  1. I have made several topics about this in the past. I have tried everything I can think of; Ran as admin, set core affinity, changed priority, game mode on and off, ultra low latency, used a Nvidia profile, uninstalled and reinstalled through steam, turned all over lays off, manually added the game to the Game profile on my Anti Virus, and turned off Core Isolation. The only thing I have not done yet is uninstalling the game, completely wiping it from the system the best I can and uninstalling and reinstalling steam itself. Then redownloading and installing the game all over again. I have included 4 Pictures of performance graphs during and after game play. First one happened during a freeze. The second one was also during a freeze the Third and fourth were take shortly after each other after the second picture. Additionally I just checked my CPU temp logs and during the game the Temps SOARED to ana average of 70C I have not seen this PC do this in any of the other games. I have played on it. I really don't understand why the game is not playable on my new system. My old Laptop the Dell Alienware that I originally bought and played the game on did not have any issues back then and I even booted it up and tried the game on it today and IT STILL WORKED PERFECTLY! So I have NO IDEA why my new system can't run it. The new system has not had any issues with Elden Ring (RTX on or off the laptop had issues with RTX on), Horizon Zero Dawn, Doom Eternal, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Tales of Arise or Scarlet Nexus. I am starting to think that the game suspects it is pirated and is trying break the PC or itself. If ANYONE has ANY insights into this or something I could do to get it to work I would GREATLY appreciate it
  2. So I was really hoping to after I updated everything that I could start up a game to test my new system and it would do well, but it did not. The game I chose was Persona 5 Strikers and the PC should have absolutely cushed it at max setting at 1080p, but the best I got was the 60FPS cap with frame drops every couple seconds and some choppy jumping of the image as I was turning the camara. Granted I have not played the game in several months, but my Alienware Laptop did not have any issues running the game. Plus when I went to look at the Open Harwdware Monitor to see how the GPU was doing them andbclock wise I saw the Temp was 47⁰C and the fans were not spining at all acoeding to the program. New System specs: (Ibuypower) CPU: 13700KF CPU Cooler: Deepcool LS720 Motherboard: MSI MAG Z790 Thomahawk DDR5 RAM: 32GB 6000Mhz Team Group RGB GPU: 4070 ASUS Dual Storage: 2TB WD Black PSU: Corsair RM850X Windows: 11 Alienware m15 R1 Laptop: CPU: 9750H Motherboard: Dell OEM RAM: 16GB 2666Mhz GPU: 2060 Mobile Storage: WD 512GB SSD & 1TB HDD (sorry don't recall the full product ID) Windows: 10 NOTES: 12:50AM Its late here and I uave an early start tomorrow. 3. So, I recently purchased a used 2020 Razer Blade 15 RTX 2070. The person I had purchased the device from had it for less than a year and wanted to sell it to build a gaming rig. Though the laptop is still relatively new it is having some performance issues when playing games. When I should be getting frame rates in the 70-100s I am getting frame rate in the 30-60s. This coupled with thermals in the 90c range. I've tried everything I can think of to increase the performance, i.e., setting my computer to high performance, updating all of my drivers, closing all background applications, undervolting the CPU to prevent thermal throttling, and more. I'm starting to think that the issue is a hardware one such as thermal paste no being properly applied, dirty fans (Although I have used an air can on the fans), and or something else. Besides the issue with performance and thermals the battery life is not lasting as long as the advertised 5 hours. If I had to guess it is probably due to the temp issues damaging the battery. If anyone had any other idea about what could be going wrong with my laptop please let me know. ╰(*°▽°*)╯
