I purchased a Razer Naga Pro Wireless during black Friday in November 2021, and have had nothing but problems with it. I was met with an unfortunate stuttering issue that many others have faced due to 2.4 Ghz interference with the dongle. I have tried to use the mouse in bluetooth but the poor polling rate is not up to my standards, and have have tried all possible fixes for it. I am still within the return window (one upside to Amazon) and am looking into other options. I would prefer to have one with 5-6 side mouse buttons but it seems Razer is really the only mouse brand that has these sorts of wireless mice. After some research, I think i've decided to go with the Corsair M65 Ultra Wireless even though it only has 3 side mouse buttons. What are your thoughts on this choice and are there any other mice you'd recommend as an alternative? Any information or insight would be great!

So I'm in the process of building a new PC, and I decided that while I'm waiting for Vega, I'm going to buy new peripherals. I already got a monitor (LG 29UM58) and a keyboard (Logitech g410 Atlas Spectrum), but I'm having a hard time picking out a mouse. I currently have the Logitech g300s, and while I like it for the top buttons and it is quite nice for the price, it feels too small for my palm. Right now, I'm looking at the Corsair m65 Pro RGB, which is on sale on Amazon for $40. However, the dimensions are very similar to the Logitech (slightly longer and a tiny bit higher) and I'm worried it will feel small. Could anyone tell me how the m65 feels in comparison to the g300s? I think a big reason why the Logitech feels small is because of how skinny it is on the top, as there are large thumb flares on either side that make the mouse much wider than it feels. On the other hand, the Corsair is not quite as contoured, so it appears as though the width is similar throughout the mouse. I also appreciate any other recommendations you may have around the $40 mark (has to be on Amazon though, as I have some gift card balance to use up ). Thanks!

I'm wondering (aside from rigging up something like washers) that would allow me to increase the weight in the Corsair M65. right now it seems super light (to me) and just seems to glide on all surfaces. I've done some searching and I'm having a hard time finding anything. Thank you in advanced.

Hey, so I recently purchased a M65 Pro RGB mouse from Corsair to go along with my new K70 RGB Rapidfire Keyboard after completing by build. However, I've been experiencing lag from the mouse when in the Desktop. By lag I mean the mouse responds slowly to my movements. The mouse is unpredictable, the sensitivity is variable. I have the mouse set on 1500 DPI and have tried different DPI's yet the mouse still lags. The lag between me moving the mouse and it responding is about 0.3 seconds and happens only on the desktop being very noticeable. It seems that the mouse is trying to smooth out its motion. Anyone know of a fix for this? I tried plugging the mouse in to other USB ports on my Motherboard (Asus Maximus VIII Formula), and even tried switching it out with another M65 Pro RGB mouse because I bought 2 accidentally. I also tried plugging in a standard Dell Mouse, and that worked perfectly. Specs: Case: Corsair 460X RGB Mobo: Asus Maximus VIII Formula CPU: i7 6700k GPU: Asus Strix 1070 RAM: 32GB Corsair Dominator 3000MHz Cooler: Corsair H100i GTX PSU: Corsair HX750i Fans: 6X Corsair HD120 RGB Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB Rapidfire (Cherry MX Speed) Mouse: Corsair M65 PRO RGB Thanks and Happy New Year! EDIT: Upon trying the M65 mouse on my workstation laptop, the mouse worked just fine. On this laptop the Corsair Utility Engine (CUE) that controls the RGB lighting of Corsair Peripherals is not installed. Could it be a CUE function overriding a Windows Mouse Function?

Hello, I have an M65 PRO RGB mouse and since a couple days ago it is constantly lagging, freezing and even disconnecting entirely from my pc (like it stops responding and the lights turn off and i hear the windows sound). Im on windows 10, version 1903 and have so far tried: - Using different usb ports (back mobo ports, front ports and even my keyboard's usb port) - Turning off the power saving setting in device management. - reinstalling the mouse & the drivers and checking for driver updates. - Tried using it on my mac, and the same thing happens making me believe its a hardware issue? Its strange because it only just started happening a coupled days ago, no falls or anything. Anyone got any ideas of anything else I can do? I've already contacted corsair for an RMA but they haven't responded.

