I've been wanting to build my home theater, at first i wanted a soundbar, but i realized the potential that came with speakers and an amplifier. At the moment this is what i've got in mind: For the speakers i am between 2 models that go around the same price point: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2. Klipsch R-41M Both of them fit my pricepoint with Elac being just a tiny but more expensive. And for the sub the one i've been looking for is the Klipsch r-12sw – Subwoofer. My biggest problem at the moment is that, the only audio amplifier that i've found that is: Not too much expensive Has a 2.1 interface Has a optical input for the tv Is the S.M.S.L AD18, i would like to upgrade that later. I would like to read other alternatives, options or routes that i could go with. I live in mexico so prices and availability are kind of difficult specially in markets not as massive as others.

Setting up a new home theater system soon and looking for some help on picking the AV receiver. This is my first setup and will look to do it proper, with a budget of around 15k AUD and don't really want to spend more than %30 of my budget on receiver if i could. 7.2.2 is the goal. Centre: Klipsch RP-500C Floorstanding: Klipsch RP-5000F Dual 5.25″ Tower Rear: Klipsch R-51M Monitor Surround: Klipsch RP-402S Height: Klipsch CS-16C II In Ceiling Speaker Subwoofer: SVS PB-1000 Pro (may change surround and rear speakers) will add another sub in future. was also at the option of adding another power amp for front channels in future(maybe) Need a receiver that can run the 7.2.2 channels with latest tech. (4k/120, room correction...ect) Two receivers i came across that i think ticks all boxes. Denon AVC X4700H, Marantz SR6015 and still in budget.

I have this old, yet powerful reciever. I dont know much about home theater setup. I just know that my current lower end sony bookshelf speakers are being overpowered by my POLK psw 10 subwoofer. The sony bookshelves get loud, but sound isn't very sharp. My budget is 150 dollars max for a pair of bookshelves. I'm considering the klipsch R 41ms and the sony sscs5 would any of these work with my old reciever? Would they sound good with my Polk psw 10 subwoofer? They would be used in a small room.

I'm curious of your opinions on this setup combo and your opinions on the price. I believe it's beyond fair. Parts list is in picture. I'm not trying to sell this online, the shipping would be horrid. Setup in action.

Hi Guys, Im thinking about buying the Klipsch reference over ear headphones and I want to know if they would be good for watching movies/tv and hip hop music with somewhat decent noise isolation

I recently owned a pair of Sennheiser CX 300-II, they worked fairly well for how much they were. They randomly stopped working after 2 years. What are the best earbuds available for around $30-40? My Preferences: - I don't like huge earbuds that stick real far out - I do like some bass - Noise Dampening (the CX 300-II were supposedly)

Just need some help if anyone has had some experience with these receivers. I just bought a pair of Klipsch R-15m speakers and want to use a receiver to drive them in a 2.1 (possibly 2 or 3 subs). Also need a sub out to which I have a wonky setup for my sub(s). Currently the Pioneer VSX-531 goes for 299 CAD and the Yamaha RX-V379 for 329 CAD. My dad has a Pioneer VSX-921 that drives a 7.1 setup and does well so I trust the VSX series. Do you think the VSX-531K would be plenty for my speakers? R-15m Specs FREQUENCY RESPONSE: 62Hz - 24kHz +/- 3dB LOW FREQUENCY EXTENSION: 54Hz SENSITIVITY: 94dB @ 2.83V / 1m POWER HANDLING: 85W Continuous/340W Peak NOMINAL IMPEDANCE: 8 Ohms Compatible

Im planning on getting some Klipsch bookshelf speakers and a turntable (cuz vinyl for life) and I was thinking: "I want to use my speakers for my computer and turntable, can I connect them to the same amp?" Can I?

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to see what everyone thinks about the Klipsch R6i. I currently own the Beyerdyanmic 200 ie earphones but they don't work with my phone; I can't listen to music using them and the in-line mic + volume adjustments aren't compatible with Android. Are the Klipsch R6i's any good? If so, how do they compare? I only use my Beyerdynamic 200 ie earphones at work and attached to my laptop ever.... I'm looking for something good to use with my phone though. Thanks!

Gonna get right to the issue here.. Was using a smsl q5(0)? pro to power my Klipsch r15m stereo bookshelf speakers and a Klipsch sw120.. Everything was fine but I wanted a headphone out and Bluetooth so I upgraded to the computer topping mx3.. I also changed my speaker cables from some self made ones to proper micca 14 gauge wires and a longer sub cable to position the sub further away.. Everything works the same except for two issues.. First issue is that when I turn my amplifier off my sub bumps twice pretty hard, enough that it actually startled me the first time.. The only change to my sub is the new cable that is single ended instead of Y split.. The other is whenever I try using foot bar to play music it gives a pop up saying the device isn’t detected (was working perfectly fine up until I switched devices). I can give some more specific details like the specific cable for the sub I had before and after and the exact message I get on foot bar after I get back home.. Just hopping to get some suggestions as it’s inconvenient to have my sub bump so loud whenever I turn it off (I live in an apartment lol)

