I have an assload of homework already. So much bullshit. At least give us noobs a day to acclimate. But, to prove I’m not a total loser, I made a new friend in my science class. His name is Warren Graham and he’s a serious geek, plus he’s dark and witty. He comes across as kind of a know-it-all, but it turns out he does kind of know a lot. We talked about photographers, and he actually named a few I'd never heard of. We traded numbers and he’ll be a good study partner (or a good friend). I’ll need at least one based on the clique action here. I thought being 18 meant I didn’t have to deal with this teenage drama anymore. I THOUGHT. At least I get to research famous photographers for some of my homework. Mr. Jefferson assigned us a ton of reading, but this is exactly what I want to study. Jefferson is supercool and superchill. He doesn’t try to be too hip, just says what he thinks and expects us to as well. I think he’s a genius. OMG I WANT TO MARRY HIM. Just joking. This class is worth all the social dysfunction.

How do you find the frequency of an oscillation from the characteristic equation without solving the whole diffeq? b = 0 c = 4 pi2 z2 + bz + c = 0, z = +- 2i Pi

How do I deal with the godforsaken task of homework? I cant deal with the repetitiveness of memorising poem quotes, trying to know how to use colons, semicolons, and hyphens my English teacher doesn't make it any better saying some of my best work is only a level 5(C+), I just can't deal with her shit, the schools shit or this new godforsaken new GCSEs with their stupid fucking numbers and making me feel like shit for not knowing anything. I wish it was like maths computer science and all 3 sciences when there is only one right answer no "you need a flare to your writing that is developed for years". Fuck I hate it so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I've been given a homework assignment where I need to find out how battleships in the 1900s were built and how they are currently built. I then need to write a paragraph about the differences between how they were made. I thought it would be a pretty easy assignment however I can't seem to find anything about the process of which battleships are made? I'm not sure if I'm not putting in the correct keywords however I would've thought "how were battleships constructed in the 1900s" would bring up results. Any help would be appreciated on finding how they were/are made since I can't find anything somehow.

I'm doing some homework for my networking class and one of the questions my professor asked is " Show the derivation of the bandwidth for 64kbps." I went through all the material she has given us this semester and found nothing so far. Could anyone help me out and explain how i'd go about doing this. Would be a great help. Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to get an assignment wrapped up for school and can't figure out how to make this command line calculator work. I am trying to have it accept input from the user to determine whether or not it should repeat or end, and it completely stalls and I have to ^C to get it to stop. Any ideas? package main import ( "fmt" _ "fmt" "os" //"sort" ) func main() { fmt.Println("\n*****************************************************") fmt.Println("**** Welcome to the world's best CLI calculator! ****") fmt.Println("*****************************************************") fmt.Println("\n\nLet's get started!") var a, b, c int = 1, 1, 3 var operator, resume, valid string = "", "y", "n" for c == 3 { fmt.Println("Please enter your first int: ") _, err := fmt.Scan(&a) if err != nil { fmt.Println("Invalid;", err) os.Exit(0) } fmt.Println("Please enter your second int: ") _, err2 := fmt.Scan(&b) if err2 != nil { fmt.Println("Invalid;", err2) os.Exit(0) } fmt.Println("Please choose your operator (+ - * /): ") _, err3 := fmt.Scan(&operator) if err3 != nil { fmt.Println("Invalid;", err3) os.Exit(0) } //Choose an operator. switch operator { case "/": fmt.Println("Your equation is ", a, operator, b, "=", a/b, ". \nWould you like to go again? (y/n): ") case "*": fmt.Println("Your equation is ", a, operator, b, "=", a*b, ". \nWould you like to go again? (y/n): ") case "-": fmt.Println("Your equation is ", a, operator, b, "=", a-b, ". \nWould you like to go again? (y/n): ") case "+": fmt.Println("Your equation is ", a, operator, b, "=", a+b, ". \nWould you like to go again? (y/n): ") default: fmt.Println("Invalid input.") } _, err4 := fmt.Scan(&resume) if err4 != nil { fmt.Println("Invalid;", err4) os.Exit(0) } //Do we repeat the process? for valid == "n" { switch resume { case "y": valid := "y" _ = valid case "yes": valid := "y" _ = valid case "yeS": valid := "y" _ = valid case "yES": valid := "y" _ = valid case "yEs": valid := "y" _ = valid case "Y": valid := "y" _ = valid case "Yes": valid := "y" _ = valid case "YeS": valid := "y" _ = valid case "YEs": valid := "y" _ = valid case "YES": valid := "y" _ = valid case "n": valid := "y" _ = valid case "N": valid := "y" _ = valid case "no": valid := "y" _ = valid case "No": valid := "y" _ = valid case "nO": valid := "y" _ = valid case "NO": valid := "y" _ = valid default: fmt.Println("Invalid input. Hey guys, I'm practicing some java stuff and I've made a blueprint along with my account class and i've managed to make my own methods for printing and adding to the balance, but I'm trying to add to the balance using user input with the Scanner utility. All i'm able to print out after inputting a double value is the original unchanged balance. any help would be appreciated. //theres my account class blueprint import java.util.Scanner; public class ChequingAccount { private String first; private String last; public double balance; public ChequingAccount(String first, String last, double balance) { this.first = first; this.last = last; this.balance = balance; } public void addToBalance(double userNumber) { this.balance=balance+userNumber; } public void getBalance() { System.out.println(balance); } // public void userInput(double usernumber) //{ // this.balance=balance+usernumber; //} } //and theres my Instance I'm trying to add to with the user input import java.util.Scanner; public class TestChequingAccount { public static void main(String[]args) { ChequingAccount makaylasAccount=new ChequingAccount("Makayla", "Musgrove", 320.50); System.out.print("Your Balance is "); makaylasAccount.getBalance(); Scanner reader = new Scanner(System.in); System.out.println("Enter your deposit ammount"); double userNumber = reader.nextDouble(); //makaylasAccount.addToBalance(); makaylasAccount.getBalance(); } }

