Hi guys, I need some advice here. So, I bought a switch in 2018, and I jailbroke it in 2022. And I bought myself a new Zelda edition Switch I want to transfer my game data to my new Oled Switch, but I am not sure if Nintendo will ban my old Switch if I connect it to the internet. More details here, my jailbroken switch is using the atmosphere I have heard that if you are using the non-jailbroken firmware you will be fine. Is that true? Need some help

Recently me and my friends have been playing old ps3 games like nfs carbon and few other games of that sort and obtaining disks for old games of a console which is more than 3 years old has become difficult so I tried getting the games by jailbreaking the ps3 with the ps3 hen firmware...and when i tried installing the firmware it has failed me and the error 8002f1f9 is displayed on the screen. Lot of people on different Forums and on youtube have faced the same problem and the problem seems to be the cmos battery and the wifi/bluetooth module. So i replaced the cmos battery and yet the error remains as is.and replacing the bluetooth module is out of question since it is impossible to find parts of a 10 year old console and even when found are super expenisve...So i am writing to find if there is a any solution to this problem apart from these two because i have read online that u can flash some other kind of firmware which seems impossible considering the fact that the screen is stuck on the god damn error....besides they havent mentioned the name of the firmware or where to find it... Thanking you in advance....

Hey guys, I'm really stuck and would love some help if anyone here has already done this. For the last few weeks I've been losing my mind trying to get this game patched on my jailbroken PS4 Pro. I'll admit this is super new territory for me, but I was stunned when I saw one of my favorite games running at a playable frame pace. So I thought the pain of learning about jailbreaking my console and patching games with custom mods would be worth it. The good news is I did successfully get my console to consistently jailbreak. The bad news is I cannot for the life of me get the game patched. Here's what I've been able to do so far: 1. I've been able to successfully dump the appdata of the game. (Yes, I actually own the game. I've not torrented anything) 2. I've been able to create .gp4 files and .pkg files using that data and the patch from Lance Mcdonald 3. I've been able to reinstall the new .pkg file on my console (however it is not actually correctly patched and almost broke the game entirely) But this is where things get super fuzzy for me. Like I said, I haven't done this before. It's been a little hard sorting through valuable info on this topic. The jailbreaking info is there, but its hard to get a straight guide on patching Bloodborne with this patch that isn't directed towards someone who's very familiar with jailbreaking. The data I'm able to extract from Bloodborne is there with an original app folder and a patch folder. The only way I can create an actual .gp4 and then .pkg file is with the contents from the app folder, not the patch folder. That doesn't sound like an issue, but the game needs to be patched using only version 1.09. The data in the app folder is only 1.03 or 1.0 I think? I've tried creating a .gp4 with the patched folder contents and then applying Lance's patch, but it never works. I guess what I'm asking is for someone to walk me through this like I'm 5. I'm not sure what I've missed and any help would be super appreciated.

Uhm not sure where to post this but… help? as of 4am yesterday my girl (live w her yada yada) gets a notification that there’s an airtag “first seen”. Goes to work, gets another, it’s following you. Blah blah kinda creepy. So, used the play sound thing, can’t find it. Only solutions I can think of are; A) drive her car around, to work n back, all that until my phone picks it up B) find it, by putting my BT or whatever into monitor mode. Snap that MAC address, now I know a lot more My phone is jailbroken (can I say that on the forum?) hers isn’t. If I can’t physically find this thing, there’s gotta be a way to “find” it otherwise. I have a background in Cybersecurity so Mac addresses, anything useful (or duds) could yield something about, this! any ideas? Somebody’s stalking my girl or casing my house for a crime. Not cool

let me preface this by saying I am new to this forum, so sorry if this is posted in the wrong (section?) anyway, I have a jailbroken iPhone 5s with ios 9.3.3. It was working perfectly fine until I got a tweak called revelation, which is supposed to reveal past passwords that you've used. After getting it, all of my apps were hidden (more detail here: https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/5qdgm5/question_i_may_have_just_accidentally_deleted/ ), does anybody know what is causing this issue and any potential fixes? I have also uninstalled the tweak making no difference at all. I cannot update because even though I have no apps, I have very little space, so I'm assuming they are still there but are hidden. thanks

Users of hacked/jailbroken 3DS consoles have unfortunately found them on the wrong end of the Nintendo ban-hammer recently. Many users of custom 3DS firmware (also known as CFW). Have been banned from any 3DS online services, as stated by Kotaku. I was first made aware of the news through the /r/3dshacks subreddit. There is megathread/faq regarding the issue here. I quickly became worried as I have my 3DS hacked to run emulators (namely for old gba games that I still own) and hacking my animal crossing town once in a while. Fortunately I was one of the few not affected by the initial ban and thusly have disabled wifi on my device as a precaution. Some users have found temporary workarounds to get unbanned by changing their device friend seed. But until we're sure how Nintendo is determining which consoles to ban and prevent is (eg by filtering out which telemetry data the console reports), its advised against doing this as Nintendo could just detect and ban the newly changed seeds. There are also posts on GBAtemp speculating the possible criteria for being banned here and here. The working theories are that Nintendo has been scanning through telemetry data the 3DS sends and then flagging any consoles with non-authorized apps (e.g. homebrew system tools, emulators, custom roms, etc). It's also been speculated that this might be a reaction to the recent release of sighax/boot9strap, which gives users access to the 3ds early on in the boot process and allows for greater control over all elements of the hardware/software (including device encryption keys). Nintendo's comment on the issue has been limited to citing a ban as consequence for terms of service violations. While some are citing this as an anti-piracy measure, it stills fail in that regard as users are still fully able to install and play pirated games, though offline.

