Hi everyone! I am going to build a watercooling system soon, so i need to chose a case. After a lot of research i'm stuck between those two: the Phanteks Evolv ATX TG and the Anidees Ai Crystal. I really like them both honestly, and since they're both quite good for watercooling i really can't decide. What would you guys suggest me? What are the pros and cons of each case? The evolv atx has this front SSD mount which I use. But i can't for the life of me figure out how to properly mount an SSD in there. I have a samsung 850 Evo, and any way I try to put it (which works with cable management) the writing is upside down. Right now I just have it mounted vertically and routed the cables through the reservoir bay. But there has to be a better way.

I was wondering how I should set up my fans in my Evolv Atx TG, I have access to 4 Noctua NF-F12 and the 3 140mm fans that came with the case. I am only using aircoolers atm but I will be getting a custom loop somewhere between now (27/9 2017) and christmas. What would be the optimal way to set up my fans so my gpu gets sufficient airflow. The temps on my 1080 ti are a little to high for my liking and even with a ambient temp that is ca 17c i still hit 85-90c if the temp limit is at 90c. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm going to build a custom loop, there is not many upgrades i can do hardware wise anymore with a 7700k and 1080 ti. So I seek advice here. What would be the best rad/fan setup in a Evolv ATX TG? I'm willing to slightly mod the case but I'm not very fond of modding the front or top panels. I know this case has pretty bad airflow but I am willing to trade higher temps for looks. As I understand the top is the most restrictive, and as such would it be best to put only a 360mm rad in the front with push pull and no rads in the top or go with only a top rad in push pull to have better airflow into the case? As I said I am ready to take 5C higher temps if It means I don't have to cut in my front or top panel. Though I will drill extra holes in the basement for the pump if I go with a front rad. The versions I have thought of so far is either a 240mm push/pull front and a 360mm top OR just a thicker 360 front with push pull. Thanks in advance. Hi guys. Can anyone give me a bit of info regarding getting some extra case fans? Link to the planned build is here: http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/list/wkmmFd A couple notes about the build list: Please note it is in NZD, and the pricing has not been optimized as yet - but don't concern yourself with that side of things now. I'm looking at getting either the Phanteks Evolv ATX TG case, or the H440 from NZXT. Evolv ATX would be my favourite really. I believe from memory the Evolv comes with 1 exh. and 2 intake fans on the front panels. It has a fan port hub that can have I think 6 fans attached to it. The TG version also has an RBG controller for the case and LED strip lighting. The H440 with 1 exh. and 3 intake fans on the front panel. This one from memory has a fan hub that can attach 10 fans. The Z170-A board I have selected, may in fact not be available in NZ for some unknown reason. Instead there is a Z170-AR that i'm not sure what the difference actually is. The Z170-A has I beleive 4x 4-pin headers, +1 for the CPU cooler, and 1 that could go to a fan hub - presumably the one fitted to the case. Ignore all the fans in the parts list - I just added them since for some reason partpicker won't bring case fans marked as favourites to the top of the parts list like it does for other items. The power requirements of the PC are also artificially bloated because of this. Feel free to correct any of those details - going from memory here. However what I would really like to know is, are either cases compatible with LED fans? I mean, do the LED fans just have 1 colour that is powered on whenever the computer is powered on? Does this work for plugging them in the case fan hub or if you connect them directly to the motherboard? One in particular I looked at was the AP121 from Silverstone. These I would mount on the front intake area. I don't really need RGB fans, just 1 colour would do (going for an andestite grey case with blue lighting most likely). Alternatively I know there is the Z170 Pro Gaming Aura MB from Asus - but again can't confirm when/if that will be available in NZ. In the end my priorities would be Cooling Noise Level (doesn't need to be silent but needs to be reasonable) Aesthetics like lighting If you have advise for any case fans at all (doesn't need to be LED related) i'm happy to hear it as well. Hi all,I am in search for a chassis for my new 8700k build and i've been looking into the Evolve Enthoo ATX Tempered glass case in black. I have been searching the internet and watched a lot of youtube clips but i cannot find information regarding the front mounting of a AIO radiator. In my current case (Carbide Air 540 from Corsair) i'm using a H115i 280mm raditor with 2x140mm fans (mounted in top)So what i want to do is to have 3x120mm fans in the top (without radiator)One 140mm exhaust fan in the back. Put the radiator in the front with a push/pull configuration (sucking air into the case).Here's the problem i cannot figure out, out of all pictures and videos i've seen they are mounting the 280mm so it will fill the middle and bottom slot. This i do not what i want to do.I want to mount the radiator in the top and middle slot so it looks more symetrical. Because when you mount it in the bottom and middle slot you have to remove a piece of the psu-shroud and that to me makes the sleek look go away. Can this be done, have someone done it? Hope someone can shed a light on this!

Hi Fam, I just created an account for this question, I am building a water cooling PC but I am struggling between the tempered glass edition and standard Phanteks Evolv ATX case. I suck at cable management but wanted the glass panel on the left side... Does the tempered glass differ a lot in transparency comparing to standard side panel? Tempered Glass or not? Pros and cons on tempered glass? Need some help and owner feedback on both cases. Thank you so much!

Which case would you rather buy for your computer? Either the Corsair 760t, or the Enthoo evolv Atx tempered glass? FYI in my local shop they are selling both of these cases for $189. If you answer could you also please tell my why you would choose either one of these. Thanks in advance!

how can i add tempered glass panels on a Evolve ATX case? (obviously not the tg edition) I didn't found any help!! I have no experience with modding at all!!

So I've been slowly building my rig with the aforementioned components and was gutted to find I don't seem to be able to mount the radiator and fans in the top shelf as the high profile memory gets in the way I've mounted in the front for now, but has anyone found a way around this?!

I am planning on buying the Phanteks Evolv ATX case and was wondering what amount of fans you can mount in the front. The official front mounting scheme is 3x120 or 2x140, but the mounting strips doesnt go the entire way up. Is it possible to mount 3x140 fans in the front if I extend my top fans above the mounting strips?

Hi guys, I've decided it's high time to finally go build that beast I've been dreaming about. Help me fill her out and make her beautiful, still in the planning stage. I've decided on the Case and Motherboard, everything else needs to be finalized. - Case - Phanteks EVOLV ATX TG (What a beauty!) - Motherboard- Asus Sabertooth Z170 Mark 1 I plan on using a modular PSU with custom sleeving. I don't want to compromise on anything so E22 / Bitspower / EKWB are all good. Need to decide the basic theme/color palette and coordinate the components/sleeving/tubing/coolant accordingly. I will do my research and order the components by Monday, once they arrive I will lay them out in the case and figure out how to design the loop.
