hi folks, a while ago my pc fell off my desk (don't worry, on the whole shes fine) but my headphones were plugged into the USB IO on top of the case. The USB port got trashed and i'm looking to replace it. But I only need to replace that IO bit, I don't need an entire new case. Would anyone know where I can buy one please?

Hi Found that when running Asus Fan Expert its not picking up my fans are connected from a PWM Hub to the CPU_FAN port on the Motherboard. So the Chassis Fans are connected to a PWM Fan Hub (part of the case NZXT H440 2015 Edition) that's connected to the CPU_FAN header on my Asus Strix Z270e MB. The BIOS picks up the the RPM and that does show on the software but it's not allowing my to setup a fan curve. Any ideas to resolve this or should I actually have the fans connected to another header on the MB, ideally I want the fans to react to CPU temp and setup a fan curve. For ref the using an AIO x62 fans are connected to the AIO_Pump/Fan header as that always is set to 100% for power delivery.

Heya folks, So I've recently bought the NZXT H440. It looks amazing, but it's a bit lacking in the airflow department. Everything remains inside the safe zone, but I wouldn't mind temps being a bit lower. So I've been thinking of adding a couple of fans. I'm currently thinking the airflow setup as shown in the picture would work best. But I am quite new to PC building, so I'd love some advice. So, as you can see on the picture, the front of the case will have 3 120mm fans, and one 140mm fan at the top taking cool air in. Will the 140mm fan interfere with the airflow of the 120mm fans? Then, as the air goes through my case, and gets hotter, I added an extra 140mm fan to the ceiling of the case to move the hot air out faster. Will this setup be effective? Or do you have any advice on the subject? Thanks in advance:)

I'm looking at the NZXT H440 and the NZXT Noctis 450. Getting some reliable like for like numbers on these two cases is problematic. As far as the frame and internals go they are the same case, they just have different exterior styling. However the exterior styling of the H440 (the one I prefer) restricts the intake of air somewhat compared to the Noctis 450. What type of temperature delta can one expect for the CPU (with AIO cooler) and GPU in a case with slightly restricted are flow vs a more open air flow design?

I have not tapped into the full potential of the system yet but am very excited to do so! I wanted to make as most of my things white so if I get RGB lighting stuff in the future it will reflect off the white surfaces. I have only one problem with the system and that is the retailer that sold me the hard drive have me the wrong hard drive and it is not working properly. However it seems like I will be able too mail it in and receive a replacement pretty easily.

Greetings people ? Matias is here to gift you with a PC modding build log! The plan is to make an "elite version" of nzxt's h440, inspired by their elite version of the s340. I'm either going to make full size tempered Glass or acrylic window in the side, remove the HDD area and extend the PSU chamber. Since I can't start modding today, here are some pictures of my PC as it is now (before the mod). Specs: (Soon to be modded) NZXT h440 I7 6700K MSI GTX 980 ti ASUS STRIX z270e gaming Be Quiet! When i first got this case I didn't have any issues at all with the leds. Then about 3 months ago the button on the back of the case stopped working. Until now i haven't cared about the leds but it would be nice if they worked since it's only one and a half years old. When I press the button, the leds stay on until i release the button. Has anyone got the same problem and can anyone help?

Hello guys! I successfully assembled my desktop today and everything is working well...GTX 1080 is amazing with Core i7 6850k and Corsair H100i Hydro Cooler. My only problem is the rear fan of my NZXT H440 only spins for a few rotations after start up, then it simply stops and refuses to spin...This problem did not occur until I install bunch of MSI and ASUS drivers. Does anyone know if this is a mechanical/connection problem or just a feature of the drivers? Thanks!

Hello world! Happy new year! I have this NZXT H440 (white) with this positiveness air flow (attached below). The ones coloured in purple is currently blank at the moment, I want my components to stay cool as I want then to last. Would I be wasting my money by filling those with fans? If not, what fans should I buy and should the air going inwards into the case or out? Many thanks! (Apologies for the crappy MS Paint diagram)