  4. I've been having this problem with my AMD GPU to which I've been trying to find a solution to all over the internet to no avail. I know this is a long read but I would be grateful if you have the time to read this to the end and maybe offer some solutions. So right off the bat, I have an old laptop which is 5 years old. Please don't read this and instantly start typing a reply to just upgrade my laptop because I would love to and am saving up to get a good upgrade eventually but I have to make the best out of my current one for now. SPECS: System Model: HP ProBook 450 G3 BIOS: N78 Ver. 01.05 (type: UEFI) Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19042) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406) GPU: Hybrid of Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 and AMD Radeon R7 M340 CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.6GHz RAM: 8GB PSU: 65W The AMD GPU is the one with the problem. I could upload my DxDiag or give any other information necessary if needed. Anyways, for the amount of time I've had this laptop I have not run into any issues with it when playing games which my AMD GPU can handle. I play this one game a lot: Rocket League. My GPU is good enough to run the game at 50-ish fps on low settings and has done so since I started playing the game in 2016. A few weeks ago though someone carelessly handled my laptop and it fell down from a distance big enough to crack the screen. I had it sent to be fixed and took the opportunity to have it serviced as well since I hadn't had the fan cleaned in a while. I had the HDD changed as well and with that came some loss of data unfortunately so I had to reinstall the drivers. The laptop essentially came back "brand new." So when I ran Rocket League it ran fine at the usual consistent 50ish fps but about 4 mins into a match I had severe fps drops down to 15-20 fps from 55 fps to the point where even the audio was lagging and crackling in my earphones. It was unplayable. Then it returned to normal after about 15-20 secs before it started happening again after a min or 30 secs. After every consecutive match I played though, the fps drops seemed to get more frequent. I tried another game Far Cry 4 and again, normal fps then massive fps drops. With AMD Radeon Software's metric overlay and MSI Afterburner I noticed that the GPU usage was dropping to 0 and fluctuating back up causing the fps drops as shown in the pics below. Also, the GPU gets pretty hot. It's always gotten pretty hot though and it's been fine for years. It is overclocked by default I think. I have never tried messing with overclocking or underclocking it as I've never felt the need to since the games ran fine. The fan was actually clogged with dust before the laptop got dropped. Now after being serviced, the fan's clean. https://imgur.com/vq7iEPn https://imgur.com/agrm5qZ The GPU memory clock also becomes static when the fps drops happen if that indicates something too. https://imgur.com/MHC6a7g The fan seems to be running fine. https://imgur.com/p3LFN4L What I've tried so far: - Uninstall and reinstall drivers manually from the AMD website numerous times using AMD's cleanup utility - Update windows 10, it's up to date now. - Update BIOS - Try older drivers - Set Unified GPU Usage Monitoring in MSI Afterburner - Check power options, I play on High Performance anyway - Run a a memory diagnostics test, there were no memory problems detected I'm hoping this is just a software related issue cuz I have had stuttering or fps drop problems before but not this bad and I've usually resolved them by just updating my driver. Windows updates have been notorious for me for messing with the drivers. I don't think Windows updates is the culprit this time. Could it be malware? Windows Defender has detected nothing and all the files got removed anyway when I had the laptop serviced and the hard drive changed. My worst fear is that something could be wrong related with the hardware. Especially when my laptop got dropped, or it could be something related to the heat. The GPU gets pretty hot when it starts working intensively so maybe the GPU usage goes to 0 to cool down? But again, this has never been an issue before for the 5 years I've had this laptop. Not to mention my fan was very dirty before and there were no problems. Now the fan's completely clean. I've read online that the thermal paste on the GPU can dry up cuz of running at high temperatures? I hope that's not the case. Sorry for such a long post but I wanted to make the situation clear. I hope someone will be able to give me a solution to this problem or any advice as I feel like I've pretty much run out of options from the ones I found after searching on the net.
