Specs: MB: ASUS TUF GAMING B560 PLUS-WIFI CPU: i5-11600K GPU: 4070 RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 3200MHZ 4x8 PSU: SEASONIC 850W FOCUS PLUS GOLD Some background: I've put in the new MB/CPU combo in over 2 years ago and that's when the issue started. Since I have changed/added a new gpu, more RAM, drives, cooler, new DP cable, but nothing seemed to fix the issue. This only happens sometimes and once the PC boots up, there is absolutely 0 issues, no crashes, no bluescreens, no freezing, it works perfect. When the boot fails and this only happens sometimes, here are the things that I've noticed happen: 1) Orange LED is stuck on the motherboard and it won't post until I force restart 2) Orange LED disappear but then fans start spinning at 100% (including gpu+cpu+casefans) 3) Orange LED disappears and white light turns on but the PC won't boot There is no pattern or order in which these happen, it's all random. Most of the time the issue occurs is when I restart the PC to finalize an update, on the rare occasion when I turn the PC on. The PSU is coming to its age around 5 years however with the previous MB/CPU, i never had any issues. Some things I've tried: 1) Reinstalled windows from 10 to 11 (fresh install). 2) Re-pasted and re-seated my CPU. 3) Turned off hibernation mode. 4) Updated BIOS to current latest version 2001. 5) Installed latest drivers from asus' website. Any advice appreciated.

Hi! So my computer turned on and is displaying onto the monitor and is working fine as far as I can tell. But the Q-LED on the x570-e gaming is lit up white (VGA). But everything seems to be fine and the Q-Code led is displaying AA. Is this fine? Thanks!

I built a PC last night. Components are as follows: NZXT H510 ROG Strix X570-E Gaming Ryzen 9 5900x iCue H100i elite Capellix EVGA RTX 3060 dual Full Modular RM850x 80+Gold This is the issue I am having. This is the first build I’ve ever done and I am stuck AF. The Q-LED indicator lights on the MOBO indicate I have a problem with the DRAM. The 1st set of DRAM I bought was a Vengeance RGB Pro SL 32GB 3600MHz C18 1.35v. Couldn’t get the machine to boot. It never changed the light on the Q-led from DRAM. So I went and bought a new set: Vengeance LPX 16GB 3200mhz C16 1.35V Ver. 4.32 which is listed on my QVL for the specific MOBO. Still same issue with the QLED lights. Idk what I’m doing. I don’t know what to change. I don’t know what I need to look at or test. I’ve tried 1 stick. 2 sticks. I’ve changed slots. I’ve jumped CLRTC. Taken out the battery in the MOBO and reinstalled. Idk. I’m lost. ANY HELP IS AWESOME. IM WILLING TO TRY ANYTHING ONCE

Hey, I just have just built a new system and I have watched the q-led every time I powered on my pc. I have noticed that my VGA light stayed on and the boot light was yellow. I don’t know if the colours mean anything, however I have a Asus b550-a motherboard a ryzen 3700x and no gpu at the moment. Would having no gpu cause the VGA light to stay on and would it also be the reason why the boot light is on? Another question on boot would the aio pump make noise? Mine is not making noise.

I just finished assembling my first PC, but when I turn it on, the LEDs on the motherboard start looping (starting on red for 2 seconds, going to white for 15 seconds, then to orange for an instant seconds, and then back to red). I thought it was the motherboard running some tests, but I left it on for ~20 mins and it was still looping. I've aso tried to access the BIOS to upgrade it, but my Monitor isn't recognising the GPU or the motherboard. According to the manual, Red is a CPU issue, Orange is a DRAM issue, and White is a VGA issue. It seems like it is running the POST test, and as soon as the VGA fails, it restarts the test. I've tried to boot with my GPU disconnected, but the issue persists. Here is my build: - CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X - GPU: RTX 3060 Ventus 3X 12GB - Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B650-A - RAM: 2x Corsair vengeance 16GB DDR5 - Storage: Samsung 980 pro 2TB - Power Supply: Corsair RM750E - CPU Cooler: Cooler master master liquid ML240 Any idea about what could be going on? 1094014919_20230310_223545(1).mp4

Hi everybody. I have recently finished a new mini-itx build (see parts below), but I have some problems with it. I can't get a post. When looking at the motherboard I can see that the white Q-LED is on. Which in the manual states that it's a VGA problem. It is going yellow (DRAM), red (CPU) and then solid white (VGA). All fans are running and it seems like the system is running fine. I have tried to change the video card to another (identical) card with the same result. I have a RTX 2070, but I can't fit it in the case because it's too wide so it can't fit. I checked all the cables both power and all the others. I have tried both DVI output on the cards (also the other card), and I get the same result - also tried different ports on the monitor. No post - white QLED. I was worried that it might be a power problem, so I disconnected all the SATA and tried again, but with the same issue. Have also tried to take one of the memory sticks out, and only booting with one. The WD blue is mounted on the back, which results in that the PCIe is only running x8 instead of x16. But to my knowledge this should not be a problem? To my knowledge the motherboard should be ready for the 2600X - the packages says 2000 and 3000 series ready. I have my PC that I built, and being a Ryzen fan and all that, I decided to overclock it. First came CPU (Ryzen 3 1200 and CM Masterliquid 120 lite) using Ryzen Master. Using Prime95 as a stress tester, I got it to 3.975 GHz at 1.35625v. Then RAM (GeIL Super Luce RGB 4GBx2 2400), also with Ryzen Master. For some reason, even though it was supposed to run at 2400 with timings of 16-16-16-36, I had it running at 2133 15-15-15-36 (might've been because I messed around in the BIOS before getting Windows). Anyways, so tried OCing to 2666, but got a BSOD. So I rebooted and tried aiming lower, at 2400, which worked fine. Then I tried dropping the timings to 14-14-14-34, which got me an even worse BSOD and a BIOS that kept on crashing, and after many restart attempts, a system that refused to even get to getting the ASUS logo on screen (I have an Asus X370-F motherboard). After unplugging, removing RAM and battery on the mobo, and replacing everything, I got it running back on the 15-15-15-36 timings. Then at some point, I decided to adjust the VDDCR SOC voltage. Not sure if I adjusted it before the first crash or because of it, but either way, now, about once daily the screen goes black and keyboard turns off, but everything else stays on (including my mouse and RGB on mobo and RAM), and of the 4 Q-leds in the corner the RAM one (orange) flashes. I've since then adjusted the SOC voltage to everything between 1.000 and 1.175, with no luck (it comes stock at 0.850). Now I'm going to keep it running at stock to see if the problem was overclocking. Odd thing is, I had it doing nothing but running Prime95 for a full day with no crashes, but as soon as I started using it, within the next 4 hours I had 2 crashes. So my main question is, WHY IS IT CRASHING? I ran memtest86 which came up error-free, scoured forums, uninstalled aura sync, NOTHING. Keeps on happening. And more as a side question, why do my overclocks in Ryzen Master never stay after a reboot? After every reboot I have to open it up and re-apply my profile. Thanks for any help!
