PSU: Corsair RM850i I was looking at my F_USB connections when I realized a cable that goes from there to my PSU. It's quite literally this cable as listed on the manual Do I need it for anything essential or can I simply unplug it? I need a free F_USB slot.

Commander pro not dedecting all fans, i have 6 ll fans connected to commander pro, 1 lighting node, 2 usb for hx1000i and Hydro Series™ H115i RGB PLATINUM 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler. all products wworking perfectly, only commander pro is dedecting 3 fans and not 6.., lighting node is dedecting all 6 fans and i can control all of it but for fan speed, only 3 are showing up, i tried the ports but only number 1,2 and 6 are working, when i connect to port 3,4 or 5, it doesnt dedect the fan speed. iam using it for 1 year i think and i switched to a another windows recently, i normally intalled icue but nothing changed.( also my 4 fans are running, 3 working perfect, 4th working randomly, other 2 are 0rpm) i looked at asus ai fans control but nothing is there. when i switch to 4pin mode, 4th fan is going fast rpm and i cannot control it.) 11.zip

So my Corsair H100i ins't being recognized by Corsair Link after I've installed new components (Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3, Corsair Vengence 16GB DDR4, Intel Core i7 7700K). It worked on my old setup (ASUS P8Z77-V LX, nameless 16GB DDR3, Intel Core i7 3770K) just fine but now it doesn't even recognize that the cooler is installed. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I'm pretty lost and I'm sure I'd be able to get to a 5.0Ghz OC stable on the 7700K with the fans running full blast.

So I'm trying to build a PC using PcPartsPicker (Phoenix Flagship ). For the motherboard I wanted to use the ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero Z270 but after looking closer at it I noticed the motherboard only has one USB 2.0 header. This is a slight problem for me because the case (Corsair Obsidian 750D) has a USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 header, the CPU Cooler (Corsair H115i) has Corsair Link adding another USB 2.0 header, and the PSU (Corsair HX750i) has Corsair Link as well. So if my math is correct I need to have X3 USB 2.0 Headers on the motherboard. Is there a way to expand the one USB 2.0 header to the three that I need or is there a reliable hub of some sort I could use?

I'm planning on building a PC, and i was curious about a few things that might affect my AIO choice. I want to use the corsair H100i v2 because of the benefit of the Corsair Link, however the corsair link uses a usb 2.0 port on the motherboard. The motherboard i want to use is the ASUS STRIX Z270E. The Corsair 780T has two usb 2.0 and two usb 3.0 on the front to be plugged into the motherboard. I couldnt find a clear answer anywhere about how many USB 2.0 connectors the motherboard has, as well as how many usb 3.0 connectors on the motherboard. I dont want one of the USB 2.0 ports not working, so i was hoping someone could help me decide.

I have recently bought a new graphicscard(Asus GeForce GTX 1060 Dual OC 3GB) and everything was working fine untill yesterday. Yesterday while i was playing GTA Online my computer shotdown, it happened 2 times. But i had corsair link running the 2nd time, and my CPU was over 80 degrees celsius. And i found out that it was set to shotdown at 90 degrees celsius, but after the 2nd time i changed it to 100 degrees. But this morning it shotdown again. I have a Corsair H100i, and i had it for 4 years. Now to the big question. Can the H100i have become to old and not work that good anymore?? A friend of mine think it could be the thermal paste, so i ordered some Arctic Silver 5. But do i need a new CPU cooler??

Not sure if i'm the correct section but... Hi, i'm trying to enable CUE Link within CUE 2 but i can't find any tab with that text on it. I'm using a Strafe RGB and an M65 Pro Rgb. Any help? Thanks in advance.

So I own a Corsair 460x with 6 of their SP 120 Rgb fans. As of now I have been controlling them through the hardware buttons, however I am interested in getting the Corsair Commander Pro and was curious what additional lighting effects I could get from using the Corsair Link software that I couldn't already get from using the hardware buttons? I've been looking around online and can't seem to find anything, only the HD 120's which aren't helpful for me. Thanks in advance!

While the h100i v2 fans do somewhat work okay, I would much rather manually control the fans to ensure proper cooling with the Corsair LINK program. But there are no other USB internal headers on my z170m MORTAR MSI motherboard other than the one for front panel USB. What do you recommend I do to plug the cooler into USB?

So I need a USB header to attach the Corsair Link wire too, however it's already taken up by External Case USBs. What can I do to have both attached at the same time? Asus x99 Deluxe 2 motherboard and Corsair H115i water cooler being used. Many Thanks

I just built a PC with a Ryzen 5 2600. AMD says the maximum temperature is 95C. Now here’s the issue.I’m playing Warframe earlier when I look over at my Corsair Link and see the CPU temp at 97C, and I’m pretty fast to close the game. I download Ryzen Master, and restart Link.About ten minutes later, I come back, and my CPU temp on Link is 77C but it’s 27C on Ryzen Master. So what the hell temperature is my CPU? I don’t want to break it by being 100C+ all the time but I don’t want to run ass low settings on every game just to get below 90C. So I’d like to know which is correct.

Hello guys, Have a Corsair H100i v2 AIO cooling with replaced Noctua NF-A12 PWM fans (2000rpm). Can't figure out why 2nd fan isn't being controlled by Link. It has default 960RPM~ and its revolutions aint changing at all. I guess it could be related to the 2nd 3-pin output, but anyways, two fans should be working simultaneously. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know the state of spd corruption on Trident Z RGB RAM? I built my system using an Asus x470-F Gaming board and use Trident Z RGB with Aura Sync. I am looking at upgrading my rig with Corsair LL120 RGB fans but I do not want to corrupt my RAM by using AURA and Link/iCUE because I heard using the two softwares can corrupt the modules.

