I have been recently thinking that I would like to upgrade my GPU. a month or so ago I thought I might get a 4070 TI but with the recent leaks that there might be a 4070 super coming soon, I'm not sure what I should do. I want to buy it very soon due to many sales, but I'm not sure if it's just worth waiting for the 4070 super to come out. please advise me if you have any information.

No spoilers here, if asked I can upload screenshots but I don't want to risk it knowing how Nintendo is. Maybe this can be a topic for Wan show. I haven't gathered much information on it, just downloaded it and played it so here is what I know. Basically, the game got leaked 1 week before the official release. Nintendo has been copyright-claiming gameplay videos on youtube left and right which I think is funny, and the game is fully playable on emulators(although with some major issues.) Known major issues in these emulators are some texture glitches, one of the new areas being barely unplayable cause of that(there is a workaround) and game crashes every now and then. Even with all of this, I've been able to play through the whole first area of the game in a few hours after configuring it. For what I have seen looks like some people got the physical copy of the game earlier on and ofc they started making images of them and the game got instantly on privateered websites. Maybe people can share more information here, for the time being though, this is all I know.

Summary This is all of the rumors, leaks, and hints that Apple is giving towards a new iPhone SE. Quotes My thoughts I really hope theres a new iPhone SE on the horizon. I actually have the iPhone SE 2020, (2nd Gen) so this is good news for me. Apple is giving away a lot of little hints at a new iPhone Se, like removing the 256GB option on their website, and that international testing has reportedly begun. So, if this does happen, cheap Androids may still be good value, or Apple may destroy them. (Most likely Apple will be good at a certain PRICE point.) Sources cnet

Keyword is "apparently" Summary After some benchmarks, a user of the windows 11 leak has shown that the OS is quite a bit faster and more efficient than Windows 10. Windows 10 has been ragged on since day one for being a massive resource hog in comparision to its previous iterations. The source showed fall in boot times, higher single core and multicore performance and higher scores for the GPU in 3Dmark. The source ran these benchmarks on bare metal, without any of the OEM software. It seems most of the improvements are coming from better power management, slightly better optimization etc. Quotes My thoughts First of all, take this with a grain of salt. The results can be manipulated, and since there are few published tests, hence your mileage may vary. These results may also have been manipulated. But if Windows 11 does improve performance over Win 10, it might just indicate that 11 is to 10, what 7 was to vista. LTT please do a video on this! Sources Windows 11 apparently offers big performance improvements over Windows 10 (xda-developers.com) Windows 11 appears to outperform Windows 10 by a huge margin | Windows Central Windows 11 is apparently faster than Windows 10 (windowslatest.com)

Hey guys; long time viewer, first time writer: I'm building my first gaming PC and I had a major question. I was planning on buying the 2060 super for my $2000CDN build, but I've heard some rumors that the 3000 series from Nvidia is about to release sometime in 2020. I am concerned that this could cause a price drop in the 2060 and I'll lose out on cash I could have saved by waiting a couple months. Do you guys know how true these rumors are or is it worth just buying it now anyways. I want to have my computer finished by September and I don't want to wait too long. Thanks, POLUS BOLUS

Hi everyone Intel 8th gen CPU's are closer than we think. An article originally on Laptopmedia has shown Acers upcoming Swift 3 laptop, shipping with an i5 8250U. The credibility of the source seems legit since this laptop has been found in 3 different online stores across Europe. Whats quite exciting is that the mobile Intel i5 U chips will finally come with 4 physical cores, but without hyperthreading. This means that it should be faster than the Pentium G4560, all Kaby Lake i3's, the i5 U and HQ models, any i7 U model, as well as the i5 6400 and 6500 desktop processors. We would most likely see performance similar or higher than the Intel 7300HQ. For reference, the 7300HQ scores 514 on Cinebench. This is due to the U processors only having a 15W TDP, whereas HQ processors have a 45 TDP however, Coffee Lake is rumoured to have a 15-30% increase in IPC, so performance could be similar. Here's the link to the article: http://laptopmedia.com/news/intel-core-i5-8250u-is-coming-acer-swift-3-to-get-it-early/ Thanks for reading.

i Hope im not getting kicked into the ass linking another tech-yt´s vid on ltt forums, but jump to 51:00 ( 51:00 in fahrenheit inches ) for the news on the leaked i7.8700K benchmarks. If these numbers are correct, so that this benchmarked cpu really was a full funtional ready-to-sell 8700K, then he can already start putting himself into the grave. Im adding a screenshot of my ryzen 5 1600 cpu cinebench scores. Bare in mind, my ryzen currently has a 3.6 ghz oc(planning to go higher) and 3200 mhz 8gb dual channel ram kit on a ASUS Prime B350M-A mobo. my ryzen 5 1600 (not oc´ed to its full capability) scored 1209, while the 8700K at stock scored 1230. If the mentioned price increase in comparison to the ryzen 5 1600 really is about 100 bucks, as kyle and paul mention it in the video, thats really really reeeeeeally bad. if this is what intels plans to counter amd with, i am now very happy that i didnt wait for coffee lake to drop...

