Hi LTT forums So more than a month ago I purchased a new Z flip 5, got I delivered and everything was fine. However after inspecting the device I decided it simply was not for for. Personally it was just too big for me and as a smaller person with small hands I wanted something with a smaller overall footprint and a device not as wide. On August 26th I was informed that after posting the return that samsung had received the return and thought that was it and I did not have to worry any more. As time and time went on I did not hear anything back and did worry but thought maybe these things take time. Today I woke upto an email from klarna, how I originally opeted to pay for the phone. Not from Samsung. As in the screen shot I posted they claimed in my return that I had not returned the correct device which is far from acceptable when I returned the device correctly and packaged correct all in its original shipping packaging too. As I had opened the box to inspect the device I was originally concered and hesitant to return the device but samsung support reassured me that a returned would be accept if the device was not handled more than if you were viewing it in a retail store etc to which the device was in perfect condition and I returned it after inspecting the item in my hands and deciding the device was simply not a good fit for me personally. But it is not as if they were not happy with the condition of were trying to make a point on be previous taken out of the box. They are outright claiming I returned the wrong device which is completely wrong and I am now expected to pay for the device and I don't have a thousand pounds I can just magic from no where as I had also purchased a smaller more compact phone since the return. I've contacted support and sent emails off to their help desk emails etc but it seems that I am at the mercy of samsung and I don't know what to do about it at the moment. Any help and support around this issue would be most grateful and appreciate. Thank you

I bought an i5 12400f from best buy and it's been installed in my system for about a week now. I know they have a 15 day return policy but I was wondering if I'm even able to return a cpu that has already been installed even if I clean it. Also, the reason I want to return it is to possibly upgrade to the i5 12600k. Would this be a worthwhile upgrade anyways? The only reason I really want to is for overclocking because I plan on getting an aio in the future.

Hi! I am a 13 year old kid who just bought a HP computer from their website. Everything was working just fine and then everything came crashing down. The RX 5500 in the PC would no longer boot when a driver was present. I figured out that the GPU was dead and tried to contact HP. Well there is no fucking way to contact them on their page. It just silently tells you to go fuck yourself while it shows you a "community support". I cannot get in contact with a real living breathing human from HP. So I do the logical thing and submit an exchange order. I am happy that I can return the defective PC and get a new one. Well 2 days later Mr.Asshat decides to reply back and say. Well we can't really do anything about it so just contact support. THEY FUCKING REFUSED TO EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE PC AFTER 1 MONTH OF USE. At this point I was about to loose my shit. I check the return page and I can't even return it anymore since it has been like 2 days after the 30 day limit. If anyone has any ways to help pls tell me. Thanks, JiminJungKook

Hi Guys I got a new MSI motherboard and redeem the new AC game with it. I just found a better version of the motherboard and cheaper on a good black friday deal. i plan on returning the motherboard as i havent used it due to waiting on a 5800x. The site allows returns but will they refuse because of the promotion?

Just recieved this Motherboard delightfully dumped on my doorstep from Amazon. Really poorly packed not external box etc. Are Motherboards resilient to being chucked around by couriers? Would you accept or return? Companies are so hit and miss with their packaging.. I get a £8.99 plug that's wrapped up like it's gold in bubble wrap and boxed - then this!

More than 2 months ago.. (December 14)... I decided to look for a headset to buy on amazon. I found this one. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RNBCE94/ref=oh_aui ... It looked pretty cool and It had excellent reviews so I ordered it. I'm a dirty casual and this would be only my second headset so far. 4 days later it arrives. My wife had already taken it out of it's package+BOX!!!!!!! and put it next to my PC. It's just a headset I thought and I plugged it into my computer and started using it. No problemo. Fast forward to literally 35 minutes ago and while gaming I found out that my Mic wasn't working properly anymore as players complained about an exceptionally loud noise and that they could not hear my voice. I checked everything to do with my system and it was fine. I then decided to go to amazon to maybe send it back but... IT STRUCK ME! I looked at the picture of the Sentey GS-4731 on amazon. The headset I'd received was not the same. I immediately asked my wife for the box the headset I have originally came in. (Moment Of Silence for those who will laugh at me) ITS A CHINESE KNOCKOFF! Made by "XLSWAB". Don't imagine how pissed I was. I don't know what to do from here as I have never had a problem with shipping things... Such bad luck on my part. Any assistance on what to do next would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've created a method which selects all the cells in Excel beginning with a1 and ending when there are no more columns or rows. When a button is clicked, I then want to initiate this so that it selects them, however I am getting an error that I can't return the value. This is what I have: public void selectAllCells(Worksheet activeSheet) { activeSheet.get_Range("a1").EntireRow.EntireColumn.Select(); } private void button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e) { return selectAllCells; } How do I go about returning the method when the button is clicked.

