Hi all, Are there any options in the AMD Adrenalin Tuning tab worth turning on like Rage mode or undervolt GPU? https://gyazo.com/f0946330b508d0321c8634623ed9931d I have read that manually undervolting your GPU is better but do not really have any experience in that so was just wondering which AMD Adrenalin "factory" settings are useful. My ping is literally so high, I tried all popular DNS's and the best one is my isp default. I teleport in all online games. My ping is sometimes pretty good, then suddenly sky rockets in the high thousands. I'm paying for the 50mbps package. Latency not specified. Thanks

Will the Rage mode OC feature come to Polaris GPUs like the RX 580/570/560 or is it RDNA 2 exclusive? I'm hoping that since it's a software level feature, it should be supported.

Hi. I recently updated my BIOS for my BIOSTAR HiFi-A73UP Motherboard. When I tried to reboot, at post, the system was giving me CMOS errors, but Windows booted normally. However, all of my USB devices (Wi-Fi Adapter, Keyboard/Mouse, etc.) didn't work. I tried by rebooting the system again, but still, CMOS errors and non-working USB devices. This computer is practically my life, so I don't want it to fall to the hands of shoddy BIOS updates. Please Help!!

So I weren't sure about where to post this, as I'm new to this community (I also added a TLDR, and I also typed this on a phone, and I'm also tired, its almost 2:30AM here.), but it's mainly related to Windows 10, so here it is: So first of all, I don't know how, or if this is even possible at all, but it seems like Windows somehow caused my pc to slow down significantly. Now, let's start at the beginning. 2 days ago, I noticed my pc was acting up a bit, but I dismissed it, because it was temporary, and I could continue playing games perfectly fine. Next day, when I tried to run multiple apps at once (e.g. my browser, Discord, Steam, and Bethesda's launcher) my screen went black for a sec, and then some apps (Discord, and the Bethesda launcher) wouls completely glitch out when it came back. It started to appear more frequently, and I noticed that after these glitches some apps wouldn't even detect my gpu. So naturally, I start checking my drivers, and I actually was missing a few updates, and when I tried to update installation failed, but I managed to completely reinstall the Nvidia driver in the end. Now it' fixed, right? Oh no, no it isn't. It went fine for a few secs, and then it started again. (At this point I should mention that I haven't tried any games, because I just couldn't bother). So I look around everywhere, but I couldn't find the issue, so I gave up. Next day, I tought why not give it a try, what if a restart after driver installations fixed the issue. I turn my pc on, everythig looks a lot better, I'm optimistic, I lauch a game. I tried playing, but framarates where horrible, running anything else would cause even more slownes, and sound glitches also started to appear. I stop gaming, and start running benchmarks, and stuff to see what's happening. Thing is, that through benchmark software everything seemed fine, but it hit me, that I should also monitor performance through Task Manager, and that's where I realised, that while I was running a benchmark, Aida64 would tell me that my cpu usage is 100%, but it was actually, around 60%, and my cpu's core clock also throttled down significantly, from a base clock of 3.7 GHz to around 2.6GHz. I naturally check temps and such, but I just couldn't find the issue. So I finally give up, and head over to turn my pc off. That's where I notice the option to "update and restart", and I tought "ok, whatever, this computer doesn't work anymore either way, I don't care." And to be fair windows has been bogging me to update for a long time now, so I click it. It updates, I runa Aida64 last time, and while checking on task manager, my cpu actually seemed to be turboing up to 3.8 and 3.9 GHz at times, and I checked it on actual games, and it seemed to work well. I was happy that it's fixed, don't get me wrong, but I'm straight up FURIOUS, that windows actually slowed my pc down (and idk if that's even supposed to be possible), because I didn't want to update. I mean like what the hell, guys? Really? So yeah. I just wanted to share my story of my long and painful last 2 days. TL;DR : My pc was acting up, and it took me 2 whole days to realise it may have been just windows slowing my cpu down, because I didn't update, and now I feel dumb. ...At least it seems to be working now.

A little bit of background: I am a part of a club that has are meetings at a school, we are allowed to access the laptops in the school that are all equiped with Thunderbolt 3, the laptops we use dont have the drivers installed for Thunderbolt 3, but displays work and thats all that matters to us. We extend the monitors accross the two monitors, they are having a problem where the Thunderbolt 3 docks they use decide not to extend accross the two monitors when the teacher plugs in the next morning, and instead decide to mirror, are we doing anything wrong or are they attributing a problem to us when its just Windows being Windows. I was happy to learn that Saints Row 3 was available as part of the Steam summer sale. I was able to get a bunch DLC with it for $5, which I figured was a steal. Upon being introduced to Professor Genki, I couldn't for the life of me get past that particular mission, so I figured I would activate the invincibility cheat from the phone just for the span of that one mission. After doing so, checkpoints seemed to be functioning. After that particular mission, I turned that cheat off. To my dismay, autosave functionality is not restored after turning the cheat off. I found this out after reentering the game only to find hours of progress wiped away and my save reverted back to Pierce's Professor Genki mission. I'm glad I only paid $5. It is ridiculous that autosave functionality isn't restored after disabling all cheats. It has been a while since a game has infuriated me so badly. I literally spent hours making new progress and it was all for nothing! As far as the warning dialog, there was no indication that autosave functionality would be disabled permanently even after disabling the cheat. I was under the impression that it would be disabled for the duration that the cheat is enabled. I wish Steam would allow me to deactivate the game license from my library so I could gift it to someone.

Anyone have some pretty hard rage stories? My friend was playing GTA and smashed his keyboard so hard the spacebar came off and snapped in half......

