Battery life has taken a gander off the deep end. From 1+ month it's now down to a few days at most. The mouse has been out of warranty for ~4yrs now, and I've had it for ~5. I'm thinking maybe I can replace the batteries with a Qi charger (similar to Logitech's Logitech G PowerPlay, but done on the cheap with a custom PCB under a mousepad, or even the PCB working as the mousepad), but I've never seen anyone do something similar. Another option would be to drill a hole in the front of the mouse, and internally pass a couple of wires to the battery enclosure, and use a DC-to-DC converter to regulate the voltage down to 1.5V. Any suggestions? Has anyone done something similar? I really don't want to give up on the 602 just get because I love the shape, but also for financial reasons...

My Logitech G602 is seemingly out of the blue, give me a Code 43 Error. I had gone away for the day and used my G602 on my Chromebook, and came home and plugged the G602 back into my PC and it gave me the Code 43 Error. I have changed batteries, uninstalled drivers, updated drivers, unplugged the power supply for 1 minute and still haven't found a fix More info, under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" is where the mouse shows up and it is labeled as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) Any Ideas on how to fix this ? Edit: plugged it into another windows 10 PC with the same error

Ever since I built this computer a year ago my Logitech G602's Cursor has been stuttering, even with the included extension, I have reinstalled drivers at least 5 times, reinstalled G Hub, Did 2 clean installs of windows, but still nothing. On a different computer I never had this issue (This PC was an 8 year old HP) Specs/Peripherals Ryzen 5 3600 16GB Ripjaws V EVGA GeForce GTX 1660Ti ASRock Phantom Gaming 4S X570 550W Seasonic PSU Keyboard: Corsair K55 Mouse: Logitech G602 Wireless Headset: Corsair H60 Pro Surround Does anyone know what else I can try?

A little while ago i bought the Logitech G602 wireless gaming mouse, and i've been really satisfied with the results... Mostly... You see, the thing is that when using on board memory everything works fine, except for the fact that i can only register mouse functions and keystrokes, while i can register everything from text blocks to media to hotkeys when using automatic game detection. The trouble i'm having is that the function keys, specifically F11 to 15, do not function when assigned to the g buttons. Now, the reason i wanted to use the automatic game detection is because i'd like to operate my volume without constantly tabbing out of the game, as i do not have a keyboard that supports that function. Those functions DO work on every g-button, as do other functions. I have set my profile in AGD to a single persistent profile, and when i test the g-buttons, only button seven and eight work. (front upper two on the side) Does anyone have any idea if there is either something i'm doing wrong or i'm missing?...

My g602 can't track very small movements. Is this normal? It only happens when I set the mouse to 900 dpi.

Is the G602 good for FPS games like CSGO? Just wondering, because I use my G602 for CSGO

I'm currently using G600 and thinking to grab G602 soon since my G600 left click starts getting accidental double click lately. Anyway, I'm wondering if I can simulate more than 6 buttons on the G602. Something like a "G-Shift" button on G600. Can I assign the 2 G buttons on left button as "G-Shift" instead of DPI up/down?

I've been eyeing down a G602 for my HTPC for a while now, and I've just seen that NCIX has one on sale for 89$.. Is this worth it or have any of you seen it go for lower, wait for cyber monday maybe? (CAD Prices by the way). If you have any other options for a wireless mouse with a decent range (10-15 feet) for under 100$ feel free to throw those at me. My 1000th post btw.. Yay!

Does anyone know the effective range of Logitech's lightspeed wireless mouse tech? I'm thinking of picking up one of their mice for a couch gaming setup and wanted to know if it'll have issues being 10 ft or 12 ft away from the receiver. I'm not 100% worried about latency as the computer will be connected to a TV, but I definitely don't want something that will be noticeable or become glitchy at that distance. (Specifically thinking about the new Logitech G502 Lightspeed, I've had their original G502 on my main rig for years now and absolutely loved it. I have a G602 currently hooked up but it's becoming increasingly finicky where I literally have to sit a foot or 2 in front of the receiver to not have issues.)

