Budget (including currency): $3500 USD Country: United States Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Just about all sorts of games, mainly fps / indie / puzzle games Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I’ve provided a link below of my PC Part Picker list of all the things I want to get, it is my first pc. This will also include the rest of my setup. I just want someone to look over it see if there is anything I should value more so than the others or if there is something better for cheaper. Literally any sort of advice will be beyond useful, all responses are appreciated. The PC and setup in question -
Alright so lets cut to the chase, I'm a student. 17. I have an online makrteing job and I need the highest performance laptop/pc. I have always been a laptop girl but I've never tried a PC before. These are my two picks, just under and comfortably around my budget. (they are in SAR - Saudi Riyal) PC: https://www.amazon.sa/-/en/ZORD-GENESIS-COMPUTER-GENERATION-PROCESSOR/dp/B0BS1CXKX5 price : 2,599sar sale (was:2999 as per amazon) Laptop: https://www.jarir.com/sa-en/default-category/hp-victus-laptops-616008.html price : 2,699sar sale (was:4,499 as per the website) both on sale. I wanna get one of them before they vanish. But Im having a really hard time choosing between the two. I love the performance on the 1660 super (my friend has this pc) but I'm not used to PCs TT.. As for the hp victus laptop, I love that it also has 16gb ram but the 3050s performance... Which one should I choose? I need the PC/laptop to atleast last me 3-4 years. Could anyone help? the level of performance I need : -image editing softwares -software builder apps (bubble.io) -some gaming on the side (games like yakuza / hitman) -can run online meetings smoothly, while having like 50 google tabs I'd really appreciate anyones help/thoughts on this! Thank you so much :>>

Budget (including currency): €600-€700 Country: Netherlands Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming: Fortnite, FiveM GTAV, Rocket League and stuff Other details: I am helping my nephew to build his first gaming pc. I would like a PC for him that just works. No trouble shooting ever. I do not mind helping him with the assembly of the computer, but we haven't decided whether we want a prebuild or will build the computer ourselves. He is currently using a PS4 and he does not need any peripherals. He currently has a small tv but he is planning to upgrade to a gaming monitor - 165Hz 1080p (16:9) in the future. He wants to buy the pc sometime soon. I currently got this partlist: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bwjqN6 , but these are not the exact parts he probebly will and up buying as we wil be looking at availability in dutch webshops. Windows is purchased separately via a 'legal' website for a few euros (I also did that for my pc and it works). Are these parts about right for the budget? And is there any other advise?

Budget (including currency): £1000 Country: United Kingdom Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Triple A games, and adobe programmes Other details (The CPU and GPU were already bought, monitor (not included in budget) has not been added yet, as I do not know the best refresh rate. I am just looking for anyone who has the time to look at or just glance over the parts compatibility (AIO and GPU size in case, motherboard, or just any obvious issues in general) as it is my first build, and despite my research, I am still scared Thankyou. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/zgTRwg

I want to lower it down to 3.5K instead of the 7. I do not want to change the MOBO, CPU, GPU, nor storage, (I already have a windows 11 access key) Can someone recommend me fans that are maybe cheaper and get me closer to 3.5k or perhaps better ram at a lower price that still has rgb? Hello and good evening. I need some advice seeing as I have had a console all my life. I’ve been wondering what would be the ideal PC for £600. My PS4 sounds like a Boeing 747 and turns off after 10 minutes of gaming. A system that can run 1440p at 120hz if possible. Any hardware ideas people?

