I have a TP-Link Archer C7 v2 that is starting to show its age a bit and I am having to reboot it about once a week. I am hoping to replace it with a newer TP-Link router. I have been looking at 2 models the Archer C90 and the Archer A9. However, I am not sure that I see any difference between them. My specific curiosity is about the processor and if there is a difference there? I haven't been able to find much of anything comparing these two directly so any information is greatly appreciated.

Hey, For the past few weeks I have been looking for a good laptop that I could use for school and gaming. After a lot of searching I found the Asus ROG G531GT-BQ138T, which will cost me 1.349 euros (around 1534 us dollar). If I spend 150 euros (around 170 us dollar) more, I will be able to buy the Asus ROG Strix G GL531GU-AL038T. These are the difference between the two laptops: - The Strix has a 256 SSD and a 1 TB HDD, the other one has a 512 SSD - The Strix has a GTX 1660Ti, the other one a GTX 1650 - They both have three usb-A ports, but the Strix model also has an usb-C 3.1 port -The Strix has a 120 Hz screen, the other one a 60 Hz My question now is: which laptop should I buy?

The first and most tempting option is an oculus rift s. The second is a second monitor listed above in the specs. The third option would be to upgrade gpu. The reason that I am not getting all 3 is because my credit card limit can only support one... I have really been wanting to get into vr and even own a chunk of games that come with the VR version of the game. I have really been enjoying beatsaber and a few other vr games when visiting friends houses and would love to get into them. As for the second monitor I think that the production of this monitor is about to stop and I would like to pick up a second one, because I have a second 1080p monitor that is pretty bad compared to my current 1440p monitor... Moving the mouse from one monitor to another is currently really annoying due to the fact that the mouse cant traverse across certain points from the 1440p monitor to the 1080p monitor. Not to mention that there are a few games that I play that would benefit a lot from having a second monitor... The last upgrade choice that I could choose is a graphics card upgrade. There are a couple reasons that I am reluctant to pick up a graphics card right now. First is that I believe that next year or sometime soon after next year next generation gpus will be coming out and by that time I most likely won't be in college and will likely have a lot more expendable cash). Second is the fact that I would like to get a fairly expensive gpu, but I can't due to credit card limits... If I picked up a gpu RIGHT NOW it would be either a rtx 2080 super or rtx 2080 ti, but like I said I would like to wait to get a rtx 3080 ti or something in the future if possible... What do you guys think? I know that the gpu would make a pretty big difference, but that would be a stretch for the budget (especially if it was a 2080 ti)... IDK, what would you guys do in my boat?

I have an Iphone 7plus matte black - Tmobile I have had the Iphone since the 3gs and have loved it. Lately my love has grown weary and I want something new. It's not you Apple its me, wait no, its you. I HATE the form factor of the 10 or X, I like big ass phones, and I have the 7plus so why would I got for the 8 plus its just a slight refresh. SO! Here I am, looking for a new phone brand that will woo me and make me forget about Iphone. I tried going to the S7 Edge and didn't really like it, that is my only experience with android.

**FOR THE SAKE OF SIMPLICITY AND SHORTAGE OF TIME, THE POST IS ONLY DIRECTED TOWARDS THE GTX980 TIs** So I thought I had everything figured out and I do (for the most part) except the GPU (which is the most part; ie I'm screwed) So I decided I'd get a GTX980 TI from EVGA which was to cost me about 812$ (I'm in india so this is after converting Rs. 54,000). Then I landed on the EVGA website and found a metric ton of more options in the GTX 980TI itself... Then I researched and found out about reference models and custom models and decided to go with a custom model. I have no clue of what I'm going to buy when I go to shop tomorrow and for some reasons, tomorrow is the only time I can go and everything is super expensive online. Can you guys suggest some GTX 980TI cards from EVGA that are a little more but mostly the same range but custom. EVGA was available that's why I'm stressing on EVGA. Are there other branded custom GPUs that I can buy? Since stock availability isn't sure, you can tell me more than one GPU(s) to look out for IS A CUSTOM GPU WORTH IT ANYWAY?

I've been researching graphics cards and it's just become overwhelming, I have narrowed it down to the MSI AMD R9 380 4GB or the Asus R9 380 STRIX 4GB. My first question is... Is the Asus R9 380 Strix the same as the R9 380X? There's so many that are labeled the same but look like different cards. I will only be gaming in 1080p but I want to run everything on ultra/ high with textures turned on. I'll be playing open world games like GTA V, Fallout 4, Skyrim, Far Cry, etc.... On a 40" LED TV 60Hz (tested the TV on a gaming rig at a friends house and it was brilliant) Will either of these cards be capable of doing that? Please don't just suggest higher end cards because I can't afford them, My GPU budget is about 180/200 GBP (British Pounds) so around 270 Dollars I really like the look of the MSI AMD R9 380 4GB but if there is another 4GB card that is better for gaming I will change my mind. I've had some criticism on here about the parts i've already purchased for my first PC build, but to be honest I think it will be fine for 1080p gaming on a budget. I live in Manchester England and there really isn't any good tech shops to buy components from so I have been limited to Amazon. I have looked on other sites like newegg but when you add shipping it becomes overpriced. I know that the AMD R9 390 8GB is better but it's way out of my price range. So.. What the best card for me and why? is it the MSI AMD R9 380 4GB or the Asus R9 380 STRIX 4GB or something else in my price range? I haven't yet bought a PSU because i'm unsure what wattage the GPU will use (ie, 750w 80+) so if you could also recommend one that would be greatly appreciated. These are the parts I have already purchased..!!! MSI 970 Gaming MOBO oc £60 AMD FX 8350 Black Edition 4.2 GHz £120 16GB HyperX Fury 1866MHz £50 CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo £25 1TB HDD Western digital blue £35 240 SSD HyperX £30 Bitfenix Neos windowed Red £35 Thanks in advance for the help. I'll take any advice you have on my first build with appreciation.

Hi. I'm looking forward to buy a new monitor. I have around 30-40 thousand HUF, around 100-150 dollars. I was thinking about the lg 22mp55hq-p. I will use it to play games on my xbox 360 via HDMI, and I will hook it up to my old laptop with D-SUB. Until I get a new pc, with witch I'm gonna use it via HDMI. So my question is: Do you think it's a good monitor for the price, and if not, can you suggest an other one? Thank. Keep in mind that I live in Hungary, and prices are a bit different, and some monitors are not avalible here. I'm sorry if I had any grammar mistakes.

Hai guise, I started college this week and they just recently built new dorms there, but they built the new dorms where a parking garage used to be. So I assume most of you see the issue that may arise, but for those of you that don't, parking is absolutely horrible and I basically find a spot and leave my car until I leave and walk everywhere. Normally I would be fine with this but unfortunately there are times when I have two or sometimes three hours between classes when I go and get lunch. I like to go off campus for this but leaving and finding parking again at mid-day is a task like no other. So I am looking into long-boarding everywhere while I am there, but I have very minimal knowledge about boards. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I don't want to spend a lot of money but I don't want a crap board either, I need it to last and be comfortable while getting me from A to B. For those that went TL;DR help me choose a long board from 100-200 USD for simple commuting. Thanks in advance.
