So, I just wanted to start a discussion on what could possibly be the most extreme PC build ever. Unlike others who go cheap with at least one component, we're gonna discuss what components we can put together so that the resulting build is- 1) Ridiculously overpriced 2) Live example of “Law Of Diminishing Returns” 3) Can handle all games at settings that PC technology in 2020 allows us. So, without further ado, let's delve into it...... 1) AMD Ryzen 9 3900X or Intel Core-i9 10900K (The best chips you can buy as of September 2020) 2) Nvidia GeForce RTX 30XX 3) Asus X570-E or Asus Maximus XII Extreme 4) G.Skill 32GB TridentZ DDR4-3200 RGB (4x8GB) (More than enough memory for 8K content) 5) Sabrent Rocket Q 4TB (2x2) (More than enough space for 2-3 8K games) 6) Corsair AX1600i (More than enough power for Ampere) 7) Corsair Obsidian 1000D (More than enough space for Ampere) NZXT Kraken X62 (More than enough cooling for any CPU which is gonna be put in a build with an Ampere card in it) Oh and you guys are free to suggest components which can give better performance ( however little it may be ) and at whatever cost.

So, a couple of days ago I dropped my OnePlus 3 in the sink in my bathroom while the water was running. So, my immediate reaction is to grab my phone out of the water, and turn it off. Left it turned off while I was going to school, still had it with me though. In class, my phone automatically booted up randomly - I wasn't even touching it - and I immediately turn it off again. A minute later, it does the same. Turn it off again. So it stops turning on randomly for a while. I put it in my pocket when school is done and I get home. After I get home, I go to the train station and I pull my phone out of my pocket out of habit, because I wanted to know what the time was. And it had been automatically turned on again. I checked its uptime and it was about 1 hour. So I figured it would have been done for already if it had taken any damage. Not needing the WiFi for a few days because I was travelling meant that I had WiFi turned off. So I turn it on today and it won't connect to the WiFi in my home. All other devices will. So I check with other networks, no luck there. Everything else in the phone works just fine, cellular data too. It can find all the networks in the area. But when I try to connect, it says "Connecting" and then "Saved". Sometimes after trying to connect, it says "Disabled" instead of "Saved", then goes back to saying "Saved" a few seconds later. I wonder if there might be any permanent damage in my phone. I am a bit confused, because it can still search for networks. Or does anyone have a fix for this?

Since Walmart has started to pull down its Overpowered line of gaming computers, I wonder if buyers are willing to sell the chassis? I love making troll builds examples being old 90's Alienware chassis build with windows XP or Antec 900 version 1 with Vista and Dual 260's in SLI. (Been trying to find Old Voodoo chassis, or the old DangerDen Murderbox) I would love to see some of those computers get parted out for a good price. Most people try to sell old Alienware chassis for $100's. I know the chassis itself isn't very special and is not well designed but its always funny showing up to a LAN party with this strange chassis that grabs attention.

so I recently purchased the Razer Black-widow chroma v2, this is the first Razer and mechanical keyboard that I have purchased and I love it so much , I was messing about with new new synapse 3 software setting up the perfect lighting and all that, I have seen YouTube videos of people complaining about it being confusing but I picked it up in no time. after I had set up my keyboard lighting I started to test some macros, just some silly ones to start off with. after some time I realised that with the hyper shift key I can set some keys to change the current keyboard profile(specifically 92 keys can be remapped on this keyboard while the Hyper-Shift key is pressed). and in each profile a total of 108 keys (every key not including, windows logo and the Hyper-Shift) can be uniquely mapped to a macro lets say. so if there is 92 unique possible profiles each with 108 unique possible key maps then that's a total of 9936 unique macros. if you could remember that many macros this would make any keyboard that has the ability to do this very op and I love it. but keep in mind that's only the keyboard. you can also remap the mouse with each profile and also if you have any other peripherals. in total you could possibly have up to 13,000 unique macros maybe even more. I just wanted to point this out as I think this makes these keyboard that much more special and unique. and with the USB port on the side of the keyboard I can have a mini USB with the macros stored on it in case I don't have WiFi I can still load them from that.

Hi, the reason im writing this post is im going to be making a new build soon and want to make a as "future proof" gaming computer as i can, i have a insane budget but im pretty conservative in nature and i don't want to buy some insane cpu ect with the idea of future proofing in mind when a upgrade in 3 years would be better for performance, the computer will be used for 1440p hi refresh rate gaming, 4k gaming and multi monitor gaming, basic video editing for youtube ect and streaming, just looking for advice on how insane i should bother with the build vs parts "cpu more specifically" life span.

Hello world! I have a short story for you. I have been thinking about upgrading my sound on my rig for quite some time now. Last night my Razer ManO'Wars betrayed me and broke almost in half in the top center. I took this as a sign from the audio gods that it was time to upgrade. I went to my local computer store thinking it was going to be a one-stop shop. I picked up the Razer Tiamat 7.1 v2's and (was) going to scoop the Asus Essence STX 7.1 sound card /w daughter board. OP I know but that's just how I roll, plus my setup is all Asus and Razer and I'm weird when it comes to my stuff so I gotta keep my theme going. Anyway, short story long, I left thinking I would just order it online and I have only found one place that has them in stock and I wasn't liking the price. Maybe that's just the price but I was under the impression it was around $250. I'll post links below. If anyone has any info for me or even a U.S. distributor, I would be greatly appreciative for any advice you could give. https://www.asus.com/Sound-Cards/Essence_STX_II_71/ http://www.grooves-inc.com/asus-asus-xonar-essence-stx-asus-hardware-electronic-pZZa1-2097547206.html?language=en¤cy=USD&utm_source=froogle_us&utm_campaign=froogle_us&gclid=CjwKCAjwzoDXBRBbEiwAGZRIeN-VwCgjSwr_Ww6G5YhkpLkEb1TG9sOkoUzn-_aYOPfHA7ByeEfi_BoCeEgQAvD_BwE Overview Specifications Gallery Support

I was looking into VR and I've heard that most games/hardware is not fully optimized yet, so I decided to run the steamVR evaluation for my PC, and.. well... I got this...

Okay, so today i decided that I was gonna swap out the already installed op amp for the one that they shipped with the motherboard. Everythign went well, but, I don't seem to notice the difference. I tried googling what exactly the OP Amp does, but didn't find anything, just got more confused than before. I remember though, it's like supposed to change the way the audio sounds, but as I didn't notice, I thought i was mistaken. Lastly, if I wanted to change it for a different one, would any OP Amp that I can find on the internet work, or would it have to be a specific one?

Right, So imma just go. I don't have a budget so please just post the most OP build you can possibly imagine 4 monitors (I want 1 144zh and one 4k) I want this PC to be the most OP Gaming PC and possibly be good at recording and editing

I want to buy a computer with a i5 intel. I want to be able to maybe stream/record and play LoL with fps at least over 100. Maybe while I'm playing I want to be able to have a few tabs open as well without lagging going under 60 fps. Nothing too expensive and not some cheap toaster . Just here to listen to suggestions. Here is one PC that I found that I think is good, ( I don't know much about computers ).
