After buying and selling online for many many years, I have found a Delivery service that has caused so much chaos around the world. Yep you guessed it DHL. DHL claims to be the most efficient and reliable shipping service in the world. Yet they are rated 1.2/5 on average People complain that their packages are being so bad because they are too lazy to even bother searching for properties or to be able to spell addresses correctly. This happened to me recently after my address was perfectly clear and they held my package hostage and they Even confirmed my address that was correct but yet they still tried to deliver twice and that is wrong because I was waiting outside on the main road and not a single delivery truck/van even tried to stop here. I still don’t have any reference on what’s going on and they will refuse to talk to me. They also work for major corporate such as Formula One, They even have complained. So if they are pissing off customers and pissing off big corporate brands how come nobody has put a stop to this yet how come nobody has made a legitimate video on how bad they really are? If you had any bad experience with DHL please let me know.

how can i get the Ltt screwdriver to Argentina ?
Nicolas Bossus posted a topic in LTTStore.com Merch
Hello Linus fórum. Anyone knows how can i buy the LTT Screwdriver AND get it send to Argentina? If there aré some Argentinians please Let me know what i have to do to get the Screwdriver to my house, considering the local import laws. -
Title says it all basically - Genius that packed this put the darn power supply on TOP of the motherboard and then shipped it.. My pictures to show the areas of concern (in red and green) - mostly looks like the heatsinks took the brunt of the trauma but also the bottom of the RAM clips, plus the bottom right hit an m.2 slot and sata connections. the GREEN one is the I/O on the side of the motherboard also definitely left impressions on the back especially the wifi/bt antenna jacks. unpictured - the back.. there are lots of little impressions in the plastic around solder spots and hardware connections.. there was also a loose baggie of hardware that come up from inside the box and looks like it was crushed between the back of the mobo and the rest of the box.. I checked all the pins around the perimeter, checked to see if heatsinks and ram clips seem attached still, and yes i popped the CPU cover and it looks like theres no bent pins or obvious visual damage other than on the bag.. just showing where it got hit. Concern -- the PCB layers could be stressed or cracked and im paranoid to even test the board because if i throw everything on and theres a bad connection i might smoke other components.. Should i not bother/risk with this at all and just return it? I managed to reserve a new one at Microcenter (they didnt have it in stock the other day) but its like 1.5hr drive and they can only hold it for a few days before restocking it. Only perk with bestbuy is i have that dumb total tech thing with extra warranty stuff. I obviously need to test everything i got ASAP before return/exchange periods blow over. MOBO: MSI PRO Z690-A WIFI DDR4 LGA 1700 Intel Z690 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Intel Motherboard i thought, the way best buy displayed it, that it would be in 2 separate boxes.. I chose the delivery to a local UPS store vs BB itself as it was somehow 2 days faster (even tho tracking had it sitting in the city for over a day and the BB is only like 20mins away.. you math that one out for me). And i chose the UPS store vice home cuz i thought maybe they wont give it the usual kicked down the street treatment. Thanks for your opinions!

Since i have setup my gaming PC, i bought a smaller ultrabook for my daily use in university. My friend in Canada want something more powerful to replace his old weak Thinkpad, so Im considering to sell him my used gaming laptop for a lower price. So anyone have any experience to ship a 15.6 inch laptop from US to Canada? What is the safe and cheap way to do this shipping?

I'm living in Dubai. I have used eBay for some online purchases but never used Amazon. I have an idea to buy this laptop from Amazon. It has mentioned free delivery but have no idea they will deliver to Dubai. If anybody knows about Amazon worldwide delivery system please educate me! https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-Helios-GeForce-G3-571-77QK/dp/B073G2L9PH?th=1

Ok so, I have just sold my PC and have completed the UPS collection and delivery etc. It did not have a changeable collection time whilst I was making it so my PC will be collected from 9:00am to 6:00pm. I want to change this but I can't seem to do that without a collection request number which was apparently displayed when I initially submitted my collection request. If anyone knows how to get the collection request number then please tell me... I cant get anywhere with this... Thanks, Brennan Price.

OK just a fun little thread (I doubt will go far) to see what delivery mishaps have happened to your packages. My most recent one was a package from overseas that I swear they dropped it in the ocean cause when I got it, the package and contents were completely soaked through, luckily the contents were not water sensitive. Oh and it was 2 weeks late to boot. So feel free to leave a story about how the mail drop kicked your package to your doorstep.

Hey! Has anyone else recently ordered from the LTT merch store and haven't gotten their items or even shipped yet? Ordered a hoodie & water bottle but haven't been sent yet. Ordered on Jul 21st. I tried to also contact LTT directly by responding to the merch order email & sending a email to different address, but no answer on either yet. Even a simple, yes we have problems would be okey. Honestly i little by little start to get a feeling that i was scammed or something....

