I have a pair of G933's that have become unresponsive. I have followed the guide provided by Logitech HERE to no avail. Logitech is sending me out another pair for free and apparently they dont require the return of the broken one. So basically Im sitting on a "bricked" headphone. Anyone have any other ideas on how to fix these things? Its a shame because they are in mint condition other than the fact that their software imploded. Thanks, Elliott35

Hi everyone, I have owned the Logitech G933 for a few months and love it but I wanted to know if there was someone out there that could explain to me the best Profile or Settings to play Rainbow Six Siege on PS4? I feel as if though these can sound a lot better but maybe I have not set it up correctly or selected the correct profile. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,

could you please tell me if the g933 are any good or do you recommend any other gaming headset

So I've owned this Logitech G933 headset for about, three hours and I'm already hating the audio leakage and the "noise cancellation". I've looked online for replacement earcups that resemble the G930 earcups (that were made of some sort of leather that worked wonders) and I couldn't find anything other than one Reddit post talking about replacing the crappy cups with super fancy $50 lambskin cups (that are enormous). I really want to replace these earcups but I don't know where to purchase better ones, please help!

I have this g933 and i'm amused by its feature of making my wired audio signal from 3.5mm jack to wireless using its wireless mix adapter. Now i'm wondering what kind of input the wireless adapter can take. Will it be ok if I plug it to a 1A, 500mA, 2A battery bank? I have only tested a network printer with USB and powers the adapter just fine and i can hear audio through wireless connection. Another note: the g933 micro USB port is only for charging and won't get the headphone connected to the computer. It got me confused because of the review Linus made on the said headphone.

hello, I a got a weird problem with my Logitech g933 it disconnects at random when i play rainbow six siege and some times at other games. (this doesn't appear on my ps4 ?) Applications i got running are Discord, Steam, Logitech gaming software, Ubisoft (only for siege) and sometimes my browser Firefox. Things i tried but didn't help. Close programs like Logitech or discord. Delete Logitech (it only delay the problem a tiny bit)(and my macro's don't work on my keyboard when the program isn't running). Use a different PC. I clean installed my PC and tried every single application on its own but still the problem stayed. Tried a different power source (and cable) for charging my headset Set my lighting on different settings. (like breathing, static and off) Reset my headset and re paired my headset to the dongle. And tried different USB ports on my PC for the dongle And yet nothing doesn't work (contacted Logitech they can't help me either ?) I recently tried to update the firmware for my G933, but it got stuck, so i just left it overnight but nothing happened, so i tried starting over but nothing would work, no lights, no communication, the only form of life i can see is the mic light, i have tried every fix i could find on the logitech forums, but nothing worked, i tried contacting logitech support but they didn't want to help because i was out of warranty, so now i really don’t know what to do... do anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

so after years of service my headset broke and i decided to get a g933 and now im wondering what are the diffrence beetween dolby and dts on the surrond sound tab and what exacly they do and your personal opinion. i personally think dts sounds better with music but dobly has better surrond sound in terms of pinpointing enemies in videogames such as overwatch and csgo. and if i choose dts i get the choice beetween super stereo front and super stereo wide whats the diffrence? so in short: technical diffrence between dolby and dts? technical diffrence between super stereo front and super stereo wide? and your opinion on these?

My Logitech G933 has gotten loose power button over time, and when the button slides forward and back it distorts the audio, removes right side audio occasionally and this really destroys the listening experience. (So much so that I've begun just using my monitor's speakers temporarily). I've looked it up online and this seems to be a frequent issue with this headset. I've tried removing the left speaker and reattaching the connection to the power button, but it didn't fix anything. There are no other apparent issues with the headset, but this is big enough to prevent normal use of them. Any tips to fix this? Edit: Well it doesn't really slide forward and backward that much, not like it turns on and off, but it's very wiggling and loose.

I have bought the g933 wireless gaming headphones and so far they are the best wireless headphones I have ever experienced and the only sad part about them is the top cushion keeps on falling off. I know it is held in place by adhesive. I was wondering if I put some light poxy glue on it will it stick in place and stop falling or will that break the headphones somehow. this glue - https://www.lowes.com/pd/Gorilla-Clear-Epoxy-Adhesive/3776015?cm_mmc=SCE_PLA-_-Paint-_-Glue-_-3776015:Gorilla&CAWELAID=&kpid=3776015&CAGPSPN=pla&store_code=1785&k_clickID=7cc11d12-3fd2-43c2-b8a2-3acdd02e0781&gclid=CjwKCAjw0JfdBRACEiwAiDTALkcst8sHMrZRbJbjogr4uA92BgLuRndkjif22eA7HnRTOQCbE9OB-RoC6Z8QAvD_BwE

Hello, I am currently looking for a headset since my headphones have broken. My research has led me to the Logitech G933 and the HyperX Cloud Flight, both of which have strong features going for them. I decided to go wireless because I like to eliminate as much cable clutter as possible. These are some of the positives I have heard about these headsets that I find attractive: G933 Good surround sound (most headsets apparently have crummy surround sound) Good sound quality Comfortable Flights Good stereo sound Comfortable Good mic I really don't care about mic quality because almost any headset mic is better than my current mic from the times of Windows XP (just working with what I have) If anyone owns a pair of these headsets, or has any experience with these brands, could you advise me on which is a better pick since I am torn between the two? Or is there a better headset than the ones I am looking at, what is it and why? P.S. I'm not on a strict budget although i would like to keep it below 200, any headset below that range is fine as long as there's good sound quality and ergonomics. Thanks!

