Hello I'm coming to you because I really don't know where to turn. No recent post on the forums helped me to solve my problem. So here's the deal. I have a Pixel 5 running Android 12 and a Bose QC 35 II headset. A while ago everything was fine in the best of worlds except that for no apparent reason, for a few days now, when I connect my headset to my phone everything is displayed normally. The headset is recognized and the sound comes out in the headset for a short time. Then all of a sudden, the sound cuts off and then the sound starts again on the speakers of my phone. EXCEPT! The headset is still connected and when I look in the settings everything is OK. All the bluetooth options are activated (multimedia sound, etc.) when I choose the place where the sound should come out, it is well displayed that it is my helmet in bluetooth. In short, everything seems to work properly except that not ... I tested the headset on other devices and I have no problem. I have no other bluetooth headset to test on my phone unfortunately. I also completely reset my phone. It worked for a while with disgusting micro cuts but at least I had sound. Then I'm back to square one... I have sound coming out of my phone's speakers again. If anyone can help me I would be incredibly grateful. I don't really want to change my phone right now... If you have any questions about the versions (my phone or anything) I can provide you with everything without any worries. If there are any manips that need a wipe like that I don't care I'll take it all. I just want it to work.

about QC35：I want to know how this headset deep bass effect?I'm using the MDR-XB450AP now,I know the QC35 just passable sound effect,but it's almost as bass as the 450AP. I think I can accept it. about 1000X：I heard that it is not suitable for long time use,I want to make sure that it will make my ears uncomfortable?How sad（Especially in summer,Someone said to me: if you use it in summer, you may not be able to hold on for more than 20 minutes...Pain and stuffy?）?If I can accept,I Will buy it.Thank you.

Long story short, I'm in the market for wireless headphones (Iphone 7). I did my research and I found that the Sennheiser PXC 550, Bose QC 35 and the Sony mdr 1000x are dominating the High end wireless market. I've watched some reviews and comparisons, and the only thing I've come up with is that these headphones have as many pros as cons. QC 35 The most comfortable out of the bunch, but the always active ANC is a deal braker for me(or is it?), PXC 550 excellent sound and full of features but could possibly not fit me well, and the mdr 1000x with current EU pricing is out of my price range. I'm hoping that some can convince my somehow to pick one of these headphones, or help me find any other headphone that will do. Personally i don't need ANC, i just want some comfortable and decent sounding headphones.

Hello, I am looking to buy some new headphones, but I can't decide what to get and I am hoping that someone that is more knowledgeable than I am to help me out with my predicament. I have looked at all of the bluetooth headphones I have found, and I have selected two main contenders, Bose QC35 and Sony MDR1000x. From what I have gathered from the countless reviews I have read, here is a list of my personal pros and cons of both of them. Bose QC 35 Pros $50 Cheaper. More compact Can pair to two devices simultaneously Said to have better ANC Better case included Cons Less features Can not turn ANC off in wireless mode 2.5 mm wired connection Sony MDR1000x Pros Looks more premium Ability to allow only voices to be heard More features Touchpad on earcup 3.5mm wired connection Better sound Cons Cannot be paired with two devices simultaneously Earcups are bulkier Said to be slightly less comfortable If anything on this list is wrong please correct me.

Having quite a frustrating day after spending hours trying to get my new Bose QC35 headphones to pair with my desktop. I have an Asus USB-BT400 dongle and the headphones. Headphones pair fine with my iphone but windows 7 x64 is proving more difficult than iOS10. 1. I plugged the dongle in known good USB port, drivers installed successfully. Restarted PC 2. Brought up Bluetooth menu, add device, select Bose QC35...device added successfully 3. Bose headphone keeps stating "Ready to Pair" and "Select the Bose headphones from your mobile devices Bluetooth list" Am I missing a step between adding a device to windows and the actual pairing? 4. I can right click on the headphones and select "control" which brings up the first picture, however when I select "connect", the popup message appears saying they're not powered on. 5. One time the headphone control panel did say connected and I thought I almost had it but The headphones are still saying "disconnected" and I cannot connect them or set them to the default device in the Sound panel I have tried disabling both the adapter and enumerator in device manager I have unplugged dongle, uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled drivers multiple times. I have removed the headphones from my device list in control panel multiple times. Has anyone had a similar problem with Bluetooth headsets/headphones before? I will call Bose tomorrow and get their opinion and possibly go to Best Buy to try another USB BT dongle. The issue obviously isn't the headphones so I'm aiming towards the dongle or a setting in Windows 7. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance

Alright guys, so I bit the bullet and dropped the $350 on the Bose QC35 after watching Linus' review "Bose QC35 vs Sennheiser PXC550". I am fully aware of the audio quality limitations of the QC35, however, I bought them for the active noise cancellation and form-factor, especially while traveling since I tend to travel a lot on airplanes (they work flawlessly in that regard). However, I have some concerns and questions. 1) How the heck do you change the battery in these things?! Is it completely sealed in and simply cannot be swapped at all? It used to be removable on the QC25's ... I just feel like a $350 headphone should last a bit longer than the typical 2 year battery life-span in today's electronics. A pretty big let-down IMO. 2) Wearing the QC35 with glasses reduces the active noise cancellation drastically ... since the seal between the cups and your head is now broken with the glasses' frame going through. What is your solution to this? Are there specific glasses frames that work better? Do they sell custom replacement cups out there that support or work better with glasses? It's kind of a deal breaker sadly. 3) I feel that the non-removable battery alone would warrant me to return them, I really do love the ANC when it works (without glasses). It's rather amazing and I've never heard anything like it. So my final question is, any other in-ear recommendation that can cancel noise just as good or better? I'm open to all suggestions and all prices. It saddens me to have to return them, the isolation is fantastic! UPDATE (1/26/17): I ended up just returning the Bose QC35, disappointing sound quality when compared to the competition and what really killed it for me was the fact that it doesn't function while being charged... For a $350 headphones I'd expect it to at least do that. But nope, the second it's plugged in for charging, it turns off completely and disconnects Bluetooth until charging is done. So forget charging it from a battery bank while using it on an airplane... I'm going to give the Sony MDR-1000X a shot, I've read great reviews on them, I hope Linus reviews them soon too! But side by side at the store (compared to the QC35) they pretty much DESTROYED the Bose with sound quality, and at first glance, dare I say that they have better noise cancellation?! I'll find out more once I buy them!

So, i have my QC35 for about 1 year and i wear it in BT and noise cancelling for about 3 houres a day and now i have a big problem: I now hear a like beeep like after a concert but softer and constantly. So idk if i have solution.
