Hey. I was wondering, since the release of the Corsair Glaive RGB Pro, I haven't seen as many complaints about the double clicking problem. Does it still persist today in the newer model?

Hello everyone! hope you all are doing fine. I'm willing to purchase a G502 hero tomorrow, and I'm realty afraid of the whole double clicking issue... Should i go for it or not? Thank you!!

Has there ever been instances where brand new mouse have double clicking issues? I just bought a Logitech G304 and 2-3 days later I noticed it has double clicking issues.

I've had a Corsair Glaive for a few years now, and it's had the double clicking problem for over a year now. It's been intermittent to where some months it's fine and month months it's horrible. I have found a software fix before that worked great, but I didn't really trust it because the site to download it from was kinda shady. If anyone does know of a trusted program that can fix or even help alleviate this problem for me that would be amazing. Also before anyone says just go buy a new mouse I wish I could, but money is a bit tight for me currently.

So I have the K95 vengeance mx brown 2 years now, I have been struggling with the double click, I RMA it and got a new one about a year ago and still had the same problem with different other letters. I finally solved the problem!! Just remove the key cap push the switch and put 2~3 drops of mineral oil or liquid silicon(I used WD40 spray) and it will never double type again!

Hi All & thx for reading I currently have 3 issues that im having problems resolving myself, that are to do with basic mouse functions , sound & Wi-Fi Setup - Im running PopOs as my daily driver, but have a copy of win7 setup on a different drive in dual boot. Things causing issues - A Microsoft wireless 2000 KB + M setup A Ra-link usb wifi A sound blaster audigy fx This issue started to happen about a 3 days ago, It worked completely fine for about 2 weeks before for all devices so its a little weird - Im assuming they are conflicting in some way, but also confused if this is the case, as it worked b4? Mouse problem - When i right click ,the mouse will make the action for a double click, the only way i can get around this atm is to hold the right button down completely, hover over what i want to select and then release it ... this seems to work but as u can guess is a little frustrating - this also happens inside games via steam. I have tried searching "mouse" in package manager, I clicked on all the already installed applications and selected re-install searching "input" in the package manager & re-installed "inputattach" (different site suggestion) changing usb`s making sure all the mouse settings & tweaks are set properly But its still happening - I thought it was a hardware issues at this point, but had a brief visit to my Win7 Os & the mouse worked fine for 2/3 hrs with 3 restarts ... So im really confused Wifi problem (This only happens randomly) - I connect to the net via a hot-spot on my phone to a Ra-link usb Wi-Fi dongle. Every now n then my hotspot will disconnect(very random) but still show other Wi-Fi connections nearby in the network drop down. My phone is still transmitting the hotspot as I have 1 other mobile that uses it too & I can stream Netflix off it fine - so the connection is fine. I haven't really made any attempts to fix this yet as the hotspot will generally be found again if i completely turn off my pc and boot the OS again ( re-start does not work for some reason ) ..... I haven't tested it inside win7 as I use a different Wi-Fi dongle for that & would (apparently the drivers for my device haven't been made for linux yet?) Sound Issue (This also only happens randomly) - I was watching a vid on utube & paused it to go make a coffee ... when I came back and resumed the vid .. there was no sound? I rebooted & nothing - I turned my PC off & rebooted and it came back ( I saw the connections with the wi-fi & thought oh bugger its a hardware issue ) ... a few days later I was using Lollipop to play some tunes & again, paused it & resumed and the sound had gone ? ... I repeated the same "fix" as previous and it was back & hasnt gone since .. but it still plays on my mind why it happened ? .... I did mange to test this in Win7 & again .. whatever i did ... the problem did not re-occur. So as a bit of a noob in the linux world still ... im back here to see if i can pick any more skilled minds ( Ill try not to get annoyed this time too .... I promise ? )

Hello, I bought a g903 back in 2017 and it has worked great up until recently it has been double clicking. I just received the replacement and I looked it up and many people have double clicking issues with the g903. Do you think it would be best to sell the replacement and go with a different mouse/brand and if so which mouse? (i have not opened the replacement yet, the mouse to the right in the picture is the old one). Thank you in advance

Suddenly my mouse (Razer mamba chroma tournament edition) has this problem of double-clicking insted of normal lmb clicking. I googled this problem and it seemed like a problem of static energy somehow making problems there, so I took the top part and cleaned it, no help though. So I wrote to Razer support and they adviced me to clean reinstall the synapse 3 and even when I deleted the hidden files and reinstalled it again with revouninstaller, didn’t help. My warranty expired a week ago, though they made me a ticket and perhaps they’ll take it. When I took the mouse to local store where I bought it and they swiftly tested it everything seemed fine, so when I have the option, in about a week, I’ll test it myself on another computer. In the meantime, any ideas on how to solve this, or what causes it? Maybe I should try to clean it better.

Hello Everyone! I have an issue that is really frustrating, I would really appreciate any help you can give! First of all, I'm using a Dell XPS 15 (9530) equipped with a Synaptics touchpad, running Windows 10. All drivers/ software is up-to-date. I have the following issue: Whenever I double tap anywhere (not click, just lightly "tap" the touchpad), the computer interprets it as a "left click and hold" on a regular mouse - the type of action you perform to highlight text, or make a selection. The issue is that the touchpad is not precise enough to make a difference between simply moving a finger over the pad and double tapping. This results in many "ghost clicks" and random selection of items. Even worse is dragging and dropping something unintentionally! I've checked behavior without the Synaptics driver installed, and in Windows 10 is the same. So this is down to Windows 10 interpreting double tap as left click and hold. Does anyone have any idea as to how I could disable only the "double tap" = "left click and hold"? I really like the "single tap to left click feature", so I wouldn't want to disable tapping on touchpad. Maybe through registry modification or something? Just to force Windows to ignore a double tap on the touchpad. Thank you in advance!

For the past few days, I've been experiencing random double clicking with the left and right click of my G502 and it's getting worse and worse especially while playing CS:GO or Dota 2. I first got it in November 2014, so the fact that it's Logitech and it has only been what, 16 months or so now, and already having this kind of problem is just ridiculous. I used to have the MX518 that lasted for a bit over than 4 years, several other standard Logitech notebook mouse both wired and wireless variants that lasted 2-3 years, so yeah I think it's reasonable to expect a high-end gaming mouse from Logitech such as the G502 to last for at least 3 years. Luckily it came with 3-year warranty so I'm gonna RMA it. I don't know if I can get a brand new replacement of the G502 or they're just gonna tinker with it and send it back to me, but I really really hope that I can get a replacement, maybe if I'm lucky I can get the spectrum . Anyway, I'm just curious, do any of you guys experience the same double clicking problem or perhaps any other problems with your G502? And how long have you been using your G502?

So, i bought FOUR fucking months ago a razer deathadder chroma and it's been a few days that when i click sometimes it double clicks I had the first deathadder as well but after 3 years of usage it came up with exactly the same double click problem as this one but this one, four months only? for a 70$ mouse? ffs razer at first, i was thinking that 3 years for a 70$ mouse means very bad durability but i decided to risk it again and buy another deathadder since it is feeling so good in my hand BUT now i'm thinking about changing to another one, probably logitech i hope warranty covers this and they'll give me a new sealed deathadder. so im thinking about selling it and getting something else. which is the closest logitech mouse to deathadder? shape, weight etc