Recently my computer broke and I troubleshot it and found my PSU was dead... So I looked on the box for warranty stickers but did not find any so I wonder if amazon will let me return my PSU. I looked online trying to figure it out and I was wondering if I should get a better PSU like a silver or gold power supply would it be less likely to break? Also the PSU had plenty of room for airflow. Also I was kind of wondering if it was my power supply in the first place... Here is what happened: So one morning I woke up and my computer was off and the power button was blinking.(it was left on with no games running. And I obviously didn't touch it during the night) So I tried turning it on to my demise. (Didn't turn on) So I turned off the power supply, waited a few moments and then turned it back on. I then pushed the power button and it turned on for about 3 seconds... I then heard a small pop and saw smoke rising from what seemed to be the power supply basement or the graphics card. It then turned off and the power button started blinking again. So I brought it to a work bench plugged only the power in and tried turning it on... I had a freind look with me and all of the fans were spinning and the gpu led came on(the power could come from the 8-pin and the pci-e could have shorted) and it turned on for about 4 seconds but we smelled a burning smell. Shortly after it turned off again and the power button started blinking. PSU: EVGA 700 b1 Case: NZXT H440 Shouldgestions?

hi guys, I just bought the ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q and i noticed the backlight bleed while playing games during some darker scenes. its my first big IPS display and i would like to know if this level of bleeding is normal, and if its worth it to return it for a new one. I read horror stories online of people having to return this exact model up to 6 times before getting a good one so I need some opinion. I adjusted the picture to look as close as possible to what I see in real life in a pitch black room. so to look at it you should put it into fullscreen and turn off the lights. It makes me really sad that asus has such a bad quality control, my macbook pro for comparison has zero BLB, and if you get one with BLB apple will replace the screen with one that works flawless, instead of playing the lottery like with asus where you can get a screen that is even worse if you are unlucky. I will think twice before buying something from asus again... so guys, should i bring it back or is that as good as it gets with asus? best Regards, The Dude

Hey guys, So I recently purchased a corsair K70 LUX RGB with cherry mx red keyswitches. I was switching off of a keyboard which had blues, I liked the tactile feel but felt they were a little too hard to press for gaming when i needed to quickly tap keys. I was unaware that reds did not possess the tactile feedback left by browns and blues, and I am looking to return this keyboard in favor of the K70 with Brown switches. I am wondering, what kind of fees would I be looking at to return it? It's only about 2-3 hours under use, and i have all the original packaging and accessories that came with it. It costed approximately $190 CAD (145 USD) and about 10 dollars for expedited shipping. Would I be paying for return shipping? any stocking fees? Thanks in advance guys.

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask you all if you would recommend me returning my keyboard in favor to a different keyswitch. I bought the corsair K70 LUX RGB with cherry mx reds a couple days ago, and i do enjoy the switches. But I noticed it doesn't have the same tactile feedback as my old razer keyboard with razer green switches. Would you recommend I return this keyboard and buy a keyboard with cherry mx browns? I heard browns have the same sound as reds but they also have tactile feedback like mx blues/ razer greens. Also might I include my primary focuses with this keyboard is about 50% gaming 50% typing. Also bought this through amazon which tells me i can get a full refund. Thanks guys.

So I am trying to get some clothes from Amazon and I am wondering if any one has experience with buying clothing off there? Did it fit right? Was it the correct size? I am looking at getting a couple Superdry products because the nearest outlet is an hour away and I have no car and no stores near me carry it that I know of (new in the UK for uni). I also hate going by myself to stores to shop for clothes. So what's your experience buying clothes online/from Amazon? I might also want to get a couple items of Youtuber merch (PhillyD and some others maybe). Any help would be great!

Hi, I have a problem I would like advice on. I'm looking for some advice on a graphics card I just bought from ebay. I'm posting in planning, because I am rebuilding a PC using my old crosshair IV and phenom II 1055t rig, to sell it for almost no gain. Really just because I'd like to give the hardware new life instead of letting it go unused, and give someone a good deal on a fairly powerful gaming PC. Ok so the dilemma is, I bought a used Asus strix gtx 970, that SAGS more than anything I've ever experienced. I actually have to prop the card up in its slot with a chopstick to get video signal. See the attatched picture. The backplate is actually warped. Upon testing the card, I see that temps reach 93°C. This is unacceptable to sell to someone who is inexperienced with computer hardware. I want to return the card to the seller on Ebay and get my money back, but is this worth trying, I may just reapply thermal paste and mount the card vertically in its new case to try solving the sag and temps. What would you do?

