Hi I really need help confirming that it's not just my setup. So I got myself a Gigabyte RTX 3090 master, installed it on my test bench, a Asus H81-Plus build, I installed gigabyte RGB fusion 2.0 program as suggested by Aorus engine. I set the colour to change with the GPU temperature and I also set the small screen on the side of the Graphics card to display the temperature, vram, GPU usage etc via the RGB fusion 2.0 program, once I restarted my computer, it wouldn't boot up, not even to bios, I've narrowed it down to this program killing the ram, perhaps it's trying to write to the ram sticks bios or something, happened on three different sets of ram, at one point, I just went to uninstall the program but it also killed the set of rams in the machine that was used just to boot into windows. I've not tried this on any ddr4 system as I don't want to risk it.. was hoping Linus could make a video on this as Gigabyte have taken the piss. I emailed Gigabyte and didn't get any response from them, it's like the classic bios corruption virus, you don't expect a software to go around flashing settings on incompatible hardware destroying them. Can anyone please confirm if they are getting the some issue. Thanks

Hey, I've got an awfully annoying problem. I just bought some Adata XPG Spectrix D50 RAM. Producent says that its compatible with rgb fusion, and in fact it was, but as soon as i installed that RAM i've got random RGB Fusion (freezes, restarts)? after some time colours would just change to default. The first step towards fixing that was obviously reinstalling, but after downloading RGB_Fusion_B21.1210.1 it stopped detecting my ram. I've downgraded to my previous version RGB_Fusion_B21.1116.1 but it didn't help. After checking on a fresh install of Windows everything worked fine, so my question is what should i delete to solve that problem? Cuz the containing folder certainly isn't enough. I honestly don't know how to clean the registry cuz i would certainly do that. Im running Win 10 PRO 21H2, Z590 Gaming X board with F6 bios and all the newest drivers. Using OpenRGB works just fine, i downloaded it after the problem occured just to check.

Hey guys! After installing VALORANT, RGB fusion started bugging after starting the game. I had to force quit from task manager. Ever since, I am not able to control my motherboard and GPU leds, which is quite annoying. I've tried everything, from uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller, deleting every single file, reinstalling even App Center, installing it from there, installing from website, every possible way, still not working. I launch the app and it just crashes instantly. Any recommendations? Gigabyte is not answering. Thanks!

rgb fusion GPU not syncing rgb fusion Gigabyte
Hixozi posted a topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
Hi, so im wondering if im the only one whos having this problem. I have a AMD ryzen 7 1700 with the rgb wraith cooler, my motherboard is gigabyte ab350 gaming 3 and gigabyte gtx 1060 gaming g1 and i know these 3 are rgb compatible. But whenever i try changing the color on rgb fusion on gigabyte app center, the gpu wont sync with the colors of thw wraith cooler and the motherboard. Sometimes it does but whenever i change the effects of the lights, the led of my gpu wont sync or it wont change and even sometimes the led for gpu just turns off. I wanna know if theres a solution to this. Would be glad if someone reply! thanks! -
Hey, so I am building a system using the Gigabyte Gaming 3 mobo, which has a 5-pin rgb header for rgb fusion software. I would love to use this, but the only compatible strips I can find are the new cablemod ones, and those are too expensive. Does anyone know of a strip that is rgbw, has five pins, and individually addressable leds? (Preferably about $20 per strip) (I need at least 180cm)

Just got finished building a computer, and now i am playing around with the RGB in the case. All of my RGB components works fine with the two programs i am using; MSI mystic light sync and Corsair Link But my graphicscard the Gigabyte GTX 1080 arous+ has to use RGB fusion to work. I downloaded Appcenter(which you "need" to use rgb fusion) and RGB fusion. I didn't understand anything of it, and it didnt even work at all. And it kinda killed my computer. It even started downloading software i did not tell it to in the background. So i decided not to deal with that and uninstalled it. Now i am wondering; is it possible to kinda tell the RGB on the graphicscard what to do without rgb fusion, like i can with mystic light sync on corsair RGB memory.

Hi all, Relevant specs: MOBO: Aorus B450 Elite GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 6G RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200Mhz 2x8. As per description Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0 is not detecting my gigabyte gpu, It is detecting mobo and corsair ram fine though! It seems many users do have this problem and no one found a fix yet. I tried numerous suggestions like: removing drivers with DDU, installing egb fusion, gigabyte app manager and xtremem engine in some specific order. As it seems though I might have just found an important clue. I have noticed that the installer sometimes prompts me to install Visual Studio 2015 and it fails. I have installed it manually but that did not help. I have started playing with all redist installations 2012, 2013, 2015 and later ones aswell, and I have noticed that when unistalling one of those, my ram will not be detected yet my mobo is still detected fine. That suggests that parts of software were coded using different Visual studio libraries from different "ages" and mashed toegether. So I really hope that some awkward variation of different Visual studio packages will work eventually! If someone has any idea how to make it run, please let me know!

