Hi guys , I hope no one's running into issues like me. So I have a system with these specs : ~CPU : Ryzen 7 3700x ~GPU : Gtx 1070ti Strix ~Storage : 256gb Xpg nvme / 2tb HDD Seagate Barracuda. ~OS : win 10 ~PSU : 1000w thermaltake ~Cooling: stock AMD RGB cooler(CPU). ~RAM: 2×8 (16gb) @ 3200mhz Corsair RGB. ~Mobo: Asus prime B550m •Problem: i have stuttering/ FPS drops/low GPU usage/ GPU usage fluctuations and high latency In all games. I never had these issues before , so before these issues my GPU would be fully utilized i.e 98% ~ 99% my CPU would change its clock speeds normally and its usage was around 30~40%. •Attempted solutions: *Tried reinstalling drivers/reverting back to older drivers. *Tried changingpowerplan to maximum performance for GPU & CPU. *Tried resetting PC in Windows settings. *Tried clean caches and optimizing drives. *Tried running all games in full screen, vsync disabled & ran them as administrator. *updated bios through Asus armoury crate. *Did furmark tests & monitored using HW monitor. *GPU temps 70°~75° when underload & CPU temps 62°~70° Max for both . *Disabled full screen optimizations for all games *Set priority high , hardware acceleration on , high performance for all games in graphics settings in Windows. *Nvme temps 60° Max and HDD 50° Max & Ram 55° Max. *Disabled any kind of overlays and disabled gamemode. *CPU clock is now fixed @4.5ghz on all cores because I oc it , before it were between 3.9 and 4ghz. *Tried oc the GPU . Also noticed cck or core clock fluctuations during monitoring as it went from 1773 to 1835 or 1822 however memory clock was fine. PLEASE HELP ME

Hello, I would like to know what do you think would be better to do right now. I have a GTX 1060 right now and would like to play with 2560*1440p resolution and need a GTX 1070 at least for it so I decided to sell my GTX 1060 and get the GTX 1070. But wouldn't it be better to wait until the GTX 1070 Ti comes out? Maybe prices for the GTX 1070 will drop? What do you think? Maybe is there a AMD card which is better for my plan? Thank you in advance.

This is an issue I have been dealing with for a while now. It's been occurring even when I had an i3 7100 and a gtx 1050 (I upgraded, but I still use same Motherboard). For every game I play, there is very low CPU & GPU usage. It can vary depending on the game but its usually around 30% usage for both CPU and GPU. My PC is under performing like crazy compared to anyone else's gameplay with similar specs. As I said, this was still occurring before I upgraded my CPU and GPU. That's what makes me think this is an issue with my motherboard since I don't see what else would effect this. I am inclined to believe this has something to do with hardware since I am not sure what else to do software wise. I am going to upgrade RAM and a new Motherboard since I don't know what else to do GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTION FOR ME TO TRY PLEASE SPECS: i7 7700 (no 'K') gtx 1070ti 8gb DDR4 2400mhz (SINGLE CHANNEL - I am getting another 8gb stick soon) ASUS prime b250m-c (gonna swap this out if i cant fix this issue) WHAT I HAVE TRIED: Fresh install of windows multiple times Wiped my two SSDs No virus since I just got a clean install of windows and haven't downloaded anything other than Steam, MSI Afterburner and RTSS Disabled HPET through Device Manager since it wouldn't show up in my BIOS Intel Virtualization Technology (In BIOS) ON/OFF made minimal difference (OFF increased fps by a bit) My Power Settings are set to performance in the Power Plan I have already put my power setting to Prefer Maximum Performance in NVIDIA Control Panel CPU is set to Sync All Cores in Bios XMP mode ON/OFF made no difference (Not even sure if i was able to turn it off, In BIOS the only options were AUTO or XMP - 2144mhz or XMP - 2400mhz) Gameplay: CSGO (Ingame settings shown) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rqOevrpgCA FORTNITE (Ingame settings shown) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpNPQfjkXVc FORTNITE with integrated graphics Screenshots of other stuff is attatched

Recently just built a new desktop to replace my laptop for gaming. However ive been having persistent issues with the desktop for the past few months where the screen would suddnely just go black and all pc fans would ramp up. However it seems like windows is still running on as one of my friends pointed out that my in game character was still able to move around as i touched the arrow keys Current system build Ryzen 5 3600 Gigabyte Aorus B450 pro WiFi Gigabyte GTX 1070Ti gaming 8g Gskill Trident z 3200 CL16 Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi Superflower Leadex Gold 650w Seagate Barracuda 3TB HDD ADATA XPG SX6000 500gb m.2 At first i thought that maybe it was due to a minor overclock i did through the Ryzen master auto overclocking software which was to blame to for this software bug and for awhile, I thought that I solved the problem, but just today, the same issue came back where theres a suddenl black screen and the fans spin up while the pc still is responsive in-game. I didn't notice any overheating at all from and my system wasn't working particularly hard playing what I was playing at the time Plan on trying to lower the clockspeed of my gpu to see if that makes a difference If anyone has any ideas on what might be causing this problem do share it here!

Hi I currently plan to upgrade my GTX 970. I'm considering 1070ti, and 1080ti. I have a monitor that is 1080p 144hz. I know some people say 1080ti is too much. but having max settings at a constant 144hz is not too much for me. but I want to know which is best for me price wise and also performance wise. I have 16gb DD3 ram 1600MHz Also, i'm planning on buying a used gpu because I can't afford a brand new one.

