Hi guys i just changed mobo, cpu and ram on my pc and when i start up the pc my monitor keyboard and mouse doesn't have signal...led on mobo works but it doesn't do any beep or something like that i tried removing graphics card, ram or just leave one stick of ram but nothing... and all my fans works so what could be? i changed mobo and cpu just 3 days ago i don't think they are the problem and if all fans works and led too i don't think it's the psu could be the ram?... pls someone help me i really need a hand !!! ps. i checked if all the parts are compatible and they are i have B450 -F gaming 2 asus , ryzen 5 3600, crucial ballistix 16gb BL2K8G32C16U4B.

Hey Guys, my english is not the best, so sorry for that. I paid two different companys to find my bottleneck, but no one found it. I play games on my 32:9 (5120x1440) Monitor and the GPU (RTX 3090) and my CPU (i9-10900x) are not nearly at the limit but i cant reach 60 fps at 1440p. I took a Photo of my specs, maybe someone can help me to find an issue. Thank you guys

Hey, i have been having problems with my pc for last 3 months. The problem is that my pc just completly crashes right when i load the game or when i play for max 5 minutes. It gives me these screens http://imgur.com/a/i9Eyb . I don´t know what to do anymore. I have already replaced GPU, Power source and mainboard, 2 times reinstalled Windows and nothing helped so far. hey there! i have a big problem with my file explorer. every time i make a new folder or text file, after i hit enter to set a name, my file explorer crashes, the task bar freezes and restarts. this also happens when i save or download a file. its really frustrating since i save a lot of pictures and every time i do so, i need to completely restart my file explorer, and go back to the destination. so the main problem is that when i make or save files, my file explorer crashes and my task bar restarts. I've tried many things like updating my MOBO drivers and checking my HDD, but nothing worked!. if anyone knows a way to fix this, that would be nice. I am needing Bluetooth in my computer, I know that you can get a PCI card that carries it but I have very few left and can't seem to find them without a WIFI card coming along with it, so I am now needing to look for a USB version of Bluetooth I have some products in mind (see links below) but I would like some recommendations from people. Hi, this is my first post. I need help deciding what my next upgrade will be. My bday is in late April, so anything would be helpful regarding things coming out that month. I have a pretty decent asus monitor. 1080p, 60 hz and the like. 6700k, GTX 970, 8 gb hype x ram, WB blue hdd. No ssb btw. Any suggestions as to where to go from here?

I have about $550. I also have a gtx 1070 and a micro atx case. I would like to save as much money as possible so I can put it in stocks or mutual funds for college or down payment on my future house. I play bf1, CSGO, battlefront, and Ark Survival. I also video for about 5 hours a week. My friend will sell me a 2tb drive for $45. Should I sell my GPU and build a cheaper PC or should I spend some on an i7. Do I really need an i7? My render times sometimes keep me up to midnight to stay on my video posting schedule. I use a 900p monior and I have all periferals. Thanks

Hello all, I would like to ask for some help in creating a new PC. I need help with my parts as I'm not sure if they are all compatible so your replies would be appreciated greatly. This build will be mainly used as a gaming PC for all new triple A titles. I will be gaming at 1080p until i get a 1440p or 4k monitor, for now i would like to reach 60fps at ultra in 1080p. Will this build be able to do it? Secondarily i will be using it as a school homework station with some occasional video editing and photoshop use. Your recommendations are welcome and appreciated. These parts are what i think I've decided on so far with cablemod cables... CPU: Intel core i5-6600k GPU: Nvidia gtx 1070 (need help picking a card but I want it to be a 1070) Motherboard: ASUS Z170-AR RAM: 2x8gb or 4x4gb of DDR4 at fastest clock speed (fastest clock speed and whichever works better as in configuration for my CPU choice) PSU: Any recommended 650 watt fully modular Case: NZXT S340 Glossy black Thankyou.

So my PC for some reason, at any given point, will just turn white on both monitors, and the HDD LED will turn off, but the pc stays powered on. Lost a lot of schoolwork and got cooldowns for a lot of csgo games because of this. Been happening on and off for about a year, but getting worse now! A couple people told me in another thread that it was my PSU. Spent my hard-earned dollars on a PSU and it still hasn't resolved my issue. I wanted to make sure of what it was before I buy anything else. Feel free to ask me for any diagnostic info I can provide for you. I'll be home all week. Alright, so heres my situation. I have ran into this issue a few times and it is quite frustrating. I have spent hours with Microsoft support and 2K games support, both getting me nowhere. I am trying to play XCOM 2: War Of The Chosen, and I learned that I cannot save my game, apparently because the games files are marked as "read-only" in the properties. According to the crappy support I got from Microsoft, the files are encrypted and cannot be changed from "read-only", even though support from 2K games told me to unmark "read-only" in the properties for the game folder. I really do not know what to do, this is pretty much my last try to see if anyone on here can help me, otherwise I wasted $40 on this game I can't create save files for.