I think this is allowed in here, otherwise, then please tell me where else to put it. Sincerely, Shinion

I've found a 4c/4t CPU titled AMD Eng Sample: 2D2204BGMCWH2_33/29_N, I believe that this is similar to the 12c/24t leaked benchmark thanks to the name of the sample, here are the results: Im not sure if these are legitimate results but they are impressive when thought about that way

Tech_Dreamer posted a topic in Tech News
anniversary time gizmodo.co.uk allegedly got a major leak from a tech retailer about the upcoming Samsung galaxy flagship release event along with a few crispy details on the product price & it's whereabouts happening next year. The upcoming latest 10th anniversary flagship phone from Samsung for the next lineup for the year 2019 , the S10 series of flagship phones will will launch at a Samsung Unpacked event before Mobile World Congress 2019, on the 20th of February reportedly. The phone will be available for pre-order from that date, and will then be released on Friday the 8th of March. Product lineup 3 versions : Lite , Regular & Plus (S10 lite , Galaxy S10 & Galaxy S10+ ) Here are as much details i could pick up(took me almost an hour filtering through fake sites & somewhat authentic ones, no guarantees on the accuracy as everything is alleged by the source & it's sources) S10 Lite version will have a 5.8" curved screen. (rumored to be flat but other rumor sources say its a higher end one) pinhole camera at front allowing screen to curve around the camera edge as in recent front facing in screen camera design they did. packing 128GB of storage and would retail at around £669 (around $849 usd) micro SD & 3.5mm jacks & all the regular good stuffs for a premium price could not find battery details S10 Standard version will have a curved 6.1" screen with a choice of 128GB or 512GB storage 128GB priced at £799( around $1000) 512GB priced at £999 ( around $1200) could not find battery details S10 Plus version will have a 6.4" 1440 x 3040 flat screen with curved screen edge at bottom (or an alleged 6"7 screen according to an old rumor, tho that might be a note 10 version) alleged 12GB ram 3 cameras at rear at minimum or alleged 4 camera on the back & 2 front facing camera (totaling upto 6 camera in one phone) 3 camera setting in rear at 12MP f/1.5-f/2.4 variable aperture lens, a 16MP f/1.9 aperture lens with a 123-degree field of view, and a 13MP f/2.4 aperture lens. 128GB & 512GB & a whopping 1 TB storage 128 GB priced at £899 ( around $1140) 512 GB priced at £1099 (around $1400) 1TB priced at £1400 (around $1800 ) front facing DUAL camera code named Beyond X Front facing cameras are at top right corner & is cut into the screen as a notch ? glass metal back? could not find battery details, expect something around 4000mah or above alleged product image of S10 Plus Alleged design, feature & other details S10 Base version along with other models will have the Infinity O display, aka the doughnut or hole-punch design whereby a hole's made in the front of the screen to contain the selfie camera and avoid having a notch. An Ultrasonic in-display Fingerprint sensor which would scan the print in 3 dimension. Retina/IRIS scan removed , improved facial recognition instead Curved screen on 2 models & one flat with front facing pin hole camera at front on all One UI interface layered on top of android Pie 5G support even tho it hasn't been available publicly A Snapdragon 855 or Exynos 9820 chipset 3.5mm jack still intact at bottom edge Animojis improved . Dual lens in the Plus version is cut into the screen as a notch & not blended into the screen like a pin hole with screen curving around it. For me the S10 plus details are very interesting if it turns out to be true , samsungs been learning a lot from their past mistakes , it'll be interesting to see how this turns out, new light weight UI should improve battery & overall usability, What do you guys think? leave your comments & rants down below, how do you think the specs are & how trust worthy they are? leave a comment on that one too down below. Most of this information is provided by AdoredTV, I highly suggest watching this video for more information. Source 1: https://www.techspot.com/news/86897-amd-radeon-rx-6000-gpus-revealed-macos-big.html Source 2: https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/newegg-is-listing-radeon-rx-6700-xt6800-xt-and-6900-xt-specs-in-its-blog.html It would appear we are getting a clearer view on the Navi 21-based GPU (known as, Sienna Cichlid). Navi 21 will supposedly pack up to 80 CUs (equates to 5120 stream processors, "Cores"). There's two variants however: Navi 21a @ 2050MHz, and also Navi 21b @ up to 2200MHz. The faster Navi 21b @ 2200MHz would result in performance somewhere around 22 TFLOPs; meaning on paper, it's slower than an RTX 3080 @ about 30 TLFOPs. TFLOPs performance doesn't always translate as faster howbeit, and AMD might have IPC gains too (due to RDNA 2). The Radeon RX 6000-series is going to be on the 7nm node (TSMC), while NVIDIA's 3000-series are on Samsung 8nm. Hence, expect the Navi 21b variant to get close to RTX 3080 performance or maybe even an RTX 3070; while the Navi 21a should be within RTX 3060 Ti vicinity (with pricing clearly dictating the winner in those specific performance categories / slots). This is of course, all speculation, and subject to change. Nonetheless, we are given a decent blueprint here for possible Navi (21, 22, 23) performance in the mean time.