Hi, i've recently bought a second hand GTX 1070ti and i've noticed i have extremely low FPS on games compared to same CPU+GPU combo. For example this video on Apex Legends, shows 70+ FPS when dropping in game while i am stuck at 20+ FPS on low settings. I've tried reinstalling my GPU drivers with DDU already and i've only gained like 5 fps. This is my config, i know the components are not really adaptated to the GPU but i do not believe it is the source of my low FPS. CPU: Intel I5 3570k OC to 4.4GHz GPU: GTX 1070 ti inno3d herculez design SSD: Samsung evo 860 RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4 Gb DDR3 (1600Mhz) + Corsair Dominator 4Go 2x2 Go DDR3 (1600Mhz) -> 12GB in total PSU: EVGA 600 W1, 80+ WHITE 600W MOBO: Asrock Z77 Pro-4 m I'd like to give you some recordings of my PC activity to help you diagnostise my case but i don't know which software to use, tell me and i'll do it English is not my main language, if anything isn't clear please ask me. Thanks for your help

I was hoping to build a new pc major for gaming and was hoping to play games in 1080p 60fps or 144fps. so my question is, is this a good pairing or will their be bottlenecking of any kind? i5 8600k with gtx 1070ti. I mostly play competitive games like Battlefield, Csgo, PUBG.

Hey guys, I would like to know your opinion on those two gpu's. Is the 2070 a way better deal than the 1070Ti? The price for the 1070Ti would be 350 Eur and the 2070 would cost 440 Euro. Thanks in advance!!

Hi! A friend of mine is planning on building a new pc in the future and wants to start off by upgrading his graphics card to a GTX 1070Ti, as he could get one for quite cheap right now. His current system consists of a pre-build computer with an FX 6300(yeah, the both of us are aware about there being a bottleneck), 12 gigs of ram, as well as a GTX 750Ti. As his PC was a pre-built one(I think), the power supply he's rocking doesn't look too confidence-aspiring, to put it that way. His power supply is the one included with his LC-Power Pro-925B case, I think(not wanting to mock LC-Power?). As I don't really know too much about power supplies, though, I thought I might ask you guys... According to "outervision.com", a 400 watt power supply should be sufficient. Not only does that no quite seem to be enough to me to be comfortable, if I'm being honest, but also - especially given that this is the "start" of his new system - I'd like there to be some headroom for new, potentially more powerful/power-hungry hardware for him. Could you recommend a PSU for him? Also, efficiency ratings are "a thing", are they? ?? Thanks in advance!

Recently i bought an Nvidia GTX 1070Ti and im running it with Intel Xeon W3690 @ 4Ghz, and 16GB ram. Only in few games my CPU and GPU pushing high processing usage. Its not a sign of bottleneck though. For example, in most of the games, ( pugb, csgo, ring of elysium, hunt showdown ) CPU stays at 20-30% where as GPU stays at 60-75% even i put graphics setting to ultra or render resolution to 120. "I'm not complaining about the FPS, they stays above 100 most of the time" Where as in games like COD BO3 or BF1, i see it completely fine, CPU at 20-35% and GPU stays at 95-99%. I tried different drivers but haven't noticed any difference. So i'm thinking if i buy a monitor which has 1440p resolution, will i be able to utilize my GPU fully? Is it worth getting one? PS: i see here on this forum, alot of users who got a 10 series GPU having issue with low GPU usage.

I was playing on my system all AAA titles like GTA V, NFS: Payback, Hitman 2016, Assasins Creed: Origins, Watch Dogs 2, Forza Horizon 3 etc at max settings 1080p on my Samsung 144hz monitor. One evening when I started my NFS: Payback it showed me all abrupt textures and game was not at all playable. All the audio and graphics were moving but it was all not clear. I installed Watch Dogs-2 and the background was good and clear but the character who was moving was showing abrupt results. Please help by any means as I love my GTX card very much Assasins Creed:Origins also showing this same thing but it was all over the screen. I was planning on buying myself a GTX 1070 TI, but I'm not very good at assessing the hardware in my computer. I've looked at the official recommendations, but am turning to you guys for further opinions. 16GB RAM/64 bit CPU : IntelCore i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (6-pin Connectors) PSU : AL-D500EXP 500W I'm terrible with hardware so if there's anything else you need to know just ask, and I may or may not be able to get back to you. I'm upgrading to a MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Gaming - 8GB and was wondering if I should get a new PSU as well? I heard from a few sources that it would be better to upgrade to 650W. If so, do you have any recommendations? Could there be any bottlenecks (it's been a while since my last upgrade) limiting GPU performance? Or anything else I should really consider upgrading? These are my current specs:Mainboard: ASRock B85M Pro 4 CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 (3200) Quad CoreGPU: GTX780Ti-DC2 SeriesPSU: Cooler Master G600 600W ATX 2.3 (RS-600-ACAA-B1)RAM: DDR3 8GBStorage: 1x 250Gb SSD, 1x 2Tb HDD I'd really appreciate your help!

Hi, I saw few reddit posts and some forums where they talk about NVIDIA DSR, basically if you have a powerful GPU that can push games easily 1440p or 4k but the screen you are using is 1080p panel, it can be used in this scenario. So, i was thinking if i use this option on my 1080p panel, as 1440p panels or 4k panels are very expensive. Right now i have 21inch 1080p acer LCD panel, the option i have is i can buy "DELL P2411H 24inch" for $30, it also has an 1080p native resolution but has more area in terms of screen size ( 24 inch ). What would be the best scenario in my Case? Graphics card i'm using is GTX 1070Ti. Thanks

Hi, I wanted to know if is there any major performance difference between GTX 1070Ti mini variant ( zotac one, which has 2fans and single 8 pin power connector ) compare to the normal / amp / extreme variants of GTX 1070Ti. or any draw back. I have searched on youtube but there is not much about Zotac GTX 1070Ti Mini which i wanted to know. Thanks.