Budget (including currency): 500 usd for the PC, 150 max for monitor, mouse, and keyboard (including rebates, deals, and discounts) Country: houston, tx, usa Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Lots of web browsing (lots of open tabs), fl studio for music production, valorant, league of legends, genshin impact, and I'll most likely pick up around 2 more aaa games. Other details I'm upgrading from a 2009 toshiba laptop that my dad bought for me off ebay. I need a monitor, mouse, and keyboard (150$ max for these peripherals). I am planning on buying before 2024. I want to play at a minimum of 1080p, 60fps and a 60hz refresh rate for a monitor. I don't have any existing parts. I'm am fine with buying used parts as long as the seller isn't sketchy. I am also ok with buying from eastern markets like aliexpress. I want to capitalize on deals. I want this PC to last me for around 5 years, but I don't really want to future-proof it (I just want it to be workable and playable over that time period, not looking for the best graphics). I don't want apus. I'm not that big on aesthetic, as long as the pc doesn't look horrible. I want a higher quality case with dust filters and fans, but don't want the price to be over 70. I want 16gb ram minimum (2x8). I want the motherboard to have extra ram and SSD slots if I feel like upgrading in the future. I want my mouse and keyboard to be wired.

Budget (including currency): 16 - 17 Million Indonesian Rupiah Country: Indonesia Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Elden Ring, Da Vinci Resolve, indie games Other details : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kyT6v3 I couldn't find some parts on PC part picker so I had to use a placeholder item. The items are: KLEVV DDR4 BOLT XR (2x16): I had to split it into 2x8 Digital Alliance GAMING CHASSIS N30 S: Used the Raidmax case as a placeholder Digital Alliance DA KAZE 120 ARGB: Used the Scythe Kaze Flex ARGB as a placeholder Viewsonic VX2780 2K: Used the AOC Q27G2S/D as a placeholder since they are similar in specs and price This is my first PC build coming from an old gaming laptop (MSI GL63 8RC) and I want to make something that is able to run AAA titles with decent FPS at medium quality. I plan to use this to play at 2k 120 FPS, but with some simulations I could find, I'll take 75-100 FPS with demanding games like Elden Ring. I also do some minor video editing here and there but nothing too major. I have a PC list from Tokopedia too alongside the total cost and I could use some help with deciding whether if I should stick with my current CPU and motherboard setup right now or downgrade my CPU to an Intel i3-12100F paired with the MSI Pro B760M-A Wifi so that I'll have a decent upgrade path for the future.

Budget (including currency): 300-600$ Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Web browsing work : visual studio code IDE, nodejs, python gaming: nvidia geforce now, microsoft xbox cloud ratio: 95% for work/web browsing, 5% for gaming from the cloud Other details : I already have a 32inch monitor, I would like to fit everything into a case with the smallest fingerprint without scarifying "too much" the thermo. I like the style of the fractal terra but I still find it too big. I am hesitating to go with one of the prebuilt beelink / minisforum I've put a baseline, but I think it's way overkill for my usage: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PfbMJM Thanks !

