Since before the official lunch, i mean early access, that started more than a week ago the game just crashes in the loading screen when it launchs, using this somewhat recent GPU (AMD RX 7600). This is not normal, rigth? Do you think it will be propperly fixed and in a short time? It is the first time I bougth an EA game for pc, but is it normal for them to have these monumental problem and not fix them rigth away?

Hi! First post, and english is not my native language, so sorry about any poor grammar. Back in 2011, i bought Crysis 2 Limited edition on Steam, amazing game, and i have regularly downloaded and played it since 2011. Crysis for people who don't know, have its own serial verifier when you start the game, hence steam provides you keys to enter when launching the game. So the issue; The key have been used too many times, and that's fine in itself, i have bought multiple computers since 2011. But i have reached out to both EA and Steam, and they only blame each other, and says the other part have to provide a solution for me. For me it was a proper reality check, will this game that i have purchased eventually be unplayable? I have heard that the remastered version don't use the same serial checker, but for me its a matter of principle that i should have access to the game i paid 50 dollars for back in 2011 for as long as i want. at least as long as it exists on steam. quick note; i had this issue back in 2021 as well, asked EA and they fixed it, the ticket system at EA apparently don't handle old cases very well, so i can see the ticket, but all history (conversation, files etc.) are lost. But telling them that they took responsibility for this back then didn't make them change their mind. I have also reached out to Crytek themselves, awaiting a response. Glad i have physical copies of my very favorite games! Thought this could be more of a discussion topic than a problem/solution thing, but if anyone know what to demand from who to get this solved, I'd be very happy!

Hello! I've recently got a gpu upgrade from an RX 570 to an RX 6750 XT (Reference Version) as a gift. I play quite a few AAA titles here and there all I can say is that I can crank everything to max except for ray tracing of course. The problem is that whenever I play Apex Legends or Valorant, for some reason I would significantly notice stutters while I am in the actual game. However, when I try to play those games in their respective firing range the hitches seems to go away ever so slightly, it's still there but it's no longer that noticeable. I did a little bit research about my card in Youtube and found some benchmarks about my card and saw that they have a consistent 300fps in 1080p while I have about 165-250 here and there. My settings are in 1080p all low, both Anti-Aliasing as well as V-sync are off. Before installing the gpu, I also used DDU as a pre-cautionary measure as I've seen that previous driver settings might interfere with the newly installed card. I wanted to know/learn if the cpu is the one whose responsible for the stutters. I also wanted to know if there is anything I can do besides upgrading my cpu. Thank you for taking your time reading my lengthy paragraph and I hope to hear what you might suggest. Hi! Recently, I purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for PC. Note that this includes EA play. I would like to be able to play some of the free games that I have, such as Battlefield V. Is there anyway to link my EA play/Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to my PC and or Steam? Sorry if this seems dumb, I'm normally pretty good with troubleshooting stuff like this, but this is just SO confusing

TT indicates that this could be done via hostile takeover of Take-Two or a deal with EA but article also states that in reality it is expected to be South Korean company, NetMarble. Quotes My thoughts Due to recent surges in stock prices of Tencent, I wouldnt be surprised if they are attempting to capitalize on their stock prices. However I dont see a hostile takeover of EA or Take-Two possible due to sheer profitability of those companies. Plus due to current political atmosphere I would expect getting a loan for a few billion dollars for a US based company would be hard for them. My first "news" article in 8 years. Hey, I recently got a gift for a month of xbox games with my amd cpu. I installed battlefront and i forced me to install the EA game client. But the servers has been down for about 2 days at.? do you guys know if theres a method where i can play my ea games even though their servers are down for the client? i was just planning to play the campaign and it wont even let me open the game. Its a bit frustrating to be "paying" for games you cant play haha Thanks in advance

She hasn't played in a while, but trying to login, Origin said it couldn't find the account. She also disappeared from my friends list. She never bought a game, but she had a big library because of the On The House program. We contacted support and they said they couldn't do anything about it. She still had the welcome email but they said it didn't help.

I moved titanfall2 from my external drive to my internal game drive today. I had stored it on the external drive months ago as backup. After verifying the game files I can't seem to launch the game. The orange "Play" button is gone and instead I get "Details" button and clicking on it does not produce any option to launch the game. I can't even download the game via the client, that option is gone too. What the hell is going on? My pc froze a few times during game files (Windows 10 go fuck yourself). So I had to sign out of Windows. I want to play this Legendary shooter, man.

Hey there! So I just bought EA Access on Microsoft Store. I actually looked into subscriptions like this quite a lot and came to the conclusion that this was the most affordable one with a great library of games including many that I want to play. But afterwards trying to download games on my PC, I couldn't even load into games' pages. I researched a little bit online and saw that some people online said that it was just for XBOX rather than all compatible Microsoft machines. But on EA's website it's advertised as a subscription that's available for PC users too. Did I make a mistake? If so I will try to get a refund immediatly, but if otherwise, how do I get to download them?

