Like the title says it says "No internet, secured". I've been struggling for like a day trying to figure this out. I've tried EVERYTHING. I've reset my internet 4 times, disabled and reenabled my drivers, network reset 10 times, restarted Windows, restarted my computer, changed the DNS, used power-shell, and nothing worked. My hotspot from my phone works but for some unforsaken reason my home wifi doesn't work. It worked at first after I first installed the drivers, then I installed some apps discord, steam, etc then I enabled EXPO. When I turned it back on it started the issues. It would stay then disconnect and say the phrase "No internet, secured" but when I reset my computer it would work and then stop again. After doing this forever, reseting it wasnt working anymore. Please help me in this.

Hey guys, For the past 2 months, I haven't had Ethernet connectivity on my PC using a cable. It just randomly happened, and I have no idea why. In the Windows 11 settings, it shows as "connected but no Internet." However, when I connect my phone using USB tethering, I do have internet access. I have internet on any other device, so it seems to be specific to my PC. When I go to Settings > System > Troubleshooting > Internet and Network, it shows an error message related to the DHCP server not being found. Edit: I've did a Network reset. Is this a Windows error? How can I fix this issue? Which other information do you need? Thanks for your help! Specs: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100 CPU RAM: 16 GB Windows: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 x64

Ive been having this problem for a while now, where every time or most times I start my pc, I will have super slow internet speeds. According to windows it is all fine and says I am connected in the bottom right hand corner. I have also have the latest windows and driver updates for all my components (you can see details below). The solution for this at the moment is unplugging and re plugging it back in and as you can see on the speeds there is a substantial difference. The cable is also not the problem, I have a new one installed and have tried different cables as well as different ports from my router. I have a feeling this is a setting wrong or software problem. I have included all my specs below, would be great if someone would be able to help! Before vs after re-plugging the cable If there is more information you need, I am happy to provide it, just would really like to try and sort this out! Problem: Just recently my wife's pc started having connectivity issues, we can connect to our WIFI but cant get online. Only device in the house with this issue, so I've ruled out the router. The windows troubleshooter wasn't able to find the problem either. I've already updated drivers & BIOS, purged the DNS cache, disabled the firewall & restarted it about 20 times, I'm at a loss with this one. Any help would be appreciated! Have a zyxel router and tried to put into bridge mode to try a new router. Did not work and could not get back to original router settings to turn bridge mode off. Reset router and now the internet light on it is red. Have no idea why, was working fine before, but now I don't have internet. I have no idea why it won't work anymore. Tried to call my isp help desk, but they couldn't do anything and is forwarding me to business department for some reason. Can anyone help me? I'd rather not have internet for a couple days

My internet is too slow for Steam to authenticate Trust me, I've tried many times. I usually use Steam in offline mode, however for some reason that isn't working. I have tried a few fixes, including editing the steam config files to enable offline mode, but my password hasn't saved. Is there any way I can access my steam games without logging into steam (highly unlikely as steam is a drm), or is there a back-door I can use to "log in" without internet. Thank-you!

Steam offline mode stopped working after power outage
TankError144 posted a topic in Troubleshooting
So I've been out of internet on my PC for about 2 months now and as long as I can remember I've usually played games in offline mode. The issue that I am facing now is that while I was playing yesterday we had a sudden power outage, then after the power was restored steam wouldn't let me play offline. It would only ask to sign in, then say "cannot connect to the servers" which obviously duh, I haven't been online for months now. Any help would be great aside from suggesting a pirated api or something. Things I've tried so far are making a "steam.cfg" file with "BootStrapperInhibitAll=enable ForceOfflineMode=enable" Setting the time back to see if it was some type of DRM time out And changing the "login users.vdf" script to "Wantsofflinemode' '0" Honestly I'm at the end of my wits here.- 3 replies

So I make a connection to my home wifi via an usb internet adaptor. It used to connect regularly but a few weeks back I had to hard reset my PC as it was booting to a blank screen. It says the wifi is connected, but no internet (with the yellow triangle). I have a usb wifi adapter, specifically TP-Link TL-WN725N Nano usb wifi adapter. I also tried with ethernet and it had connection but it sometimes did not work for a few seconds as teamspeak was reconnecting, finally it did not just connect. Can anyone help if you can, please?

I have an MSI H81-p33 board, and it pretty much works fine, other than the Ethernet port not working suddenly. I figured, its probably bad luck, so i went and bought a USB to Gigabit Ethernet hub and used that. However, that also stopped working after a few days... Strangely enough, if i plug it into my Macbook, it works, but not on my desktop. I'm stuck using an old USB to Wifi dongle, which is SUPER slow since i use this as my HTPC, and a backup server as well, and transfering files at 2-3MB/s is annoyingly slow (vs avg 70MB/s) Can anyone help? I"m not sure why ethernet port is dead, and my usb to ethernet isn't working either. When plugged in, the Orange LED just stays on. fyi cable is fine, the switch, router, etc is all fine. Tested ethernet, and ethernet hub with my mac, works fine.