Budget (including currency): 3000 EUR Country: Nordics (Denmark/Sweden/Norway) Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA games (Cyberpunk, Jedi: Survivor, etc.), Esport titles (CS:GO), Emulation (yuzu, etc.), CAD modelling and FEM analysis (Solidworks/CATIA, ANSYS), Music production (Ableton, Reason), AI (Tensorflow/Pytorch) Other details Planning to build in the NR200P MAX. Currently have a 1080p 60Hz monitor, thinking about going 1440p 144Hz. My mouse is an old Roccat Kone that has started to die, looking at a wireless replacement, such as the G305 or G PRO X. Any suggestions are very welcome here as well. Hi there! Long time watcher, first time poster, who recently started earning adult money after finishing my masters. I am currently on a Haswell (i7-4870HQ) based laptop that I got in 2016, the MSI GS30 + a desktop 1060 3GB in the docking station. It is extremely loud, very audible even at idle, thermal throttles even with agressive undervolting/underclocking, and has a nasty habit of the fan bearings dying (currently on fan replacement #4). An upgrade has been long overdue. I am an engineer, and beside doing some coding, AI and some virtualization and VM based things, I also do 3D modelling and printing in my free time. I also dabble in music production. I would like to go SFF for my first proper build, and I would like to use the NR200P MAX. I believe it is quite beginner friendly and would be a great option for me, but I also understand that this severely limits my options and increases costs for my motherboard choice. For the platform, I would like to go with an AMD 7800X3D based system, not only because it is pretty much the best thing you can get for the money, but also AMD's promise for supporting the AM5 socket for much longer than Intel generally supports theirs, means that I can just pop a new CPU in towards the end-of-life of AM5, should the need arise. For the motherboard, given that I'm looking for an ITX AM5 board, unfortunately the options are quite limited. I was going to go with the B650i AORUS ULTRA from Gigabyte, but unfortunately it seems that they are not selling it in Europe, and I have no wish to deal with importing it from overseas (and the difficulties, should I need to RMA it). I was looking at the MSI MPG B650I EDGE WIFI and the Asrock B650E PG-ITX WiFi. I would like to have 2.5G ethernet (they both have it), 3 SATA ports - this makes me lean towards the MSI board, and a sizeable amount of USB ports (as I have a lot of peripherals - MIDI keyboard, audio interface). I considered going for the X670 boards instead of the B650 ones for more ports, but I'm not sure if the extra price would be worth it, given as it is an ITX board, I wouldn't be able to use the extra PCIe lanes anyway (plus an USB hub is much cheaper haha). My brother (who has an NR200P) mentioned that some M-ATX boards (such as the Asrock B650M-HDV) do fit in the NR200P, as the max size is 244mm*226mm if I remember correctly. So if you have some M-ATX boards that could be options here, please let me know. I would like to completely avoid Asus after their recent crapshow with the warranty on their AM5 boards. I also owned an Asus laptop before this. That whole series of laptops had a well-documented hinge issue that cracks the casing over time, and Asus refused to honor the warranty, until I threatened to contact consumer protection, as the issue was clearly a widespread one arising from their crappy design. RAM-wise, I'm leaning towards 32GB of DDR5, but maybe could even go with 64GB, seeing as I use some VMs and a wide variety of RAM hungry applications as well. Help would be especially appreciated here, as I'm a bit out of the loop with what an ideal pairing with the 7800X3D would be, with regards to timings and speed. For storage, I would like to get an 1-2TB NVMe SSD as a primary boot drive, but also some SATA SSDs as storage for larger programs and games, so I would really appreciate if you could suggest some great options for both form factors. Despite its size, the NR200P MAX has 2 mounts for 2.5" SSDs at the front, and it even has a 3.5" mount on the power supply cage, so I might even throw in my 8TB 3.5" HDD from the dock for archival storage. (Therefore a motherboard with at least 3 SATA connectors would be nice) For the GPU, I have to go NVIDIA unfortunately. CUDA support is important for me, and I also use some AI model training frameworks, where AMD support is a bit lack-luster to my knowledge (CAD software also tends to play much nicer with NVIDIA). I would go with the 7900XTX, but for the aforementioned reasons I'm planning to go with a 4080. If anyone has any suggestion on which partner models I should consider here, please let me know. Power supply and an AIO are included in the NR200P MAX already, so the only other parts I think I need are some slim 120mm fans for the bottom of the case, probably Noctuas. As mentioned in the title, looking to upgrade my monitor and mouse as well. Thank you for reading and your suggestions in advance, and I hope you have a lovely day!

Hey, I've built my first PC, but I'm having some problems. I've assembled the computer, but I can't seem to get the motherboard to post into BIOS. My monitor only displays a black screen (I do have the HDMI plugged into the GPU). Two LED lights (out of four) trigger, with two lighting up: "Boot" and "VGA" and the "DRAM" and "CPU" ones not triggering. Here are my specs: Motherboard: ASROCK H670 PG Riptide CPU: Intel Core i3-12100F CPU Cooler: Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. C GPU: XFX Speedster SWFT309 AMD 6700 XT RAM: Kingston Fury RAM 32 GB GDDR4 3200 Mhz (4x8 GB sticks) PSU: Corsair RM850 850 W PSU 80 Plus Gold Storage: Western Digital m.2 2280 250 GB NVme (OS drive. I also have a 1 TB m.2 Nvme as well from WD.) Chassis: Lian Li Lancool 216 Things I've done to troubleshoot (that I've seen on this forum and others) leading up to this post. I've: Reseated the GPU three times Reseated the CPU three times Used one stick of RAM in each of the four Dimm slots, then powered on. quintuple checked the PSU Connectors are all installed correctly. One final note, since I've been doing research on what could be causing these issues. My PSU does make one small crackle sound when trying to boot. It's not constant, and only happens once. All fans seem to spin so long as the power is being delivered. Any help would be great.