Hey guys. So I've recently changed my motherboard from an ASRock AB350 PRO4 board to the ASUS ROG Crosshair VI Hero so I can give it to my friend. So as I was moving the parts into my case, I found out that the board only has 1x USB 2.0 header as opposed to the ASRock having 2!!! I used my AIO cooler previously so I know it works with Corsair Link and iCue. As I was lurking on the forums throughout the internet. I found out that many of you guys recommended the NZXT Internal USB Hub. So I went out and bought it, but I'm stumped on the fact that it's not working. Looking through the manual of the motherboard, There is 1x USB 2.0 shared with the ROG Extension mid-board. The hub turns on, indicated by the light, but no activity. Running an AIO Corsair H100i v2, Want the usb thing to work so I can monitor with Corsair Link. As well as use the front usb panel on my case. Looking for some help guys! I 'm pretty sure I plugged it in the right place..I've uploaded a couple of pics hoping you guys can debunk this issue. Excuse the messy setup, I plan to clean it up later. Corsair H100i isn't detected on Corsair Link, neither of my front usb's work. I know this power supply is old now but I still have one in my build. I've always known about the RM 550s corsair link capabilities but never really gave it too much thought. However, I have recently become curious with how much power my PC actually uses and whether switching to a more efficient power supply like a hx750i would make too much of a difference. I live in the UK and the only retailer I could find who stocked the CORSAIR Link Analog to Digital Bridge Cable for RM Series™ PSUs was SCAN which has EOL'd it. I can't find anything on eBay so I was wondering if anyone knew where else they could be being sold or another way I could monitor my PCs power usage. Any help appreciated.

Hi, I'm planning a new Hackintosh build and would greatly appreciate insight from G.SKILL TridentZ RGB or Corsair Vengeance RGB owners. My questions is -- say I build the computer and install Windows on it, install the software (Aura Sync in the case of G.SKILL, Corsair Link in the case of Corsair) and set the memory color. Then, while you are rebooting, or if you uninstall the software, or boot into linux/hackintosh MacOS, does it 'remember' the colors you set? The best info I've found seems to suggest that Corsair Vengeance RGB will remember the 'mode' (?) in some internal storage location but not the patterns. (?) Thank you in advance for your help.

software conflict Ai Suite 3 Vs Corsair Link
SerGreenTin posted a topic in Programs, Apps and Websites
Hi, I have a little bit of a problem controlling my H100i V2 AIO cooler on my Asus Z270E motherboard. It seems like Corsair Link and AI Suite conflict and the AIO fans spin up the stop completely at idle. The current set up is the AIO Pump is connected to the CPU fan header and the 2 fans on the radiator are connected to the split cable also coming off of the water block with the corsair link data cable connected to a USB 2.0 internal header. I assume this is correct? I need corsair link to the the RBG on the water block of the AIO don't I? Looking at some videos I've currently got Q Fan disabled in the BIOS with CPU fan set to max, is this right? Under the H100i V2 tab in corsair link, it reads 0rpm on the fan but jumps between 390 -420 rpm on the pump The rest of my case fans are connected to a fan controller built in to the NZXT Phantom 530 case if that is relevant. Would uninstalling AI Suite solve the problem and would I still be able to monitor my CPU temps and speeds and change them using Corsair link? I'm conserned I could do damage to my CPU and cooler if incorrectly set up. Help very much appreciated- 6 replies

So I have a Corsair Lighting Node PRO with some RGB strips with more on the way. I really want to expand my RGB options but it's looking like most of the other RGB lighting products that you could just add to a rig (like fan rings and individual LEDs) are typically for another RGB protocol. A lot of those products will list support for Asus AuraSync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, or Gigabyte RGB Fusion, but not Corsair LINK. So I'm asking: What RGB lighting products not made by Corsair themselves are also compatible with Corsair LINK? Or am I just screwed now?

System specs: Ryzen 1600 ASRock B350M Pro4 EVGA 550 G3 ASUS RX580 8GB Windows 10 64bit Bios is the most recent update I just bought an ML140 Corsair fan to add to the 3 ML120 that I already have in my case. However when I went to turn on the RGB in Corsair Link the Lighting Node Pro was not visible and there were no devices detected. So I am currently stuck with the configuration that I had in place before I got my ML140, which means that my 3 ML120s are happily colourful but my ML140 is un-illuminated. Things I have tried: - uninstall and reinstall Corsair Link - unplug and replug everything - made sure that the RGB on the new ML140 were functional - hard reset of the Lighting Node Pro itself - unplug various combinations of things, restarting my computer and plugging them in while the computer is on Any suggestions would be great.

hello guy, so if have the following "problem" with my mobo : So yesterday I downloaded corsair link because it looked like a rather interesting piece of software. So I open the program and then I saw those temperatures on my mobo. What are those temps? Cpu? Northbridge? I tried to find info about it on the internet, but I didn't find anything, not on forums, not on the msi website and absolutely nowhere. I hope you can help me to find out where those temps come from. Mobo: MSI P45 Neo2-FR greeting from Germany

Hi guys, I got the corsair h115i pro recently to cool my 8700k and it is working great except for that I cant change anything in corsair link. the cooler shows up and I can change the settings for the cooler but it does not take effect. for instance the fans are stuck to it's own profile even if i change it in corsair link and the rgb is stuck on rainbow, I wanted it to be temp based and it shows that it is on corsair link but nothing actually changes on the cooler itself. I have the latest version of the software. I also have asus aura sync since i have an asus mobo and i have msi afterburner as well as the msi gaming app for my gpu. could it be any of them conflicting with the software? or is it maybe something else? all the plugs are also in as well as the usb to mini usb connected to the pump and the pump header is connected to the pump header on the mobo and both fans to the headers coming from the pump.
