Budget (including currency): 1500 € Country: France, but I’m buying at MemoryPC (Germany) Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA games in general, Cyber Punk, League of Legends, Minecraft... (In QHD). I'd also like to be able to stream comfortably. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I've made a configuration for my first gamer PC and I'd like some feedback because although I've done quite a bit of research, it's still theoretical… Here's the configuration I came up with: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/F7MFbL (I choosed Motherboard: GIGABYTE B760M DS3H AX WIFI DDR4, RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200 MHz ADATA Premier black (2x 16GB - Dual Channel) but I can’t find them on pcpartpicker) I'm particularly interested to know if there are any compatibility problems (bottleneck…) or if there are better alternatives for the components I've chosen, given that I've almost reached my maximum budget... The configuration I’ve made is available on MemoryPC website at 1500 €. Thanks in advance for your help!

Budget (including currency): 2000€ Country: Bulgaria Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I would like to be able to play MS Flight Simulator 2020, Forza Horizon 5, CoD Warzone, Elden Ring, RedDead2, Path of Exile, Diablo 2 Ressurected, Latest Total War game, Mount & Blade 2, Fallout 4, Witcher 3 etc. at 1440p, maxed settings at a stable 60+ fps or even better. On the side I would also like to be able to stream from time to time, since I already do that for my Blood Bowl 2 games. It would be great if I could also be able to stream PoE, Diablo, WoW, or other games I find interesting between BB matches. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I've managed to get myself a second hand 3080 Ti SUPRIM X model and I hope I could pair it up with a 7800x3d when they are available in local stores near me. I currently have 3 dell 1080p monitors that run @60hz and I'll be looking to get a 120+hz 1440p monitor in order to take advantage of the beefy card I managed to get my hands on. Any advice for the monitor will be appreciated! I guess that flicker free, low responce time and HDR capable are the things I'd like to have, if it is at all possible. It would be fun if I could keep all four monitors plugged in. I don't know if I need a special case or motherboard for that. I have no knowledge regarding power supplies, fans, cases, ram or motherboards, so I will need recommendations for all of those. I would like to be able to get fast ram, at least 32GB of it, a quality power supply (i'd rather spend a bit more and sleep soundly), fans that are as quiet as possible and a case that is easy for cleaning, has good air flow and has a dust filter (the air quality in my area is horrible, so I imagine I'll have to clean it every month or so). I am willing to spend more for quality products that are built to last. As a side note, it would be great to to have a many USB ports for various devices: 1) keyboard, mouse, controller (currently those 3 run on a single USB hub on my laptop, dunno if that is a good practice) 2) a webcam 3) an external microphone 4) flight stick or racing wheel (probably only one of those connected at a time, since I rarely use the flight stick) 5) external hard drive 6) USB DAC that I use to connect my headphones while using the audio out for my speakers 7) a free port that can be used to connect my phone when I need to transfer lots of files This is the build that was suggested to me back in april: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/f9HRrD I'm finally ready to splash the cash for this bad boy, so are there any last minute changes I should make with all of the information that has come out over the last few months?

When I turn my computer on it immediately turns itself off for a few seconds then boots normally. It's very concerning to me because it was a expensive pc. Pc specs: Asus Maximus XI hero motherboard I9-9900k cpu Asus rog strip 2080ti gpu 32gb of g.skill tridentz ram Seasonic focus plus 1000watt gold rated power supply And 5 tbs of storage, 1tb ssd Samsung 970 Evo, 4tb hdd Seagate barracuda I bought the pc from nzxt and contacted them about the issue. They told me to flip a switch on the motherboard and that should fix it. Well it's still happening. They said that I shouldn't be concerned about it but I'd like for more than one person to say that lol. Because everywhere I look people say this may be a serious issue. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated .

Yesterday, PC Gamer posted an article, reporting a NAND flash shortage. They say this is going to cause SSD prices to go up by 10-16%. I'm planning on upgrading my PC sometime in the summer (not exactly sure if in June or August). I already have a 120GB Samsung SSD and a 2TB HDD, which I plan to keep, so I can wait for the price to drop again in late summer or fall this year. So is the price going to drop then or should I stock up on a 500GB SSD? It would be better to buy it then, if I don't really need it now, right?