Hi! I'm in need of some help with my JavaScript work for programming. I need to make a program that adds 2 parameters together as a function and returns them. The problem I'm having is that its a function and I'm still learning how to properly execute functions. Here is the question being asked by my instructor followed by my current progress. Question: *in the image* My answer: //add function - adds two numbers together var add = function( operand1, operand2) { var sum = (operand1 + operand2); return sum; } //Now add two test cases that will call the add function with different parameters. add(10,10);

So, for school Im doing research regarding Nuclear Fusion, it´s history, who theorized it and so on. Ive written about the different types of Nuclear Fusion, the approach and the Theopry, but I need some historical context. What I need also is the name of the physicist who theorized Nuclear Fusion. If you hel me I would be really grateful, I do not need information itself, but just point me in its general direction. I wrote this on this forum because there´s lots of smart people here, and Im sure a couple of you may be able to help me,

I want to be able to say "Add $ to the homework list" and have the assistant add it so some list, whatever the app is. I've been able to do that with IFTTT, but I cannot find an app that I can use to read back that list to me if i ask my google home "What homework do I have?" Everything I've tried only adds to the list, not reads.

So, I am making a Bitcoin Price timeline, and I was hoping I could get some help here. Mainly I am looking at the milestones of the BTC Price, same with BCH, ETH, BTG, ETC and XRP. Probably going to add Electroneum, XRB and IOTA to. But, mainly, BTC, where can I find these price milestones? Any info is apprecited. I am making a 20 page paper on CryptoEconomics, Im neither pro or anti Crypto ATM ( Although I have a lot of faith in ETH and XRP), this is an informative paper, on its history, how it works, PoW, PoS and general value. Any Info is appreciated

Hello, For my DT GCSE, I need to produce a power-point explaining how research helps a product develop. One of the tasks is to make a survey and then use the data collected to produce various graphs for the presentation. I need some of you guys to help. I used a website called surveynuts to help produce this survey. To answer it just click on the link. Thanks a million. http://surveynuts.com/surveys/take?id=40277&c=386014785RTNJ

I've been given 4 python homework tasks to complete over the holidays, they all seem extremely hard for someone of my skill level. We learned basic python in class about 6 months ago and even if I was given these tasks then it would be hard for me. The most I can remember is while loops, variables, if statements, for loops (sort of) and obviously outputting text. I need a bit of help with the tasks 1. Make a program that asks the user for a series of numbers until they either want to output the average or quit the program. Extension: Expand the program to print the median and mode averages too, include options so that if the user wants to, they can save their list of numbers to a text file and read them back out later on. Solve it using a flowchart, pseudo code and programme code (python or php/html) 2. Make a program to check whether an email address is valid or not. For instance, you could make sure there are no spaces, that there is an @ symbol and a dot somewhere after it. Also check the length of the parts at the start, and that the end parts of the address are not blank. Extension: When an email address is found to be invalid, tell the user exactly what they did wrong with their email address rather than just saying it's invalid. Allow the user to choose to give a text file with a list of addresses and have it process them all automatically. Solve it using a flowchart, pseudo code and programme code (python or php/html) 3. Pig Latin is a game of alterations played on the English language. To create the pig Latin form of an English word the initial consonant sound is transposed to the end of the word and an "ay" is affixed (E.g "banana" would yield "anana-bay"). Solve it using a flowchart, pseudo code and programme code (python or php/html) 4. Create a program that will keep track of items for a shopping list. The program should allow you to keep adding new items. You should be able to record which shop you're going to visit for them. Extension: Extend the program to record what priority the item is. Extend the program to record whether or not you have purchased the item yet. Extend the program to say how much you are willing to pay for each item. Extend the program to say the quantity needed for each item. Make part of your program that can give you the approximate total of what you intend to spend on your shopping trip. Make sure you take into account whether you have already bought the item or not. Solve it using a flowchart, pseudo code and programme code (python or php/html) My fingers hurt from typing all of that, ouch

