So I have a quest 2 and would really like to play some seated games using my KB&M that is connected to my PC that my headset is streaming from, I want to play using the headset as a larger screen/more immersion. only issue is when I open up something like Dota 2 its in my headsaet as a bigscreen but my mouse doesn't show up only the controllers do and they tend to be buggy when I'm in Bigscreen and trying to control Dota, So I would like to know how could I use a KB&M to play games like mobas and RTS which need QWER and things and quick reaction times faster than using a hand controller to try walk and press keys.

Hello everyone! I recently found this site and am willing to buy myself an access to try it out. I'm curious if any of you have used it and did the site and it's content help you improve in League of Legends. Oh and does any of you know if I can pay for the access any other way than with a credit card? I don't have one and where I live it is pretty hard to get one. PayPal still asks about credit card...

Hello everyone, I'd like to start getting more serious about LOL, i'm currently a diamond 2 mid laner playing on a shitty laptop with 30-80 fps(before minions spawn). I'm like 90% sure that LOL hugs clock speed and ips, only on the first two cores. I'd like someone to make a LOL destroyer pc build, as cheap as you can make it. I will be getting a 144hz monitor as well, so tons of fps is must! With all the ryzen fuss, i just cant bring myself to get a 7700k when it's half the cores but double the money for maybe a 25% fps increase. Also it's expensive, i dont want to buy an I5 either cause its only 4 cores and it'd be nice to watch youtube videos and play at same time. Would the 7350k oc'd to 5.0ghz be good? Have we finally found a use for this cpu, is it the LOL destroyer ? P.s, I love you linus, may all the booties rest on your lap <3

I keep my computer clean as I can (disk cleanups, defragments) but as of this past few weeks my pc takes 20+ min to get to windows login screen (after bios the circle spinny thing to login). I have a 250GB Samsung 850 Evo for windows (boot drive), 1TB HDD for games, ASUS Maximus Formula VII moba. Im half tempted to do a complete restore and redo windows but if I can get around doing that it would be a great thing. Would doing a CMOS clear help at all or am I going in the wrong direction?

Hi! This thread is created out of curiosity with the question: what roles do you mainly play in your games? For me, i mainly play CS:GO and play as a rifler and secondary AWPer, but on the CT side i prefer AWPing. This thread isn't limited to FPS games, feel free to state any game!

I have put together my first build, and now I have run into an annoying problem. Before you may ask, yes I have checked all my connections and have double-checked the user manuals for my moba, psu, cooler, cpu, etc. To give my best description of my problem, when I press the power switch the moba runs through POST, next it tries to boot, but instead a clicking sound is made and the system loops like this infinitely. My own diagnosis is that the psu is being shorted by something. To try and find the source to this problem, I have removed all the unnecessary pieces needed to complete a standard boot, even removing the cooler off the cpu which I understand is dangerous (but I had to try everything). One thing that may be useful information in your troubleshooting, when I did take off the cooler the PC boots fine. Thank you all troubleshooters, in advance. Hello LTT forums! My "office/home grade" mouse has recently expired and unfortunately does not perform sufficiently for my daily gaming activity. As I am undoubtedly an avid gamer I need a mouse that will last me a while (At least 2+ years) I have had the G502 Series and Razer Deathadder line-up recommended to me but I am leaning more towards the Steel Series Rival mice as they seem to have very good price-performance and rave reviews. What do you think? Which is the best all-rounder for performance, cost, and longevity. Please let me know! You know what else is a all-rounder in performance? That's right! Tunnel bear!

I've been noticing a weird glitchy effect on my monitor. It looks somewhat similar to screen tearing. I'll see a sort of 'fuzzy' effect flash on my monitor for <1 second at a time. I started noticing this a few months back, however, I rarely use my PC atm since I'm at uni most of the time. Other symptoms: Flashing/refreshing desktop icons. I got a black screen when booting Windows today, which needed a restart to fix. Regular Firefox tab crashes. Any ideas what might be causing this? Any help is appreciated, thanks EDIT: Just after I posted this topic, my PC froze. Needed a restart to fix. I had this discussion with my friends about gaming mouse and the many different price range and what they offer. But I play Dota 2 most of the time, my naga (first edition) recently started showing malfunctions after almost 4 years, for the amount I spend that's around ~$20/ year. But I didn't made this tread to just rant about my experience. In your opinion and experience, what is the best mouse you've used and why? (price to performance ratio, features, aesthetics, etc.). I figured this would help other looking to buy a new mouse or looking for an upgrade.