I have a Lenovo Y70-70 Touch with Windows 10 Pro 1809, Dolby ATMOS for Headphones works great with my headphones. Unfortunately, my Klipsch KMC 1 is recognized as headphones instead of as a speaker, so the only ATMOS option available is the headphones option. If this were the only problem caused by its misrecognition I'd probably let it go, but it also is affecting Skype calls and other apps that call for a microphone. Any ideas on how to make windows see the speaker as a speaker? PC Documentation Product Manual for Speaker Spec Sheet for Speaker

Needs some advice. I am looking to wire the lower level of a barn designed for cocktail hour / wedding receptions. Upstairs will have the DJ and dance floor etc but i would like to install a sound systems downstairs (approx 2,000sqft) to play background music, etc. Features like Wi-Fi, BT, HEOS, Airplay sound great and this needs to be a wired system. Ultimately i am look for good crisp sound. Also, ideally i would like to have 8 speakers inside (including 1 in each bathroom) and 2 speakers outside but could probably get away with 6 speakers inside and 2 out. Crutchfield recently recommended the following and i bought the Denon 4400 but i have been reading some mixed reviews. I do not intend to turn his into a home theater systems so simply looking for the best Amp to run crisp sound. For the price ($899), the 4400 looked like a good deal but i will await some feedback on whether i should return it or not. Secondly, depending on the Amp you recommend, what speakers should be paired with it? Genre of music will be country, rock, classical, etc. I do not have interest in large subs or bass. 714RB61IIB Klipsch RB-61II BK (pair) Bookshelf speakers (x8) 033AVX4400 Denon AVR-X4400H Dolby Atmos home thtr rcvr w.HEOS (x1) 714AW400 Klipsch AW-400 Outdoor Speakers (x2) Thank you in advance.

I'm looking to replace my Klipsch pro media speakers due to the snap popping noises and all orther sorts of issues with the product. I currently have a Creative Labs AE-5 sound card, I'm happy with the card since it made the speakers sing better than the motherboard's onboard. I'm looking at either a JBL LSR 305 mkii or go with the audio engine A2+ and sub. I had used a Bose Companion 20 in the past, and I didn't like the shallow low end that it produced. I currently had gotten a Logitech G560 from BB from the warranty on the Klipsch. Personally, I think it's a complete let down. It's muffled way to much at low volumes and when it is clear, it has to be at a higher volume. On top of that, I'm having way too many software issues to make owning it worth while. Also, can recommendations would be great. I'm looking to spend about $300 tops for now on a good pair of speakers, then add a sub later on down the line possibly. I plan on using my sound blaster card since I'm not a big fan of DACs.

Hello, First timer to forums here. My issue is ive fallen in love with klipsch's R 15-M bookshelf speakers and bought them to use for a stereo set up on my computer without having a good enough understanding of how higher end audio equipment functions. I quickly realized they are not powered and ran out to buy an amplifer [(Pyle PCA4) (2x120 Watt Home Audio Speaker Power Amplifier)]. The amplifier has been doing just fine powering the speakers. My concern after reading more online is talk about the need for a pre-amp and in the case of PC set ups, a DAC as well. So I was hoping to get some advice from a forum about any recommendations on what I should get to have the optimal experience and most importantly, not damage my new treasures. Right now with my budget im looking at just spending money on what is absolutely necessary (bare essential equipment). Currently I have the speakers up on stands sitting at ear level, wired up with banana clips to 16 gauge wire running 6ft to the aforementioned amplifier (amazon link to amplifier page https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0036VO6G4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), and the amplifier is being fed audio from my PC via a generic brand AUX cable. I plan on putting them to better use in a surround sound theater system later when I have the room and disposable income, but for now id like to break them in and enjoy them as a stereo set up on the PC. I hope I gave enough information to allow advice to be given. Will check up on forum regularly to try and give any more information people might need. PS. please no trolling or sarcasm, really just want serious answers from knowledgeable people who have an appreciation for the HiFi life

EDIT: After posting this, I discovered the fix! For some reason, the Denon Receiver would NOT switch automatically to 24p. I had to manually change the receiver to 24p via settings, and then the lip sync is PERFECT! Hopefully this could help some people who are going through a similar issue. Hey guys! I have a question regarding trying to dial in Lip Sync for my Home Theater setup. I recently completely overhauled my setup, and am having issues with 24p and lip syncing. I'm admittedly kind of new to all this, so I'm trying to figure this all out. This is what I'm running: LG 55" C7 Denon AVR 2400X Klipsch R26F Tower Speakers Klipsch R25C Center Aiwa Surround Speakers Devices Used: Xbox One S Playstation 4 Apple TV 4K If I try doing 24p mode in Blu-Ray, I get an audio latency issue, that I just can NOT fix via the TV's audio fix or the Denon receiver's fix. If I set the playback to 60p, I have no issue. I don't know if there's anyone who was in a similar boat, that could point me in the right direction. Since the issue is happening on three separate devices, I'm thinking it's either with the receiver or with the TV. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hello all,I am currently running a Denon AVR-2802 with a pair of Paradigm Reference Studio 60v3's. I am bi-amping these speakers through the 5-channel stereo mode (FR,FL, SR,SL). I have a Mirage LF-100 sub-woofer that I plan to dual sub with the RPW-10.Now to the problem: The RPW10 powers on and off. When I connect it to my sub woofer pre-out(like i did with the mirage and it worked), the RPW has no sound. I then hooked up the speaker woofers to the RPW, and then the RPW t the Denon using speaker wire. The woofers worked, but the RPW still didn't output any sound. Pictures of the ports are attached.Any thoughts on how to fix? Thankshttps://imgur.com/a/jyuBt

