I have a i5-4590, gtx 1650 and 8gb of ram. Warzone used to have at least 120 fps and vanguard 200. Now I only get 60 on Warzone and 130 on Vanguard. I got Malwarebytes, avast, and AVG and it they all say no threats at all. Anyways, recently games have like I said been perfoming extremely bad. Is it just the game getitng more intensive, me having more stuff installed, or maybe there is a cyrptomining malware there? Anyways, how would I fix the performance? Can I reset windows? Is it just the game?

I am having stutters and long 10 second pauses when playing warzone. My fps can get above 100 but will drop and stutter, sometimes 10 seconds but in the menus will even freeze for 30 seconds. I have an 15-4590, 8gb of mis-matched ddr3 1600mhz, and a 1650 the 1650 rarely is at 90-100 percent and the cpu will either be at 100 or around 30. Can anybody tell me why the system is stuttering? I have cleared everything, have nothing in the background, all that so it should purely be hardware related. Is it the ii5-4590? The ram?

Crazy Temps when Intake Case fans are on RX580(PowerColor Red Devil Golden Sample) and HDD(Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM, 128MB Cache) During Gaming temps are 80-85C on GPU and 46-47C on HDD (When intake fans are on Temps increase when intake fans are off temps reduce) Idle GPU on 40C(Fan stops spinning) CPU on 30C and HDD on 39C Ambient Room temp is 32C I have a Chiptronex Raptor RGB Case flipkart.com/chiptronex-raptor-rgb-tempered-glass-atx-gaming-cabinet-without-smps/p/itmfaf9rgczmxsnb View: View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8I2nv2W2ps This is how it looks It came with 3 Front intake and and 1 rear exhaust I had added 3 Static RGB 120MM fans(Random ones form Aliexpress it says 50CFM) on top I have a Snowman M-T6 mounted on a i5-4590 in an orientation where the fans pull air from bottom to top because my Mobo(Biostar H81MHV3) wont allow me to fit it left to right RAM clearance issue also fitted the rear exhaust outside the case and flipped it and using it as intake due to the same clearance issue the case do not have enough space to fit the fan inside after using the cooler so I have 1 rear sending air to the CPU Cooler 3x front intake 3x top exhaust all 120mm fans the top exhaust all 3 are always running and I have a button to turn on or off the rear and front fans so when I turn them off the GPU temps decrease(runs cooler by 3-4C) and when I turn on the front 3 intake and rear 1 intake GPU temps increase(runs 3-4C hotter) I have no idea why and what to do I also stuck a stick and stopped the rear intake and let only the 3x front intake and 3x top exhaust run and I still got the same problem but with a small change the GPU temps raised by only 2-3C So running the read intake increase GPU temp by 1-2C and runing the 3x front intake increases the temps by 1-2C My ambient room temp is 32C i live in Pondicherry sount east India the city is mostly hot all the time Also my HDD temps alo goes to 46-47C when GPU load is high during idle HDD temp is 38C. Also the case says it supports 320mm rad on top and front but it cant fit any radiator anywhere because this stupid case do not have enough clearance between the mobo and the top (even the top exhaust fans are almost touching the mobo) and also the screw holes and the space(width of the case) do not seem to fit any AIO the space is very less. So currently I have 2 spare cpu’s which has brought me to a fork in the road based on the spare hardware I have. I plan to just run discord, music, and stream from this pc I already have a spare psu and hdd I’m going to use. Also a spare zotac 1050 I’m going to use. route 1: I have a spare i5-4590 which I have a motherboard for already. GIGABYTE GA-H81M-H LGA 1150. I also have a 2 spare ddr3 dimms but unfortunately they are mismatching dimms one is 4 gb one is 8 gb. I only have an old oem cooler for this one so I’d have to get one. route 2: Spare Ryzen 3 1200. I do have a cooler for this guy, but I have no mobo or spare ddr4 dims. Okay so currently I’m waiting for the new stuff to drop then I’m going to try and get my hands on an 8700k which will be a whole new platform for me. Right now I’m rocking and i5-4590 combo’d with a 1070 reference, 12 gb ddr3, and I want to say a Gigabyte GA-H81M-H. I get bottlenecked on pretty much every game that I am playing (1080 at 144hz). Would it be worth upgrading to a 4770k or even 4790k? I saw that I could sell the 4590 for ~90 usd and buy an 4770k for just under 200 usd as well as a 4790k for around 250 usd. Would that be a worthwhile trade for me while I wait for the new releases? one more thing, I do have a cheap aio cooler so I could oc slightly better that a stock cooler. It’s the h60i from Corsair. I was thinking if I did get that I would always have that around to keep for a good backup system.

I'm planning on buying a PC with a GTX 960 4gb, 8gb RAM, PSU B600, 1TB memory, but I'm not so sure about which cpu I should buy, I know that the i5-4570 is slightly better than the i5-4460, but I'm not sure if it's worth spending 25 bucks more for something that's basically the same. I'm curious what you guys think.

Because of the recent (but very minor) issues I've been experiencing with my Pentium, I'm moving up my CPU upgrade date to this July. With this, I'll be upgrading into an i5 only, not an i7. Sooooo, I'm looking into used i5s and currently the 4460 and the 4590 dominate the market. What are the maximum price differences that I should consider as "reasonable" to choose the better ones over the other? (example: the 4590 will be a better choice if it's just 5$ over the 4460) Current LOWEST prices are: 4460 - 5790PhP ≈ 124$ 4590 - 5980PhP ≈ 128$ 4690 - 8000PhP ≈ 171$ It looks to me that the 4590 is the best buy here. However, these prices may change in the span of 1 month. That's why I'm asking for the price difference to consider.

In a previous thread, I determined that my G3258 wasn't enough for recording Minecraft at 1080p60. My new i5-4590 arrived today. I quickly installed it and started up Minecraft and OBS. I set OBS to Quick Sync, started recording, and... got similar results to the G3258. I then tried Dxtory: same thing. What should I do now? It's really annoying being able to run Minecraft with a consistent 250+ FPS, but not being able to record at 1080p60. EDIT: 720p60 works fine...

I'm upgrading to an i5-4590 and a GTX 960. I'm also thinking of getting a new PSU. Right now, I have a CX430M. I don't plan on overclocking the 960. So two questions: should I upgrade the PSU and if so, which one should I get?

Hello everybody I have built my sister a PC last weekend, and would like to have some feedback and advice. The goal of the build was powerful and silent pc on a budget. Will be used for light video and photo editing (Premiere Pro, Lightroom 6), ocassional gaming and lots of web browsing. So the PC turned out really quiet except for some rumble from HDD sometimes, I connected both fans to the cpu header as Arctic allows to daisy chain PWM signal with their PST technology fans, because when I tried to connect Fan to motherboard fan header the minimum speed it allowed me to set was 50% and the fan was then spinning at 1300RPM and was quite audible, now both fans spin at 565 RPM and are inaudible, PSU fan never spins up as the loads are not high. CPU temps: idle around 29°C and 59°C max under load in benchmarks, I set the case fans to spin up when the CPU reaches 60°C so basically they never do spin up and keep quiet. So what do you think of this build? Any advice how to quiet down the HDD? So I have an i5-4590 clocked at 3.3ghz with an MSI H97M-G43 Mobo and I can't seem to get my processor to turbo boost to the advertised 3.7ghz. I went through the bios and it says that turbo boosting is enabled. I thought this was all I needed to do? Is it not doing it b/c I have a "H" board and not a "Z"? Any help would be great! Thanks!
