hey there, so i’m having an issue that i can’t solve. i built a new PC and everything has been going well but the pc will sometimes get stuck in the booting (first load up logo). i think it says mpg. to get by this i’ll hold down the power button and turn the pc back on. everything will work fine. i can go back turning the pc on an off for days with no issues but it always tends to happen 2-5 times a month randomly. any tips would be appreciated. thanks! Hi all. Occasionally, but mostly in SOME newer games i have hard crash during gaming. I noticed it was happening (because i dont play many newer high requirements games) mostly in 2 games i played, those are Last of Us and now in AC Valhalla (which from the day i installed it 2 3 days ago) frequently. So, i play the game normally, i checked temps they were normal, before that i used DDU to uninstall driver completely and installed the new one but still i get complete PC freezing, 15 minutes ago i got hard game crash, but managed to open task manager to end game task, to restart the PC, but interestingly PC was working, but at the moment i turned off the browser to restart it, entire PC froze. I am thinking it may be RAM memory issue, but it also may be something else, like GPU, PSU maybe !? Bellow i will write specs, and RAM settings. Ryzen 7 2700x, Zotac gtx 1080, OCZ 600w modular (real old PSU, 10 years probably, but voltages are fine), and now RAM, RAM is G-skill 2x8gb and 1x16gb modules with same specs and 1.35v, but on Auto settings motherboard is putting really low memory speed and high timings so i am required to manually setup them, but the trick is they are refusing to work at 3.2ghz with 1.35 or 1.355v, so i just put lower speed on 3ghz (maybe its because of older CPU), also tried lower speed something like 2.8ghz, but same thing happened. I also tried looser timings, but also same thing. I also recently finished ME Legendary edition trilogy and had no crashing at all, completing them took 150h approximately, no crash. So it may be possible higher RAM/Vram usage and higher GPU usage is causing this complete PC crash !?!? Suggestions ?? I dont have other memory to try, but i may go look for it, or i may buy and replace it with some 2x16gb from different manufacturer. Thanks

So I have been experiencing a weird freezing issue lately. It started from some where in April. When I play games and sometimes when I am browsing my computer screen just freezes my RAM rgb and my AIO cooler display is all functioning but nothing works, I just can't close anything I can't open anything so I gotta force shut down my PC. So just now I saw this in my news suggestions on my phone and I think it has something to do with a windows 10 update. So can someone give me any suggestions to fix this issue cause its getting on my nerves. Its really annoying cause this happened in the middle of an important assignment I was working on too and it scared the crap outta me cause I thought I lost my work but thankfully nothing happened cause it was saved and yesterday I played one death match on valorant and right after the match ended and the results screen popped up it froze. I could really really really use some help

Switched the storage, reinstall the drivers fresh (used AMD driver removal tool) , reinstall a fresh copy of windows 11.but still I get Freezes in DirectX games. So, I keep geeting this freezes where the whole system just hangs for up to a minut. It happens about every 5 minuts and is EXTREMELY anoying. I can not for the life of me tell why does this. I have my taskbar constantly open on my second monitor to see if any programs are at fault, no no luck so far. Sometimes I can move the mouse, sometimes not, sometimes the content of every window freezes, sometimes they keep showing their content (like a youtube video that keeps playing). After a lot of trial and error I ended up doing a fresh install of windows, but the freezes are as bad as ever. PLEASE HELP!

Hello, This is my first post here, I hope this is the correct forum. Long story short: I have pre build small PC (OEM) with 2x2 DDR3 Samsung, everything work great until I replaced my RAM to 2×4 Gb exactly (same speed 1333mhz- same voltage - same PC3 10600U ) but used from Crucial. Then my PC start randomly freez but no blue screen and then restart ( not normal switch off but like power off, the PC freez 1-4 seconds and then restart. This happens randomly somtimes 2 per day and sometimes 1 per month. I test the RAM so carefully with many apps, like MemTest86+, Windows Memory Diagnostic and DecMemory. All test came out with no errors, so i don't know what to do, is it power problem or ram problem? What i tried: - I did fresh windows install. - Disconnect my DVD to save power. - Changed my GPU. - Changed my CPU. All with no luck.. Note: my Bios is soooo limit so i can't change voltage. Please help .... Thanks!!!