Help! I've been dealing with this problem recently that would not show me, let alone allow me to select individual zones on the board. Instead, it only shows one zone on the bottom left of the board and another for the RGB header. The rest of the zones were synced up to the one zone on the bottom left of the board and can not be controlled separately. Any help would be much appreciated.

MasterBox MB520 RGB + Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro rgb setup
imbanesence posted a topic in Cases and Mods
I have this Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro motherboard and MB520 case that supports RGB Fusion as mentioned in the box. However, I can't find any guide that will connect the fans directly in the mobo. The only guide in the box is on how to use with a controller. Should I really use the Lighting Controller or is there any way I can make the RGB work without the controller? Is there any guide for this?I also have MasterAir MA410M TUF Gaming Edition which I think is supported with RGB Fusion as well. I hope someone could help me. This is my first time building a pc with ARGB.- 2 replies

Hi, i've just finished my pc upgrade l, but when i set everything up, i've just find out when I turn the computer to sleep mode, ram sill light up.. I try everything. Firstly I install Gigabyte RGB Fusion, but it didn't see my RAM and the software is absolute sh*t, so this is not an option. As a second try i google out something about ErP and they said, that could help.. But my great Gigabyte BIOS have only option when power off (S5 i think) not S4 +S5, so this doesnt work either. At last I install the XPG RGB Sync Beta that can control the ram, but there is no option to turn it off when sleep.. PLEASE HELP...... SOFTWARE: > Windows 10 Proffesional 64bit > XPG RGB Sync Beta > Wraith Prism (for AMD Wraith Prism that come with the Ryzen 7 2700X) HARDWARE: > motherboard - GIGABYTE B450 DS3H > cpu - AMD Ryzen 7 2700X > ram - XPG SPECTRIX D41 3000MHz 2x8GB > gpu - ASUS NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 950 2G **sry for english

Hi all, I am sure all of us are aware by now that Gigabyte's RGB Fusion RGB Software just isn't usable for the majority of people. I unfortunately am one of those unlucky people that gets a blank screen no matter what i try. Currently my PC is a fully white and black colour scheme and ideally I would have my GPU RGB lighting set to white also. At the moment it is just set to colour cycle... I have now gotten to the point where I would rather it be off completely rather than doing a colour cycle and throwing off the whole colour scheme of my PC. Does anyone have any suggestions on; How I can turn the RGB lighting off without having to go through the crappy gigabyte software? How I can get said crappy software to work for 5 minutes so I can just set to white and then uninstall? Suggest any other software's that may work with my Aorus 2080 GPU? Any help with this will be much appreciated. As mentioned above I have tried most methods to try and get the current software working. Re-installing, updating drivers, updating bios etc. See pictures and signature below for all info. Thanks, Jaminahat

Hi, i am using Gigabyte B450M-DS3H motherboard. I am unable to use Gigabyte RGB FUSION app to control my rgb fans, using its LED_CPU header. I downloaded the rgb fusion app, but i am not seeing basic, advanced or intelligent options. But i can control the graphics card's rgb. When i approached to Gigabyte support they replied "This MB doesn't have MCU(a chipset), so RGB fusion app can not control the CPU_LED port. But you can change the fan's color in BIOS. Thank you." Motherboard link : https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-rev-10#kf I have also attached motherboard manual and a screenshot of rgb fusion app. Please help, i want to know the truth if i can use rgb fusion app to control my rgb fans or not. mb_manual_b450m-ds3h_e.pdf

Hello everyone, I recently purchased an RTX 2070. It's the 3 fan GIGABYTE WINDFORCE model. It has an RGB logo which I want to customize, but for some reason the RGB Fusion software just isn't working. No matter what I try and do in RGB Fusion it's not affecting the color of the GPU's LEDs. It worked the first time i installed it, but then it just randomly stopped working. I have tried to uninstall everything related to RGB Fusion and GIGABYTE from my computer and then reinstall it, but it make any difference. Thanks everyone!

So due to my budget, I can't simply get an Asus motherboard, and the case I'm getting has fans that only work with Aura Sync. The case is not a negotiable term. I also have a Gigabyte motherboard. Unfortunately, the fans will not work with any other RGB software. I've heard of adapters and certain software that recognizes the Aura sync fans as this or that. Is it possible to use them together in any way? I am using Gigabyte B450m-ds3h motherboard and Cooler master masterbox mb500 cabinet. This case comes with three rgb fans preinstalled. It also has rgb controller. But i want to control fan color and color style via gigabyte rgb fusion app. The motherboard has 1 x cpu cooler LED strip/RGB LED strip header. Can i use rgb fusion with this motherboard to control my fans' rgb? If yes, how ? I have attached motherboard manual, if anyone would like to take a look. Thank you. mb_manual_b450m-ds3h_e.pdf

So i have just built a new pc it works great but one thing is annoy me. I have an aorus z370 ultra gaming 2.0 motherboard qnd i am trying to get the rgb music to sync up with my music i am playing but its offset by a second or a few milliseconds. This is anoying as heck. Does any one have any advice on how to fix it or is this how gigabite intended it to work? And if it is why bother having it as an option in rgb fusion? Asus aura sync worked way better then rgb fusion witch I used on my initial build. And would of kepped it IF I was able to get my hands on a mobo that achaley had rgb headers.