Summary The Android foldable from Microsoft, which was initially unveiled at an Product event last year on October 2nd 2019, is rumored to go on sale and start shipping as soon as this Month. Offical looking renders have leaked on August 7th and show of the final Hardware design of the Surface Duo. Compared to the early units Microsoft shared with us last year the big difference in these renders from Evan Blass (@evleaks, prominent smartphone leaker) is the inclusion of a flash in the top right corner next to the Selfie Camera (which is also the only Camera on the device). It’s identical to the real world shots shared by various Microsoft employees in recent weeks. Photos Quotes My thoughts Well the Duo and it's bigger Brother the Neo will definitely be very Premium foldables with Premium Price tags to boot. My guess is that the Duo is gonna start at 1199 USD and the Neo at 1799 USD at the very least. Spec wise the Duo is a High End class device with its rumored Snapdragon 855, 6GB RAM and dual screens. But the Neo (which will run Windows) with its Lakefield CPU is just gonna be as fast as the Surface X mabye, it's just a Mobile part so we shouldn't expect a lot of performance out of these devices which are glued shut and don't have any active cooling. So the Duo is rumored to become available this Month even while we have to wait till Holiday season for the Neo. Summary Today, renders of the upcoming Galaxy Fold 2 have been leaked. They show many upgrades to the original Galaxy Fold. The changes include: Bigger external screen (6.23” vs 4.6”) Bigger internal screen (7.7” vs 7.3”) Replacing the corner camera with a hole punch camera Triple cameras on the back The expect changes to the internals include: Upgraded processor (Snapdragon 865 plus) 4,365mAh Battery 15 watt wireless charging It will be officially announced on August 5th at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event. Quotes My thoughts I think these are the standard changes that come with a new generation of phones. While exciting, they are not surprising. I just hope it isn’t as messed up as the original fold was at launch. Sources The Verge Status Update by @dizmo (where I first heard about the leak) Techradar

Source Article: https://9to5mac.com/2018/07/23/leaked-internal-apple-videos-detail-iphone-x-imac-pro-macbook-pro-repairs/ "As spotted by Reddit user turnby, the 11 internal Apple repair guides showed up on YouTube recently. Motherboard got in touch with the YouTuber who uploaded them about a month ago that were first discovered on Twitter. However, they were likely kept as privately listed on YouTube until recently as Apple would have taken action to pull them long before now." These videos provide a glimpse into how Apple repairs our devices. It also shows why some repairs are either very difficult for a user or third party to repair, or are straight up impossible to do without internal tools. Video Links: The videos have been taken down. Personal Notes: That display calibration tool is what made me have to get a replacement. The tool was unable to connect to Apple's servers, so 5 hours after my quoted repair time, and multiple trips, the technician finally told me that I needed a replacement device. All fine and dandy except that I had to restore 86 Gigabytes of data which made me go over on my ISP Data Cap for the month because I hadn't anticipated such a large download. @GabenJr At least now you know how Apple would've fixed your iMac Pro.

I've been thinking.. GPU sag might be a point of weakness for springing leaks in the long term. What are your thoughts on this? I'm thinking I'm going to use a bracket in my next build in a year or so to prevent this in the long term. What do you think? Am I wrong about this? If not, what are some ways other than brackets to prevent this in the long term? If you've ever sprung a leak, was it around the GPU and was it possible that the droop effected it over time? Just deep in thought on this and curious in a for the sake of science sort of way. I'm sure if you plan out your loop right and do regular maintenance, this is not an issue.

So apparent leaks about the iPhone 7 (they are usually correct, especially when multiple ones show the same, but I always take them with a grain of salt) so that among a few changes, the iPhone 7 apparenlty dropped the 3.5mm jack. Thay is an interesting thing, I'm sure lightning to 3.5mm jack sales will go up, and perhaps we'll see two versions of some headphones or perhaps adapters included. Let's not go into bluetooth *shivers* So looks like Apple Inc. has made another bad decision that fanboys and such will welcome, and people from the side lines might look and wonder why. Were do you find yourself? Do you welcome the loss or lament the days of 3.5mm jack? Do you think the leaks are fake? Could 3.5mm be like the SC card for the GS6? Gone only for it to return in the next version? If anyone is interested in a link (apparenly people can't google for themselves now) here it is http://m.gadgets.ndtv.com/mobiles/news/iphone-7-leaked-video-shows-no-35mm-headphone-jack-lightning-to-35mm-adapter-tipped-865063