So I've recently been noticing that my mic quality is very bad when recording. I tried looking for a solution both by myself and online, but could only find the fix where you go to your mic properties and change the bit-rate, this did absolutely nothing to help. Thank you in advance Things I've already done: -Changed the bitrate -Looked in LGS -Looked in shadow play (although it happens everywhere) The picture in no way helps just for confirmation

Ok so I was looking at the Logitech G933 / G633 review and I like the option to listen to PC and PS4 at the same time, I do that with my speakers but then people can sometimes here them self's or the music I'm listening to. What I really wanted to get was a headset with true 7.1 sound, because I FPS games and I need something better for surround then my speakers, but still have the option to use on the PS4 and PC, but all the headset's I found with true 7.1 don't work on consoles. So my question is, is the surround of the G933 GOOD like actually good. or is there a true 7.1 headset that works on ps4, not virtual surround? Thank you for your time (:

Hello, I have recently purchased a Logitech G933 gaming headset for playing Overwatch. In the surround sound option, Isee Dolby 7.1 and DTS 7.1. I do not know what is the difference between these two option. Would anyone clarity it for me? Also under the DTS surround sound, I see a "Super stereo front" and "Super stereo wide". Would anyone also explain this to me? Thank you guys so much, I am a newbie to surround sound

Hi. I've just recently got my Logitech G933 Artemis Headset. A great wireless headset. After having it for about a month, I wanted to record my voice for a video. I go onto Audacity to do so, and my mic quality is very bad. There is a lot of just background noise and sounds underwater-ery. When i go into my volume manager and hear myself speak into the mic, it sounds great! I also skyped myself from my PC to my phone and the quality was still very good. But with Audacity and a few other programs my mic quality just sounds like junk. I have no idea what the problem is. The mic quality is good but just not on the recording programs and I just have no idea why. Thank you for any help it is greatly appriciated. muffled headset test.mp3

So i have my eye on G933 but can't find direct answer for is it working with USB wire or is it just charging?

A day ago while using my G933 with my PS4 plugged in with the 3.5 cable on the controller and powered on I accidentally let the battery drain. I powered off the headset and continued to use it without battery power for the rest of the night and when I finished for the night I plugged the headset into the charger. When it was finished charging overnight it wouldn't connect to my laptop using the wireless adapter. I tried to connect the headset to my PC with via the included USB Cable and it still wouldn't connect. When the wireless adapter is plugged in the device manger it says that the headset is connected and working properly, and the headset/wireless adapter is selected as the primary audio device, but the Logitech software indicates that the device is asleep, off, or not connected and no audio comes through the headset using the wireless adapter. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and re-installing the Logitech Software and that hasn't worked. I have also tried removing the battery to power cycle the headset and that hasn't worked either. All I get when I turn on the headset is flashing green, three fast beeps, and then the color breathing affect (it no longer displays a solid red color that I saved to the headset). I have also tried to plug the 3.5 aux cable into the wireless adapter on one end and the headset on the other which also hasn't worked. Any ideas on how to get the headset working with the wireless adapter?

I use to have a pair of SteelSeries H Wireless. However, like many I experienced horrible hissing/static in the left ear cup and had to return them. I recently picked up a pair of Logitech G933 and am experiencing the same thing in both ears to a much lesser degree (Thankfully in the G933s it is actually bearable). In both cases the noise is particularly prevalent when the volume is up all the way but nothing is playing from the computer (I understand this is not a common scenario). Seeing as similar problems occurred on both of the wireless headphones I owned I was wondering if this is simply a known problem with the technology or if I am just unlucky. Is there a way to fix it? I never had this problem with standard wired headsets in the past.

Lately I've been running into problems with Logitech Gaming Software. (We'll call it LGS) I have the latest version of LGS installed. Yet it refuses to open I open the program, and nothing pops up on screen, but when I check task manager, the program "Logitech Gaming Framework" Is running and using about 13% CPU Usage. It will let me open multiple instances of "Logitech Gaming Framework" until my computer is maxed out. This is especially annoying because I then can't get 7.1 Dolby Surround on my Logitech G633s. I am also using a Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury which has not experienced any issues. Here are some things I've tried 1. Restart Computer (lol) 2. Re-Install LGS 3. Install older versions of LGS that still support my headset (Logitech G633s) 4. Mess with pretty much everything possible in windows sound and playback properties 5. Mess with different frequencies in windows sound 6. Get 7.1 surround sound enabled through windows sound (This worked temporarily, then the option disappeared) Thank you!!!