  5. Hello, can someone help me? For the past 2 weeks I've been having fps issue with this system. The system is a mix and match of old parts from my brother's pc PC Spec CPU: Core i5-6600 (used) GPU: ZOTAC GTX 1060 3GB (used) MOBO: Biostar H110Mhv3 (used) RAM: 12GB DDR3 1600MHZ (8gb+4gb lol) (Dual Channel) (New) PSU: CM MasterWatt Lite 600W (New) The monitor that I used is a LG with a resolution of 1440x900 (used a vga to dvi adapter to connect the monitor lol) . (The screenshot was taken from a bot match) When playing dota2 in intensive part, the gpu usage is around 25% to 35% at 1596MHZ core clock, while the cpu clocked at 3.5GHZ at 80% to 95% usage with 44fps. The setting that i use While at the menu, the gpu usage is higher at 55% to 75% usage at 1569MHZ core clock, while the cpu is at 40% to 50% usage and clocked at 3.7GHZ with 100+fps. Can someone explain and come up with a solution, or is the gpu is beyond repairable? Thank you. Things that i've tried so far (but the problem still occurs): Trying to play with a stick of ram Change the setting across all setting (low to high) reinstalling nvidia drivers Note: I tried running various api (dx9, dx11, vulkan, and opengl) but the result is still the same. i'm also using the latest nvidia drivers and on the latest mobo bios. The weird part is, in some games eg Titanfall 2 played at the recommended setting can easily reach 80+fps, apex legends played at mix of medium and high around 70+fps (a bit stuttering) with a gpu usage above 50%+.
  6. Hello LTT and Fans I come to you with an issue I have been having recently. Every time I let my PC run for roughly 2-3h or more I get stuttering and only reach around 100fps instead of 170fps in Modern Warfare. I know a few of you are thinking, it's thermals but I don't think it is, as you will se in the screenshots. When I restart my PC everything is fine and I have my 170fps and no stuttering at all. I even reset my PC and made a clean Install, except for the Drive with games on it, and looked that no bloatware is on it. Still the issue persists, I'm either guessing bad driver from Nvidia or something filling up and when it's full performance tanks, IDK anymore. I hope someone can help me, any tips and tricks are welcome. I have also rolled back drivers of GPU to Feburary and that has not helped at all. Specs: -5800x -3080 TUF OC -64 GB 3200MHz Ram -asus B550i-Gaming edit: I have included a hw64 log, at the end of it was like in the image below, performance was tanked. this was before I changed anything the comments suggested. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T8yAwa846396FyG4SgUBFoQJ8TmWQ3jC/view?usp=sharing
  7. GPU: MSI Gaming X 1080ti (in the second PCIe slot because the top one is dead as far as I can tell) CPU: 6700K @ stock (has been OC'd at 4.7 for a while but I turned it off to troubleshoot) 32GB memory @ 2666MHz Motherboard is an MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon Monitor is 3440x1440 (Acer Predator X34 w GSYNC) PSU is a Corsair CS750M 80+ gold Nvidia drivers are v457.09 Was having some crashes and sporadic severe fps drops before, thought I'd fixed them (I reseated the GPU in its slot, moved the 8pin to 2x8pin to a different port on the PSU, and increased the mounting pressure on the CPU). None of these issues have reappeared but now I'm getting the problem described in the title. Most of my games run at a high fps but the input feels choppy. Total War: Warhammer 2 runs at 20fps in the overview and 6 in battles (approximately 1/3 and 1/8 of the expected performance, respectively). I've seen core clocks drop as low as 139MHz (compared to the normal boost of ~1950) Temps are fine, PSU doesn't even get warm, GPU temps sit at around ~60C on the default stealth fan curve and drop down to ~40 with a custom curve which spins them up earlier and higher. CPU temps are similarly fine. It shouldn't be thermal throttling, and the spikes I'm seeing aren't typical of thermal throttling anyway.\ What the heck is going on?
