I am looking for a 550-600w psu around 75 bucks. I need semi modular or full modular for cable management issues. if there is not a such psu, ill go with non modular

I just got a new AIO cooler, I stupidly took out all the connectors from the mother board in the process but I put them back in their place I'm like 80% sure. Anyway after connecting everything I turned on the pc it all the RGB flashed then it went dead. Does that mean that the power supply is too weak or is it that I connected something incorrectly? First, sorry for my bad english, is not my language. As the title says, my 3080 will arrive in 3 days and im realizing that there are posts saying that seasonic psus are bad (focus units) for high end graphics cards. And there are posts saying that the problem its fixed in units prior to jan 2018. Can someone explain to me if i should use the psu ? I bought it exclusively for the 3080 a month ago. The rest of my system: I5 9600kf (no oc) 16gb (8x2) B360M PRO-VDH Currently using a gtx 1050 ti strix with the seasonic psu.

I am looking to upgrade my graphics card in my HP Pavilion 550-027c to a r9 380x. To do this I will also need to upgrade my power supply to 550 watts. I am wondering if this will be bad for the other components in my computer. Could I get a new power supply with out damaging my computer?

My cpu is an i7 6700k and my last motherboard only required a 4pin with the same cpu. Can i just plug a 4pin power connector into the motherboard and it will be fine? My computer is a Predator g6 710 and my power supply is a fsp 750 80egn

what is the difference between a 600w bronze evga power supply and a 600 gold one ? is there anything else than the efficiency ? do i take any risks going with a bronze power supply ?

So I'm looking to build the best SFF workstation I can, and I really wanted to use silverstones new ML07, its basically their raven gaming ssf case but with more clean lines and edged, and doesn't come with any fans or filter, which I would upgrade anyway. But the only drawback was that the best SFX psu you can get was from silverstone and it's only 450w, this isn't a problem because I'm only going to be using a 750 ti (I already own it) at first, but plan to upgrade soon when AMD or Nvidia's new cards come out to maybe an 870 or an R9 380x, these cards will probably both require a minimum of a 550 or 600w psu so then having only 450w, will be a problem. But then I was looking around on silverstone's site and they just released a 600w sfx psu! All my troubles are gone now, yay! EXCEPT its not available anywhere? I can't find it on any site, so do you guys know if its available yet? I really want to build this build in the next couple of weeks, but I just can't this psu situation figured out. So if you guys could help me find it, or let me know when and where it's going to be available, I would greatly appreciate it! EDIT: I messaged silverstone support and got this exactly: "SX600-G is under shipping to our distributor and will release to market very soon."

I have been doing some research and would appreciate some advice from more experienced builders and thought this would be a good place to come. Specs i am looking at (am looking on scan.co.uk as they have an insurance that protects against damage during installation for a minimal price around £40 for a £1500 system): Intel i7-9700k --> my previous system was overclocked by the builders, i dont initially plan to overclock but with some help would be looking to further down the line, or straight away if its easy and safe? ASUS Strix Z390-F Gaming --> unsure of motherboard but wanted to buy something that would allow me to put other drives in and future proof it for the next 5 years or so, as previously didnt invest in a good motherboard, what do people think of this, i have read good reviews so far? And has a sleek minimal amount of RGB Gigabyte RTX 2070 super Gaming OC --> i had a question when it came to speed of graphics card, how much difference would a card for £527 with 1605mhz compare to a £580 card with 1800mhz would it be worth investing in the more expensive card? Corsair Vengeance 16Gb (8gbx2) at 3600 mhz --> is it worth investing in 3600 or would i be better off with a 3200 kit with RGB with future proofing in mind? Power supply advice would be greatly appreciated... Corsair Hyrdo Series H100i RGB --> Cooling wise, my previous build had water cooling and has run sub 60 degrees for everything i have used for so have seen the benefit, but have a little concern about fitting it myself and if it leaks. Any advice? My main question is around storage: 1. What brands do you recommend for NVME SSD's? I have been looking at WD Blue ? 2. My previous computer about 4 years ago had a SATA 2.5 inch SSD installed from kingston, which has my OS on, could i use this for my new system as it is a fully licensed version of windows 10, or should i invest in a new one to be safer and get a free version of windows to put on my m.2 NVME drive? 3. If i use a new m.2 for my OS could i put the old SSD and 2TB hardrive for my new build as extra drives on purchase, waiting for a new possibly 3TB hard drive ? So overall how long would you be happy to use a hard drive for ? (i.e have a 500gb m.2, 256GB SSD SATA, and a 2TB Seagate HDD , and could i leave buying the new 3TB drive till later?) Case wise I have not selected anything but am looking at an NZXT black case Has anyone used the Scan.co.uk warranty for installation before, if so was it any good? Also, does anyone have any advice for a first time builder buying an expensive set of parts. I am looking to invest now and slowly invest in new peripherals as I get paid over the next few months? hi! i'm upgrading from a 4790 to an 11700k. my current power supply is a vs550w (white?). I read the power supply tier list and i'm thinking of getting an RMx 750w gold.(Link) Is this alright or do I need higher/lower (I currently have a Gtx 970, unsure what my next gpu will be) I have a strong feeling this power supply wont supply enough power for this CPU, or at least if I stress test it. But correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm looking at two power supplys, the evga P2 750W psu and the evga T2 750w power supply is it worth splashing out the extra money on the titanium for more efficiency and reliability ?
