So, I've been having stuttering issues, I tried a bunch of different stuff, even upgrading my ram, adding a ssd and swapping my hdd as well, but nothing seems to work, and it's getting really annoying (the stutters happen in pretty much all games, a few more than others) PC SPECS: MB: Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2 CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x GPU: RX 6600 8GB RAM: GSKILL RIPSAW 2x8GB DDR4 3200Mhz PSU: CV450 (ATX - 450w - 80 Plus Bronze) SSD: KIOXIA-EXCERIA (Windows) HDD: ST1000DM010-2EP102 (Games) The fps is fine if I'm just standing or moving most of the time (although sometimes it spikes when I'm moving/looking around) but I get really heavy stutters (not everytime) when I shoot, explode something, just open a door to a new place, etc... - Just a random example, I was testing rocket league and I run it at 400fps, but when I join a game, sometimes when a goal or explosion happen, my 0.1% low goes down to 20fps and I stutter, it's not that bad since it's mostly when I'm not playing, but in other games it happens in the middle of the action (Currently Uploading a video to youtube with an example, I'll share the link here when it's done for real time metrics) Screenshot of the metrics using MSI Afterbuner - RTSS (messed up a few names, the specs above are the correct ones)

I am going to planning build a new pc for me with Ryzen 7 3700x I want to buy cooler master hyper 212 rgb black edition for my 3700x. i want to know is it okay with this cpu air cooler , are they juust fine woth 3700x or need to change .i m not planning to any over clocking . just want to make sure and clear that hyper 212 rgb black edition are just fine with 3700x or not .. please help me on this .i really need to clear my confusions before building my pc .

I was wondering if anyone could help me with low frame rates in warzone? I am running about 60fps at 1440 and I can barely even run the game in 4k 20-40fps. Hello, Over the holidays I upgraded my 5 year old i5 6600 to a Ryzen 7 3700x CPU and got an MSI B550 Tomahawk Motherboard to fit the chip. Everything else is the same. Specs: R7 3700x MSI B550 Tomahawk GTX 1070 FTW g-skill something ram (its slow, runs at 2800 mhz) 500gb ssd (holds windows 10) 1tb HDD So my pc before the upgrade worked like a charm, only reason for the upgrade was I wanted better multitasking performance when under load. PC works, but I get different types of freezes that I can not find the reason for. Different types of freezes ranging from system lock ups, to being unable to open or close a task, to spotify audio cutting out but the track timer keeps playing then after some time the track timer goes back to the time the audio cuts out and continues like nothing happened. In fact, after multiple troubleshooting, even bringing it to the shop, neither I nor the computer repair dude really knows the issue. Oh, and by the way, the cpu base clock says 3.6 GHZ, but ive never seen mine run below 3.8, it hovers a 4. Troubleshooting as follows: 1. half reinstall of windows (the one that keeps the apps but no the settings) 2. Memory test, nothing wrong, 3. SFC scan, "found corrupt files but fixed it" 4. Full reinstall of windows 5. Drives are healthy according to windows 6. Apparently my hdd is faulty (according to the repair man) but it doesnt hold the OS so we unplugged it and rebooted without it, still freezing though 7. the MB had auto ram and cpu overclocking "game boost" features enabled, at first I turned off cpu boost so it wouldnt idle at 4.4Ghz, but he said he saw some ram overclocking when I brought it in and turned it off too, still freezing 8. Limited ram speed from auto to 2800 in bios, still freezing 9.Moved ram from A2, B2 to I think A1,A2 so it acts as single stick?? (he said something to do with, yeah it wont allow full maximization of ram but its a test to see if it still freezes. Well, still freezing. Now this Ram may not be compatible with the 3700x on the website list, Maybe that has something to do with it? Other thing is that the Motherboard is faulty? He denies that the CPU is faulty, hopefully true. Any help is appreciated, honestly

Specs: MSI ventus RTX 3080 LHR OC 10GB Ryzen 7 3700x Asus pro x570-pro Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600 Corsair 850W gold PSU Games arent getting high FPS like theyre supposed to and the GPU usage is only around 30% in some games and 80% in others. CPU usage is no where close to being maxxed out. Most game are around 40% CPU usage. Upgraded power supply because i thought that was the issue. Upgraded all bioses and drivers. I have no idea what else could be the issue. Temps hover around 80c. I get 90FPS in 1080p max settings in PUBG, 120-150FPS 1080p Fortnite max settings. 140fps in COD.

Hello I want to buy B450 elite from Gigabyte and I have some question about it. First in their website Here it said that for overclocking memory it only reach 3600mhz and I want to reach 3733 or even 3800 on all of my 4 rams is it possible? Second is that I dunno if this motherboard is T topology or daisy chain. I want a motherboard with daisy chain. Third is about its upgradability, I will put a R5 2600 in it at first but in 2-3 months plan to upgrade to R7 3700x and I want to get 4.2Ghz on all core those it's VRM can handle it? Hi my pc shuts down when playing games and stressing temps are ok but in Ryzen Master my TTP AND EDC go above limit then my pc shuts itself down and starts back up again I’ve tested the Ram,Gpu and psu and they don’t seem to be the problem IMG_1521.MOV

My R7 3700x clock speeds doesn't seem to be able to go past 3GHZ no matter what I do. I've updated my motheroard to the the F10.a version of the bios . I've run CpuZ benchmark, and monitored it with cpuz and ryzen master, I've even run cinebench r15 but no luck. hey everyone, I'm trying to get my memory to perform at what i paid for (3200mhz) haven't been able to get it past 3000mhz. Was wondering if it's motherboard support or perhaps the use of 4 memory sticks. Anyone who may have a guide to fix this would be great. p.s. I haven't played around with the timings, i've tried setting the mem speed and fabric to 3200mhz/1600mhz, i've played with the dram volts from 1.3-1.4v and a few in between, always gets a no post and i have to revert back, only thing i can get to post so far is 3000mhz/1500mhz. current timings are at 16.18.18.18.36 Also, wondering if there's any performance to be gained from attempting to OC the cpu, gave it a quick try at 4200mhz @ 1.35v, it didn't like that very much, perhaps if anyone has a rough guide or video showing what values they set their 3700 at so i kinda have a rough idea of where to start. I've been looking for guides and such, haven't been able to find anything that really helps, i've been out of the OC hobby since the P4 2.8 days (like 16 years), so i'm pretty new to the modern stuff. I would like to have some advices before upgrading to these components. The reason why I would like to upgrade is I'm having some fps issues with my 5700 XT on a 144hz 1080p monitor. I also try to compare my r5 2600 + 5700 XT on other youtube videos, their results was never the same as mine, weird right?. I also had some time when I play The Outer Worlds where my FPS goes down on city crowded areas by looking at them but when I look at my character's feet(still on the city), my fps goes up to like 130+ from 40-60fps ,CPU and GPU usage goes down too, I feel like they are lazy to render some detailed objects for fps, The usage goes high when I look at my feet, pretty easy to render for my cpu and gpu. I have this awful like Tecware Nexus M case where I opened the front panel for much better airflow and temps became better so I can say I have better airflow now. Same goes for Fallout 4 and Euro Truck Simulator 2 where fps dips on cities.