Hey guys, I just bought Overwatch 3 days ago with a friend just wanted to express how deeply amazing the game is because since I was 12 years old [half of my age] I tried playing Counter Strike I forgot what version it is and for just about 3 to 5 mins of playing it! I started to vomit each and every time I play fps games around the same time same thing that happens to me first I thought maybe its just CS so I tried other games like TF2, Modern Warfare etc. like A lot of them most of the FPS game even freaking Oblivion and Skyrim ugh! since then I started hating that genre because I cant freaking play any of them! but then the hype of this game called Overwatch is reached to me and I had some extra bucks to spare to buy this game so I said to myself and to my friend "FUCK IT!" lets do this, since I installed the game I was kinda nervious while playing the game I was just waiting for the "sick" feeling and for 8 hours straight I noticed I didn't feel any nausea or dizziness I was shocked I continued playing the next day and while at it I tried playing skyrim but after playing skyrim for about 10 mins in fps I got dizzy and I realized that maybe Blizzard thought about people like me playing the game how thoughtful they are to consider us a target market for that I applaud Blizzard and Overwartch! a great game from great developers Just wanted to share something in this forum. Mad Nox.

Hello people of the LMG forums, I recently started to play DotA 2. I have about 35 hours into the game, and have played a few heroes (albeit I am only good at one so far). I was wondering if there was anyone around my age (12-14) who was in the same position experience with the game wise, and wanted to form a DotA gaming group of sorts (it doesn't have to be limited to just 5 people as well). It has been something that I have been wanting to do for a while now, but never got to it. I was hoping that this "team" of sorts could play DotA every weekend (or even more often with summer break coming up) and learn the ins and outs of the game together, how to be better, give each other tips, and just generally have fun. Anyways, if you are interested just message me on steam @D34ThL0cK (my profile pic is the same on steam as it is here) Thanks, D34thL0cK

How do I spawn a spot like in the video around 2:30?

I want to try out a MOBA but i don't want to spend weeks leveling up to a competitive level. Kind of like CS: GO for MOBA's. All skill based and no pay to win or grind to win.

Does anyone know of a mouse with 4-5 THUMB programmable buttons. Sorry for stressing thumb but it's the only practical way to press a button and click at the same time.
-
Is there a bug learning curve to figuring out he 12 buttons on a naga or scimitar for practical reaction use? Thanks
-
I play League of Legends mainly and cannot decide between the g502 or naga hex. Can anyone with or without expierence recommend one over the other? For instance are all the buttons very accessible on the hex? And do they expect you to use your index finger with the buttons on the g502 that aren't near the thumb? Thanks! Btw upgrading from 2013 deathadder

Hi guys! I'm asking for two of my buddies. They just want a very affordable gaming build (no exact budget given..) for the games listed. I know the first thing to do is go for AMD CPU's and I don't know much about them. Care to help me out? Suggest some parts / builds (no peripherals / monitors)? Thanks!

I still can't work out what this video is actually telling us, especially with all the dislikes and all the flame wars taking place in the comments. I see it like this as written in the comments... " You guys are comparing a frametime of 107 and 48 ms. Which correlates to framerate of 10 compared to 20. Who in GODS name plays a MOBA with that kind of framerate? Most people will be playing +60 FPS because, guess what NVIDIA, MOBA is a fast paced action game. The link between latency/frametime and framerate is exponential, and the difference from fx 100 to 80 FPS, is far lower in time, even though the difference is greater than used in this example. This video makes it seem like having a GTX 950 will give a player double the edge in a competetive game like DOTA. Wow you guys really know how to spin it huh? More sales please. Either I am totally misunderstanding this example, or you guys TOTALLY dropped the ball on this one." I'm so confused...

System Power 7 350W ATX 2.31 (BN141) thats around 330€ Link to (german) price comparison site: http://geizhals.de/eu/?cat=WL-622220&wlkey=096240a4f226aaf32405137eb70478f2 He might want to record gameplay.. is this possible with this configuration? I think the gpu does support "shadowplay"... Location: Germany No peripherals needed. Any advice/comment much appreciated (edit) is it worth going for used hardware on ebay?