Holy crap! I searched the internet high and low for an ios 9.3.5 jailbreak, and nothing! Does anyone have a full jailbreak for ios 9.3.5?

So...I messed up. Something in me thought using Upscale to put my phone at 1440p and I didn't realize that it doesn't use Substrate, so rebooting doesn't remove it. Basically, I put my phone in 1440p and rebooted, so now A) I can't Touch ID into my phone, B) can't see anything, and C) now have clinical depression. I have the PP Jailbreak, so how do I fix this? i cant login to press "Trust" on my phone, as that is what I need to do to activate iTools, iFunBox, iExplorer, etc. because if I try pressing on the screen when I guess at the passcode screen, I can't press any numbers that are not in the center, so I cannot press 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 9, along with the backspace key.

I have a Huawei Y5II phone, I hate the UI that Huawei put on Android, Does anybody have ROM or Something that I can use to get Stock android running on it?

I have an old iPhone 5s, running iOS 9.2 or something, but that's broke so I bought a new one which is running iOS 10.3.2. I want to be able to jailbreak my device again but as it's on 10.3.2 I can't. With the devices being the same model (down to the chassis number) is there a way I can use that devices SHSH blobs and downgrade to 9.2?

So I'm not expecting this post to get much if any traction but I thought it was worth asking. Do any of you know how to, or a place where I can learn how to jailbreak my new car stereo? I installed a new deck in my car so I can have fancy touchscreen/handsfree tech in my 9-year-old Pontiac Grand Prix (still worth it though) and learned from my brother that he has a friend who has jailbroken one before so that he was able to mirror his phone screen on the stereo. I mean like a full mirroring where you can go in and out of apps and all the fancy shit your normal phone already does. This is horribly unnecessary but also extremely tempting to do. The stereo is a Pioneer AVH-X2800BS. I don't know if the specific stereo matters or if all of the AVH codenames can be jailbroken the same way. So how do I do it? I haven't been able to get into contact with my brother's friend and see if I can get any info from him. I tried googling it but that yielded no useful results and venturing past the 2nd page of Google are pastures I'd rather not wander in. All I'm really asking for here is at most a forum or some kind of website dedicated to jailbreaking anything and everything so I at least have somewhere to begin to search for myself. Thanks, guys!

It's now apparently possible to install Android on iPhone 7,7+ I don't have an iPhone, so I can't really try it out. It make for an interesting LTT video in similar fashion as Android on the switch ? or just for fun and the possibility to do it. Also, there might be a use case in the future for hobbyist devs who work on apps for both platforms and don't have a device from both camps. source: https://projectsandcastle.org/

The Verge Article Cydia may be coming to an end after over a decade, If you didn't know what cydia is, basically Cydia is a store for jailbroken iPhones and was Ran and Developed by Jay Freeman Jay wanted to shut down Cydia before the end of this year but after this report, he decided to extend its lifetime. About the 23rd of December, We should see a more formal post and also have a roadmap for the Final Weeks of Cydia Personally, I've never Jailbroken any of apple's products (although I only had one: iPad Gen 2) Though, I'm sure we will miss cydia. Except for DrMacintosh probably

Soo we have at home an ipad 2 that is not beeing used at the moment (it hasn't been used for months), we used to use it for watching videos at youtube playing small games. Now the reason for it not beeing used is because of its slow speed and bad battery. so my question is, will it be worth it if i had a project for this hollyday of jailbreaking the ipad to change its operating system to android or something light.

Summary: A few months ago, I reported that Texas Instruments had removed ASM programming support from the TI-84 Plus CE and TI-83 Premium CE in the latest OS. Despite the overwhelmingly negative feedback TI received from consumers, ASM was not brought back officially. Instead, developers behind the YvanTT account posted on Cemetech the very first jailbreak that will allow users on the latest OS 5.6.0 to run ASM programs and games! The jailbreak is called arTIfiCE and the instructions for how to install and run the exploit are explained on the arTIfiCE website. It relies on an exploit found in the Cabri Jr. app to allow ASM programs to be run. Unfortunately, you can only run ASM programs through the Cabri Jr. app becuase the [prgm] menu will still mark the files as invalid. Cabri Jr. is very slow and unintuitive but fortunately there's a solution for that! If you install a shell called Cesium, you can easily run any ASM game. Cesium has a ton of features like RAM backups (so if a game crashes no data is lost) and a quick launch key combination! For those who accidentally upgraded to OS 5.6.0 and want to go back to an older OS, you can! Be aware that if you have a Python Edition calculator, then I do not recommend downgrading because it will break Python capabilities. If you just use Cesium to run your programs you'll get both Python and ASM programming! If you're not someone with a Python Edition, then I have a tutorial you can follow once you jailbreak the calculator here. I'm super stoked that the community was able to hack ASM back in within a few months of TI removing it. Like I said in my original report, the TI-84 Plus CE was never a secure device and apparently TI needed the community to prove that to them. I have add a warning: just because this works in OS 5.6.0 doesn't mean it will work in a future OS like OS 5.6.1 or higher. Therefor it's imperative you do not update your calculator even if a new update is released. And most definitely never update Cabri Jr. because the jailbreak relies on it! Thank you very much to YvanTT who simply states that they're "fighting for the freedom of peaceful assembly." Happy programming!