Connecting Aura sync Lightbar to motherboard
IYA375 posted a topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
Hi, I ordered a case with a front rgb Lightbar which supports rgb fusion. But the motherboard I ordered (Biostar A320mh pro) doesn't have an rgb header. Obviously it has a power led, and through a documentation, I found that it's got a power led header with two positive and one negative (GND), so my guess it it can power two LEDs(?). Anyways, Can I sort of retro fit my case rgb cable to that header and maybe lightup some LEDs in the light bar? -
Please visit and comment ^^ https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/b/TCKBD3 This is my first PC build coming from purely console gaming and most recently the PS4. In all, this build was successful and I learnt a lot through the process as before I had no practical experience. It follows a black and white hardware theme with multi-colour RGB done right. Images bellow. Motherboard The BIOS it comes with is the most recent, wow, and it's specs and hardware beats most, if not all of the X470 motherboards I have seen. The overclocking potential is as good as the Carbon card looks. Sensational. PSU With such high wattage, a Gold 80+ rating, braided cables and an Eco mode, this PSU performs excellently yet sounds like... well nothing seeing it is yet to spin its fan. Installation was easy as it should be but man is it heavy. CPU The AMD Ryzen 5 2600 is a great multi core CPU that handles tasks with a breeze. I have successfully overclocked the CPU to 4.025 Ghz from 3.4Ghz and it is running stable. CPU Cooler Antec's Mercury 360 is a mixed bag. Installation to the CPU isn't what I would call the best and the manual is lacking but in the end I got it massively on sale, everything fits fine and it looks wonderfully, especially with the neon blue fans. However please note the temperature monitoring LED won't leave blue even in stress tests so if yours leaves blue then your CPU is on fire. Put it out. Memory This memory kit looks stunning, matching the black and white build. With a simple RGB software, customisation is easy, though if the software is not running in the background the lights on each RAM stick wont sync. I have overclocked the memory to 3200 Mhz. Video Card Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB Video Card Gigabyte's 1070 Ti OC edition is superb. I have boosted it in the BIOS and yet the fans barely spin (or don't at all) though there are 3 in case they are needed. The styling is clean and of high quality though the Fan Stop LED is obscured by the power connector unfortunately. Case Lian-Li - PC-O11DW ATX Full Tower Case I might as well call it God's gift for top gamers as this is the most beautiful, faultless, unique and high quality piece of craftsmanship I have laid eyes on, PERIOD. Taking it apart is a piece of cake, superb cable management, all glass and metal construction and filters everywhere. I'm in love. Storage With a 1tb SSD and a super fast HDD I have plenty of storage. The SSD holds my OS and games and the HDD houses all other content. A pair made in heaven. Operating System Windows is Windows. It worked fine and I got it off eBay for cheap. Monitor 1440p, 75hz, all metal and sleek build DAMN is it good to look at. At 32 inches it really brings games and design work to life utilising top end colours saturation. No dead pixels, just perfection. Its incredibly heavy but to me that just means it's well built. SPEAKERS Ignore the price tag as these sound better than my friends £359 sound bar at a fraction of the price. Hefty, quite literally ground shaking bass that even the neighbours could feel and hear. They told me turn it down... >< But hey! Blue LED that responds to the beat! (Wish you could turn it off too) CASE FANS The only part of the PC I can hear haha. They are not what you would call quite but this is an overclocking case and isn't supposed to be silent anyway. With an RGB controller to customise everything it shines like a dazzling star, pushing at maximum speed all the time... yh lol. GAMING MOUSE All metal with many short keys and adjustable weight, filled with RGB and easy change DPI with braided wiring, this mouse is special cough in the good way. GAMING MAT Fate anime series design, let my anime nerdyness leak through.

so i bought the coolermaster masterbox lite 5 rgb, and not gonna lie I love it. this was my first pc build and i had no troubles with it... Until i actually got my pc up and running. the mobo im running is the B360M DS3H. so I downloaded the RGB fusion app and the app center app to run it off of. and as i got on rgb fusion it only allowed me to use one option.. and that was the "static" option.. and it wouldnt even let me choose what color i wanted to use for my fans.. the only reason i have an issue with this is because i bought this case for the rgb fans... if anybody can help this would mean a lot to me.. Thanks for your time!

Hi All, I am hoping this will be something simple but I can't seem to get my new EKWB Vadar Evos to work with the RGB fusion app. The fans spin up fine just no LED light at all. The EKWB website suggests that they will work with 'all major motherboard manufacturers' My Motherboard is Z370 Aorus Gaming Ultra I have tried: Both RGB headers Different fan headers With and without splitter cable Unplugging replugging Updating RGB Fusion Updating my Bios Multiple EKWB Vadar Evos Any ideas on how to get this to work? Thanks in advance.
