Hey guys, Just planning out my new network. Note I have 1 ISP and only 1 WAN. There is a correction to the diagram, I meant to put in an un-managed switch in between the Modem and the two routers. What I want to do is have a manual failover router that can take over from the pfSense if something goes wrong on the pfSense. The DrayTek Vigor 2925 would stay turned off until needed. I know I still have single points of failure in the network. I want a setup like this as I am not at my house a lot and I manage it remotely. If something was to go wrong with the pfSense router, to get the network back up, it would need to be as simple as turning off the pfSense and turning on the DrayTek Vigor 2925 router (as my dad wouldn't know how to fix pfSense). Also just a quick question, if anyone knows anything about the DrayTek Vigor 2860 dual band router, is there a way to use it JUST as a Wireless point? Or would I just be better off setting up a pfSense VM on my server and have that as failover? Also if I was to setup a pfSense failover, if a bad config was configured on the main router, would that be copied over the the failover immediately, as that would defeat the point. Many Thanks ps at the bottom, after the managed switch, that goes into the internal network

Hi Everyone, I've had a lot of help doing something in the Google Sheets editor and have also posted this in the Google Apps Script forum but so far, no one's been able to help and I'm too clueless to help myself. If someone could point me the right direction or help me in any way, it would be much appreciated. Here's my issue. This is all on a spreadsheet online so the .getRange refers to the columns. The functions work perfectly fine and this whole code works fine as is but the problem is that if I have values returning from function concatCustomer() and concat() but NOT concatOther(), the code stops before concat() can be ran. To reiterate, if A2:A has values and E2:E has values returning while C2:C has no values returning due to input, the function for A2:A will run and the code will stop as C2:C won't return values and thus, E2:E's values will no longer be run. Is there an easy way to solve this? Someone in the Google Apps Script forum said to use {};{};{}; but I'm not sure how to input that. Thanks! Oh and just to add what updateConcatCustomer() is, this function is part of a dropdown menu so that other users can click on the dropdown menu, select the function and be able to update the spreadsheet and have the spreadsheet return the values. Hope that explains it! function updateConcatCustomer () { var ss = SpreadsheetApp.getActiveSpreadsheet(); var values = concatCustomer().map(function (e) {return [e];}); var sheet = ss.getSheetByName("Calc"); sheet.getRange('A2:A').clearContent(); sheet.getRange(2, 1, values.length, 1).setValues(values); var values2 = concatOther().map(function (i) {return [i];}); sheet.getRange('C2:C').clearContent(); sheet.getRange(2, 3, values2.length, 1).setValues(values2); var values3 = concat().map(function (k) {return [k];}); sheet.getRange('E2:E').clearContent(); sheet.getRange(2, 5, values3.length, 1).setValues(values3); }

I'm making a project for my C# class. The idea is that the end user will be able to use the program to construct their own text-based adventure game. I'm using a WPF, the bottom half of the form will be for the text command input and log, and the top will have a graphical representation of the map and a simple inventory display. I want the map to do two things: 1. Only show a room when the user enters it and 2. Move the player sprite to the correct room. The latter shouldn't be too hard, but it's the former that I have no idea on. If you've played the adventure game in the Google Chrome Developer Console, then you know the kind of map I want to create. If anyone has first hand experience in this and could give me some tips that would be great, or if someone could point me in the direction of a tutorial I can follow or something, I can't seem to find what I need.

Ive got an 1.15.2 Forge server with some mods on it. Its not realy a modpack it was just intended to test. but now we just kept playing on it ca.3-4 active and 6-8 sporadic players today my pc had a crash and now if i start up the server and it starts loading the world its imediatly at 100% loadet the message that it is 100% loadet repeats 3 times and then it just stops. I put the world in my client and its basicly the same if i start the world it starts loading jumps from nothing to 100% and just stops and the window has to be closed by Taskmanager. Someone here that had a problem like this before? Client and Server are on different PCs so the chance of a hardware problem is pretty much 0% its the world thats busted somehow.

Hello all, I bought a used PC yesterday to work as my first home server. I did updates here and there (and pulled my hair out because networking stuff is SOOO much fun) and in the end I sorta have it set up. One of the problems I have now is that I was trying to rename the mapped drive from the remote computer and while it let me delete the letters, it won't let me type new ones in. Is there a reason for that? Did I change something to make it not work right? Thanks, Jacob

Hi, So I have a numberpad keyboard that I would like to use as hotkeys to change scenes . Is there any way that I can map the numbers ONLY on the keypad and not on my gaming keyboard to another key that isn't on a conventional keyboard?

pl_frost - Push little cart in snowy mountain! Today I decided to work on my map a lot more so I decided to put it on the workshop. Currently I consider it pre-pre-pre alpha due to the amount of content inside and bugs. It will take a while to make it how I want it, but I'm sure it will be worth it. I went to a camp for Hammer Map Editor, and I learned Hammer within a week there, and demonstrated my map there. I have a imgur album for those that want to see before they play, so you can find some images there. I also created a subreddit for those of you that want to follow the map there. Links: Subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/pl_frost/ Imgur Album http://imgur.com/a/PVTRK Workshop page http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=738885514 Tf2maps.net page https://tf2maps.net/downloads/pl_frost.2454/ Thanks, and have fun! I'm always listening for more feedback.