I built my computer 3 weeks ago, and I have this issue more and more often. When I play a game, or run a benchmark my screen freezes and the sound starts repeating the last half second. I tried ctrl+alt+delete but nothing happened. The only way to turn my computer off, is by holding the on button for a long time. What could possibly be the problem? I guess the graphics card, but can it be something else? (Also, I don't know if it's related to this problem, but after today's first crash, Google Chrome doesn't want to start, no matter how many times I restart my PC). My PC freezes after an hour or two. This has been going on for some time. My PC will freeze randomly after an hour or two, at first i thought it was because of demanding games but it does it when I only have Chrome open as well. Initially I thought it was a PSU problem because I only had an Antec 450W. But yesterday I replaced my graphics card and PSU to a 650W. Temps are never above 70C and I haven't overclocked anything. I also deleted windows 8 and wiped everything and did a clean install of windows 10 yesterday. Before freezing I will hear a buzzing glitch kind of sound for about a second through my headphones ( not through the internal system speaker). then the display will freeze and the hard drive light will stop. CTRL,ALT,Delete doesn't work. ALT, Tab doesn't work. Mouse doesn't work. Restart button doesn't work. only thing I can do is hold the power button until it shuts off. It doesn't unfreeze after time as well, waited 5 hours once to test it. Also there's no diffrence in fan speeds or anything. Can anyone help me ? Heya guys! I downloaded GTA V through the day. I got freaking slow internet, it took me 9 hours. So I was extremely hyped to play this game. So I launched the game and everything went fine, the glass scattering sound, the police lights and all went amazingly smooth. But then I came at the menu where I noticed the sound was ''delayed'' the sound came after (like 1 second) after i clicked something. I assumed it was just me so I continued and began the story mode. So I was loading in and at a certain point I heard music. I heard it for 0.5 seconds, and then it'd be gone for 2 seconds and came back and dissapeared again (and so on) I finally loaded it only to find the most annoying stutters of my life. When it isn't frozen the game runs butterly smooth (Watch video) So I went online and see if there were any fixes. Alt+ tabbing: Check, didn't work Latest drivers?:check , didn't work either lowering settings?: check Didn't work. Safe mode? Didnt work either. Optimising via GeForce experience?: You can guess it, Didn't work either. ( i rebooted after every ''solution'') So my question is. Does anyone know how to solve this, I have a pretty decent pc so I really don't know what the problem could be! (In the benchmark the fps counter say 55 but on my Shadowplay fps counter it is 5) My specs are the following AMD FX-8320 4.2 ghz MSI GAMING 960 4gb 16GB DDR3 1333 Mhz 550W PSU MSI GAMING 970 motherboard. Someone please help me! Grand Theft Auto V 06.24.2016 - 21.20.05.03.mp4

Hi guyz i have a serious problem with my new GPU ( MSI GTX 750ti gaming) Whenever i plug it in my PC freezes before the BIOS splash screen. And before i updated the BIOS it froze at the splash screen and i couldnt do anything.it was not repsonding. But when i plug in my old gpu pc works just fine. Its a fairly new setup with the following specs. Any help will be appreciated. Motherboard: MSI 970 gaming (BIOS VERSION 22.1) It has click BIOS 4 CPU: AMD 8320E RAM: ADATA 8Gb 2133Mhz (2x4Gb) HDD: Western digital black 1Tb PSU: 600W (85 plus) - 2x Noctua NF-12 premium fans ( brown poop ones ) - Corsair h80i AIO cooling kit (includes 2x fans, pump and a radiator) - 1x RED 60c, long LED strip DVD-ROM I do think the GPU may be faulty so... My pc freezes after 5 seconds to 2 minutes, after startup. This happens every time, and is really anoying. I can move my mouse, but it also freezes after a while. The sound freezes, like makes one constant hung up sound. It is impossible to turn the machine off. When I restart it, I can choose between 4 modes, and 3 of those are safe mode. I don´t get any "repair choice". Please help me. Is it my SSD that is broken, or do I just simply have to reinstall Windows 7 to it? I bet there is a bad driver, but i can´t fix that. Thanks.
