I had a few cross over ideas: Linus x Some Ordinary gamer Linus x Gary Whitta [Animal Talking] Linus x Techmoan Linus x SOG x Techmoan (dunno how that would go, but it would be interesting) Linus x Binging with Babbish for kitchen tech stuff. Linus x Nintendrew I would love to see them all be interviewed by Gary. That would be fun.

Please help - no idea what's wrong here. I want to transfer files from 1 pc to another, both running windows 10. But the transfer rates are super slow. Right now its going at 350kbps but sometimes drops to 0 for a while, then 20kbps etc. I can see the 2 computers on the home network but PC2 won't let me access the HDD of PC1, saying I don't have permission, despite drive sharing on. PC1 can see and access HDD on PC2 though. Shouldn't the crossover cable be capable of transfers rated in gbps? If I go to task manager / performance on PC1 it says throughput of 100kbps then changed to 11mbps PC2 says throughput is showing 100kbps then changing to 11mbps during a transfer. If no transfer it was saying 1gbps PC1 is old system, with asus M4N68T-M motherboard, and says network adapter is Nvidia nForce networking controller. It also shows a bunch of WAN miniport entries that weren't there before. PC1 created the homegroup PC2 is old system, with asus Z270-AR motherboard, and says network adapter is Intel (R) Ethernet connection (2) I219-V

Howdy, I was checking every setting on my Onkyo receiver and I came across the Crossover Frequency setting, where I have to put a frequency on each speaker. These were the settings that were automatically implemented after the AccuEQ room calibration (5.1.2 Atmos setup):Front: 80HzCentre: 40HzSurround: 70HzHeight (Atmos): 200HzLPF or LFE: 120HzReceiver: Onkyo TX-NR555Now here are the speaker specs (Front and surround speakers are the same):Front and surround speakers: Frequency Response (+-3dB): 100Hz - 22kHzCentre speaker: Frequency Response (+-3dB): 80Hz - 22kHzHeight Atmos speakers: Frequency Response (+-3dB): 90Hz - 20kHzSubwoofer: Frequency Response (+-3dB): 40Hz - 200Hz (crossover range 40Hz - 150Hz (adjustable))A link to the full speaker specs: DX-1SE | Wharfedale Hi-FiAnd the Atmos height speakers: Onkyo SKH-410 SpecsHow do I know the best frequency to implement? Do I just put the values mentioned above like 100Hz for front and surround? I also read that the Atmos speakers should be set at 200Hz so I guess I'll stick to that. Thanks in advance.

So, a little white back, LTT Posted a video containing a Korean monitor, As soon as I saw it, I thought it was one hell of a deal, and I bought one for myself. About two weeks ago, I noticed that the monitor has began to flicker, about once every 6 seconds, I thought it was a software thing, so I opened task manager and never saw it flicker. I updated my drivers to see if that would help (it didn't). I thought it was about time anyways, so I reset my windows. It still flickered. I updated drivers, tried different ports, cables, monitors (that didn't flicker), and came to the conclusion that the monitor is dying. Is that just? If so, it should still be covered by the manufacturer warranty? Is there anything else I should try, if not, is someone able to help me navigate http://www.crosslcd.co.kr/ their official site to get a replacement/get my monitor fixed?

Can someone point me in the best direction to use the program on Mint 19? I'm trying to walk away from windows. Hi, I use a Yamaha A-S501 amp along with some Dali Zensor 3 speakers and a Dali E-12F Subwoofer as my Hi-Fi PC Speaker setup, now the problem is that I would like to adjust the crossover for the sub, and normally that would be a rather simplistic affair of simply adjusting the knob on the back of the sub, however that is not possible as my amp does not have a "normal RCA output" but instead has the more dedicated "Sub Output" also known as LFE, for those that don't now the normal RCA output would have two RCA plugs whereas the sub out is a single RCA, now this is fine for subs as they are mono. the problem is that the subwoofer disables the built in crossover when LFE is used rather than the twin RCA plugs, this is because it expects to be hooked up to a receiver which would be including a built in crossover. however, as you may have guessed, my A-S501 does not feature a crossover that i can change, instead i have a crossover set to 100hz which i cannot change, and when your main speakers have 7" drivers and your sub has a 12" driver, this is not ideal, and i would rather have my crossover set at 50hz or 60hz. I have tried plugging the LFE from my amp into one of the "audio input" plugs on the sub, however despite using different ports on the sub the sub still detects LFE is being used and disables the crossover still, does anybody have any ideas on how this could work? my next idea would be to split the LFE signal using a splitter and plugging both into the subwoofer audio inputs in hope that because it is getting a left and right, or so it would think, it would not think i would be using LFE and would hopefully allow me to USE THE STUPID CROSSOVER FFS.