The actual map: http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/internet/internetcanada.htm News article about it: http://mobilesyrup.com/2016/04/06/crtcs-new-interactive-map-reveals-broadband-coverage-in-canada/?utm_content=buffer71159&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer I currently live in rural Alberta 20km from the nearest town and I have 6Mbps down 1Mbps up unlimited data wireless internet. It works well but its $100/month. Hopefully this map makes the big three upgrade their infrastructure. Maybe get the people close to fiber lines some decent DSL for a decent price. I live about 1km from a fiber line and in that 1km there is at least 100 people or so.

I'm having some trouble with fast travel in Fallout 4 on the PC. Everything works fine but when I'm using the map my clicks to fast travel to locations and moving the map marker don't register. They do eventually but only after clicking 5+ times or spamming mb1. Controls seem to work fine whilst in power armour. Anyone else having problems with the map?

Hopefully this is the right area. I wanted to show off a gamemode I have been working on since 2012 for TF2. I have had the on TF2maps.net and game banana but since Steam has finally added Steam Workshop for maps it has gotten me excited again and to work on it more. Would love to see some input on the gamemode. I used the map CTF_Turbine. Once I have fine tuned the gamemode I have a map idea for this mode. That I have had drawn out since 2011. Objective: To win a point, -Gain Control of the Middle and Enemy sides capture points to Unlock Intel location. -Enemy Team must recapture Intel Room to Lock Intel Location. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=454163454

I have recently embarked on a project in which I need to create an interactive map from a JPG. The image is a map of a fantasy campaign setting. My initial research has lead me to a few places, Google Maps API looks promising, but I have no idea how I would parse the image into the amount of tile images needed for google maps, or how to do it correctly. I also stumbled upon MapBox, which I have no idea how much it allows for custom maps (it looks like it does but I have yet been able to figure it out). The biggest problem here is in order to create a layer to get started you need Geo Data, which if I'm working with a custom image, I don't know where I would get Geo Data. Before I dig in too deep in any one direction, I wanted to come over here and see if anyone has experience making an interactive map and could give me some pointers or at least some direction. Thanks!

Hey Guys, Long time reader, but finally decided to make a thread since I am in a pickle. Im buying an Odac along with an amp and have decided ont he SMSL sAp II: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/110889315357?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 but I came accross this: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/111278925841?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 Does anyone have experience with any of the two amps? Whats the difference between the sAp II and III, the internals look different but which one will perform better? I cant really find anything at all on the sAp III so I am unsure as wether it is better or not. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

So since there's a lot of different nationalities on this forum, it might be interesting to know what their personal view is on the world. The concept is simple. You fill in the countries on the map according to your personal opinion of them and post the result here. Here's the blank map: Link Here's mine:

Hey guys, I'm facing the question whether or not to plasti dip a mainboard (yea covering up the connectors, heatsinks, pcie and ram slots and the socket, I know). As the same question occurs to every type of mainboard-paintjob, I kindly ask: could someone with an IR-camera please take some photos of his/her mainboard running on a bench with only a gpu in a pcie slot under full load (I recommend p95 blendtest furmark music playing via headphones via crappy onboard (yea I know) crystal diskmark on hdd AND a fast USB 3 flashdrive copying a huge file from a nas all at the same time for 10 minutes or so) or even without the gpu so that we exactly know which components get hot (except for the obvious ones like cpu, chipset aka north / southbridge, GPU (if any) and vrm). Note: Goal of this is to find out how hot and especially which things COULD get. The results of the benchmarks naturally do not count, it's just all about maxing the stress. The Pics even don't have to be nice or anything. That way there would be no doubt for future moders which components to cover before painting / plastidiping etc. as future mainboards will probably pretty much have the same components. In theory LinusMediaGroup would have everything except for the IR camera (or do they), so they could do it (if they can afford the time). As Slick happens to do benchmarks quite often on a bench, it even probably wouldn't take much time to do for him. But then again he seems to be quite overworked (just thinking loud). If anyone could do such a thing, that would be really great. And I'm sure we would see a lot more paintjobs on mainboards in the future, too.

Hi guys, when I open maps/windows in the explorer they use the trash can icon instead of the map icon in the activitybar. How can I revert back to the map cion showing up instead? in other words fix it? It may be worth mentioning that I have sometime ago changed a map icon (mayy have been system file) to the trashcan icon (or altered it in some other way) somewhere. It was part of a guide for getting the trash can in the start meny. My os: windows 7 home premium 64-bit swedish Heres a picture of what I mean: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BTAOetJIAAAUUmE.jpg:large

EDIT: Posted earlier on Reddit by someone it appears to be the legit map of upcoming GTA V. It's HUGE! Must say I'm quite excited hopefully we will see it come to PC some time int the Q1/Q2 2014 As it turns out the signs of the map on Reddit have been removed making it suspicious and most likely because of the fact that it was real... shame all of the tech and game sites already have news on it everywhere Source: LINK Only link that survived from my previous list is this one showning the size of the bridge compared to the size of it on the map: http://imgur.com/a/gaxht/all I also found this video giving you the best idea of how big the map is:
