Old: asrock b550 phantom gaming 4 New: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK AM4 AMD AMD Ryzen™ 5 4500 6-Core nVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Silicon Power Value Gaming DDR4 RAM 16GB (2x8GB) Apevia ATX-PR800W This computer is brand new, I got all the parts 7 days ago from today and everything was working fine. I was in the middle of playing and the screen freezes and goes to diagnostics, I turned it off and when I tried to turn it back on it wouldn’t display or post. It’s not the graphics card we tested on a different pc and it’s not the motherboard because I returned the asrock and got the msi one. The MSI one displayed for a sec but we missed bios and turned it off only for vga led to turn on. Same problem I had on the first board. The first board which the initial crash happened on first lit up on VGA and after hours of trouble shooting it went to boot. We tried with one ram, reset the cmos, tried hdmi on the first board. We moved everything over to the new board and same problem VGA. Pretty bummed out, we’re gonna try to trouble shoot again tomorrow but it’s not the gpu or mobo, I doubt it’s the cpu because it’s brand new and worked fine. Maybe it’s the psu but everything lights up all the fans spin and rgbs light up. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hello, I have the PC of a good friend here, because it suddenly did not boot. When you start the system, the fans (PSU, CPU) start spinning and the HDD picks up speed, but there is no video at all. The power LED flashes at a rate of about one second (long on, short off). Now I have already tried a few things: - Unplugged all "unnecessary" components (HDD, DVD drive). - Reconnected all connectors - Dust off the system - Replaced the RAM, or inserted only single modules - if no RAM is inserted, the MB - as expected - starts to beep - CMOS battery replaced and BIOS reset (several times) There is no video output via HDMI, as well as VGA. It's an Acer TC-115 and unfortunately I didn't find any info about the LED flashing in the MB manual.... I hope you can help me there, thanks in advance

Hello guys I have samsung evo 970 m. 2 drive I addition to 2x 2b sshd firecuda Every thing was fine and working perfectly One of my sshds health was very low and i replaced it with newer one After removing dead sshd and connecting new sshd system suddenly not booting even when i connected old sshd back remove all drives and kept the m.2 only connect still system Keep redirecting me to bios over and over tried all legacy ,uefi , csm enabled nothing , csm disable all drives disappear from boot menu updated bios still no progress connected old SSD with windows installed on it the system boot perfectly and m.2 visible with all data on it Mb. Z390 aorus master

When I turn on the PC, the CPU fan runs and the LED on the motherboard turns on. Other than that, nothing else happens. No output in the monitor, no LED lights up in the keyboard or mouse and the Chassis fan also doesn't run (I don't know if it has failed). If I keep it running, it sometimes restarts after a few minutes (didn't test that enough). I tested the output from the 24 pin atx connector and all outputs seem to be normal under no load. Specs: i5-6500, iGPU (HD530) Asus H110M-D 8GB DDR4 2TB HDD 450W Zebronics PSU The problem started 2 weeks ago when the PC randomly started rebooting without any blue screen. I tried to run RAM test using a software from USB directly from BIOS and it was rebooting even in that setup. I tried to startup in safe mode to test all components (CPU GPU stress test, RAM test, HDD S.M.A.R.T. test) and the PC didn't reboot even once in 2 hrs. Booted back to Windows and miraculously everything stayed stable for 1 week. Last week, when I turned the PC back on from 2 hrs of hibernation, the fan turned on but no other output. I let it be for a while and later checked it again and the issue persisted. I tried reinstalling the RAM and replacing the CMOS battery but nothing solved the issue. After 2 days of being away from the PC, it booted to a screen showing all parts Installed and asked Me to continue to BIOS to setup but no action from the keyboard worked (the LED on the keyboard was on). Restarting again made no progress as no keyboard action worked. Third restart took the PC back to the same issue of no output. I checked the Voltage output in all points of the 24 pin connector and it seems to be in the right range. I tried to clear BIOS, drain any excess charge, turn on without any non-essential components. Nothing worked. Could the PSU have gone bad? Can the PSU give the right output without load and fail when at load? Or could it be any other issue. All components are atleast 6 years old and the PSU is a cheap one that I bought 2 years ago.

I have an ASUS Zenbook laptop model Q536FD with an Intel i7 (8th gen) and a GTX1050 Nvidia graphics card that came with a 250 GB gb drive. I needed to add more storage memory so I got a 1TB Samsung 970 evo drive. I wanted to keep my stuff so I decided to Clone the old SSD into this new one, which i've done multiple times in the past with other SSDs using AOMEI backupper, and I've never had a problem with this program at all. This time I used this program again and it all went perfect until I went ahead and installed the cloned drive into the laptop... but it just stayed on a boot loop. I thought the cloning program didn't do a good job so I wiped out the drive once again and re-cloned the drive just to land with the same problem over and over again. I went ahead and cloned the drive using macrium reflect this time but I had no luck. Thankfully I still have my old SSD intact so I installed it back on my laptop since the cloned one doesn't work. I made sure the partitions on the drive were correct and also made sure they were in the correct order, I also made sure they all contain the same folders and files that the old SSD has, and also tried to boot disabling "secure boot", so IDK what to do next How can I fix this problem?

I just finished putting together my first ever custom loop and now I’m getting a cpu error light on my motherboard, the Asrock x670e steel legend. I verified everything worked before building my loop and putting everything in my case. I triple checked that my cpu power connectors are fully plugged in. I have a fan plugged into the cpu fan 1 header, all my fans are spinning and my pump is pushing fluid. I tried a clear cmos but I can’t tell if it’s doing anything, it’s not a button but a pair of pins that need to be shorted. I’m running out of ideas and getting worried I’m gonna be up shit creek without a paddle. I broke of one of the mounting screws on the cpu block and am not certain I can get it off if I need to. Please send help, or a lot of booze

So ive had this issue for near 2 weeks now, it hapened out of the blue and through lots of searching I havent been able to find an answer. Currently when i turn my PC on all fans turn on and the RGB lights for my ram turn on, but nothing comes on the screen and red lights appear interchanging between CPU and DRAM. I have tried using a different power supply to no luck, I have tried every RAM stick in every slot and in every order to no luck, I have cleared the CMOS but that doesnt do it either. I though that my CPU may have overheated and died so i got a new one but it still does not boot. Can anyone offer me any help or should I just build a new PC. Hi guys I have a problem with my new pc, i have the latest bios for my motherboard which is f50 (from f40 it supports ryzen 3rd gen) and it won,t boot not even post but all the fans are starting, i tried swaping in a ryzen 7 1700x in and it started which means all the cables are connected and nothing else is defective, i tried each component on other PCs and they all worked so i dont really know where the problem is Maybe i ve got a broken cpu? The box in which the motherboard came has written on it ryzen 3000 ready I tried other gpus and other ram kits and none work, i tried resiting the cpu in the socket, i tried other psu When i turn on the pc with the ryzen 7 1700x, my motherboard leds turn on but when i start it up with the ryzen 5 3600 none are lighting up I have the following parts Ryzen 5 3600 Gigabyte b450i aorus pro wifi Hyperx predator 2x8gb ddr4 3200mhz HX432C16PB3/8 this is the memory's code in case you might need it , i searched it on the gigabyte site memory support list and found it there so it should support the memory Gtx 1080 ti
