So as of now i have an iPhone 7. And pretty much everyone in my family has one, which makes messaging easy. I want to switch to a Samsung note 9. But what's holding me back is having issues texting my family. Not everyone is the best with technology in my family, and using a different app like FaceBook Messanger might make thing confusing for some. So, my question is, does anyone have trouble sending messages back and fourth between and iPhone and a Samsung? Are there apps for andriods the make it possible to iMessage apple devices?

Evening Folks, My dad accidentally deleted every message conversation Samsung Galaxy A3. I am trying to get one specific conversation on the phone for him which included details he needs for work. Is there any free software that I can use to do this? Giving that it is only one conversation I want to recover for him I don't want to have to pay to upgrade the trial version of Dr. Fone which has found the message conversation I am looking for but in order to get the entire texts I have to register and $40 is a bit steep for one conversation. Please refrain from Piracy suggestions in answers as I don't want this thread removed when I could potentially get a solution. Many Thanks, G

I recently decided to buy the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and started playing it. Then I paused and noticed at the bottom left corner a message announcement about Shadow of the Tomb Raider along with a future reveal and release date. Rise of the Tomb Raider came out way before Shadow of the Tomb Raider was even announced. So was that message ever there before or did they some how have the ability to inject new product announcements into an existing game?

Hello everyone. I set up a server for some of my friends and friends-of-friends. I want to send a message to all players when they log on with a link to a discord so we can have voice chat, but I feel like I'm missing some tool. All guides I find online include a scoreboard criteria called "stat.LeaveGame" but when I try to input the command I run into an error which says that I entered an invalid criteria. Was stat removed in 1.14? How can I proceed without just using a repeating command block to send a message to all players every so often? Thanks in advance!

You know as weird as it sounds, Yep it's true , Astronomers scanning high resolution close up image of the Planets surface revealed Dunes that resembled Morse code ,Although it is highly unlikely that it just happened as a direct since the language was originated & made by us to be mimicked out there with no complex life form is kinda far fetched , but it's gonna still hype up some people.. Coz Alienz Ded eet! This image of dark dunes on Mars was taken on Feb. 6, 2016, at 15:16 local Mars time (i don't know what mars time is ) The Translated message is apparently this . . . " NEE NED ZB 6TNN DEIBEDH SIEFI EBEEE SSIEI ESEE SEEE !! " This reminds me of that time when i tried to connect my 56kb pci modem to the so called broadband internet back when shit was hot, either that or SKIRRLEX's cousin was trying to send a message for him to stop doing weird music down here, or Hollywood lied & Matt Damon is still out there crying for help in all langage or there's an alien High as f**k writing down mixed message n shit just to f**k with NASA, This was decoded by Planetary scientist Veronica Bray Current technical explanation is that the amarkings are found within a crater formed by an asteroid impact, the shape of that assisted in forming the patterns, circular depression has had a weird effect on both the amount of sand available to form dunes and the way the winds carve up the dunes, So instead of the long, flowing lines of dunes we're used to seeing on our planet, the winds on this part of Mars swirled in such a way to create distinct dots and dashes of dunes. which is similar to a morse code pattern So there you go, a weird & interesting story, what do you think? Post em down below... .. ..... ........ ......... So I recently just build a computer for someone, and now I'm at the point of loading windows 7 onto it, problem is that I get to this error message https://i.imgur.com/Mv3Vmxq.jpg and I dug around on other forum sites to find a solution but most of the solutions didn't work. I tried using different usb drives, using a cd drive, different ports on my computer to load the os onto the usb drive, unplugging a SATA port on my hdd (have a ssd and hdd), looked through the bios to see if there is anything wrong with it, and I'm still getting the same message. I don't know what to do, I'm sure everything is working properly, as some of the parts for the build I had working on other computers around the household already, the parts I bought were handled with care, and took precaution with. Here's the build in question. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GMtv99 UPDATE: So I redownloaded and tried again, and still the same thing, and I went into CMO's and theirs nothing out of the ordinary in terms of boot order or sata settings (all set to default). And the only thing things connected are the monitors, mouse and key (usb), and ethernet cable. Nothing else. I tried a usb cd drive from amazon, with windows 7 on there but still the same result.

Hey. I recently decided to switch my pc case and so i switched from my Corsair Obsidian 650D to a NZXT S340 Razer edition. What is strange though is that i now, after switching my case, recieve a message like this on startup "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key". After rebooting and selecting my boot device, my trustworthy SSD, the pc starts like normal and there are no further errors. The message above however, tends to reappear at every single starup even though i have configured my boot priorities in the BIOS. I'd be truly greatful if someone where to help me out. My Specs: MOTHERBOARD: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming PSU: Corsair CX600M CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 780 HDD: WD Desktop Green 1TB SSD: Crucial M500 120GB RAM: Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 1600MHz 8GB COOLER: Corsair H60 Hydro Series

I randomly get BSOD due to the above error messages. Seems to be a writing error to disc or RAM failure. Microsoft has a troubleshoot for these errors but I'd like to know your opinion as a third party.