I'm in a summer online Calc II class and I'm having trouble understanding what to do with some of the equations. The subject is more specific to "Finding Volumes by using cross-sections". There are 6 problems and I'll try and go through them one by one. If you're willing to help you're a life saver! And no, I don't want to just plug the problem into some calculator and have it spit out an answer. I want to learn it and understand it. The first question is "A solid lies between planes perpendicular to the y-axis at y=0 and y=1. The cross-sections perpendicular to they-axis are circular discs with diameters running from the y-axis to the parabola x=sqrt(19)y^2. so here's how I set it up: int from 0 to 1, pi(sqrt(19)y^2)^2)dy the answer I got was 11.94 or 3.8pi Is this correct? I can post pics of my work if needed. ^^

So I have gotten School Honework to set up a 5400$ Home Theatre (Not acctualy going to by it, just set it up on a paper and make a presentation of it.) So I want help to do it. I can find parts and stuff myselves, but I want it to be the best as posible, and that I need help for. Parts and stuff is not the most important thing I need help with, but I also need that a little bit. the most important thing is I need good sites that show me how to set a home theatre up so I can learn it. because In the presentation, I need to say how it shuld look and what with that that makes it better and stuff. and how things shall be adjusted. I dont want anything super complicated, but not easy as hell eiter. what the restrictions are: 5400$(with everything, TV, Speakers, sofa, but the tech stuff is the most important) The room is 6X5m with one door. I am going to do the predentation in 2-3 weeks from now. I am just saying, you dont have to help or do anytthing, but you would make my life easier by doing it. I may add stuff or clearify stuff later BTW ps. sorry my bad English ;(

Hey all, I'm a student and long story short I'm looking into getting a laptop that I can take to class, and take notes on. I'm a computer science major, so in alot of my classes I have to do a lot of coding in java, and c++. I've been looking at the chrome books, or something small and portable that will enable me to take notes during class, and do a bit of light coding on the run. Right now I'm pretty broke, I've got some expenses coming up in April; such as, insurance, and tires on my car, so I can't spend a bunch. Trying to keep it around 200-300 USD. Would it be worth while to get a chrome book or a similarly priced device to take around campus? It's hard to look at the power points that my professors use while trying to take notes. However, I would like to code on the laptop that I get, and a chromebook isn't the greatest for doing so. Our CIS department has desktops set up so that students can SSH into them, and run eclipse through them. I could code on campus while networking into those computers I guess. I could even put a linux distribution onto a chrome book, and install eclipse that way. At home I've got an okay desktop i5 3570k, nvidia gtx 760, 240gb SSD. I'd rather not have to go home everyday just to work on my programming projects. Is there a way to remote into my desktop from a chromebook and run eclipse through there? Thoughts, suggestions, recommendations are welcome

I know this isn't the best place to ask this but I'm running out of options. I need a scientific explanation of why and how fatigue slows down human reaction times for my biology lab report. Any inclusion of reliable links will be very helpful too.

Source: http://www.yugatech.com/software/photomath-now-available-on-android/ PhotoMath, the app that debuted last year on Windows Phone and iOS, is now available on Android. This is expected, as when the app debuted, the developers said that there would be an Android version soon. Personally, I think there should have been an Android and Windows Phone version, then possibly an iOS version, since students typically can't afford iPhones (sorry iOS fans). I don't think there's much else to say, so here is the gist. Quote: Remember the PhotoMath app from last year? If this is your first time hearing about it,it’s a cool app initially made for iOS and Windows Phone that lets you solve math equations using your smartphone’s camera. Quote: PhotoMath for Android is a free download and is 4.1MB in size.