I have a set of klipsch rm-15m that i use with a harmon kardon avr 354 hooked up to my pc. However the problem i have with this is that i only get sound when using the pre-out which means no amp which makes for really quiet audio. I can figure out why but no matter what other port i plug my rca to 3.5mm cord into i get no sound at all unless it is in the pre-out which is to quiet. Someone please help!

Alright so this is my first high end audio setup and first that is not computer speakers. Since i am starting to become an audiophile, although not quite there yet, i decided to spend a considerable amount of money on this setup and i would like to know what you guys think! 1. klipsch r-15m 2. harmon kardon avr 135 3. sewell deadbolt banana plugs 4. cable matter rca to 3.5mm 5. media bridge 14 gauge speaker wire 6. auray ip-s isolation pads Alright so let me know what you guys think. Honestly it sounds amazing, better than my dads setup, which although it very high end, sound on these r-15m is much clear and more natural (to me at least).

Ok so i have the options above and i cant really decide. Right now i am thinking about doing the audioengine a2 because i can get them for about $80 with the audioengine stands. But at the same time i think the klipsch icons would sound better but be more expensive and more complicated to setup. Finally the easy setup and nice looks have me also considering the sound sticks but since they are computer speakers i do expect them to not sound as good and prohaps have more of a "fun" sound rather than a natural sound. My spending limit is only $150 and that is why i am mainly looking on ebay. Thanks a lot and please help!

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a good but relatively cheap pair of earbuds since my thinksound earbuds are breaking. I'm leaning towards the Senheisers, but I'm wondering if I should look at anything else. I won't use them while running, so don't worry about that. Also, is the asymmetrical cord length on the senheisers good or bad? I've never had earbuds like that before. Thanks, Jacob

I bought the KIlpsch S4i because they were suggested to me as a replacement for the headphones that I used to use with my phone and because they are almost always 50% off on Amazon. In no way, shape, or form am I an audio expert so I can't really give the fine details regarding the sound. What I can say is that I was really surprised by how good these headphones are, but let's get into the review. Specs DRIVE COMPONENTS: Full range KG 25 FREQUENCY RESPONSE: 10Hz-19kHz IMPEDANCE: 18 ohms INPUT CONNECTIONS: 3.5mm NOISE ISOLATION: -16 SENSITIVITY: 110dB SPL/mW WEIGHT: 11.9 grams (Directly from the Klipsch page for the S4i's: http://www.klipsch.com/image-s4i-black-in-ear-headset) Presentation of Product The box that the headphones come in is very nice and says pretty much everything you need to know about the headphones at a glance. Inside you'll find the headphones with the medium eartips already installed, a small metallic carrying case. el manuel, and a baggie with various eartips. For an unboxing, check this video out: Comfort I've never really been a fan of in-ear headphones but the S4i's suit my ears well and the various eartips included can be used if you don't like the ones that come on the S4i's. Although I find that after extended use thay can become loose in my ears. Sound Sound is good. Like I said I'm not an audio expert but I can say that the audio for these headphones rivals that of headphones three times the price. I can hear my music clearly and the bass is definitely there but doesn't over power the rest of the song. Also, the in-line controls I assume work well but I can't use them since I have an Android phone. Conclusion For the price I think these are an amazing value when it comes to headphones. Like I have said already, I'm not an audio expert so I encourage you to look around for other reviews from other people. Thanks for reading and I hope I wrote a good review for the Forum! :)

What is the difference between the S4 and the newer S4 II? Are there any significant changes in sound quality? (feel free to recommend other in ear headphones in this price range)

I have £35/$60 to spend on a durable, bassy sleak pair of in-ear headphones and I did reasearch and it seems there are two main options that come up. Klipsch Image S4II: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Klipsch-Image-S4-II-In-Ear-Headphones-Black-/261566237247?pt=UK_AudioVisualElectronics_HomeAudioHiFi_Headphones&hash=item3ce6900a3f JBL J33A: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JBL-J33A-High-Performance-In-ear-Headphones-with-Microphone-Remote-Black-/121370941157?pt=UK_AudioVisualElectronics_HomeAudioHiFi_Headphones&hash=item1c424596e5 Which one is better for the price and I want bassy. By my research it's the JLB J33A but what do you think if any of you have experience with any of the two Oh and don't start recommending £130 headphones to me.