I got this game a couple of days ago for $6.40 USD from Green Man Gaming. With the exception of an annoying slow-motion bug during Chapter 2, I have really enjoyed this. I fear, however, I've reached a point in the game that I just cannot get past no matter how hard I try. The only vehicles that seem to spawn are incredibly slow. I've probably tried this particular section about 20-30 times. I don't rage quit often, but holy shit it's frustrating! Any tips?

i bought a E5-474G laptop which i'm using right now a month ago ... playing some decent online games and i haven't got that disconnect problem until now. A week ago,when i'm playing League of legend i get a attempt to reconnect notification for a first time and i dint bother it ..and after that it keep happen every 30 sec and make the game unplayable.And after that i tried some other online games such as csgo ,dota ,tfm 2 and it happen the exact same situation i faced in LOL ... does anyone know how to fix the problem i have now ?

Hello fellow lone wanderers, as you know, at around 12 am EST tonight, Fallout 4 will officially be released onto the masses. But, lots of people have already got and played the game in its pre-release phase, completing the main storyline. Lots of leaked videos have also been released showing plot spoilers, but if you have gone on social media in the past few hours, then you will know the pain and suffering that would have caused you, since lots of fucking smooth-skins have already posted the ending to the game, for whatever devious reasons. (Studies show that nuclear war is 99.9% efficient at neutralizing all pre-cum children who get their kicks from spoiling the ending to the most anticipated RPG in the recent decade.) Either way, this zone is for all of you who are suffering from spoilers. And i think it is obvious, while this is a happy place for spoiler victims, NO FURTHER SPOILERS FOR FALLOUT 4.Your fellow vault citizen may not have learned of said spoiler. just pure anger, rage, and spite against fallout 4 spoilers.

Ugh. I just need to vent here. I have to record myself giving a speech, about myself, and upload it to youtube for this f**king communications class. Never got a response out of the professor begging for an alternate assignment. Why? Because I hate this kind of thing, I despise public speaking, as in giving presentations, I'm semi okay with speaking to other people in a public setting, although even there I am nervous if it's with people I barely know. Hell, the entire reason I chose online college was to avoid shit like this, avoid having to give presentations and social situations. Do they not realize that some people have social anxiety disorder and would rather shoot themselves than do shit like this?! Not to mention that's why I want to work in IT, to avoid having to deal with others on a face to face basis as much as possible. I've been trying all week, and every time I turn the camera on, I immediately start sweating, and can barely speak. I guess I'm gonna have to do this later tonight when I'm semi-drunk, that's the only solution I can think of. I could maybe manage if it wasn't me least favorite topic of all, myself. Anyone else have these kinds of problems?

When some has a problem with a pc.....Please don't post something like "Omg i have the same problem" because never has some one said that and then that has fixed the problem. EDIT: What you are about to read is a begginer's rage filled post. Later on I got much better and started seing the game in a different light. So since this my opinion has changed, read it with that in mind. I want to kill someone right now! I'm not even kidding! I seriously want to punch someone in the head. This game is just a broken piece of crap! I seriously don't get why everyone is glorifying it so much. I love challenging games and I like hard games. But only when they are functional! It's obvious to me that the people who made this didn't know what they were doing, they made a mess of a game and somehow they struck gold with it. This is a freak of nature that shouldn't exist! Giving a fair challenge is one thing, but when you are ill-equipped to face the challenges they set before you, that's bad game design in my opinion. I honestly deeply and truly regret buying this game. My only consolation is that it was very cheap on sale. The controls are god-awful. I pushed away from the enemy and pressed the roll button, and the character rolled in a completely different direction, and then I died because of that (when I very clearly pushed the stick in a completely different direction). Enemies leap huge distances, constantly throw bombs at you, shoot at you and most the time you don't have any means to take care of them. Weapon drops are scarce at best and you don't have any ranged weapons at the beginning. Oh, and I was burnt by a bomb that exploded on the OTHER SIDE OF THE WALL! I mean if you're going to label a game "hard", then give a fair challenge! This game is only hard because it's buggy and it has awful controls, and very unbalanced combat. And then there's the AI. My god, it's been a while since I've seen an AI this broken. They see through walls, sometimes noticing you from miles away and the next thing you know is they are stabbing you in the back! The UI is a jumbled mess, it's very unappealing, and if you thought skyrim's inventory was bad... Well, I would trade this in for that anytime. There's a lot of cryptic crap as well, half the time you don't even know what's going on. The graphics are unappealing as well, even with the high-res mod, the design is just boring and bland, looks very washed out. Overall, it's a really unenjoyable game. End of rant.

Samething, rocked in my haf912 case and had high usage at most-all times . Got to the point where it won;t even load and checkdisk couldn;t scan certian areas, or was just slow. Crystal disk says it is fine. Sometimes ram is high at 4-5 gigs, how of 2 -> 4 gig sticks. Why WD, can;t you just bankrupted, I actully wanna be the pesky mad, dumb custumer casue with all my exp, this is still bugging me so much! anyway whats up LTTs ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ New Updates: -So I got a new hdd repaclement. Accidently Wd sent me a 1.5TB instad of a 1TB. Anyway, same issue. High usage. Changing Paging in W8 Pro 64 dosen't help. Maybe it is settings tied to Microsoft account that I use to login to W8. Anyway the problem was their last time neverthe less the OS. i will try difrent ports (sata) (tried before) and diff cable (didn;t try before). Its usally alwasy 100% hiccups with 30-50% regular. Dosn;t take long to climb back again. I really need help people!