**I came to show you my recent problem with this water cooling, from the famous brand DEEPCOOL,** (http://imgur.com/a/1imMD) The model is the captain 360EX, About 7 months, I acquired this new water cooling, for its attractive design, and especially for its price. Since to be of 360MM has a good price. But did not know anything about its quality, since there are few reviews of this new version. the **(EX).** Over time, I always give proper maintenance to my computer, and in these last weeks when I went to change the thermal paste I noticed something, The copper plate is sulphating, At first I thought it was the thermal paste, but then note that the thermal paste does not reach those ends, as you can see in the photo, the sulfate comes from inside. I contacted them through facebook (http://imgur.com/a/mtyYz) But, they tell me that their engineers could not confirm the cause of this phenomenon, they recommended me to continue using it, when it has problems of overheating for example, Talk back to them, that's what they tell me. But deny me, and I told them that this is not a normal problem, and that in such a short time that I have with the product I was going to pass this, Then I decided to send him an email,(http://imgur.com/a/nXr7b) and they are so brazen that they respond that it is the thermal paste **(I use the ARTIC MX-4),** I was suggested, to use the thermal paste **Z9,** which is its brand, But explain to him that it is not any thermal paste, that the **SULFATO COMES FROM INSIDE.** For personal problems I no longer live in the United States, giving back that would be as costly as buying a new one. I'm a Pc Gamer, and things like these annoy me. **In WATER COOLING, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE DEEPCOOL BRAND ABSOLUTELY TO ANYONE.**

Hi everyone! so i´m currently searching components for my new gaming/editing/studying/opening10000tabsonchrome pc, the thing is , with so many options for stuff like ram, ssd, etc. im kinda lost..... i somehow managed to build a rig after watching like a thousand top picks for xxxx. So i would love to hear your recommendations/advices, especially since i want this to be a "future proof" pc . Im gonna use it mostly for gaming, graphic design and video editingIm gonna write the why of every choice i made regarding each component, feel free to comletely destroy those if neccesaryCPU: I7 9700 - im not sure wheter i should go for a K or non K version, i´ve never overclocked in my life and i hate high temperatures, but if i can maybe overclock a bit without too much temp increase then maybe i should go for k?GPU: 1080 Ti Asus Strix - My current graphics card, planning to go for a 2080 ti from the same brand in a futureMOTHERBOARD: Gygabyte Aorus z390 Ultra - not much here, i choose it based on the other componentsRAM: Corsair Dominator RGB 3200 Cl16 or Corsair Dominator RGB 3600 CL18 - Where i live this two are at the same price as the g skill z and some others, so they are not expensive, however, i dont know wich one to choose.....STORAGE: Samsung 860 EVO AND WD Black SN750 NVMe - im planning on using the western digital to gaming and the samsung for the rest of the activitiesPOWER SUPPLY: EVGA G2 850/ G3 1000/ GQ1000 OR Thermaltake Tp Grand 850 - all 4 are 80 plus gold, the thermaltheke one is also modular(same as some evga) but the price difference is frickin big, although this is the only component in wich i dont care how much do i need to spend, as long as i get something very good. I need a minimum of 850(right now i dont need them, but who knows in 2 years?)CPU FAN: Cooler Master Hyper 212 - its price makes it a great choice(when compared with something like the Noctua NH-D15, the later costing almost triple)CASE: I dont know this one, im still chosing, not many Full Tower options to choose from(again, where i live) maybe i could go for a nzxt h710i, but i kinda want a full tower, it just feels better leaving more room for each component, also more fans and such...So that´s basically it, hoping to see what do you think of it!

So, maybe you guys can help me out here. The Dell XPS 8900 SE is listed as one of the cheapest entry level pre-built machines that meets the oculus' minimum specs. Link: http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-8900-desktop/pd?oc=ddcwgsk133hw10&model_id=xps-8900-desktop However, I did some research and I could not find a difference between the Dell XPS 8900 SE and the base 8900 (same motherboard, case, power supply, I/O ports, etc). So I had Dell match this price here: http://www.microcenter.com/product/455466/XPS_8900_Desktop_Computer And bought a GTX 970 and threw it in there. So 2 questions, first can anyone confirm I am right and there is no physical difference between the SE and the base model 8900's? Secondly, how can they get away with this crap?? And don't the Oculus people know this too? I mean it seems pretty obvious to me... NOTE: I only bought the unit from Dell because driving to the Microcenter was not an option for me. If I could have, I would have.

http://www.pcgamer.com/valve-has-removed-paid-mods-functionality-from-steam-workshop/ A representative from Valve has announced that the company will remove Steam Workshop's controversial paid mods functionality In a post today, Valve employee Alden Kroll confirmed that the functionality will be removed Its interesting that Valve was so quick to respond to the Petition about removing the paid mod functionality and that their reaction was to remove it entirely. I am very interested to see where this will go towards the future of modding as well as the gaming and developer community as well as how it will affect how other companies who were considering this kind of functionality and where it will go from there.