I was looking at a new background for my PC when I stumbled upon this image from the Mass Effect Andromeda official Website. What struck me as odd was the burning ship in the background, which is one of the Arcs that the Andromeda Initiative came on (see second pic). Clearly, shit hit the fan, and things went badly. My question is if it was confirmed anywhere else one that one of the Arcs gets destroyed. Also, I am curious who that Arc belongs to. It was mentioned that other species sent arcs alongside the humans, so the arc that we see burning could be human or alien.

I keep trying to join bf4 servers and it shows up breifly in the task bar but then disappears and i open task manager and its in the background. can someone please help? I tried restarting.

So on a laptop I have in the house EA's Origin only shows a white screen when I turn it on. I have tried reinstalling and I got a white screen there as well! Running Windows in Safe Mode with Networking finally let me install Origin "normally" but once booted back I got a white screen again. Tried to install a game while in safe mode (the idea was that origin starts with the system so when you click on a game shortcut it would launch). No luck. Got a error message. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

So I want to get the M1911 in BF3 (i know, old game, but whatever), and a lot of people say that you can get it by linking other bf games, including battlefieldfreetoplay, to your origin account. I have no idea how to do that tho. Any ideas, or any other way to get the m1911.

The new SWBF2 is almost released, but I was looking at the origin page and looked at the minimum requirements and when I looked at processor the first thing I thought was "No way, Bull***t". Does anyone know why they thought you need a 6600K for SWBF2 atleast??

Video source so nothing to quote however Angry Joe just did an assessment of battlefronts progression system and once again the gaming industry finds a way to rape our wallets with their bullshit. Are you ready for this one? Multiplayer progression in SW:BFII is 100% dependant on the loot crate system. Yep, you literally cannot progress in the game without depending on the RNG BS of loot crates. Allow me to explain, each team has 4 classes and each class has multiple weapons available. For BFII unlocking new weapons and attachments for weapons is locked behind scrap, not in game currency but scrap. In game currency is used to buy loot boxes, scrap comes out of boxes. Every single player receives the exact same amount of in game currency per game, there is zero difference between first place & last place (the amount seems to depend on what game mode you're playing) so in game loot boxes are unlocked at the same rate for all players however scrap can only be gotten in lots of 10 or 20 by way of loot box drops and it's totally RNG on whether you get any scrap at all. Weapons cost 600 scrap each and attachments cost 100 scrap each. See the problem here? Unlocks used to be tied to level progression but now your level means nothing. You can be a level 100 and still have only the first gun or you can be a level 0 whose spent money on crates and unlocked everything in the game before he's even started. You're 100% dependant on the games RNG loot box system as to whether you get to unlock better guns. Angry Joe also theorises this system will be the same for other stuff too like grenades and equipment upgrades though that's not in the beta. Once again we're here, as AJ puts it, a full priced AAA game which uses an exact replica of a F2P games progression system. Pretty much every single AAA games that's released this quarter has been filled with this BS. Please stop buying these games, vote with your wallets. EDIT In the interest of fairness it seems like this situation might not be as bad as we think, EA has responded today and addressed some of our concerns. They assure fans that progression in the main game is tied to level, star cards will have a minimum level requirement before they can be equipped as will upgrading heroes and abilities and loot boxes will contain much more stuff than in the beta including guns, attachments, skins and other cosmetic items too. Essentially a player can still buy a load of stuff but they'll need to play to a certain level before they can use any of it. Who knows if this is a change made because of the backlash or the plan all along but either way its a positive. Still not enough for me to buy it though.- 95 replies

Anyone know how to fix this issue? Origin stuck at calculating, when i transfer files from my laptop to PC for BF1. It does discover the existing files but does not move forward. Things i tried: Run Origin as Admin Uninstall / Installed Origin again Tried that 1 % download method ( where u install 1 % on PC and replace the files with full installation files by copy/paste ) Clean origin cache. Thanks.

I'm a very patient person. Haven't even played AC Black Flag yet. Intend to re-play the previous games at 21:9 before I get to it. But point being I'm a very patient person. Battlefield is £25 on Origin. How cheap do Origin games get? Is it worth buying it now? The Ultimate and Deluxe editions are also on sale. Are the price differences worth it? Based on the descriptions, I gather that the Deluxe just has DLC, which I can wait for until it's cheaper to buy separately. and Ultimate has a Premium Pass. What's that? Is it one of those yearly passes you pay for online? If so, I won't get Battlefield in this lifetime. I have some self-respect EA. I really don't understand why the Ultimate edition is so expensive. Then again, Standard and Deluxe are pretty expensive as well. The days of discs are over, it costs them maybe £0.01 to sell me the game (in electricity bill). Anyways, I don't intend to turn this into a rant about how expensive games are. Saying that though I used to buy £40 games when I was younger, with my mum's money. Feeling guilty.

Why can't I install origin? I'm so angry right now! I've tried everything!! If you could see my tabs right now you will just see 50 EA Origin tabs. Please! Can somebody help? I keep getting the 19:0 error 'Woops the installer encountered and error' I've tried running as administrator, clean booting, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting pc, clearing cache files, disabling firewall and avast, using different setup.exe's and much more. This is really getting on my nerves because I just bought a new game but I can't even play it! It's driving my crazy. I've literally spent this whole day trying to fix it. I also still have a lot of origin files that I cannot delete for some reason
