Am I able to get it up and running with light games? Or should I need to get my psu replaced immediately? Thanks in advance!

So I've been looking at the 1660 super for a while, and on Newegg they are having a sale on their GTX 1660 Ti at the moment. The card is priced the exact same as a 1660 super right now, so I'm wondering if I should buy it or not. I have also been looking at a used 1070 (though the 1660 ti would be about on par and would be new anyway. But the real question is whether I should buy the 1660 ti or wait until the RX 5600XT comes out. thanks

Hi all, is it worth now to buy new rx 5600 xt for 300 Euros after rtx 3000 series hype? I'm not planing to pay more than that for new card at any time and I just wondering what kind of new gtx cards nvidia will offer in this price range (I don't care about ray tracing). Is it even worth the wait in this price range, or they will be just a little faster than rx 5600 xt (I don't care if they faster 20-30 percent faster after 3,4 months of waiting). What is general opinion about this mid range gpu-s. I play on 1080p 144Hz and I will not change this resolution for a long time. Thank you.

I have the Gigabyte 5600 XT Gaming OC, and it's been painfully unstable. I literally don't bother updating the vbios to 14gpbs because I crash 10 minutes into any game I load, and even without it, its still super unstable. I use the 20.4.2 version of the video drivers, and multiple times a day, I crash and my speakers start buzzing. the 20.5 version of the driver released and i thought it would help, and so far it has helped with the crashing, but to compensate it adds other bugs, like endless stuttering no matter what I do. Really considering trying to replace this card with my retailer.

Hi, I just got my Sapphire RX 5600 XT about 3 months now, but I realize there are some anoying bugs on AMD card. The reflection are twitchy and weird in some games. Here are the clear example: And here are another sample of it: https://community.amd.com/thread/247913 I did clean install all the drivers I tried and still not working. And I disabled any enhancement in AMD program. Please can anyone know how to solve this? It's very anoying and unpleasant. Thanks before.

Hi all, I just picked up an RX 5600 XT from PowerColor and when I booted up the PC and downloaded the latest AMD Drivers I went into MSI Afterburner and saw something I don't know how to fix. The memory clock seems fine, but the core clock, or whatever its called will not surpass 810, even under full load. Does anyone of you have an idea on how to fix it? The clocks and different settings can be found below:

Which one should I buy? The RX 5600 XT is slightly cheaper, and have slightly better performance, but Nvidia got the tech, I watch an LTT video about RX 5600 XT and Linux said I might want to consider Buying RTX 2060 instead. So I'll buy either MSI RTX 2060 Ventus OC, or ASUS TUF 3 RX 5600 XT EVO GAMING.

Hey Guys, I recently bought an RX 5600 XT and everything seemed great. But when I turned on MSI Afterburner to watch the core- and memory clocks then I saw something weird. During full load, while playing Call of Duty - Warzone and Minecraft the GPU did NOT surpass 40% GPU load and was dangling around 792 MHz core clock. I only ever managed to achieve the full 1750 MHz while running "Heaven" benchmark tool. I hope you guys can help, - Jeppe Some of my specs: RX 5600 XT V2 - Powercolor Ryzen 5 2600 @ 4.1 GHz G.
