i got a evga 2060 ko with the tu104 chip ive shunt modded it still hitting power limit but currently beating everyone in the superposition rankings 1080p extreme but im only seeing a max of 140watts even though the vbios is a 170watt bios so im stuck trying to figure out how to defeat nvidias non sense current monitoring to finally have a stable core clock

Hello I have a weird problem. I built a new computer today from scratch, the specs are: -MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max: Bios Version: H.50 11/7/2019 -Ryzen 5 3600 -RTX 2060 KO Ultra I did a fresh install of windows the device manager is not detecting my gpu instead it has the default "Microsoft basic display adapter." When I try to install the latest NVIDIA driver it is giving me the error that "NVIDIA installer cannot continue." I have tried everything and have gotten nothing yet. The weirdest thing is that my old 780 ti works on the new computer and gets detected and the new rtx 2060 gets detected on my old computer with an intel i5 and asrock z77 extreme 3 not on the latest bios. What could be the cause of this.

Take a look at these parts lists. I am aiming for a budget build; I don't really need RTX for games, but I would just would like to use to use RTX voice. Would the GTX card lag my voice? I don't really play demanding games, and would prefer to have new the new Nvenc encoder. The reason I also have a 3700x in there instead of a 3600 is because I would like to use this PC for virtualization as well, as I am into that stuff. My current card, the laptop version of the GTX 1650, can't really run RTX voice really well with a game running with it. Would the 1660 ti work?