I bought a wraith prism RGB cooler off ebay back near the beginning of summer. I've recently noticed small drops of liquid on the inside edge of the shroud around the fan. Searched for others having this same issue, and saw that there are lots of other people who have had this same issue of fluid leaking out and pooling on the shroud and causing noise within the bearing. I really like the wraith prism, and I would like to just get it replaced, but I don't think that's going to happen because I bought it on ebay. I really love the way it looks and the effects that are possible with it, but if they all have this leaking issue then I don't know what to do. I would buy another cooler, but I have yet to find one that is as aesthetically appealing as the prism. On the off chance that I could get it replaced, where would I need to go to do so? and are there any other coolers that you think might satisfy my eye for aesthetics? Thanks

I recently noticed a few bright spots on the lower third of my monitor. I have found various things on the internet, but am still not exactly sure what caused them and how to further prevent them, as well as if it is possible to fix them. I clean my monitor with a micro fiber cloth while it is turned off, but have never applied pressure or damaged it with any liquid as far as I can tell. Any response would be appreciated.

So I recently bought the AOC AG271QG and unfortunately it has a bright pixel along with a load of visible backlight bleed (even on low brightness settings). I've initiated the RMA procedure with the retailer (Scan) but I will have to bear the full cost of sending the item back to the retailer because technically one bright pixel and backlight bleed is not covered under manufacturer warranty so the item is not technically 'defective'. It is therefore classed as an unwanted product (here in UK we can return products for any reason within 14 days if bought online). I've checked Amazon and they have a very similar returns policy whereby they will not pay for the cost of returning an item unless it is a result of an Amazon error or deemed faulty under manufacturer's warranty. The issue I have now is that I've checked how much it's going to cost me to send such a high value, heavy, bulky item back to the retailer by courier - I'm looking at between £30-50 for such a service. Now obviously, I can't pay that amount for every single RMA I do as there's a high chance the second one I buy is going to have similar QC issues. So my question for you guys is whether any online UK retailer that sells this monitor bears the expense of unwanted product returns? I see that for some people 5+ (even occasionally double digit number) of RMA's are required to get an acceptable monitor. I feel as though I am willing to give this monitor one or two more shots but I am unwilling to pay the cost to return the item back to the retailer every time I need to do so. Thanks in advance.

Aye guys, I've been lurking the troubleshooting forums for awhile, but this is my first post. This is less of a troubleshooting question and more of a RMA question, in case someone had a similar experience. Apologies if I posted in the wrong area.. new to forums in general. I had an Asus Maximus VIII Extreme Formula that decided to up and die randomly during a gaming session. I was able to confirm the mobo was the culprit with the mounds of parts I have laying around, and sent it into Asus RMA under warranty. The board had no bent pins, no blown caps, no signs of obvious damage at all. They confirmed that it arrived and is undergoing the RMA process and all that good stuff. Well, today, the status changed to "Material/Parts shortage. Item is on order or incoming". Apparently, this typically means that they don't have another board to send you as a replacement, so normally they would offer an upgrade after this. The issue is, the VIII's only obvious "equal or greator upgrade" would be a Maximus IX Extreme, which has a waterblock built into the motherboard, which prevents one from using typical coolers. I'm not set up to accommodate a custom loop watercooler, so the Maximus IX wouldn't reasonably be usable in my circumstances. As such.. I don't see there being a clear upgrade option and they don't have any of the same motherboard to send me. Are they just going to send me a lesser motherboard? Do they actually try to repair their boards at all? Has anyone been faced with anything similiar? I havent been able to find a similiar situation so far. Thanks guys. Apologies if this is simple

I am going to ship out my dead graphics card for a refund and I was wondering how I'm supposed to package it properly. It originally came with foam around it but I threw that away and just have the box. Do I need to use some sort of anti static material or would bubble wrap work fine?

I am looking into returning a possibly faulty motherboard, (asus strix Z270E Gaming Motherboard) and was just wondering on what exactly I had to return. 1. Do I need to put it back into the anti static bag? (if so rip I threw that out) 2. It came with a CD controlling the LEDs on the mobo, along with stickers and a coaster. Does all that need to be sent away as well? 3. What should the quality of the packaging be at returnal? (This is my first time ever returning an item that was purchased online, just wondering if theirs a special etiquette)

I have requested an RMA with Gigabyte for my failing GTX 970. It has been buissness days and still no response. When they finally do respond I will be out of a GPU for at least a week and that won't work for me at all. Should I deal with it, or demand Gigabyte send a replacement before I send mine.

Hi, I just purchased the above mentioned laptop last night from BestBuy for $800 and wanted to know if there may be a better buy for the money. Basically I want something that is more powerful, with touch screen, but does not have to be 4k. I currently have an Asus G73JW-3DE which WAS super fast..died on me yesterday. I do not mind spending around $1500 if the laptop is really worth it. I play games on the laptop at times but mostly use it for work (running macros). I don't care about size and weight. Is there anything you guys can suggest or if you need other info please do let me know. Thank you in advance! V