Budget (including currency): 2750 USD Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Call of Duty Multiplayer, Call of Duty Zombies, ARK Survival 1 and 2, Resident Evil Remakes, DOOM 2016 and Eternal, Minecraft, Terraria, GTA 5, Dark Souls and Elden Ring, Battlefield 2042 and a lot of older games. Other details My Build so Far: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/G9PtjZ. I don't need peripherals and I currently am upgrading from a old gaming laptop. I plan to buy my pc part by part hopefully by July., My hope is that this build can handle 1080p 240hz at high-ish settings or 1440p 144hz at (hopefully) high-ish settings. I don't care about 4k or ray tracing just high frames and resolution. I plant to use 2 monitors one 1080p 144hz and the other 1440p 240hz. The main display will be the 1440p monitor for gaming and the other one I've always used for multitasking. Please let me know if my linked build is enough for what I want im new to pc building. Thank You!!!

::The Specs are listed below:: Hello, I am an amateur in the process of building my first rig. I got all the parts and was following the “How to build a PC” youtube guide the LTT team put together. While doing the Pre-test that was suggested, I ran into some issues. This is how far I got: - I seated my CPU into the socket - I installed the Cooler (Connected the 2 fans that came with it to the Motherboard) - I seated the SSD Card - I seated the DDR5 Ram in the 2nd and 4th positions as indicated by my Motherboard Manual. -Seated the Graphics card - Connected my Monitor to power and to the graphics card using a display port cable. -Connected my Keyboard to the Motherboard. - I plugged the PSU to power and connected it to the motherboard then to the graphics card. -I powered my pre build on and get… 1:) No display. 2:) The CPU led status light comes on. (Solid Orange) 3:) The Graphics Card fans turn on and stays on 4:) The Cooler fans turn on and stay on aswell. Budget (including currency): ~ 2222 € Country: Slovakia Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming (HALO, DOOM, Stellaris, Minecraft[possibly hosting server] ), Occasional machine learning, VMs and coding related stuff Goal: silent + 0RPM machine when idle with a future upgrade path (im looking at you CPU) Note: I think i will have to resell heavily under price in case of upgrade (compared to used market of other countries) thats why i chose overkill PSU and RAM ( feel free to propose valid arguments against it ) Other details: building from scratch, upgrading from ZephyrusG14 2021 RTX3060, going to buy at the end of may, playing on 3440x1440 144Hz, my first ever own build so i feel like overkilling it Parts: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Q3HXDq AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz 6-Core Processor Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black 82.52 CFM CPU Cooler Asus TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard Kingston Renegade Silver 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 CL32 Memory Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive Asus TUF GAMING GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12 GB Video Card Fractal Design Pop Air ATX Mid Tower Case Corsair RM1000e 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply Questions: Do i need some sort of fan hub for 0RPM when idle? I guess i need PMW fans, which noctua fans should i choose? fan config? (thinking of 2 front intakes and 1 top exhaust) Will it fit? no clearance issues? Additional tips regarding this configuration? Not sure about the MOBO, thunderbolt header seems nice but i dont feel like overclocking because i want silent machine, any recommendations?

Budget (including currency): 700-800 USD Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, GTA V, and some light video editing and maybe streaming in the future Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am confused between i7-12700K, i5-13600K or Ryzen 7600X. For now i will be using integrated gpu and will add a dedicated gpu once the 4060 is released(gpu budget is excluded). Also it would be nice to have a future proof system if i need to upgrade sometime in 2 years