I currently have a corsair m65, but the scroll wheel click needs very much pressure to activate, and recently my right click started needing more pressure too. So I'm thinking of upgrading into a new mouse. I really liked the texture and how accurate and easy it is to scroll with the m65. I'm wondering if the g502 has a similar scrolling feel (regular scroll, not the free scroll feature of the g502). Also I'm wondering if the new m65 pro has improved at the durability of the scroll wheel click. Finally, what are the most common problems g502 develops over time? I heard that the pads under the mouse get torn up after a while. Anything else? Any other problems you faced with any of those 2 mice? Thanks!!

So I have a K70 Lux and a M65 mouse, and I seem to have many issues with Corsairs blatantly confusing software, is there something simplistic and lightweight that requires little effort that can control macros, keybinds and stuff for the Corsair products? I'm on Windows 10. (I keep having Macro issues and it just spamming keys when I hit the button on my mouse etc.)

Hello, I have an Corsair M65, wich i have owned for a couple of years. But lately it has been behaving weird. When i am playing a game of CSGO or PUBG the mouse sometimes keeps on going. For example, when i aim left and stop my hand movement, the mouse keeps aiming further left (it does this for al directions) I tried reinstalling the drivers and uploading the firmware to the mouse. I dont know if it is an hardware failure or a software issue. Any suggestions?

Hey guys, I have my mouse at 800 DPI default with the Corsair Utility Engine but at startup there's always 1-1,5 mins where it doesn't change the DPI and it's stuck on a much higher setting. Is there something super simple that I'm too idiotic to notice? I would like to start my pc and have my DPI at 800 without changing the windows sensitivity. Thanks!

My current mouse(logitech M310) seems to be dying after 5+ years of use and I was wondering hows the M65 as a replacement? it seems rather inexpensive with good features, I might use it for light fps gaming and web browsing.

Hey guys it's Austin AHHEERRHHGM sorry... Hey guys so I have been trying to decide between the Corsair M65 RGB and the G502 Spectrum. Now, before everyone flocks and says G502, I have a few issues. I currently own the M65 and I'm not sure if I should switch, as I have crippling buyer's remorse whenever I buy a product. The G502's sensor looks appealing to me, but the ergonomics and toy-ish feeling aren't very appealing to me. However, that is actually not my biggest issue. This may sound stupid but I have a corsair mouse mat, keyboard, and the void headset, and I feel like the G502 would look a little weird on my setup. The G502's price is also a lot higher than my m65, but I'm still within the return date so I guess an extra $30 wouldn't be terrible. Any advice guys?

I have had my corsair m65 mouse for about a year or so and I got it off of eBay (new). Today when I came to my desk the mouse was not tracking and the led's where blinking. (Also before this the side forward and back buttons went mushy) The mouse is still like this and is just blinking. I am really annoyed with the quality of the mouse. It should not be breaking after only a year of use. I have restarted my pc changed the usb port and nothing fixes it. Thanks for the help!

Basically the title, which is the better mouse? I am a fingertip grip and occaisional palm grip user and I mainly play FPS and flight/racing sims. Or if you like, suggest another mouse. Must be less that £50 and either colour-neutral or black and red. (Please don't suggest the new G502 Proteus Spectrum, too heavy and too expensive) Thanks everyone!

I bought an M65 RGB recently and I noticed when you have the lighting mode set to 'Colour Pulse' it jumps to a colour (Pink) that I haven't selected. What it's doing is starting the pulse pink, then once it reaches the peak it will flick momentarily to white (the selected colour applied to both sections) then back to pink to continue the effect. I'm just trying to get a pure white pulse. Anyone else experiencing this or have a fix? P.S It only seems to do this when I set both options to white.

The M65 Gaming mouse comes in black, and in white, you might think it's worthless to make a question if it's only the color that changes. But no, in the M65 the black edition has a more rubbery texture, while the white one has a more sweaty gloss. Which one should I choose? I've read reviews but I am still not sure. The white one would go better with my setup, and I have a glossy mouse right one so I don't think I will notice a difference.

M65 Gen 3 vs Gen2 vs Gen1 What are the differences, I know the difference with Gen1, but the other two look the same, does anyone now whats the difference?