Okay so I've had the G602 mouse pretty much since launch for 4 years, I considered it to be the best mouse for money and performance. I'm not a pro-Esports gamer so I don't notice the minor differences in delay using a wireless product and since all of my mice prior broke due to a tear inside the cable, Swapping over to a wireless mouse seemed like a good idea to stop the expensive annual replacement of a dead mouse. It worked wonders and lasted for 4 years so when it finally caved in to wear and tear and the scroll wheel stopped working I looked back at all the fun times I had with the mouse and decided to buy another thinking it would be just as good as the last one. Well here's where the story turns ships I paid a bit more then RRp on Amazon so that I could get next day shipping which cost me £72. I fell ill so after a couple of days in bed, I finally could get around to trying out my new old mouse. Now obviously after 4 years, they are going to change certain things about the production, it's the same mouse but not the exact same. It arrived and it was nice to have a fresh feeling mouse in my hand but then I plugged it in and Mother of holy mouse acceleration. Think of the worst game ever for mouse acceleration, then apply that to everything on your computer. after fiddling around the settings I disabled the acceleration in the Logitech config app. This helped a bit but I still have the same issue. Everything is accelerated I plugged my old mouse back in since the only issue I had with it was a broken scroll wheel which you need to game and the mouse worked fine. Instantly I could easily control where I wanted to point and click. I checked the firmware on both devices and they were running the same up to date firmware. I checked the windows setting and acceleration was disabled, I have no idea why my new mouse is behaving like it is. It's the same product so why. The only reason I can come up with in my head is that the product has been deliberately tampered with to make you go out and buy a newer released product. I'm not even joking this mouse is near enough unplayable and I would still be using my old one if the scroll hadn't broken. to be clear I'm not saying the broken scroll wheel is the part that is obsolete, I'm saying the latest revision of the mouse has just killed its usefulness. I'm sure my old mouse died through poor ownership, I probably got my finger wet then scrolled the liquid into the sensor killing it. I've already pulled it apart to clean the sensor and that didn't fix it. What's the point of this post, well I just want clarification to determine if I just got a faulty mouse or if someone else has had something similar happen to one of their Logitech products After looking back at the footage I think it's just a really bad optical sensor and not acceleration but still take a look at how it jumps around the screen, I really can't be asked to rewrite all of this because I'm still sick but the point stand I think this is deliberate obsolescence. I'm looking to buy a Logitech g602 I heard it didn't come with a wire. but that was a long time ago. I'm wondering if that changed, if it didn't change I was wondering if it has a wire slot or area so I could plug in a wire for wired connection.

So let me set the stage for this review. As many people who knew me when I was a regular on the forums over 2 years ago, I personally used to game on a old Microsoft mouse that looked just like one of these archaic things you find on your grandmothers PC. Now I didn't use it because I couldn't afford anything better, at the time I had 2 R9 290X's and just didn't see any gain to replace something that worked great and I was familiar with. As time went on I stopped gaming and sold off most of my performance hardware and kept my PC relatively basic and bare bones. I haven't actually used it within the last half a year since I can accomplish everything I need on my phone. Now I moved out a month ago and when packing up my PC realized one of my little siblings had taken my beloved mouse, now 1 month later and starting school and having an assignment I need to work on this weekend. I have finally been forced to break out Old Reliable and that means I was tasked with finding a replacement for my beloved ancient mouse. I made a simple trip to my local Memory Express and examining the selection was disappointed with what the cheaper options had in regards to size for my Goliath sized hands. I also don't appreciate the general look and feel of normal gaming mice with their jagged angles and flashing lights so I wasn't left with many choices. The G602 caught my eye with its sleek styling, versatility and I recalled hearing it was a great mouse for those with large hands but the 119$ price tag deterred me initially. I decided to quickly check PC parts picker and happily discovered the G602 on amazon for just over 66$ and using MemX's Uber Price beat guarantee happily purchased one for 60$. Using it has truly changed my opinion of what some "gaming" mice have to offer. I've already fallen in love with the adjustable DPI and programmed my own macro keys for the 6 perfectly placed side buttons. This mouse is perfection for those with large hands who want a versatile yet elegant solution that is a cut above your standard office/school mouse. It has been such a pleasure to switch to something like this that I personally felt the need to share it after not posting on the forums for over 2 years.

Hi everyone. So for the longest time I had the Logitech G602 wireless gaming mouse. I love the crap out of that thing. Recently I lost it in a move and need a new mouse. I'm looking for a mouse like that one because I liked it so much. Specifically the parts I really like about it were: 1. The thumbrest on the right side. Made things very comfortable, the MX Master 2S has a similar one, but it's no gaming mouse. 2. The programmable buttons. I like to play MMOs as well as other games (though I haven't made the jump into first person shooters with mouse+keyboard yet.) There were 6 on the right side + two on the top + the scroll wheel which clicks obviously. 3. The wireless. I would be fine with bluetooth as well, but when I have my PC hooked up to a tv, or I take in on the road to use with my mac it's real nice to have. If you have any suggestions of a mouse like the g602 that has these kinds of features, and is available in the U.K let me know! Would really appreciate it! Cheers!