I'm going to college in the fall and as a bit of a graduation gift my parents are helping me buy a new laptop. I'm posting this thread in order to possibly expand my options. Here's a couple things to note-- I'm an avid gamer, and while I don't play very demanding games, I am very much into competitive esports (Mainly CS:GO). Even though I'm a big gamer I don't want to have to lug around some 10 lb monster every time I go to class, obviously. So this is what I'm looking for -Lightweight and thin-ish, I understand it won't be a Mac or anything, but still. -Enough Horsepower to run my games, maybe like a 1060, and an i7. -120hz refresh rate is a must for competitive play so I would really like that feature. -Also I'm going to have to be at a couple classes a day probably so I want something that has a decent amount of battery life. -around $1500. Hey guys, I would like to buy my first SSD! On ebay I've seen some cheap ones. My games are mostly Squad, Battlefield 1 and Company of Heroes 2. Some times The Elder Scrolls Online too. I would like to get my shooters running better. 1. Would a used SSD be ok? 2. Do I need a huge SSD with more than 500 GB for games? I found those recently: Crucial 525GB MX300 for 120 $ Samsung 850 EVO 250GB for 80 $ (used) I would appreciate any advice and fast reply, because the ebay stuff is gone soon ;-) Thank you in advance! -Hip

Hello my name is Simon, and in the last months I have experienced some problems with my PC, which I think is being caused by my motherboard, but more on that later. The first problem that I have been expericing is that my PC, for some reason, has been turning on by it self. Sometimes, it seems random, I will just find my PC turned on. And since I know that it is not somebody else who is doing it, and since I make sure the PC is turned off, each time is shut it down, I think that it may be the motherboard doing it. I am not sure, but with the little knowledge I have of PC components I think that the motherboard would be the most logical assumption to be causing the problem. The second problem I have been having, is a little more difficult to explain, but I will try my best. I have been overclocking my CPU, an I7-4770k, but when ever I overclock it, it will for some reason shut down after 30 mins or so, every time I turn the PC on, causing me to force a restart. Now everybody would say that the overclock it not stable, however I do not think that that is the issue, since after the pc have been restarted, the overclock works just fine, and is as stable as anything. This will happen no mather the overclock, just the smallest overclock will trigger it, which is why I do not think that it is just the CPU being a bad draw in the sillicon lottery. I think that it may be the motherboard causing it, again I do not know, I only assume. These two problems is annyoing me, since I do not wanna waste electricity, and since I DO wanna overclock my CPU, if possible, when I know that it can run an overclock stable. I know some of this may be little confusing, so if you have any quesitions, feel free to ask. I want to know IF the motherboard is causing this, because then I will simply replace it, but if the motherboard is not causing it, I do not wanna waste my money on something that is not gonna help. About a week ago, things were working fine. Today, after I restarted my computer to finish the installation of a bunch of Autodesk 3D Modelling software I downloaded for school. When it turned back on, the Windows logo showed up and it said something like 'diagnosing your PC' then it said something like 'attempting automatic repair.' Then I got an error screen saying Automatic Repair, and it also said "Your PC did not start correctly." I've tried all of the normal and advanced options to repair my PC. Using the command prompt using commands like 'chkdsk /f /r C:' and 'bootrec.exe' it says there aren't any damaged partitions on the drive, and bootrec says that everything is fine. I have no previous Windows installations. Sadly, I don't have any backups or past images to go back to. I've tried booting in all the safe modes, low res mode, boot logging, and debugging. I've also tried to reset the OS with and without keeping my files, but once the progress gets to about 49 percent, it says it encountered some problem and it just undoes all the resetting and brings me back to the automatic repair page. At one point, it said that the file causing the problem was srtTrail.txt, and I've done searches on that, coming up with nothing. I have done everything that I think I can, with the only options that I can see left would be using the command prompt with some commands that I haven't figured out yet or an option that was blatantly obvious and I skipped over it. I can use all the help I can get, thanks.