  8. Hi, I'm trying to wrap my head around what's causing these micro-stutters in my game. I can't exactly figure out what may be causing it but I have tried my best, with my limited knowledge, to isolate the cause to no avail. I don't encounter these problems when playing FPS games such as Apex Legends and R6: Siege, however, I did notice similar stutters in other open world games such as AC: Valhalla and The Witcher 3. Things that I have done thus far: *Conduct a clean install of Windows 10, SSD was reformatted for this. *Clean install of the NVidia Drivers *Windows Updates are.. up to date *No anti-virus programs running *XMP Profile 1 activated (which is weird that Userbenchmark flagged it as a concern) *Ran the game on both SSDs, but still get the microstutter. *Ensured that the RAM was slotted as per MOBO manual *No overclocks set *Mobo BIOS updated *Activated Windows' Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling and have placed the games on High Performance Mode *Power option is set at High Performance *NVidia settings have also been set at Prefer Maximum Performance *Followed a guide that recommended I change the BCEDIT Timer Settings to the ff: bcdedit /set useplatformclock no bcdedit /set useplatformtick yes bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes Any help would be much appreciated as I cannot even begin to imagine where to start given all this. Thank you for your time.
  9. My issues started a few days ago. I booted up gta v and the performance was horribly laggy and was pretty much unplayable. This was confusing to me because I've been playing it fine with the same settings for almost a month without any sort of issue. And other games have similar problems, even games that really aren't intensive are starting to suffer every now and then. I looked at my cpu and gpu usage and noticed that they were both fluctuating rapidly from the 90% region to 0%. Normally, they would stay at a constant 85%-100% without any drops. I've pretty much tried everything short of a factory reset at this point. I really don't understand how this is happening all of a sudden where I had no issues whatsoever before. I'd really appreciate any kind of help because this has been really annoying to try and figure out on my own. I have an Asus Nitro 5 and these are the specs: Intel Core i5-10300H 2.50GHz 8gb RAM GTX 1650
  10. Hello all, Recently I have been noticing an unusually high CPU usage (ranging from 40-100% on some games) and my GPU is not being used at it's maximum performance. Therefore, I believe that my CPU is being favored, but I am not sure why as I have had no issue like this before. Some of the games that I've seen this issue present are on Minecraft and Fortnite... but not Valorant or CS:GO nor Overwatch; I am not too sure if these two games are CPU dependent but is there a way to change this or fix it as it causes the game to hitch and stutter whilst I play. Additionally, there are time where my pc blue screens after closing an application, a few of these include yet are not limited too: "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT", "FAST_ERESOURCE_PRECONDITION_VIOLATION". "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION", "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE", "KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION", "BAD_POOL_CALLER", "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", "RDR_FILE_SYSTEM", "VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR", "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT", "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" ect. As far as my countless hours of research have gone, I have found little to nothing as far as the CPU *overload* issues. Furthermore, the constant BSOD are so unpredictable that I could be writing an essay and my pc would crash . Currently I am running on the following specs if this helps: CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti FE XPG DDR4 D60G 16GB (4x8GB) 3200MHz Samsung 980 series - 500GB M.2 Seagate BarraCuda 2TB HDD at 7200RPM Corsair CX750F RGB, 750 Watt, 80 Plus Bronze, Fully Modular MOBO: ASUS ROG Strix B550-A AMD AM4 ATX CPU COOLER: AMD Wraith Prism (came with cpu) If there are any possible solutions to this issue, I would greatly appreciate the feedback from the community! One last remark I'd like to state is if the CPU is perhaps bottlenecking the GPU? I don't know an exact answer to that, however, most people say that the CPU and the GPU used in my current system should be just fine. Also, would it be maybe that AMD has integrated graphics which both games are favoring?