I'm thinking about purchasing a Logitech G602 wireless mouse to replace my free Alienware mouse which I was given by a friend. I have heard lots of good things about it, and love the thought of the numerous buttons, but nobody has mentioned anything about the scroll wheel. Are the steps well defined? Does it last well? Also, is it a comfortable mouse to hold for someone used to palm grip with very slight claw sometimes? Thanks in advance

Hello! A few months ago, I purchased my first gaming mouse. (I am not a gamer, but honestly liked the look, and the LEDs.) I picked up the Logitech G302, and have been using it since, and loving it, even for my usual productivity tasks. Because of this, I opted to buy a Logitech G602 to use on the go with my laptop, as the lack of wires sounded more promising for portability. I have been using it for a few days now, on my desktop system as well as my laptop, and have been disappointed to find that it is not as responsive; more specifically, my left mouse click only gets picked up about 50% of the time. (Tracking is otherwise fine.) I have tried every combination of location of the receiver and mouse, but this issue still persists. Is this just one of the downsides to owning a non-wired mouse, or is it a production error? Also, if the issue is my particular mouse, should I contact Logitech, or Staples, who I bought the mouse from? Thanks!

Hey guys, So i recently purchased a logitech wireless g602 gaming mouse. For those who have the mouse, or have had experience with it, does the mouse shut itself off when you shut your PC down? One night i left the mouse on while the PC was off and in the morning when i booted the PC, the LEDs on the mouse came back on, from which i would conclude that it does turn itself off. Is this true? #SaveMoneyOnBatteries

Last year around this time I purchased the G602, it was a good deal at $50 CDN. I like the mouse a lot for various reasons, heavy though... duh batteries. =) Anyways: Two weeks ago I noticed the middle mouse button was missing clicks regularly. Functionality would briefly return, but briefly. Blowing into the middle button (right into the mouse) actually worked, but for only a short time. The problem started spreading to the left/right clicks shortly after. After a short search online for anyone with a similar problem, I did find that a small percentage of people were experiencing this also. These switches (at least the left/right buttons) are supposed to be rated for 20M clicks. I decided to open the mouse up to hopefully find a hair or something impeding something or something... I was just looking for any mechanical issue I could easily fix. Everything seemed clean inside. I took the mouse to my PC and tested manually hitting the switches. They were missing clicks. After a few days of blowing into my mouse as needed, I found a good deal on a Func MS-2 and jumped on it. It would be about a week traveling time as the unit I ordered was stored across the country. During that wait, my G602 magically started working properly. About a week had passed and no evidence of switch failure was evident. I though great, I can still use this thing. I picked up my MS-2 tonight (NCIX), and when I got home it all began again. As I am writing this the left click, the right click. and the middle mouse button are at any given point: missing clicks. The good news is that Logitech has a 3 year limited warranty on this mouse. The bad news is that I opened it up. I do not know if they will honor the warranty. I guess my next step will be to contact Logitech. Has anyone had a problem with a G602?

I need help deciding between the towo an I only have $30 to spend on black friday on a mouse and I need to decide which one is better? Just tell me your pros and cons of each. I know the g602 is wireless and the g402 is wired and I've seen both of the LTT videos on them but the communities input would help. Thanks

Hello Everyone! Today I am taking a look at the Logitech G602 wireless gaming mouse. I've been taking a look at some wireless peripherals recently, and the G602 interested me. The G602 offers long battery life, reliable use and loads of programmable buttons, so I am taking a look at if it holds up to what it claims.

If you took your time to even come thank you. I've decided on one of these two mice. The razer star wars: the old republic gaming mouse or the logitech g602 I play mostly RPGs, lately I've been playing games like Van helsing or torchlight. Links for each one from their website: http://gaming.logitech.com/en-us/product/g602-wireless-gaming-mouse http://www.razerzone.com/licensed-and-team-peripherals/star-wars-the-old-republic-gaming-mouse I've been leaning towards the Razer mouse for the more buttons and wired mode. What do you think? Thanks.

Hey Guys So I have been using the logitech g602 wireless mouse for almost a year now and absolutely love it but the only issue is sometimes when I'm gaming the wireless performance just isn't good enough. So I want to get a g502 to use for gaming but don't know if the Logitech gaming software supports managing macros for 2 mice at the same time. Is anyone else as out there as I am and knows if this works? I know windows will handle multiple mice I just need to know if I can still have my macros for both mice. Cheers, S1AYA7