Today, in one of my classes, I noticed when I would unlock my phone a strange message would appear. But it would pop up for 1 second and there would be no time to read it. So for the past 8 hours I have been slowly finding out what it says by small glimpses, and I still dont know the full message. The message says something like "Your phone will now in the background. (number of seconds/minutes) until lock". This seems really strange because ive googled it many times in different ways and nothing came up. Any help to find out what it is, is appreciated.

You've got mail. Now that's a huge text message On December 3, 1992, Neil Papworth sent the worlds first ever text via short message service . His 15 character missive ‘merry christmas’ was sent to colleague Richard Jarvis..Since then the technique was adapted & popularised by public medium as a must for day to day communication, A personal computer was used to type in the text since mobile phones at that time didn’t have keyboards.. Today, an estimated 2,500 text messages are sent every second in Canada alone. Origin of the SMS Hillebrand who was the chairman of the non-voice services committee for the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) was tasked with developing a technology capable of transmitting, receiving and displaying text messages. The limited bandwidth available on wireless networks, which at the time were the sole reserve of car phones, Friedhelm Hillebrand Hillebrand and his team had to find a data pipeline capable of sending short messages across all cellular carriers and to all mobile phones.the idea of harnessing an existing radio channel that was already used to alert cellphones about reception strength. They tested that it could send 160 characters, but wasn't convinced that no-one ever going to send more than 160 characters Friedhelm Hillebrand found that most complete sentences and questions ran around 160 characters, So thus the standard (old) .Now a days mobile devices support larger & much diverse ways to send a message.. Early GSM handsets did not support SMS, and when they began to, the protocol was only used to inform recipients of a voicemail. It took a further seven years for cross-network SMS to become available.SMS nearly didn’t happen. It was so slow out of the gate, it threatened to simply give up and head back to the stable. During the 90s and early 2000s, teenagers adopted the technology in turn escalated it's popularity among their generation The original Nokia phone beep was actually Morse code for “SMS.” Texting is so popular that among adults aged 26-35 only 1 out of every 10 people would prefer to meet up face-to-face rather than send a text message , Annual text traffic is expected to reach 9.4 trillion by 2016. Flipsyde: Here's a different perspective at things, Texting maybe very useful for everyone But sometimes people take it too far & it has it's "side-effects" it has accounted for numerous fatality on road while texting & driving , Drivers in their 20s make up 27% of the distracted drivers in fatal crashes according to NHTSA move bitch.. get out the waay.. get out the way bitch.. With that out of the way..Here are some fun facts: Teenager Marcel Fernandes Filho recently became the world’s fastest texter by writing this message in 18.19 seconds with the text “The razor-toothed piranhas of the genera Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In reality they seldom attack a human” go & try that.. Texting is so popular that among adults aged 26-35 only 1 out of every 10 people would prefer to meet up face-to-face rather than send a text message. 63% of teens text on a daily basis, with some sending as many as 100 text messages per day. British surgeon David Nott performed a life-saving operation on a teenage boy in the Congo. He had never done the surgery before few in the world had but he pulled it off by receiving text message instructions on the procedure from a colleague. Research shows that elementary school students who text are actually better spellers than their students who don’t text. (AFAIK / YOLO/ SWAG) Neils paperworth Neils paperworth was 22 years old at the time of the inaugural text, working as a software engineer for the British company Vodafone to improve pager and cellphone messaging systems at a time when few people even carried cellphones. Richard Jarvis the person who he was sending the message to was at a Vodaphone Christmas party Pretty cool news Imo, Post your thoughts on this down below... So you know that most dangerous things that you can do is drive a car and message your friend or whatever. But if you actually do that you will deny it. But hey, you ever wondered the best way to describe the danger? A video game: What do you think about general safety when driving and dangers and what do you think about this game. I think it is cool and describes the SMS danger as it should.

I just upgraded my computer and gave it a new fanless cpu heatsink and got a new case... I keep getting the error "system fan failed" before the os boots, but lets me go into my os and do stuff. I have a case fan plugged into the cpu fan header, but that doesn't seem to be helping (I've tried it on and not on the cpu fan header) I have the other fan in my case hooked up to a fan controller, so I don't know if that is the issue. Please help me!