Hey there guys, I've been using a M65 RGB for the past month or so and it's been great, but yesterday the mouse buttons stopped working. No matter what I bind to the buttons, no input is registered. I've unplugged the mouse and plugged it back in, restarted the pc, and fooled around with the Corsair Utility Engine a good bit, but nothing seems to work. I've updated it, and I've updated Razer Synapse (for my keyboard) as well just in case it was interfering with it somehow. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Hi all, I would like to simulate the ctrl key on one of my mouse buttons, but can't figure out how. The only thing can get to work is the press down for a specific time and lift up (not helpful because I'm not using it as a gaming macro) or press and keep pressed indefinitely. I use a CAD software called SolidWorks, and I frequently need to select multiple entities, so having a hotkey linked to ctrl on my mouse would be super useful so I don't have to hold down the ctrl key on the keyboard when selecting lines and surfaces and what not. Can anyone help? Much appreciated

Hello, this less a troubleshooting topic than it is a dialogue between Corsair HID users. I would like to set up macro keys and other functions for my m65 but i'm kind of a novice. Feel free to drop in and talk a bit about HID and what you can do with it. I'd like to know how to set up macro keys and profiles and all that fun stuff. Feel free to contribute whatever.

Hello all. I've been looking at a new mouse and I want to know one simple thing, any Corsair M65 owners out there, does the sniper button get in the way? Cause that's the only thing stopping me buying it. I detest side buttons on mice. If it does I'll just get the M45 or Sabre RGB. Thanks.

I'm bored and I can't sleep... I guess I'll write about a few of the changes (improvements?) corsair made to this mouse that aren't pointed out on corsair's website, nor on other sites. Note: I wear a size 9 (large) glove where I work, and primarily use a claw-style grip with my mouse. My hands aren't huge, but definitely not small. The original m65 fit my hand wonderfully, aside from the fact that the sniper button was positioned poorly. With my hand in the ideal position to press the side-mounted front and back buttons, pressing the sniper button was awkward, and the only way to use it in gameplay without adjusting my hand necessitated pressing the rearmost edge of it (I blame this for the button becoming mushy on one side over time). In a position that made the sniper button comfortable to press, hitting the two additional side buttons became awkward- one of which requiring my thumb to be bent sharply rearward. Not quick and certainly not comfortable. The new mouse seems to address that issue well, as it positions the sniper button further back in order to keep all of the buttons on the left side easily accessible. Aside from this, it seems as though the two models are identical dimension-wise. As far as button functionality goes, the DPI selector buttons positioned behind the scroll wheel allow 5 dpi settings to be stored to the device, as opposed to 3 on the original. The selection indicator on the original featured 3 blue led 'bars' that lit up depending on whether you had setting 1, 2, or 3 selected- simple and easy. The new RGB model uses a single color-coded LED to indicate your selection, which I found to be less than ideal. By default, all 5 settings are assigned sharply contrasting colors- which makes it easy to tell which setting you're using at a glance (if you can remember which ones are higher, medium, and lower), but if you're going for a color coded theme, they become a bit of an eyesore. That is, if you notice them at all in the first place. The colors can all be changed via the updated corsair utility engine software- completely different software than what is used for the original m65. As far as RGB functionality, I mean... It's there. You can set all kinds of fading and gradient effects. Like on the original m65, the LED surrounding the scroll wheel is barely noticeable. You pretty much have to be looking directly at it in a dark room with the monitor off to notice it. The RGB LED on the rear of the mouse is much more noticeable... when you aren't using the mouse. The only problem I've had with the new mouse is solely RGB related. Storing chosen colors and effects worked well, as did storing my different DPI profiles. The problem is that occasionally after a restart or after waking up from sleep mode, the LEDs will not function even with the software already running in the background. Going into the software and turning the LEDs on and off does nothing. DPI settings work, just no LEDs. This is easily remedied by removing the usb cable and reinserting it. attached: images comparing the two models side-by-side. Happy gaming! -kevsea

Hey LTT! Just picked up a Corsair M65 RGB and it feels great so far. My only issue seems to be that after I turn my computer off and then back on, the lighting doesn't work until I unplug it and plug it back in. The mouse still tracks fine but the lighting doesn't appear. Any fixes? Ideas?
