Rainbow Dash Wizardry Mark II (RDW MK2) is my personal evolved, completed gaming rig I built and tinkered over the last few months of 2020 after her departure from the "Mark I" status. It was inspired from the PC built in LTT's Ultimate RGB PC Build Guide but made to suit my needs - optimized for overclocking and whisper quiet operation, even during a heavy, synthetic workload. When RDW was in her Mark 1 days in 2019, she was temporarily used as a PXE Boot Server at my workplace (an internet gaming café in Singapore) to boot 84 diskless gaming PCs for my customer's enjoyment for 3 months. But her job as a server is complete and she is now back with me and I upgraded and evolved her. This build was designed to ensure that the user get: - A no compromises, stable gaming experience with very high frame rate - Continuous synthetic, overclocked load without throttling - basking in RGB Glory (which is something a gaming PC "NEEDS" now) - Very Whisper Quiet operation - Able to cool and work as well even in a non Air Conditioned environment of up to 34C The name Rainbow Dash Wizardry came from LTT's Ultimate RGB PC Build Guide - "So let's turn the light's out... Colorful has just announced their AIO liquid cooled GTX1080Ti. And it features some pretty interesting cooling tech straight out of the box. Help please, I’m new to water cooling and just bought everything I knew I would need, pump, reservoir, Cpu block, radiator, tubing and just got my fittings theyre monsoon free center compression fittings for flex tubing and they came with two sets of O rings all I know is that one set is UV reactive and the other is a back up. Do I put the o rings on the barb end or the g1/4 end.

Since I may also overclock these parts, I thought it would better if get a chassis that would help with water-cooling. The chassis(spectre 2.0) is from singularity computers(shout out to Daniel Cannon) has integrated cable management, a reservoir for cooling liquid, and a PSU compartment. The inspirations are previous builds from Jayz two cents' Beerbongs and Bentleys Custom PC Case!, Linus, and l3p spectre The PSU shroud has provision for attaching a vertical GPU mount. With the mount, only a single SSD can be hooked up on the shroud. Still figuring out if I should use a bracket for the HDD. Most of the parts were ordered a year ago. I was worried that TitanXP water blocks would have got decommissioned since the introduction of the RTX series. Fortunately, EKWB has compatible blocks and backplates. I haven't designed the loop yet since it needs a lot more research than I expected. So here's the chassis build progress. I'll update you more.

I just upgraded my system to these configs: *Intel i7 4790k *Corsair H100i *650W psu Corsair *Nvidia Gigabyte G1 gaming 4GB DDR5 gtx 960 *Asus Z97A *16 giggs of Corsair Vengeance DDR3 *Thermaltake Chaser MK-I Basically, after setting it all up, I seem to be having one problem. At the store when they set it up everything including the fan led's were working great. and I set it up at home just now a few minutes ago and both the fans are running great, The front fan LED's working great as well but the side mesh panel fan which is another 200mm although working fine the led's not working somehow. Both are 200mm fan's btw. It's got a 3pin connector and connected to the bottom "CHA FAN 2" port on the motherboard. Where have I gone wrong? Because it was working fine on the store just a couple hours ago. Not a manufacturing problem, maybe a issue with my setup maybe? Help would be great guys, I adore you all.! Cheers.!
