hii, can i mine 4 RTX 2060 with a 750psu? my specs : i5 9600k 16gb ddr4 vengeance pro rgb z390 aorus elite 1 ssd 2 hdd 5k rpm 1 hdd 7k rpm in nicehash my 2060 only uses 85watt each gpu if there's 4, they would be 340w for the gpu but can my rm750 gold handle it? or should i go a bigger watt psu?

Hi guys. Well, life is changing (kinda). I have multiple job opportunities to strive for before me. Here they are: On my LinkedIn page (which my current employer requires we all have for business relations reasons), another IT firm/thing has sent me a message about being interested in hiring me. While this sounds cool, I've never heard of them. They are a little over an hour away, and I know nothing about any of that (their location, the people there, etc.) However, they have it on their webpage and in this message that they believe people should love where they work. That's right up my alley because that's how my current employer is and it's a generally good thing (obviously). It's 20 minutes from a relative I could stay with, and odds are, I would be paid a bit more. It's just a matter of "It's new and I have to start over being social." basically, but I get that's just part of a new job and I should get used to it. So yeah. That's one option. My ultimate problem in life is that I'm complacent. If I could just stay doing what I'm doing all my life, I'm fine with that, even with my pay. I'd live in my vehicle and sell my house if I could do so with a server and computer/connection to the internet and the basic amenities (i.e. RV) if I could. But tis life. The next option I have is to work at my step-dad's employer. They. Sound. Awesome. He actively gets bonuses (for being a good employee of course) frequently, stocks, and all sorts of bonus "reward" things. Though I'm not sure if that's just because they like him and he's good at what he does, but from what I've heard from him, that's kind of how it is for everyone at his workplace. I'd probably have to move because it's as far or further than the prior job and I wouldn't be working in the same place he does, so I can't ride with him there. I've heard the pay is good as well. The only problem is, again the "I have to be social" thing, and that I know little of what I would actually be doing. They have an IT position open (according to him), but ... that is very vague. I guess I'll just have to explore this one more. The problem with the above two things is that they are just work experience. I'd really like to go back to college at some point. Anything that helps me do that is a major plus. Which brings me to the next one: The Air Force (or other military branch). The Air Force specifically has their own college which is acredited and accepted by the southern colleges (some board thing where they all accept each other's credits and stuff). A negative is the training because it will be hard, but I am sure I can handle it, but it's a positive because I would learn a lot of useful life skills as well. A negative is I would be away from my family, but to me, that's also a positive. I think they are a bit too dependent on me to be honest. They need to sort their things out and I am not the type of person to turn down helping someone unless I have to. This would make it a "have to". A negative is that I might get paid better elsewhere, but I have 2 years of college (67 hours of credit) already and that guarantees me a promotion and pay raise when I leave basic, so it's not that big of a negative. Plus I get college credit for basic, so not much of a negative at all. Then there's the benefits of the military (insurance, pensions, that stuff). However, there is the huge negative to this that it's entirely possible that World War III will start soon. The world is just like it was before WW I & II. The US is in an isolationist mind set just like it was after the Spanish-American War. Russia is pulling some Nazi stuff with Crimea and the Ukraine. I mean really. It's not that out there that I might be deployed to a battle zone. Which, I'd accept if I were in the military, but it's something to consider. Overall, this is probably the best choice in terms of overall package. However, I may or may not be disqualified due to varying reasons. We will see. And yeah. Those are my 3 options currently. A 4th would be to stay where I am, but .... eh. That would kind of rock and suck at the same time. I love it here, but .. the pay and the career ladder aren't there. Sometimes that's worth it, but only if you are older and have the capital to take a hit in your potential pay. I'm not, and don't. What do you guys think? Any advice and/or knowledge to give? hello I'm just curious I've never bought a mined on card before but the guy is stating that the card has been mined on for a few months. would that have a performance issues for hardcore gaming and streaming. its a msi gtx 1070 Thanks Tyler