I notice that when my sound card able to hear a sound, even headphone not connected. mic able to receive sound when I do like this: Test, play a music at volume 100% Troubleshoot applied. 1. Mute/Disable "listen to device", problem still happen 2. Disconnect HD Audio header, use back panel, mic still able to receive 3. Using windows default driver, problem still happen 4. Hi there i have been building my first gaming pc and i have completed the installation and i have noticed that getting too high cpu temps starts at 35C and goes upto 70C in idle couldn't figure out what the issue was , it was working ok for first few days but since the LED's in the cooler were not working i tried changing the pins and figure out if the LED's would go up but instead i messed up with it and getting high CPU temperatures , it seems like i have messed up with the cables from the cooler , i use nzxt h440 case 6700k processor,corsair h100i v2 cooler can any one help me with how to connect the cooler in this case , FYI i have also tried re-applying the heat zinc -

Hi, I just installed a H115i to my PC. I have the ASUS Z170-PRO motherboard and NZXT H440 with a fan hub. Currently, The two radiator fans are connected to the water pump itself with a built in splitter. The pump is connected to the motherboard using the CPU_FAN header. In ASUS's AI Suite I see the water pump written in red and with 0 rpm. Everything works I just want to utilize the motherboard as best I can since it has a W_PUMP header and a CPU_OPT header. I am planning to change the connections as follows: 1) The pump to the W_PUMP header. 2) One of the radiator fans to the CPU_FAN header and the other radiator fan to the CPU_OPT header 3) The remaining case fans to a CHAS_FAN header using the PWM cable on the fan hub. Is this the optimal way or should leave it as is? Thanks.

Hi All Need some advice please regarding connections for Kraken x61 and the supplied PWM Fan Hub in an NZXT H440 with an Asus z170 Pro Gaming Aura MB. What's the best way to connect the fan setup? A: I connect the x61 directly to the CPU_FAN port on the MB then connect the FAN Hub to the CPU_OPT MB port. B: I connect the FAN Hub to the CPU_FAN port on the MB and then the x61 to the CPU_FAN port on the fan hub? Believe in both setups the pump would get a constant supply of power as the x61 connects to a SATA Power lead as well. It gets a little confusing as the case manual says go with option B whereas the x61 manual goes with option A Thanks in advance....

Just here to ask about airflow and fan configuration for this case as I will be building within the next few days and don't want to waste time/ money on unnecessary, or even detrimental, fan placement. So I have chosen the NZXT H440 case which I am well aware has very restricted airflow, and have the following configuration: CPU: i7 6700k (will be overclocked) Cooler: Corsair H100i v2 GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW Edition Case Fans : 3x Noctua NF S12A Other fans: 3x Corsair SP120 High Performance PWM [rest of the spec can be found here] Now I was thinking of having a pull configuration on my aio rad at the top of the case, pulling air into the case. Also having the three Noctua fans as intakes in through the front of the case. Leaving one SP120 fan at the rear of the case being the only output. Would this be "too" much positive airflow? Also would this cause stagnant air in the case? Any tips regarding airflow, fan placement/configuration, or just cooling in general i highly appreciated

Hi, So i have just started my first ever build and everything seems to be working ok except from the rear fan. I have noticed that there is 1 wire (3 pin) that is connected to fan 6 on the fan hub but does not connect anywhere else? where does the wire connect to? Also, the 3 front fans on the case are working but the rear fan isnt. Thanks in advance

Hey guys! I need some help regarding watercooling. Recently I was using air cooler for my cpu but I am thinking of overclocking my i7 6700k to 5.0 ( by the way is that too much overclocking? ). So I was filling my cart on amazon with some water cooling stuff. I'll only be watercooling the processor. So, for the reservoir/pump combo I am getting the D5 photon 270 reservoir/pump combo from xspc. The current case is the nzxt h440 razer designed. The radiator is 240mm and will be on top. The loop will go from the pump to radiator then to cpu and back to pump. The only problem is... Where do I put the res? There seems to be not much space available for it. Radiator is on top so I am not gonna change that.

I'm building a pc and i cant find out where to connect the fanhub on the NZXT H440 to the Corair CX 750M power supply. None of the cables that came with the power supply seem to connect with the molex cable on the fan hub. Am i missing something?

Hi, im wondering if i should get the NZXT H440 case. Im going to have a 5960X overclocked and two msi gtx 980ti's in sli. I don't know if this case suits my hardware because it could get too hot. Should i get the 750d case instead, how much cooler would it be if I did. Also how many extra watts do I need overclocking the cpu and the graphics cards? I'm having trouble choosing a new mid tower case. I've narrowed it down to the H440 or the Define S. I will not be doing a custom loop of any sort. I will only be using a Corsair H100i for cooling my i7 4770K. I like how both are optimized for silence. Which do you prefer?