  11. My system: CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 GPU: GTX 1660 SUPER Galax MEM:2x8GB RAM 3000Mhz CL15 MOBO:b450 MORTAR MAX PSU: 500w GAMEMAX GM500 My system is not performing as expected given the hardware set. In cpuz for example, the benchmark values are way below normal, performing below the performance of an r5 5500 for example. (See cpuz benchmark images) In games things get much worse. In games like spiderman for example, the average FPS in the MEDIUM preset is around of 50 FPS. In a normal situation, the FPS should be around 100! In Warzone with the preset on LOW, the average FPS is 75 FPS. Normal should be above 100. BF1 is another example where the lack of performance is clear. My average is 80 FPS with everything on low and the normal should be above 180-200 FPS. I have already performed HD health tests, formatted the system, performed GPU/CPU/MEM stress tests I have overclocked the ram to 3600Mhz at 16CL, I have updated all the drivers... I really have no idea what is causing this lack of performance in my system. That is why I am asking for help from the academics and masters of hardware on duty. EDIT: During some tests, my computer would simply crash and restart while playing (CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED - 0xEF BlueScreen). formatted the windows and did not solve, then there is no print of the performance of BF1 because I have not downloaded yet. I decided to mention this because it can be a key point in finding the problem. I don't know if my GPU should be running on a PCI-E 2.0x4. I don't know why it is this way, but even though it has performance loss in relation to PCI-E 3.0x16, I don't think it justifies losing so much performance, or does it? Well, any comment will be welcome. Thanks in advance! 12. Recently my friend upgraded his desktop pc with new cpu, mobo and ram, everything else remained the same including the gpu, we didn't bother with formatting the ssd so the windows installation is the same as it was before, yet there is a strange issue that plagues some of his games; after a bit of time playing the game's performance just locks to 13fps but only when the game is focused, if he alt-tabs out of the game, or simply focuses a window in the second monitor, performance goes back to normal but if the game is focused again the perfomance drops again, the games that experience this issue are: Bloons TD6, Magic: The Gathering Arena and Elden Ring but Sid Meier's Civilization VI works fine (other games weren't tested so it might happen on other games but we don't know yet). We already tried a few things to see if we could find the culprit but we weren't successful, this include: disabling free-sync, disabling re-bar, updating gpu drivers (with DDU), closing applications that create overlays like telegram but nothing yet worked, all this started to accur only after the hardware upgrade, before nothing like that ever happened, I doubt that it's a thermal or power throttling issue as when the focus is lost the performance goes back to normal. I have no idea what it could possibly be and I couldn't find any solutions online, I hope that someone can help us out with this, I'll leave the configuration of his pc below, thank you in advance. 13. Whenever csgo is running in full-screen mode, (with custom resolution) everything is smooth and fps is above 700 on 3rd party death match servers and on Faceit etc... But, if I open OBS on another monitor (not streaming just opened) it cuts the fps to 280 - 300 and adds minor stutters, and in-game fps can drop to 180. When testing on "aim_botz" map for example, right after OBS is launched fps goes from 800-900 to 280-300 and in-game VAR jumps to 2 - 4 But! Only while playing on custom resolution (1920x1440), it does not cause any fps drops, stutters, or lags in native 1920x1080. But I need my custom resolution. Similar behaviour sometimes happens (other application issues are not consistent) when playing and having something opened on another screen like Discord (with someone's screen demo opened) or a webpage with Faceit. But only sometimes. I'm talking about a few game re-launches cycles and fps might be dropping because of Discord and another time because of Chrome The following issue completely goes away, when running csgo at Full screen boardless or windowed, but that adds on input lag and game feels choppy I feel like when the game enters the full screen, it caps itself to monitor's refresh rate of 280 despite G-Sync being turned off. I have similar behaviour in Minecraft, in-game FPS does not go over 280 unless using OptiFine despite in-game V-Sync being turned off and G-Sync also being turned off in Nvidia control panel Hardware: R9 7950x RTX 3080 TI (OC) 32gb DDR5 (5600) 2x16 CSGO is installed and runs on NVMe SSD Main Monitor ASUS TUF VG279 280hz G-Sync (DisplayPort) 2nd & 3rd monitors are Samsung C24F390 (HDMI) I have tried/made sure G-Sync is disabled, both in Nvidia control (globally) panel & monitor config PhysX is set to GPU Screen Scaling is set to Display not GPU I have tried different launch settings for csgo All drivers are up to date Screenshot 1 - shows csgo with OBS running on the same screen as the game, and the fps is 600 Screenshot 2 - shows csgo with OBS running on the second screen, and the fps is 305 Please help, I'm out of ideas
  14. Hey all My sister was having bad performance on her laptop. She was running a normal hard drive, so I upgraded it to an ssd. Though the laptop kept running hot. So I decided to look at the task manager. Guess what? 40-60% CPU usage of Windows Compatibility telemetry, and this on a core i7 (2 core, 4 thread). I knew Windows telemetry was a huge issue for privacy, I didn't know it could be a bottleneck on performance... Microsoft is pushing malware-ish spying programs onto our PC's. Has anyone else had this issue and/or found a solution to this issue. I can't take Windows 10 anymore. If it continues this way, I will switch to Linux (or even OS X ).
