Budget (including currency): Euro 1500 Country: Malta Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Playing some games. I would usually play: Assasin's Creed Origin Valheim Racing games like dirt (many variations), f1, etc GuildWars 2 Hogwarts legacy Maybe do some coding Design some 3d printing parts that I occasionally print for myself Other details: I am planning to re-use the following: Fractal Meshify Mini C case 850W EVGA GQ series 80 plus gold Power Supply I also have a Corsair H100 CPU cooler that is still working but I think I will be going for a new cooler for peace of mind and also due to not being compatible (potentially) I have a 1440p 144hz ultrawide monitor I am looking at buying from local shops (Buying from abroad I find would not be saving me a lot of money even though options would be greater I guess) AMD Build - https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/9vhst7 Intel Build - https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/bQNJgB Any suggestions or red flags that you are seeing? At the moment, the concern with AMD build is maybe the lack of adequate cooling or the fact that the motherboard only has Pcie gen 4.0 instead of gen 5.0 (thinking of upgradability in the future.) TIA

Budget (including currency): £2500-3000 Country: UK Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cities Skylines 2, F12023, World of Tanks, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Couple years ago, I built myself a high end PC which includes Ryzen 9 5950X, ASUS STRIX 3080ti, G-SKILL 64gb DDR4 2 x 32 3600. And minor things like a asus strix b550 MB and a 1TB Samsung 970 NVME and A Samsung 870 evo SSD 2TB. So basically, I am over this winter gonna be building the most top end PC I can have currently and something that be more than enough for like the next 3-5 years. 4K Gaming 144hz currrently but may upgrade monitor to like a 2 or 3 screen set up with same or better refresh rate but that is a nice to have in the future and not part of my budget. I am using the storage and PSU (Corsair HX1200 Platinum 1200 W 80+ Platinum) from my current set up Below gonna attach screenshots of my build specs on PC Part Picker currently it around £3100 but got that little flex around budget wise. Simply put is the following build specs CPU: Intel 14900KF CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE H170i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler 420MM MB: MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX LGA1700 Motherboard Memory: Corsair Dominator Titanium 96 GB (4 x 24 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory Additional Storage: Western Digital Black SN850X 4TB NVME SSD (Just looking for a little extra storage until I can sort out a NAS as looking for around 10TB of Back Up Storage seperate to PC along with sotring my stuff in the cloud) GPU: XFX Speedster MERC 310 Black Edition Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB (Like Linus, I avoiding Nvidia 40 series just because of how Nvdiai is etc.... Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO XL ATX Full Tower Case Fans: 3 sets of Lian Li Uni Fan SL 70.5 CFM 140 mm Fans 2-Pack Because this case can support upto 11 fans (8 exlcuding the 420mm AIO) The AIO Going on top then 6 140mm Fans for bottom and the top/side Along with the same type of fan but a 120mm for the back of the case. Ideally I like this build to have RGB, want something that gonna be solid for the forseable future and handle any games and just be a beast. Want the PC to have really good airflow and with the AIO, I want to have no issues with thermals. I am unsure on the RAM as it DDR5 and I am new to Intel as a whole, so advice is appreciated. Also look advice on any additional connectors I need to ensure everything from the fans to the case is all hooked up. I am relatviely good at cable management and will likely spend hours to ensure everything is all nice and tidy, that little OCD I got with things. after searching GPU for my pc upgrade, I'm having problems selecting GPU for my 5600G, 16GB Ram, and 660W platinum PSU. I'm using this pc mainly for streaming only, and sometimes editing videos for my coursework (not that often) with budget around 350 to maybe 400 USD (but need really good consideration for this) so the choices are so the choice comes down to these 3 GPU. RTX 4060, RX 7600, and RX 6700 XT First, the 4060 is kinda mehhh compared to the 2 other choices which, yes it will give better "features" for streaming but the price is kinda... bad, about ~365 to 430USD (brand new) if using current rates (ex shipping) Second, the 7600 is a bit better priced with ~280 to 330 USD (brand new). but the specs really made me think about the third option. Which is 6700 XT which has a price of 300 to 320 USD. but after asking the official distributor, I've been told that the current 6700 XT that is sold in the market are Refurbish products (afaik I got QC with 1 year warranty, but still it's refurbished part) from China that has been used for minings... So the question is, any suggestions for these three gpu or maybe other options? I prefer to avoid buying used parts because I'm a little lazy to look for and make sure they are in good condition. Thx

Budget (including currency): DKK 5000 Country: Denmark Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming FPS @1440P I need to upgrade my PC. I'v got an RTX3080 which I'm keeping. I also got 32GB DDR4 3200mhz ram which I could keep. Out is my Asus B450-e Gaming motherboared and the AMD Ryzen 5 2600x CPU. I don't stream or render videos. PC is for browsing and gaming. I usually upgrade MB, CPU & Ram on a different cycle from GPU. So I'm NOT looking for something "upgradeable" along the way. So, do I go for Intel 12/13th gen or Ryzen 5000/7000? I prefer Intel over AMD. Have you recently been in the same situation and what did you choose? Or are you just reallly updated on which is the best choice for me with my use case?

So, my B550 has 2 PCIe SSD slots, one Gen4 and one Gen3. I currently have a 1TB 970 evo on the Gen 4 slot. Now I would like to add a second one which is Gen4 capable. The question is can I physically switch the slot which the 970 is at the moment and move all my games that I don't play much and throw in a Gen4 capable SSD on the top one for my OS and the games I play a lot and will the other drive remain as C:/ or it will change when a new one comes in?

Hi, I am wondering if it’s worth upgrading/possible for my pc. I mainly play games on my PlayStation but from time to time I play some pc games (in 1080p and 144hz if possible). I use my pc for video editing also! Is it possible to upgrade the graphics card, and what card would you recommend (thinking about bottlenecking). And do you recommend any cpu? (Basically I’m looking if there are any upgrades available to let me improve graphics/FPS in games). Is getting a second gtx 970 and doing sli an option? (Even though I probably have to upgrade PSU then). Or should I wait a year or two and get a completely new pc when the new graphics cards hopefully are cheaper? My current build is: (PSU) Cooler Master B500 (CPU) Intel core i5-4690 (Motherboard) Msi B85-G43 Gaming (Ram) HyperX Savage Ddr3 1600Mhz 24GB Ssd