So im really considering doing a NAS type thing, let me explain. So first build a home network solution that dosent provide internet, but connect my computer with a Ethernet cable and my phone with wifi. Second if the first parts possible, create 2 NAS's one thats in raid0 and one that is raid 5 or 10 (pretty much the most redundant raid there is). Now have the computer send a file to the first NAS and at the end of the day the raid 0 NAS send it to the second NAS. And it doesnt have to be at the end of the day it can be as soon as it sent to the first NAS or any time frame really. Just to try and sorta clarify this im ask if its possible and what would i use as far as setting the NAS's up in a raid and copying the files between the 2 NAS's. If you dont understand what im saying ill try to re word it and of course im open for any questions.

Hi everyone, I need help with a problem. My pc has been able to connect to the internet via ethernet for over 9 months, and so has my phone (for over 2 years). This week they both stopped connecting to the internet at the same time. However, all other devices can connect, both via ethernet and via wifi. When I click on the troubleshooter on my pc, it says "Windows can't communicate with the device or resource (Primary DNS Server)". My phone is a oneplus one (android), and it simply says "connected, no internet". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Like right now i am using a dongle to connect to wifi, my PC says i have not connected the ethernet cable( but its there). i tired reconnecting the cable from both ends, https://www.quora.com/Why-is-the-LAN-port-on-my-motherboard-not-working I tired what rohit told me (expect for the antivirus and firewall disabling thing). But strangely enough, when i game at night, my PC just switches to the Lan port and gets connected..IDK if this is a motherboard issue (bought it about an year ago) or my cable (but then it should just reconnect on its own), my router works caz i got like 9 devices running off of it. IDK i should call in the ISP guys for a check, see if the problem is in the cable(i have a cat 4 cable running from my router, optic fiber connection) but if its the motherboard.. I need to know if i am missing something here, before i go do those.. TIA

Hello! I just installed Windows 7 on a Dell Inspiron N5110 and the internet doesn't work. I tried looking for a driver and found one, but it doesn't work because of other drivers and I can't download DriverPack on the laptop, because of internet. Is there a way I can download all the drivers on my PC, put them on a flash drive and install them on the laptop, without having to installing them one by one?

Ethernet identifies but there is no connection to the internet

Hello, I’m currently using a Asus z170-a with a 6600k and 2060 super. My issue is that I can connect to the internet through my pcie wireless card, but I can’t get an Ethernet internet connection even though my pc identifies the network. Any help will be appreciated. -
Been trying to fix this for weeks I have look everywhere but could never find a solution the most I found was to system restore which I don't have or to clean install which I also can't do cause I have 4tb of data I would like to keep. What I have tried is resetting network, deleting drivers that could interfere including disabling any VPNs, and I tryed safe mode and still does not work even in safe mode. I know it's not a hardware issue because arch works fine as well as my kvms. I just though I would ask here before trying to backup and clean install.

Hi guys, I've come across a problem that's driving me absolutely crazy. Coming here as my next option is to reinstall windows on all 5 windows PCs in the house, which would be bad. Following a large update on all machines last Thursday every machine in the house has pretty much lost the ability to connect to https domains in any browser, including embedded browsers. In Firefox the connection hangs on: "Performing a TLS Handshake with..." In Chrome the connection hangs on: "Establishing a secure connection..." Discord will often receive messages, but be unable to link to a voice channel or make a call Spotify will appear to be offline when started but stream music if I can get as far as my library, although it won't show album art Peer to Peer applications work perfectly, including Deluge and Steam (the steam store, embedded browser, workshop, etc all don't work) Pinging 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 both work as expected These problems are mirrored (although, oddly, to different severities) across all of the PCs in the house This blog post from Microsoft's Directory Services Escalation Team talks describes the general symptoms I've been having: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/askds/2018/04/10/tls-handshake-errors-and-connection-timeouts-maybe-its-the-ctl-engine/ But having followed the suggested regedit changes nothing changes. I've ran a renew, a refresh, and a flush. Nada. I've tried automatic DNS selection, as well as using Google and OpenDNS, and that doesn't affect the issue. I've run a Netalyzer, here are the results: http://n1.netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/summary/id=369839a0-22440-5bc3d0b8-e0d9-4f45-b60a I don't know exactly what to make of the results, we're really reaching the end of my networking know-how here. Any help is seriously appreciated. We've called our ISP and spoken at length to their techs who can't figure it out either. We've factory reset our router, gotten a new one sent over, factory reset THAT router. I'm convinced it's a problem with an update to how windows security certification works because it started immediately after the update on all machines, and ANY other operating system (linux distros, android, OSX, shitty smart TV OS) all work normally. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I have my pfsense box configure for a guest vlan on ID 50. This works fine. I get a dhcp lease on 10.0.1.1/24 and not 10.0.0.1/20 which is normal LAN. My problem is that i'm trying to block access to the webUI from my guest network (10.0.1.1/24). I have setup the following rules: The blue squiggle is the rule that locks me out of the internet. Also the destination is an alias for (10.0.0.1 and 10.0.1.1). Again the problem is that the top rule locks me out of the internet completely no google.com.

Hello. So today i built a new pc, i installed windows to it, but i didnt have a cd/dvd reader to install, neither the space to put it into the case so i thought that windows 10 will automatically download the drivers from the internet. But my problem is that when i try to run a realtek internet driver, a meassage shows up after the installer runs that The realtek network Controller was not found. If Deep sleep mode is enabled please plug the cable. I tried to update the controller manually, but i couldnt find it. I would be very thankfull, if someone would help me solving this problem.Have a nice day!