  15. Hi! I have some performance issue with battlefield 1 after the latest update. I got lower fps like from the 90-s to the 60-s. The game is set to max settings, CPU usage is 100%, GPU usage is around 80%, but not stabel. Sometimes i get drops to around 40 fps. The other thing that i noticed is something reads the hard drive constantly. Maybe this puts more work to the cpu, and i lose performance. I get 7.8 GB memory usage, and after some time it drops to 6.4 GB. No programs running in the background, i always check. If i wanna see what is reading the HDD it just says bf1 or system threads. Is this because i dont have enough ram? i5-6600 3.6 GHz 8 GB DDR3 1866 MHz Gigabyte GTX 1060 6 GB
  16. Hello I have been experiencing some trouble with my PC. It has been going on for months now but now i have decided to seek help. For example I feel that my CPU is not as powerful as it should be. And on startup some ports on the back (motherboard) work randomly, eg one USB works, when I restart it the other one works etc. My specs are CPU: Intel Xeon E3 1245 v3 (basically i7 4770) MB: MSI H87-G43 GAMING (MS-7816) GFX (i dont think thats important) : R9 280X by ASUS Windows 10 64bit and my power supply is IIRC 550W+ by Corsair About the CPU issues. When running Chrome I cannot have 3 videos/streams (Youtube/Twitch) running as the same time without stuttering. I have 16GB RAM so thats not the issue. And it worked perfectly 6+ months ago. All the parts are like 3 years old. (RAM is more) I heard it could be the power supply dying when symptoms like this occur. But IMO it looks like MB is dying. I have just made a fresh reinstall of Windows so it is not a software problem probably. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Thank you for your advices!
  17. Hello , i have some question considering black desert global performance. I am running : I7 6800K @4Ghz 16Gb ram 2666Mhz GTX980Ti @1400/1850 Raid 0 4*250Go Samsung 850EVO. On a PG248Q , 144Hz Gsync FHD internet is good too : Basicly a good gaming machine... problem is ... my FPS aren't great on black desert... And by not great i really mean , not great at all in some places. I can have FPS drops down to 5 fps or 40 fps but stuttering in Calpheon. Most of the time it's ok but some day it's really disappointing. Any idea about how to solve those issue ?
  18. I'm doing a setup expansion with a dedicated simrig for simdrifting I just build a dedicated simrig with 3 monitors, I already have 4 monitors in my setup without these 3, so i need a second GPU to power those 3. I don't have the money to buy another 1070 or better, so got a R7 250X (I had laying around) put that in my system, connect the 3 monitors, put them in eyefinity (this all works like a charm) now here is where I need help, I came up with the idea when I watched this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TY4s35uULg4& so I want my 1070 to do the rendering and let my R7 250X display what my 1070 rendert, I expect some performance loss offcourse. but I have no idea how to do this properly. 19. Hi guys, I've put almost 200 hours into AC Odyssey and always got a stable 60-70 FPS on Ultra with a R5 1600 and a GTX 1070ti. After putting down the game for half a year, I came back to it about a week ago, played it, same performance. Now suddenly two days ago, I started the game and was shocked to see that my FPS had essentially been halfed, hovering between 30-40 FPS. I haven't changed ANYTHING in terms of hardware or software, the game didn't have an update overnight, no GPU driver update, no graphics setting change, no overclocking, nothing. Plus, the performance of all my other games (including AC Origins) stayed exactly the same. No problems with GPU or CPU thermals at all. I really cannot explain this. You guys have any idea what might cause this?