I'm really looking forward to Amazon's quadcopter delivery program. Aside from the usual goods that Amazon sells, I'm hoping that the service will work with various businesses to act as a third-party delivery facilitator. Aside from pizza parlors, there isn't many restaurants that offer delivery in suburban areas. In large cities, I imagine delivery is much more prevalent because there is more of an incentive to do so. Used to have a Jamba Juice in my area. The nearest one would be an hours time round-trip. What would you like to see done with this type of service?

Hi guys, I'm gonna keep this short - So I saw the February "Design of the Month" T-Shirt at epicpants.com about a month ago (02.28 or so) and since they offer international shipping, I just went ahead and ordered one. (I live in Germany btw) After a day or two, I recieved an E-Mail from the store, telling me my order had been registered and that the money had been successfully transferred. So now, one month later, I haven't even recieved a shipment-confirmation (idk the word in English sry:p) or anything and I'm really starting to wonder. It's not the first time for me to order clothes from the US (I have some experience with Reddbubble.com - it took them around 2 weeks 'till my order was here) but it never took this long. Does any of You have experience with the EpicPants store and/or knows how to contact them? Any help is gladly apprechiated! Greetings from Germany, Defalt

Because Canada is a great deal more awesome and understanding about the field, they're letting Amazon have 'carte blanche' in how they test and actually deploy their drones. The guidelines seem pretty fair. Above 200 feet, below 500 feet. Ranges of 10 miles as well, so this kind of setup is very feasible for deliveries from a warehouse for goods that are under 5 pounds. Which happens to be a fair chunk of items that people might buy on the daily basis. Its weird that Canada is more accepting of this and being more mobile in their approval of it than the FAA, who really seems to the be the only agency on Earth who is taking such a long time getting caught up with the times. Even consumer flight controllers are exceptionally capable for such a purpose, so its not hard to imagine that Amazon has put in some serious engineering towards creating platforms geared specifically for this one purpose. Amazon tells the Guardian that the resulting aircraft will operate in a "slice of virgin airspace – above 200ft, where most buildings end, and below 500ft, where general aviation begins." There, it suggests, they'll carry packages weighing up to 5lbs over distances greater than 10 miles at 50 mph. Quite how far progressed any of this technology is remains somewhat unclear in the article. But what is clear is that it's far, far further ahead than if Amazon had stuck it out with the FAA. http://gizmodo.com/amazon-is-testing-its-delivery-drones-in-a-secret-locat-1694480406 http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2015/mar/30/amazon-tests-drones-secret-site-canada-us-faa

The e-commerce giant wants US regulators to follow Europe's lead In news that is not surprising but also fairly depressing, Amazon reveals just how slow the FAA is. Sure, tech advancing is not a new thing, nor is the speed at which tech advances, but if its advancing at a rate that far exceeds the snail like speeds of the FAA, that is important. I can see why Amazon is getting impatient. They want the human component of their shipping operations removed. A lot easier to get drones to drop off your latest purchase than to coordinate with the orchestrated gongshow we call global shipping. Get with the times FAA, start approving stuff. http://www.theverge.com/2015/3/24/8283565/amazon-prime-air-delivery-drone-faa-regulations

So I ordered two quarter inch cables because I need them for my guitar, one to input to the pedal I use, and one to output to an amplifier. I ordered them online from Amazon and I checked their order tracking. It says it was out for delivery by 8am this morning, on the tracking page, it says that it will arrive by Wednesday. Does that mean that I get one before the other? Or is this just a late date? I did select the "bundle in the least amount of packages" option, so it would be weird to get another package from the same order on the same day. Wouldn't they just put it in the package that my other stuff was in?

Amazon knows what consumers like, that is exceptionally speedy shipping that can outright replace the need to go into a retail store for most of their needs. Now with same day delivery (and even within 1-2 hours), Amazon is poised to make your average Walmart cry at the idea that consumers won't even need to leave their homes to get household items delivered the same day. I'm all for this, the benefit is only going to increase once Amazon starts fielding their drones for local deliveries, cutting out the middle man (in this case, UPS or DHL or FedEx) entirely which will save them even more in the long run on shipping, which is pricey on its own. http://techcrunch.com/2015/05/28/amazon-expands-same-day-delivery-to-new-markets-drops-price-to-free-for-orders-over-35/

Hey there Does anyone know how long eBuyer takes to deliver via the within 5 working days option? Cheers - Hawk

Amazon huffed and puffed and they managed to get FAA approval for their drone fleet to be tested on US soil, near their existing RD facility. I think drone deliveries are just inevitable, why not get ahead of the curve and start the testing now to refine the flight controllers and the GPS tech so that deliveries can actually be made in a manner that makes sense. http://www.engadget.com/2015/03/19/faa-gives-amazon-permission-for-drone-tests/