So as the title says, I installed NiceHashMiner and have now been mining since the 7th of May. My GPU is a MSI Gaming X 1070 8G and when mining it runs at full load at 56ºC with the fan always at 70%. If it matters, the most used algorythims are Equihash and Lbry as seen here: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?utm_source=NHM&p=miners&addr=1DqMRHBu47ibQbBWFfTH71NBjWh3RBiW6x I'm always having second thoughts about continuing to mine or not, because I'm afraid it might cause permanent damage and decrease perfomance in games and lifetime of the card. Again, it is running at 100%, 1974MHz with fan at 70%, temps from 55-60ºC, 24 hours a day, every day. I've made 2 posts on reddit and there are so many mixed opinions that I got even more confused. Some people say I should stop immediatly and a guy even said he lost his 1080 in just 2 months and others say did if my temps are fine then there is no problem. Should I stop or change any settings or just reduce my mining hours, or is it perfectly fine? PS: I haven't used my PC because of upcoming exams and the only thing connected to it is the power and ethernet cable so the only work it's doing is really just mining. Thanks in advance.

Well,this is some good news as well as a questionary thread Well,there are many AMD RX 580's (no good deals on 570's) on PreOrders on Amazon.co.uk ,which means you can order a LOT of them,since there are SO many RX 580's and some are already in stock,just at like not less expensive prices.Used RX Cards (except RX 460's,etc) are sh*t deals,so good for miners as well as normal PC builders Well,is it worth making this kind of thread? I am currently mining zcash, because ethereum will not work on my computer. I am getting about 300-305 sol's. Is there anything more profitable than zcash?

After almost 2 years of using a GT210, I saved the money enough to buy a SH GTX 650 from a friend of mine and now I can play League of Legends much better. Hope that one day I will be playing GTA V.

Are there such things as Litecoin version? I'm looking for some good used cheap graphics cards on eBay and some of the AMD cards say stuff like "Litecoin Version" or "Bitcoin Defect", and I don't understand.

I wanted to create a low power bitcoin miner that would be fairly cheap to make. This made me decide to use my Raspberry Pi as a low power mini pc. For software I used MinePeon that is a miner designed for the Raspberry Pi and can be accessed from any PC by typing in the IP address in a web browser. I decided to buy a block erupter that mines at about 333 MH/s. I got this for £13.50 ($22.47) from eBay. However these need to be powered by a powered usb hub as the Raspberry Pi does not output enough power from its USB ports. The hub I decided to get was a D-Link H7 Powered 7 Port USB Hub. This cost me about £20 ($33.29). This can power 5 block erupters and the Raspberry Pi itself. I now have a bitcoin mining rig that cost about $50 (as I already had the Raspberry Pi), I have this running 24/7 and earns me about 0.00005448 BTC per day. I am planning on getting 4 more block erupters to fill up the hub, increase my hashrate, to increase my revenue. Below are some photos of the rig:

Hey, so i have a small and unexpected problem. I recently bought a new PC which I built my self, Specs: CPU: AMD 8320 8 core @ 3.5Ghz GPU: MSI R9 270 2gb RAM: 8gb Corsair vengeance PSU: 600W Corsair (All other spec i deemed irrelevant) The problem I have is that when playing minecraft which i do like to do occasionally the fps struggles to reach 30fps and averages at about 20 (Low settings). This is hurting my eyes and making the game unplayable. Meanwhile on BF4 i get 50-60fps Ultra/High, i know that the games run on different engines and minecraft running off Java is bound to have an effect but my old PC (Q6600, 4gb Ram, GT 8880 512mb) ran the game 150+ fps in similar environments. I have looked all over the internet doing some research and it seems that this is a regular problem and no one seems to have a fix, I have received some good advice from here before so I'm hoping that you guys/ gals, could find a solution if there is one. Here is what I have tried already: Uninstalling mods (no effect) Using Optifine (No effect) Turn Graphics setting's up to make the GPU "work" (No effect) Re-install Java (Take a guess) Use a different version of mine-craft (Bit of a pattern, no effect) Re-intall graphics drives (No effect ) Ensure I'm using as many cores as possible on my CPU (Nu effect) Allocate more ram to Minecraft/Java (no affect) Turn off Vsync and Edit FPS limit (no effect :blink: ) So yeh it's not going to well, here an image of what my computer is doing whilst playing minecraft Any help that you have would be brilliant thanks!