  20. Hi, i'm looking for help here in the forum because nothing seems to work. Let's take out of the way my specs: i7 3770k @4.2Ghz paired with a Thermaltake Frio OCK Asus P8Z68V Pro Gen3 Nvidea GTX 1060 3Gb Asus Phoenix 16Gb RAM DDR3 @1333Mhz 500W Powersuply 1 500Gb HHD and other 2Tb HHD. Well, i have been playing mostly Apex Legends for the past months until it just started running really badly. i usually got around 60 to 100 fps all in low @1080p, when suddenly, one day, it just stopped being that way. i started to get just 30fps or even lower with no parent reason to why. Bothered by this i opened MSI Afterburner to check if my components were overheating and, by consequence, throttling: my CPU was around 50°C to 60°C and my GPU reached 70°, nothing wrong here. But i noticed that my GPU and CPU usage wasn't going up more than 40% to 50% even if i capped the game to 60fps or used V-Sync. i already tried everything i know, deactivated firewall, widows defender and all overlays, reinstalled the game, pulled out the GPU from the PCIe socket. Nothing. Restarted PC. Nothing. I even DDU'd GPU drivers and reinstalled not only the newest ones but older ones too. NOTHING. i'm in a lost of options and don't know what to do, please help me. Ah, just FYI, i'm not a native English speaker so i can mess up my writing a lot, thanks for understanding. 21. I'm rocking a 2080ti and an i7 6700k and for whatever reason warzone is just not running up to par with the specs. Im running most of the settings on low and im at 2k resolution and average around 80 to 90 frames during game when i should be able to cap up to 165 hopefully.
  22. I have a HP Pavilion 15-ec0029AX, Here are the specs: GPU: 1660ti Max Q with AMD Vega CPU: Ryzen 7 Quad Core Storage: 256GB SSD & 1TB HDD CPU: Ryzen 7 Here is a link for that latop : https://www.flipkart.com/hp-pavilion-ryzen-7-quad-core-8-gb-1-tb-hdd-256-gb-ssd-windows-10-home-6-graphics-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1660-ti-15-ec0029ax-gaming-laptop/p/itm3b41b17e9100e It has been 6 months for the laptop and now it gives frequent stuttering/low fps in games as compared to when it was newly bought. This started happening recently in the last month. DDU would fix it but only for a few days, I've checked windows files & checked for malwares, is there any permanent fix for this so that this does not happen again. I have anti cheats like FACEIT AC and Vanguard AC, Also I got a BSOD recently from ntoskrnl.exe
  23. Hopefully someone here can help I've been experiencing horrible FPS on games lately I use to be able to play CSGO at around 100FPS on high but lately my performance has been super bad I get drops to around like 30 or even less FPS and its not just CSGO its most of my games I tried driver updates aswell as a clean install with no luck hopefully someone here has something I can try to do I'm not sure whats going on these FPS drops happen even when I drop settings to low if anyone has an answer thx in advance
  24. Hi all, so i have a good gaming PC that i built in november last year. it has an i7 4790K,16GB DDR3 RAM and a GTX980 i love playing simulation games such as flight sim and most of all American truck simulator. at first when i played american truck.i was getting 60FPS on ULTRA ALL THE TIME!! there was absilutely no FPS drop and no shutters or anything. i was running the Geforce experience 361.91 driver. i was also playing it in DX mode. then one day i updated my Geforce experience driver and with DX mode i was now getting only 10-20 FPS on ultra, when before i used to get CONSTANT 60FPS. i then went back to my old driver but it was the same! 10fps on ultra dx mode. i then tried launching it with openGL which gave me back my FPS but it is no longer constantand i get loads of drops and full of shutterings specially when i turn or stuff like thta.i want to be able to play it again in dx mode without all the shutters. any idea or solution? thanks all replies are well aprreciated