Hey guys, So I'm planning to get 2 1440p Korean monitors (which ever they may be) but the ones I will be getting single dual - link DVI. The graphics card I will also be getting is GTX 1070. Now bare in mind that the GTX 1070 only has a single dual link DVI port. So my question is do you guys have any Idea how to get 1440p (natrual resolution) and overclock the refresh rate on the second monitor? After doing research I found that Active adapters where the way to go, but can they be overclocked? and would this solution theoretically work? Any help to get these 2 monitors running both 1440p and overclocked on GTX 1070 would be much appreciated!! Thanks a heap for reading this in your time

I am considering buying this monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2RY37G9139 Its 1440p and 70hz for a very good price. The only issue is that Ive never heard of the brand "Crossover" and want to check with all of you to see if they are reputable. There are only two review on the monitor and neither of them were very detailed. Any word from an owner of this brand or anyone who has heard of it would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Recently my PC has been refusing to get past the windows 10 loading screen and just displays a black screen instead of the login screen after the loading screen. This happens after I put it to sleep and turn it back on or sometimes when i just leave it shutdown for a while without clearing CMOS and removing the CMOS battery and even that sometimes has be repeated a few times. I use a new Crossover2795QHD 1440p monitor but my PC seem to always boot properly when I use my old 1080p monitor. I'm using a GTX 1070 (you can check the rest of my specs in my signature or on my profile) and am wondering if this is a driver issue since it is a new card or it is another part of my PC/Windows 10 issue. Thanks any ideas would be appreciated

It appears that these are two different versions of the Crossover 404K. What is the difference? https://archive.is/cu2SG https://archive.is/mCVVg EDIT: Looks like 404K Final has a few different inputs and a larger Vesa mount, but are there any other differences (maybe firmware, internals, or something)? EDIT: Can anyone read Korean? http://www.crosslcd.co.kr/main.html?tmp=product&pg=404K http://www.crosslcd.co.kr/main.html?tmp=product&pg=404KF

I have a question and need a quick response! The Monoprice 8248 subwoofer says that it has a 50Hz-150Hz crossover. My question is, is this crossover effective for BOTH the Hi-Level input and the RCA input?? I would like to run a RCA full range signal to it and want to know if the crossover also works on the RCA inputs. Thank you so much!

Hey guys I'm totally in love with 21:9 and am looking for a 2560x1080 monitor to go in my next build. I was looking at something by lg or asus but I've ended up considering this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/CrossOver-290M-LG-IPS-LED-2560x1080-QHD-DVI-D-21-9-cineview-29-Computer-Monitor-/221514810120) for the price (and the fact that it still uses an LG panel). It's a Korean monitor and Logan from teksyndicate said it seemed great in one of his reviews. I was just posting here to see if anybody has had any personal experience and if they would/would not recommend it Cheers guys and girls, -Hodge22

So I'm looking to get a new monitor this holiday season and I'm stuck between these two wondering which one would be the better choice, so I thought I'd come to you guys to see which you'd prefer. X-Star DP2710 Multi: 2560 x 1440 27" AH-VA 16:9 60-120Hz Crossover 290M: 2560 x 1080 29" IPS 21:9 60-75Hz They're similarly priced at a little under $300, and they look really nice but I just cannot choose which one is best. Also, if you have any monitor in the same price point that you think is also good feel free to tell me about it. Do take into account that I will mainly be using things like Photoshop and Flash, as well as some gaming here and there. So colour accuracy and good viewing angles are important.

Is it possible to get 2.1 output from every program using the realtek manager or some other program? It's possible to set 5.1 then turn off rear and center speakers, which would make it 2.1, but then it only outputs to the sub channel with content that has a dedicated LFE channel and doesn't for any naturally 2 channel content (itunes, youtube etc.) There is a bass management selection but that is terrible, as it trying to remove some of the low frequencies from the front speakers by selecting the small speakers option. I guess what I am after is something that will play 2.1 from downmixed 5.1 properly, allow me to select a high pass frequency for the fronts, and divert bass from 2 channel content to the sub channel with crossover frequencies of my choice. If I can't do this with software, is there a sound card or DAC with this functionality?

I'v noticed that sound blasters fatal1ty series of cards (all the x-fi and now the recon3d) there is an option to dial in a cross over frequency. but is it an actual crossover or is it a marketing thing? i want need to know cuz if it is then i don't need to order crossover parts for a project i'm working on.
