As the title states, “One Guide to Rule Them All”. I’m trying to find an app for Android TV that allows you to combine a ton of live channels into one. This is would include OTA (HDHR) *Possibly under Plex*, Pluto, XUMO, Live TV services (Hulu Live, YouTube TV, etc., Cable Service (either Actual Cable or the Cable Service App) and possibly not probable, but live sections on Apps like AMC, ESPN, etc.. And yes I do know about Android TVs “Live Channels” app. It’s crap. It never displays the correct EPG, nor does it work properly. Always says not enough storage or it has some bug that keeps it from functioning properly. Also “Channels” app doesn’t quite fit the need either. If anyone knows of any app or away to combine them in Plex or KODI that would be amazing! - Thank you! EDIT 1: I don’t mind this being an iPhone or Android app as I can cast this to my TV. I can basically use any casting service, Miracast, AirPlay, Chromecast, or Samsung Share. Doesn’t really matter what device I have to use to cast to my TV. I could use my Desktop if necessary.

Hellooo I wanted to flash my Xiaomi mi5s plus to get rid of google apps and I've read many times OTA, .... OTA?! But what is this? Can someone explain it to me without wikipedia articles that I do not understand?!

LONG POST WARNING I have questions about outdoor antennas. I'm trying to come up with a plan of how to get one in use and to figure out costs. Because if its only a few hundred dollars I can stomach that, if its thousands then I wont bother. Mounting I can not drill thru the siding or the roof (NON Negotiable). We have a back porch that has wooden columns that support the roof above it, tough I'm not sure if that will work. I was looking at mounting options and seen a flat roof, no screw option, but I'm not sure if I can use that on the ground, as I need a long ass pole. We have a sound proofing wall for the freeway, so I need something at least 30 feet if not more. But any ideas are welcome. I want to put the antenna near the back porch because 1) the grounding rod is on that corner of the house. 2) Most of the channels come from that direction. I was looking at channel master and seen they had a 40 foot retractable pole for mounting, but trying to figure out if I can mount that to the house in some way within my restrictions, or mounting it to a tripod or flat roof mount. Grounding For grounding I know for the coax you use a grounding block. But what about for the antenna and mounting, is it just about running a copper wire and connecting it on the grounding block? Wiring I know to use UV resistant wire. I also did some research into MOCA recently. Seeing where the standard is going and such. I noticed that RG11 is what is recommend for outdoors, so I was going to use that. Can I run the coax for the antenna in the same hole we use for our cable service? I was going to dig out the expanding foam and maybe see if we can make the hole slightly larger and just put both cables thru the same hole. I'm probably going to replace the coax for Comcast as well, as its been used for 20 years and cabling standards have gotten better. I figure both can be used with RG11. THese wires will run in to our crawl space then in to our half basement. Accessories LTE Filter: I noticed on Channel masters website they have an LTE filter. I was wondering if that actually helps? I have 5 cell towers within 5 miles. One of which the AT&T tower is less than a mile from the house and the Verizon tower is with in a mile and a half. THe T Mobile tower is within 2 miles. The other two I'm not sure who uses those. Pre AMP and AMP’s: Not sure where to start. What do I need? If I can figure out how to run new cabling to the second floor the there will be anywhere from 3 to 5 TVs connected. If not then the two TV’s on the first floor will be connected, but I might get a Network TV tuner that operates on WiFI. My hope is I can get cabling to the second floor, we got one room on the first floor with drywall ripped out and I think I might see about putting on conduit in. I just gotta figure out how to get it in to the upper atic. Our house is cobbled together. Parts were built in the 1930’s and others later. But Id have to run 4 coax, 3 for OTA TV and a new one for Internet. As the RG59 cable we are using now is 20 years old. I think Id get better signals using RG6.

Hello, thank you for reading my question. I am wondering if I lose anything by buying the Chinese version of the Mi 4c? I was looking at it on Geekbuying and asked the operator if it was the chinese version and he said yes and when I asked what was the difference this was the reply: China version: has chinese apps, do not support OTA, u get what system , it will be what system. International version: will be installed with Global MIUI 7.0 OS ROM, Google play store, Google services and multi-languages.It supports OTA update International version IS better than china version. Its system and other funcation. For china vesion, we only install internatonal rom into it, so it will have play store and some langugas.

So ive been really lazy and havent taken any action even though lollipop is available for my phone (sprint lg g3 (ls990)) but since im rooted I cant take the OTA (i think.). So I'm relatively new to the android game and to my knowledge I have to flash the OTA. I have TWRP recovery installed so thats not a problem, and I'm fully rooted. I was looking around and I think I found what I need. I think I just download this zip and flash it with TWRP and reboot and bam I'm on lollipop but I want to make sure that I'm not going to screw something up and brick the hell out of my phone. As of now I'm on 4.4.2 on the ZV4. It mentions something about the modem not being backwards compatible...? This will keep root for me? I will lose my stuff right? Its finally happening after a 9 day delay from November 3rd do to a Wifi battery drain bug Android 5.0 OTA's have started rolling out to all nexus device except for the 4 which should be coming very soon. Start mashing those update buttons people, Its finally here! I'm talking Nexus devices. Eagerly waiting for the OTA for my Nexus 7 2013, just wondering how many people have got updates for their devices so far. (also say if you're from the US or some other country)

Recently a leaked RUU file has been posted on the web and it appears to be the OTA that will be released at some point. Whether it's final or not is unsure but I definitely like that HTC is finally focusing on supporting their devices, let's hope they keep doing so. It has been made into a flashable .zip so if you're willing and have the ability to flash it, you can find the file from the link below. Be warned it does involve an update to Hboot so you will not be able to S-Off via Moonshine or Revone goodbye. I do not own an HTC One and therefore cannot flash it myself but please post your experiences below if you try . As said above, the AT&T 4.4.3 OTA Update for the HTC One M8 that was released yesterday has caused my phone to die much quicker and my phone now often freezes up for a few seconds. The freezing is most noticeable when watching Youtube videos. My phone is also very hot (like I have been playing a graphic intensive game) all the time when I'm not even using it. None of these problems existed before the update. Any possible fixes? Thanks.
